Buono Meat & Lobster In Novara

I was so caught up in the 🍔 that I didn't take any photos...! Good, good, good! The moka pot coffee... Highly recommended!!!

Unquestionable quality. The bill? The honest price of those who don't compromise on raw materials. Worth the expense.

I ordered Buono burger (senza pomodoro e senza insalata). It was really good, really tasty. They did not aşk about the meat and it came medium to well done as default. İf they would have asked or I knew, I would have ordered well done. Coperto is 1,5 and burger menu was 13

I found it by chance, thanks to a quick search for a place to eat with friends. I was incredibly surprised and impressed by the quality of the dishes and the authenticity of the products. The service was truly prompt and warm. I'll be happy to eat there again. (I'll add to the review, confirming that I've been back several times.)

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing compared to expectations. I visited for lunch, wanting to try the excellent burgers and sandwiches. The place is nice and welcoming, but it was a shame it was very cold inside; it felt like there wasn't any heating on (late December). The sandwich, the star of the experience, was disappointing. I tried the chicken burger with Milanese cutlet. The presentation was good and inviting; the chicken was battered (not breaded), and that was the first surprise. When cut, the chicken was very moist; in fact, it actually dissolved, which separated the meat from the batter, making the sandwich difficult to eat. A real shame, because the flavors were good and the bread seemed to be a high-quality bun... next time I'll try a beef burger, hoping to change my rating. The guy who served us was very kind and friendly.

A gem, hard to find in downtown Novara, but worth it and completely worth it. A spectacular sandwich; I've had few that were this tasty and good. Divine appetizers; eating here satisfies, fills you up, yet remains light and easy to digest. Everything is positive, everything is wonderful. Thanks, guys.

I've rarely encountered a burger of this caliber. Every bite was a veritable explosion of flavor: truly, I'm so glad I did. As for the fries, I think I've only ever had homemade ones this good. One small sore point (overwhelmed by the quality): the service could use a little more attention (a knife and a glass were missing for two places, and the bathroom lights and hairdryer weren't working—little things, after all!). Luckily, I'm not from Novara, otherwise I'd have to hand them a fifth of my salary. Well done!
