12/07/2025: I had dinner with former co-workers last night. The steak was slab-style. The meat and bone were equally tough. The rump steak was good, but not the specialty the owner presents. Like everything else, it was presented as a specialty, but in reality, all the food was mediocre. The place was deserted on a Friday for dinner, probably just us, there's a reason... Then the bill was grossly overpriced, especially considering how poorly we ate, and I had some doubts about its fairness... Never mind. A negative experience that won't be repeated!!

23/09/2025: Unfortunately, the value for money is very poor: no sauces, no ketchup, no fries. The only side dishes available were coleslaw or chili con carne (strange with meat, but that's how it was), the meat without any sauce or anything else, sometimes dry or just greasy, and the portions were mediocre... pure disappointment! You definitely get that American feel: the food came on disposable dishes and cardboard boxes... overall, for the price they charge, it's really outrageous.... The owner was very nice and helpful, even saying at the beginning that the only side dishes available were coleslaw and meat. Nevertheless, the online pictures and the reviews from 2024 unfortunately have nothing to do with reality. Burgers and fries, for example, are no longer on the menu. What a shame!

29/12/2025: I went with my friends, there were some so to order, take the ticket and I'll go pay. The service was top-notch, and the food was also great.

15/12/2025: Adjacent to a gas station, this McDonald's offers drive-thru service. There are kiosks for ordering and paying, with table service. Friendly staff. Clean place. Restrooms available. There's not much seating inside, but there are tables outside. The parking lot is small.

19/11/2025: I arrived at lunchtime. The meat seemed mangled and there was very little of it, certainly the same as the one from 1 day ago. I'm sorry to give a negative rating but compared to other chicken tastes, this one doesn't reflect it in fact.

19/01/2026: Stefania is the best, even though they are all good, but she has a special welcome, always smiling, in short, the number 1. The sandwich, as always, is good, the piadina and the chips with cheese and bacon. The girl at the drive-up is very helpful. The new girl, absolutely not, last time.

11/01/2026: We were in Florence at the end of the year and stopped at this place for one evening. It was a terrible experience, to say the least, as it was incredibly cold. There was no heating at all, and everyone at the tables was shivering in jackets. The staff told us it was broken. It was basically like eating outside in 2°C temperatures. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I hope it helps improve the working conditions of the staff, who were working hard despite everything. Please fix this place.

08/01/2026: Terrible experience. The cheese and bacon sandwich was practically raw: the bacon was undercooked and the cheese was completely stiff, not even melted. As soon as we got home, the little girl felt sick and ran to the bathroom with a severe stomachache. I tried calling the restaurant several times to report the incident, but obviously no one answered. Truly unacceptable service, especially when it comes to food and children's health. Never again.

31/01/2026: ...this is my first time here personally; my children have celebrated their friends' birthdays there in the past... ...they tell me they had a great time... ...I'm giving full stars because I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by several factors... ...the quality-price ratio was absolutely excellent, and the staff also made a great impression on me...kind and helpful... ...very short wait times... ...I found the facilities clean, and the staff constantly on the move with brooms and dustpans... Well done! I'll definitely be back...and next time I'll post some photos!!

20/01/2026: The place looks dirty, full of fur, hair, and food scraps. The wait times are definitely too long; it took them over half an hour to serve me a sandwich, even though I was the only person in the place. The food was cold when it arrived, and they also had the wrong packaging and the wrong sauce inside the sandwich. If you have to go to McDonald's, go somewhere else, trust me.
