15/04/2025: My boyfriend and I came to dinner this evening, we had both the starter and the cut and a chicken cockerel, everything was delicious as always, we were served by Matteo, we wanted to thank his professionalism and the kindness with which we were welcomed, with care and attention to our requests, we felt at home, an excellent experience to definitely do again :)

01/05/2025: If I could I would give zero stars. We ordered for home delivery (unfortunately, otherwise I would have sent the dish back). My burger arrived raw and therefore inedible from a food safety point of view (and this is not a question of personal taste, but of food safety guidelines). Once we contacted us to ask for a refund, we were first told that they would refund us only part of the price of the product (giving the justification that only that was the sandwich price), once we contested the response (providing screenshots of the order in which the price of the single sandwich was clearly visible) and after various discussions as if we were negotiating the refund, our request for a refund for the full and total price of the sandwich was finally accepted. However, a few hours later, an email arrives telling us that the request cannot be accepted, with an apology attached. It's not about €16 reimbursement (which isn't a lot anyway), but it's about principles. Consumer protection and care is increasingly non-existent, especially in these large chains. You can't joke with people's health, especially in such a delicate field as catering. We are increasingly moving towards the tendency to make the customer feel almost "guilty", as if he had made a mistake in trusting or turning to a particular chain rather than another or rather than preferring small family-run establishments. It's simply shameful.

25/04/2025: Horrendous and cold hamburger, only the quality of the meat is saved. The girls, although kind, do not know the difference between a beer and the others on the menu, much improvement is needed, the reviews seen on various social networks must have had the sole purpose of eating for free or for a fee, for now I do not recommend it

31/03/2025: Sunday lunch, terrible experience. They put us in a room not communicating with the room, very peeling walls (but the bathroom has a shower!). Music too loud, split too low. We ask to turn down the music and raise the split. Elderly waitress confirms but does not proceed. Canvas baskets containing bread, dirty fabric on the edges. The menu said "hamburger" but they meant the sandwich or the burger... they don't know the difference and insist. Long wait for the first courses. They carry Chianina burgers with pre-cooked McDonald's type chips, 1 leaf of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato. Slightly burnt bitter hamburger 15 euros. 5 Panzerotti with ricotta and spinach 13 euros. All the dishes were lukewarm even on the inside. Waitress states "that perhaps they got cold along the way" but that if they wanted they could warm it up! The second young waitress appears, deposits the plate and doesn't even say hello, we take advantage of the requests, otherwise we are abandoned in the room. Very good sparkling water, good trio of starters. Only 2 very busy waitresses. Almost 50 euros thrown away. Very large margin for improvement.

08/04/2025: We went on the day in which the formula was promoted whereby for every two hamburgers there was a large plate of free chips: a very long waiting time (2 hours. They didn't accept reservations - or perhaps not for everyone, given that every 2x3 people arrived and sat down immediately -), the free plate (which should have been the so-called "special" plate) arrived already cold but still edible. That said, the burger was really good, but perhaps, given the experience, I don't know if I would return.

04/05/2025: I was there last night for a dinner with friends, a very welcoming place. We waited a little while to order, but it was understandable because in addition to the place being full there was only one blonde girl taking orders. But in addition to this, the food was excellent, the meat was really good!

17/04/2025: Recommended place for a quick lunch break 🍔🍟. The service is quite quick and the sandwiches meet the chain's standards. The app is very useful: collecting points and coupons allows you to save something on menus 📱💰 It's just a shame about the absence of the drive-in, it would be convenient especially in times of greater attendance 🚗❌. The restaurant is located along Corso Asti, in an easily accessible commercial area with ample free parking 🅿️. Recommended if you are in the area and are looking for something practical and quick!

05/04/2025: Inept and incompetent staff I reported several intolerances to them and in any case they brought me food to which I am shockingly intolerant

03/04/2025: The structure is classic Roadhouse... the service is normal even if sometimes you feel like a number and the guys give you the food on the fly without asking whether or not it's ok etc. However understandable given the amount of people.

04/05/2025: Very slow service, overcooked and tasteless pasta, caramelized onions with a very strange taste. Rude and grumpy owner, she treated our group badly the whole evening.

01/05/2025: Very slow service, the place itself isn't bad but more attention could be paid to the furniture in the outdoor area. I had a piece of Fassona which was absolutely not worth €14 and then I ordered a plate of overcooked prawn tagliolini, under-salted and with little seasoning and struggled to finish them. Not recommended

16/04/2025: We went for breakfast several days while we were traveling. We thought it was cheap, the place was super clean and the food was very good. The staff is very friendly even though we don't speak their language.

15/03/2025: It's a shame how the bathrooms are kept, on the wall and signed that they came to clean at 930, 10am the disabled bathroom under the sink a mountain of paper on the floor, dirty palette and broken tt! No soap
