16/03/2025: Personale inadeguato e sporco, incurante di tutto, riufiti a terra sui quali ci passono sopra piu volte e non li raccolgono, ambiente sporto e non curato. Veramente pessimo.
06/03/2025: I'm really sorry that every time something is missing from what you order. It's my fault for just asking, is everything there? Without having to take it out of the bag, but more attention would be enough, the stuff is paid for and not a little.

28/02/2025: for children it's the best, if I have to say, having bought one of the ones invented recently, it's valid for me too. Today I tried the ice cream and I must say that I am more satisfied than what I have recently tried in "specific" ice cream shops. Try it to believe it.
22/02/2025: They gave me a juice even though I had bought two. I reported the incident and they told me I wanted to cheat them.

05/02/2025: I must admit that the Mac alle Gru coffee shop is really good, coffee and cappuccino, even soy, are better than the various bars in the centre. And coffee specifically costs less!

08/03/2025: I'm sorry, but I was really disappointed, the chips seemed old, the drink had too much ice and the sandwich wasn't the best.
Who and the manager should do checks.
My family was also very disappointed
27/02/2025: I gave one star because you can't give zero stars, the staff treated me rudely and on top of that they gave me crooked sandwiches, chips without salt and they forgot the sauces, very bad experience, I will never go back

11/03/2025: Ci siamo presentati con una classe di bambini in 27 all'ora di pranzo e siamo stati accolti dal personale con massima disponibilità e abbiamo riscontrato un'ottima organizzazione. Nonostante fossimo senza prenotazione e il locale fosse pieno ci hanno portati in una sala solo per noi e hanno aperto una cassa apposita servendoci in tempi rapidissimi.

07/02/2025: Delicious potatoes with bacon and cheddar, excellent salad with chicken and very good vegetable tempura. Fast and kind service.

16/03/2025: Cold and limp fries, lukewarm sandwiches, the only thing that arrived hot as soon as they were made were the spicy nuggets. The children left the chips which were usually their favorite.
14/03/2025: Classic McDonald's. The food was good, the sandwiches were not dry and, even though there were a lot of people, it took them a short time to serve me. The staff present when I went were very polite and the tables were very clean.
It has no architectural barriers and there are no bathrooms connected to the venue, however there are many present in the 8 gallery structure.
Excellent experience.

25/11/2024: Seconda e ultima volta!! Pulizia dei servizi igienici totalmente assente con incrostazioni a vista. Così come basta alzare lo sguardo ai soffitti del locale per notare che il colore marrone delle bocchette dell'aria e' dovuta ad totale incuria nella pulizia e non a scelta cromatica.
Poi se passi davanti alla vetrina dove grigliano la carne... non bastano le parole, basta guardare .....
27/10/2024: Non all’altezza qualità/prezzo e x il nome. In modo particolare la Tagliata, non tenera e la cotoletta xxl sembrava un paté pressato con impanatura

23/05/2024: Ci rechiamo spesso presso questo ristorante, (il nuovo in zona Carrefour di Vercelli) la maggior parte delle volte per asporto; capita che, ormai avvezzi agli errori, controlliamo il contenuto di ciò che ci viene consegnato prima di uscire e manca inevitabilmente qualcosa, che sia panino, bibita, patatine o altro….ma il meglio è stato qualche giorno fa, prendendo 4 menù large ci siamo trovati le patatine quasi a metà….non si pretende che sia un ristorante gourmet, ma ciò che si paga è giusto averlo….c’è sempre qualcosa che non va!!!!!!!!
