21/09/2025: €8 for a gin and tonic (without an aperitif, mind you, just drink and go) seems a bit excessive to me; it costs less in the center of Florence. If you then go to Dalmatia, you can dine at Serafini for the same price. Remember, you're in Dicomano.

23/09/2025: The price-performance ratio is unfortunately very poor. No sauces, no ketchup, no fries, and the only side dishes available were coleslaw or chili con carne (odd with meat, but that's what it was). The meat was served without any sauce or anything, sometimes dry or just greasy, and the portions were mediocre... a pure disappointment! You definitely get an American feel to it: the food arrived on disposable plates and in cardboard boxes... all in all, for the price they charge, it's really outrageous. The owner was very friendly and helpful; he even mentioned at the beginning that the only side dishes available were coleslaw and meat. However, the pictures online and the reviews from 2024 are completely outdated. Burgers and fries, for example, aren't even on the menu anymore. What a shame!

09/01/2026: I went in expecting to eat "meat," but instead I found a Chinese registrant... Since I was there, I went in anyway, and I must say I ate a lot and well at a very reasonable price. The place was frequented only by Chinese, and the customers looked at me a bit surprised... But the staff was friendly.

22/02/2026: I had the sandwiches completely ruined in the bowl made again and they were the same old way, let's teach them to make them a little better considering how much they cost, and let's clean the tables, I had to clean them myself

12/02/2026: This evening I ordered a family menu with two menus and two happy meals with Deliveroo. Unfortunately, when the delivery driver arrived, the drinks were spilled, and I rightly don't blame the restaurant for this inconvenience. However, when I got home, I opened the package and found one of the two sandwiches on the menu missing. When I called the restaurant, the response was "I'm not aware of it," "ask Deliveroo for a refund." I also work at McDonald's and know full well that something like this can happen, but there were numerous options for getting the missing sandwich, but none of them were offered to me.

19/11/2025: I arrived at lunchtime. The meat seemed mangled and there was very little of it, certainly the same as the one from 1 day ago. I'm sorry to give a negative rating but compared to other chicken tastes, this one doesn't reflect it in fact.

11/01/2026: We were in Florence at the end of the year and stopped at this place for one evening. It was a terrible experience, to say the least, as it was incredibly cold. There was no heating at all, and all the tables were filled with people wearing jackets, shivering from the cold. The staff told us it was broken. It was basically like eating outside in 2°C temperatures. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I hope it helps improve the working conditions of the staff, who were working hard despite everything. Please fix this place.

08/01/2026: Terrible experience. The cheese and bacon sandwich was practically raw: the bacon was undercooked and the cheese was completely stiff, not even melted. As soon as we got home, the little girl felt sick and ran to the bathroom with a severe stomachache. I tried calling the restaurant several times to report the incident, but obviously no one answered. Truly unacceptable service, especially when it comes to food and children's health. Never again.

07/02/2026: What can I say... Classic Mac and assorted sandwiches in a variety of grains for all tastes, best enjoyed hot. Drinks are watered down compared to those you find on the market. Excellent selection of desserts. More than decent fries. Welcoming atmosphere with staff willing to help those unfamiliar with the modern kiosks. Good deals.

01/03/2026: Poor customer service. Even though the place wasn't overly crowded, they messed up my order (and it's not the first time!). Unfortunately, I only noticed it once I got home. I ordered a double cheeseburger and was given a bun with only one burger and no cheese! Very inattentive service. The quality of the food was also significantly below standard.
