I stop occasionally, the food is average, the service excellent, the atmosphere has deteriorated.

We tried to get something to eat late on Saturday after arriving – it was more crowded than I've ever seen – and I've been almost everywhere in the world... You would have had to wait a long time for a table – with a camper van, there was no drive-thru – at least 25-30 people at pickup, many of them young people – but everything was orderly, the staff was friendly, everything was correct from the order, everything was fresh – hats off to them – would that even be possible in Germany...

Sticky tables. Only one hand towel. The food arrived cold because I waited a long time even though it was half empty.

Stopped by in the morning on a Saturday. The drink was good our croissant and donut were just okay. The worker was friendly and helpful even though neither of us speak Italian.

Long lines often form, and the wait becomes truly lengthy. When it rains, the shelters are so short that as soon as you open the window to pay, water gets into your car.

This isn't a criticism of this, but of all Macs: it's become too expensive! For €13 you can eat at an all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant, while for €15 at lunch you can get a starter, main course, and side dish at several restaurants. Why should I spend more than €10 for a shrunken sandwich and four fries? Too bad. I honestly don't even understand the policy of not putting napkins on the tray: for a while now, and I go there often for work, they've been bringing orders without even a napkin, and I can't leave the children I'm accompanying alone.

Unfortunately, something or someone just didn't work out this evening. I ordered two menus at Mac Drive, one with a 1955 without onions and salad. The girl at the counter gave me the "bag with handles" (it's absurd that they ask you if you want it and that you have to pay €0.15 for it. 😂) and I went home to eat with my son, but I found myself with one of the sandwiches that wasn't the one I ordered. It was a different sandwich. The 1955 was missing. The thing that made me most angry was that I had to go back and ask for what I paid for. I want to give credit to the manager, who promptly resolved the situation, finally giving me what I'd ordered and apologizing for what his colleagues had done. But there are people who aren't as intelligent and polite as the girl who composed and delivered the orders at Mac Drive, who had the courage to laugh the whole time and look at me for what had happened when I showed up again to ask for what I paid for.

The cashiers sometimes take too long to serve customers, even though they're not in the kitchen either.

We stopped with family and basketball friends for dinner after the game on Sunday night. It was very crowded, but we still ate and drank in a reasonable amount of time.
