06/05/2025: The old-fashioned Becheri was a completely different story. €43 for two slices of cake, a portion of potatoes, a roll filled with half dry white rice, a plain salad, and 10% raw beef with Philadelphia, all frozen, and finally a hot dog bun with a mozzarella and three supermarket anchovies on top.

01/12/2025: I spent Thanksgiving evening here. They served a themed menu with a turkey main course, a side of mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes, and dessert. Highly recommended. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious.

17/11/2025: Good evening, I wanted to share this place, I was passing through and stopped for something to eat, I'd say excellent choice from appetizer to dessert, also excellent burgers with Fassone beef, I'll be back.

30/11/2025: I'll start by saying that the staff was really friendly, which was the only positive aspect of the dinner. First of all, several items on the menu were missing, but the biggest problem was the quality of the food. We had the mixed fried food, which wasn't bad, but the quality was really poor. Now, let's get to the burger: the quality of the meat was extremely low, too fatty and nauseating, completely burned on the outside (so undercooked), and tasted like nothing. The same goes for the fries, which were so greasy and nauseating I had to leave them alone. How often does someone not want to eat fries? We'll never go back. And above all, it was way too expensive for the quality of the food.

22/11/2025: This evening I had a pleasant evening with friends, and we enjoyed a mixed grill of very good meats, beautifully served. The staff was very professional and friendly. I will definitely return and highly recommend them to everyone.

03/10/2025: We arrived at the Roadhouse in Novara at 8:30 PM and didn't receive our food until 9:30 PM, after an excessive wait. The situation was made even more unpleasant by the fact that two people who arrived after us were served first. The staff was clearly understaffed for the peak time. The result was slow and disorganized service, significantly below expectations.

03/10/2025: I had dinner with my family and waited forty minutes to order, but the food arrived fairly quickly. The speed of service could be improved.

09/12/2025: I don't understand the reviews... the place is very dirty: spiders, cobwebs, mold everywhere (in the main room!)! The sandwich was nothing special, and the fries were really limited; we couldn't get more than 30 (we ended up buying them!). I had a charcoal sandwich: they didn't have peppers, so they put potatoes in without telling me! We ordered six sandwiches for four of us because we were so hungry, and it was a bit pricey (minimum €14 per sandwich)! I recommend a good clean and maintenance! We won't be returning.

15/08/2025: Historic pub in the center of Mergozzo, a very welcoming, traditional atmosphere, excellent food and beer, and super friendly and helpful owners. Congratulations and thank you for your hospitality.

07/12/2025: Surprise! Stopped by chance. Excellent selection. Great bagna cauda. High-quality cuisine. The place is 1980s-style but cute. Service is simple but attentive and friendly. The bill is more than fair. Must try.

12/11/2025: A restaurant with a panoramic view of the lake. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the owner is incredibly helpful. The Big Onion, a large onion, is delicious, fried so you can peel off the petals and enjoy it with its unique sauce. The thin-crust pizza dough is excellent, topped with top-notch ingredients. We'll definitely be back to try the risottos, with their unique combinations. Highly recommended.

27/09/2025: This bad review begins with me asking the service clerk to clean the table, which was covered in crumbs and hair. So he takes the cloth from the trash can and cleans it. He returns to the container and cleans it too, all around the edges. When he realizes he's done, he leaves the cloth there to ferment bacteria. Furthermore, the black and greasy floor, the window frames, and everything around it were teeming with dirt. Unnerved by the scene of normalcy on the part of the clerks, who indifferently watch these scenes of poor hygiene, I report the matter and am told, "Thank you." He then makes the cloth disappear. And that's it. I hope the amount of negative reviews out there is enough for the manager to reconsider his work and do something about his team, because work should be a serious and conscious service, not a favor granted with the desire to live underfoot and the conscience of someone who doesn't care. And then, let's talk about catering and hygiene. Two incongruous things in this fast food restaurant. I recommend that you stock up on Napisan wipes.

12/10/2025: Today 12/10/2025 we went for breakfast around 10 in the morning and it's not the first time.....after 15 minutes of waiting for cappuccino and croissant they tell me the croissants are finished and we have to wait a bit for them to put them back in the oven......empty place not many people there was already a customer who was arguing with the staff me too......I laughed about the money back... now I understand why in the morning it's always empty..........female manager tells me to wait again.....they open at 9 I arrived at 9.45 and she tells me there were people out of croissants.....it's absolutely not true......remove breakfast if you are not capable of managing........

25/10/2025: Friday night. Only delivery drivers camped out at the entrance. The security guy comes out shouting random order numbers. I grab my tray and start eating outside. Everything's filthy (pigeon poop on the sides) and the table is half-lopsided. All this, 200 meters from the castle in Piazza Castello. If you take away the standards we're used to from McDonald's... there's not much left. It's also a shame for the guys who work there because it's clear they can't do much.
