26/04/2026: A few typical dishes from Massa. Minimal appetizer (one slice of cured meat per person, nothing special), first and second courses of average quality/quantity. Very good marinated cod. Prices are a bit above average for the place, plus a €5 membership fee. Good local wine - lovely view from the terrace.

16/08/2026: Terrible experience. The chicken was completely tasteless, basically just oily. We also waited 15 minutes for a menu, and only after asking for more information were we told they'd forgotten our order. The service was very disappointing, and the food was far from satisfying. I won't be returning.

10/08/2026: Large, well-served...the bathrooms are a bit lacking, but you know, it's not the staff's fault if people are disrespectful and uncivilized...gluten-free service for celiacs is essential for us, but it's time for more choice like abroad. Parking and disabled access and outdoor games for children...excellent...I sincerely hope they think of celiacs with the Happy Meal box and the little gift because it's not nice to have so many children taking it and two not...after all, a gluten-free sandwich, chips and a drink is still a menu...

01/07/2026: Dated location... but welcoming. Friendly and efficient staff. We had a good warm salad and an edible octopus salad. The baby octopus was really over-poached, but the fish was good. The paccheri with swordfish was also passable. My advice is to eliminate the sauce, which really floats on the plates.

23/09/2025: The price-performance ratio is unfortunately very poor. No sauces, no ketchup, no fries, and the only side dishes available were coleslaw or chili con carne (odd with meat, but that's what it was). The meat was served without any sauce or anything, sometimes dry or just greasy, and the portions were mediocre... a pure disappointment! You definitely get an American feel to it: the food arrived on disposable plates and in cardboard boxes... all in all, for the price they charge, it's really outrageous. The owner was very friendly and helpful; he even mentioned at the beginning that the only side dishes available were coleslaw and meat. However, the pictures online and the reviews from 2024 are completely outdated. Burgers and fries, for example, aren't even on the menu anymore. What a shame!

15/06/2026: Terrible place. The food is worse than other places. The staff doesn't speak English. There's only one restroom for everyone, and it's filthy and has a broken lock. I've never seen anything like it at McDonald's. 3 stars is still too much.

04/06/2026: While traveling from Rome to Florence, I made a pleasant stop along the way and bought two americanos for 3 euros. It was enjoyable.

02/07/2026: We had a problem with a takeout order that was delivered incorrectly, but unfortunately we only realized it once we got home. We called the restaurant right away, and the manager was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional in handling the situation. A heartfelt thank you to her and all the staff for their courtesy and attention: despite the inconvenience, they handled it excellently. Bravo! 👏🏻

09/01/2026: I went in expecting to eat "meat," but instead I found a Chinese registrant... Since I was there, I went in anyway, and I must say I ate a lot and well at a very reasonable price. The place was frequented only by Chinese, and the customers looked at me a bit surprised... But the staff was friendly.

08/08/2026: Unfortunately, with only two employees at lunchtime, I think it would have been impossible to do better. Wrong order. Waited over 45 minutes for 4 menus. Will not return.

06/08/2026: I waited 45 minutes for my order. This restaurant is understaffed. During dinner, there were only two people working, taking orders, cooking, and serving. They didn't give refunds if you decided to leave.

04/08/2026: My friend and I went to McDonald's and placed a large order. Instead of the usual wait, we had to wait over an hour for our food. When we went to inquire about what was going on, the staff initially didn't believe we could have such a large order. We spent another 40 minutes trying to prove our case: we showed the receipt and the debit card, but instead of an apology, we were met with rudeness and yelling from the staff. The most upsetting thing is that this all happened while we had a sick child with us, who was having a hard time waiting for such a long time. This situation left us extremely stressed, and it even led to an argument with my mother at home. Instead of a peaceful family evening, we were left with only stress, a bad mood, and complete disappointment. It's a shame that this establishment treats its customers like this. I would like to see respect, responsibility, and at least a basic apology for this situation.

01/08/2026: I ordered through Deliveroo, and due to their terrible service, we didn't get dinner! Everything was spilled, sandwiches were a must, products were missing, and if you try to call, I don't answer. You'd be wise to avoid home delivery, otherwise. You can do this.

08/08/2026: They can't do it, they go in slow motion, to deliver an order to us in more than 20 minutes, thank goodness it's called "fast food".

23/08/2026: I think it's not normal that you order and the wrap arrives closed in its paper and as soon as you open it you find it broken in two.

21/08/2026: Compared to McDonald's, the sandwich and fries are far superior. Only, for three tables at lunchtime, we had to wait forever. Otherwise, it was okay.
