16/04/2025: Starting from the very bad service 0 as soon as I entered and approached the cashier with my son to pay for two sandwiches the lady who was serving told me "look, the ice cream machine doesn't work" without even saying hello without even asking what I wanted just out of nowhere...I ordered a children's menu for my son and a terrible sandwich for me the bread was burnt on both of them...my sandwich was with the driest meat I've ever eaten in MC my sandwich was so burnt that it stuck to the box...none of everything I got ordered and served like the one I took from the display, terrible I almost wanted to ask for a refund..

Service was fast (it wasn't the weekend, but a Tuesday), and the food was what you'd expect from the McDonald's chain. Great value: with a Family Pack offer, four people ate for 22 euros, including two large Big Macs and two Happy Meals. The upstairs dining room was cozy and air-conditioned, maintaining a good temperature throughout the meal. My experience was very positive.

13/04/2025: Extremely Disappointed with McDonald’s – Never Coming Back! I had one of the worst experiences ever at McDonald’s. I came in with my guest just to enjoy a simple cup of coffee, and even that turned out to be a disaster. We waited over 20 minutes for just 2 cups of coffee. TWICE we went to the counter to check if it was ready, and each time we were told, “Please wait.” No updates, no urgency, just complete ignorance. When we were finally handed the coffee, it was stone cold—clearly made long ago and just sitting there. When we asked why, the staff had the audacity to blame us, saying “It was ready, but you didn’t come to collect it.” Unbelievable. So it’s our fault now for trusting your staff when they told us to wait? This level of service is absolutely unacceptable, and the attitude from the staff made it even worse. If this is how customers are treated, I have no reason to ever return. Pathetic experience. 0 ⭐️
