09/12/2023: L'unica nota positiva del ristorante è il locale. Cameriera, se così si può definire, non conosceva l'italiano e neanche la cordialità. Hamburgher e patatine da fast food sia come presentazione che come gusto... Vivamente sconsigliato

14/11/2023: At the risk of sounding a bit crazy, after several days in Italy, my wife and I needed something other than typical Italian fare. What happened next when encountering Cloud 59 was completly unexpected and a very plesant surprise. Not only did we find fantatistic food in the form of chicken, burgers and fries which I had little hope for, the burger and fries I had ranked amongst the very best I have ever had, anywhere. The charming and quaint atmosphere was perfect, with great service, and a passionate owner who is just an great guy all around. We were very fortunate to get to meet Alex, and learn about his business and journey due to it being late and in the "off" season. Do yourself a favor If you are in Florence and need a break from pasta and pizza, or just flat want an amazing burger or traditional style American chicken dish, absolutely look no further and check out Cloud 59. In a very saturated Florence restaurant scene they have been around for several years now and for very good reason. We have great wines, lemon pepper chicken, and truffled burger. The Cloud 59 sauce is amazing as well. The fires were cooked and seasoned perfectly. And all at very reasonable and affordable prices. Couldn't find a single thing to complain about which is very rare today in the culinary seen. So fortunate to have stumbled upon this gem this evening.

13/03/2024: Posto pulito, grande e informale. Personale gentile e disponibile, e i piatto sono pronti in poco con prodotti davvero ottimi. Tutto buonissimo!

05/02/2024: A 5 minuti dall Australia di viareggio panino buono bello farcito e servizio voce abbiamo mangiato anche una cheesecake e una red velletri buone anche quelle Prezzi molto bassi Ampio spazio tra i tavoli Parcheggio macchina di facile reperibilità Consigliato

05/01/2024: Locale sempre chiuso. Adesso hanno chiuso dal 30 dicembre 2023 pomeriggio fino a tutto 8 gennaio 2004. Cioè il periodo migliore per le pasticcerie e quando i clienti ordinano. Incredibile

28/02/2024: 2 stelle a causa del personale.......... scortese, che in molte situazioni ci ha risposto male, date le nostre richieste per panini o patatine non arrivate. Tavolo e sedute sporchi... Cibo servito tiepido e patatine fredde e gommose. Il bagno di uno sporco assurdo. Mai trovato un Mc così deludente...

27/01/2024: l’ordine era sbagliato e ci hanno fatto pagare più rispetto a quanto ordinato. ordinato con glovo ma nello scontrino era giusto ma il contenuto sbagliato.
