Alex, the owner, is the kind of guy who makes you feel like you just walked into your best friend’s backyard cookout. Pure good energy, pure good vibes, zero ego. Just an awesome human slinging awesome food. Now the hamburger? Listen. I’m not exaggerating when I say it slapped harder than homesickness at 2 a.m. Juicy, bold, perfectly stacked — the kind of burger that makes you close your eyes for a second like you’re having a spiritual experience. If America had a culinary ambassador, this burger would run for office. The spicy fries? Straight fire — literally and emotionally. Crispy, seasoned like someone actually cared, heat that kisses you instead of punishing you. And the regular fries? Golden perfection. Simple done right. The service? Wonderful. Warm, quick, and low-key soulful. You can tell Alex built this place with heart, not hype. Bottom line: Cloud 59 isn’t just a meal — it’s a little portal back to the States, wrapped in good energy and great flavor. Whether you’re American, Italian, or just hungry, this spot hits different. 01/11/2025: Delicious hamburgers, tasty fries, and excellent service

07/06/2026: A 1970s-style restaurant (Happy Days, Hazard) with a good number of tables inside and additional tables in the outdoor (uncovered) area. Convenient for an after-hours snack, being one of the few options with a kitchen open well into the night, with free parking nearby. As for the burgers (which are the best option), you can choose between frozen meat and freshly ground beef (100g or 200g). All the burgers are practically the same price (depending on the type of meat), partly because they are very similar, with very little variation in the topping ingredients. Mayonnaise, mustard, or ketchup are not provided at the table. The recently introduced pulled pork is not bad, served in a ciabatta-style loaf (also frozen bread). The focaccia (in my case, a Stingray) was very disappointing: well-cooked but small and particularly dry, due to it being too thin and sparsely topped (minimal speck and provolone, insufficient tomato and salad). At €8, it's definitely not worth it, considering it's smaller and less elaborate than a hamburger or pulled pork (not to mention a pizza or flatbread at a pizzeria, which are twice the price). Pros: fairly quick service, adequate restrooms, helpful and friendly owner, and young and friendly staff.

26/05/2026: The place is very aesthetically pleasing, very reminiscent of the '80s. The food is very good, with a variety of sandwich options, including gluten-free. The only downside is that it's not very visible from the street, making it difficult to see. I'd recommend a large, illuminated sign.

29/03/2026: A great place to eat unusual burgers. The place doesn't look great... we're on Via Pistoiese and it looks like the garage of a house down the road. Inside, they've done everything they could to make it nice and welcoming. That aside, my family and I appreciated the young woman who served our table for her proactive presence and helpfulness. The burger was also very good, without too many frills. The meat and fries were good. The cheesecake was also good. Everything was homemade. The beer from the masters is a sure thing. Well done.

16/05/2026: Takeout. Terrible experience. The food arrived frozen, and the sandwiches were completely destroyed, as if they'd been thrown into the bag carelessly. It's impossible to eat anything presentable. For your prices, this kind of service is simply unacceptable.

16/05/2026: Terrible experience, first time I went there, they put us at the table after a while even though there were no people when we arrived, put us at the table and for a good 30 minutes they forgot to take the order (1 adult, 2 children), then to bring the water another 15 minutes, and for the order reached the threshold of 45 minutes to arrive (maybe all ox more), the girls rude and with a tired and energyless look, only 2 girls waitresses, a waiter assistant and a lady who was standing at the door to get staff... lots of people it's true but not enough staff, tired, nervous and unwilling. First of all I conclude that I absolutely do not recommend ESPECIALLY IF WITH CHILDREN. Unless you have no time to waste, the food nothing wow, you eat in the corner better... terrible experience!!
