The soul of the place, however, are the two managers, super attentive, always on the ball, smart, polite, professional... in short, if the place works, a good part of the credit is certainly due to them!!!

21/06/2025: Western Country Style venue, a famous name in the area. Quality live music, line dancing with dozens of fans. In the latter case, the choice of songs is more like reggaeton from a tourist village than Country, but probably just a (very) bad night for the DJ. Good food, good choice of beers, courteous and very friendly service. Convenient parking, clean bathrooms and venue.

08/06/2025: Hi, like the last review we read, we also wanted to relax and eat something for dinner since we were already there. They seated us immediately and took our order in the right time, after a long wait, they served us the red meat mix with medium rare COLD (which is inedible) and a panic with the same COLD cutlet. After having told the waiter, we were asked if he could heat it up and we asked to remake it, given the choice of dish. After another long wait and no apologies, the two dishes were brought back to us, which had certainly not been remade but only reheated: there were less pieces in the meat mix (we had tasted them previously), the tomato inside the cold sandwich and only the piece on top had been changed. We asked to speak to the manager, who told us and assured us that the dishes had been remade, but the chips were full of "crumbs", the red meat medium rare reheated and you could even see it. The problem arises when you make fun of the customer. The customer comes to eat and has no interest in having the dishes sent back and prolonging his wait for dinner. I also work in contact with the public in the trade and this was a rather shameful behavior and above all a "snatch" for those who come to eat there. You just apologize, the customer is always right and comes first, I would like to remind you of this. We go to pay and we point this out to the girl at the cash register, who unlike the manager, with even more snatching, replies "ok bye". You should be ashamed and if you don't know how to say that you were wrong, you should change jobs. Sometimes you just need to be POLITE. You don't care about losing customers, but you give the image of the place.

19/04/2025: Posto con un atmosfera retró molto particolare e piacevole. La qualità degli ingredienti, e sopratutto della carne, è eccezionale considerando il prezzo non troppo alto (intorno ai 15€ per un menu completo).

11/05/2025: Small and charming place in the historic center of the city. The offer is wide. The bread used did not seem suitable to me, too soft and spongy which, added to the lobster and sauce, gives rise to a dish without consistency. Excellent chips and salad. The waiter was very courteous and efficient. Good price.

22/06/2025: I was there last 21 june 2k25 with my girlfriend and my friend. The food is very good and the service is optimal. I recommend Rock Burger in Turin.

01/05/2025: If I could I would give zero stars. We ordered for home delivery (unfortunately, otherwise I would have sent the dish back). My burger arrived raw and therefore inedible from a food safety point of view (and this is not a question of personal taste, but of food safety guidelines). Once we contacted us to ask for a refund, we were first told that they would refund us only part of the price of the product (giving the justification that only that was the sandwich price), once we contested the response (providing screenshots of the order in which the price of the single sandwich was clearly visible) and after various discussions as if we were negotiating the refund, our request for a refund for the full and total price of the sandwich was finally accepted. However, a few hours later, an email arrives telling us that the request cannot be accepted, with an apology attached. It's not about €16 reimbursement (which isn't a lot anyway), but it's about principles. Consumer protection and care is increasingly non-existent, especially in these large chains. You can't joke with people's health, especially in such a delicate field as catering. We are increasingly moving towards the tendency to make the customer feel almost "guilty", as if he had made a mistake in trusting or turning to a particular chain rather than another or rather than preferring small family-run establishments. It's simply shameful.
