11/05/2026: We had lunch yesterday; they served people who arrived first. I don't know what the criteria was, but the ribs were dry and tasted rancid. They definitely hadn't been prepared that morning, as the waitress claimed.
11/05/2026: The worst experience I've had at an OWW. We arrived at 12:00 PM and the place was still empty. Despite this, our order was taken 20 minutes later, along with three other tables in our area who arrived at the same time.
Our food was served AFTER the other three tables.
Of the food we ordered, the ribs tasted rancid (like poorly preserved meat). After an initial, feeble defense from the waitress, they replaced our dish with something else.
We didn't order dessert because no waiter came to our table within 20 minutes of clearing our plates.
We had to ask for the dessert included in the children's menu at the cashier when we received the bill.
Terrible organization at the tables and in the kitchen.

Better food than other chains, but higher prices.
The app is useful for various offers and for reserving a seat.
15/05/2026: Passing through Asti, we chose this chain for a quick lunch.
I found the food quality to be decent, slightly lower than the last time I visited the same chain (in Rome), especially the quality of the fries that accompanied the burger.
The thing that surprised me most was the cover charge on the bill; I never would have expected that in a place where you eat without a tablecloth and at an unstable table.

23/02/2026: Very nice place, the guys are very kind. Convenient parking in front of the place, even for disabled people. I had a really good gluten-free burger! They also have gluten-free beer and some packaged croissants. They were very careful about contamination, I will definitely be back!!

01/05/2026: Excellent food, the quality is evident (both in the taste and in the digestion), and the prices are absolutely reasonable.
The restaurant is spacious, modern, and clean.
The staff is young and very helpful.
I gave it 4 stars because we found the service a bit slow (over a half-hour wait) considering it was a weekday evening (a Wednesday, around 7:30 PM) and the restaurant was practically empty.
Regardless, we'll definitely be back; it's a restaurant worth trying, with all its delicacies.

28/05/2026: All-you-can-eat fried chicken event advertised everywhere, you get there and they tell you there probably isn't enough chicken for everyone (they open at 7 PM and we went at 8 PM), it was scorching hot and you couldn't even sit inside like we were in the desert, rude waiters who wouldn't even look you in the face, truly awful place! If you have to advertise to sell and then you don't sell because there's no chicken after an hour (😂😂), don't sell! No seating inside, by the way.

18/09/2025: Everything was excellent, but the food portions could be a little more generous for the price. I had a portion with my friends and my partner, but we were still hungry... you can't always spend crazy amounts on food.
Otherwise, everything was excellent.

I would say it was unacceptable and the staff were rude. I live in Chieri but I won't set foot in that place again.
25/04/2026: from such a refined restaurant that boasts of such high quality meat, to get a rib steak cooked incorrectly is shameful: meat cooked undercooked at a low temperature, totally spongy and inedible.
