20/08/2026: Sorry, I was hoping the change in management would have made a clean break with the past, but I had to change my mind. Biblical wait times and poor-quality, poorly cooked meat, exactly as I remembered. The only new thing is the increased prices. Too bad, the location is exceptional, but we'll see each other again (maybe) in a year, and only for a beer.

09/08/2026: I was there last night; the place reopened after a period of closure. The sandwiches were really good, the fries were really good, and the beer selection was extensive. There was a bit of a wait to order, but the place was packed, which is to be expected. And the old-fashioned saloon-like ambiance is unique and makes the wait easy 💪🏻

07/08/2026: I must say, this place has become my go-to for excellent meat. The service is very efficient and friendly, and the place is very clean and tidy. A special thanks goes to Asia, who gave us excellent advice on both the meat and the desserts, and was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

20/07/2026: We're always happy with the Roadhouse. We dined as a group with several children and teenagers, and the service was efficient, patient, and kind.

16/08/2026: I stopped by the Mc Driver, the service was terrible. A certain FRANCESCA TASSO made me wait at least 3-4 minutes before ordering, then I went to pay there and mentioned that I was in a bit of a hurry... Her very friendly response in front of my children was, "I'M NOT HERE TO WALK AWAY." Very rude.

12/02/2026: Strangely, there's no friendliness or customer service here: you're just the number on your order. At 3:30 PM, there are few customers, but they still managed to mess up the takeout order: the macchiato became an espresso, with sugar but no spoon; the Happy Meal didn't include the carrots you ordered, but fries; the croissant was placed in a paper bag, without even a napkin... And if you say hello, no one answers! Never again.

19/08/2026: Stopped for a snack, very quick, and the food was either hot or well-fried. Almost surprised.

16/08/2026: I received a Delivero delivery without many items. I asked the restaurant for information and was told to place a new token order and call back. After that, I was unable to contact the restaurant, leaving me without the items I wanted. What a disappointment.

22/07/2026: I stopped by for lunch by chance. I needed to grab a bite before everything closed, so I went in out of curiosity. I ordered a burger and was extremely surprised. It was truly delicious. It was freshly prepared, the meat was really good, and the ingredients were top-notch. Even the fries weren't too greasy, and the quantity was tasty—not too much, not too little. It cost €16 with a drink and coffee, so average but adequate for the quality. I do have a word of caution, however, about the wait staff. While friendly, they weren't particularly inclined to smile or joke, considering their young age and the type of place. It would have been appreciated. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

15/07/2026: Unfortunately the food was really tasteless. We ordered Ribeye and a hamburger. Both of them were without any taste, flavour. The service and atmosphere and staff were good, but the food was lower than normal.

03/12/2025: A well-known brand...here inside the 8 Gallery...Lingotto Center. Smaller than other Roadhouse restaurants, it has no on-site facilities, but you have to use the ones in the center. The service and quality of the food are excellent. Well done!

29/12/2025: Soon they'll give me the food in my hand without wrapping it. I'll start by saying that I always go to drive-thru, I need to have 8 hands to pick up the stuff. They don't give you what you requested and PAID for. Out of three times, two were missing something. Yesterday I told the girl about it and she was annoyed and gave me the missing stuff. In addition to increasing the price, they also took away the paper bag!!! It's collapsing, I'll go elsewhere...

21/12/2025: Slower than sloths, with faces like a funeral, and terrible service. Let's add cold fries and a sundae that looks like someone else's leftovers.... Oh, I forgot, the place was empty! I'm attaching a photo of the sundae my daughter got to give you an idea. Even my 11-year-old daughter said, "Three hours for a really bad ice cream."

25/04/2026: Nothing to say about the menus, if you know them the tastes practically don't change, let's say tasty without too many pretensions for the rest as an area it depends on the days and times, parking is often a disaster but you can manage anyway

22/07/2026: There is no more table service so there are queues for orders like fruit included in a happy meal a simple apple eaten at 12 it's 6.15 pm I still have to digest it and I have a heartburn

12/08/2026: We sat down when the place was half empty. After waiting 30 minutes without being acknowledged, we left. Other tables did the same. Seeing our dissatisfaction, the owner snapped at us, telling us that if we didn't want to wait, we knew where the door was. It's a shame, because the food reviews are good...

09/08/2026: We went here for lunch because we wanted to spend the afternoon on Lake Viverone. I ordered fried calamari, which wasn't fried at all. The breading wasn't there, the calamari wasn't completely cleaned, and there was excess oil on the bottom. When I mentioned this to the waitress, all she said was a "thank you very much" with a smile that wasn't appropriate for the situation. I paid €18 for fried calamari to eat calamari completely soaked in oil. But mistakes are understandable, but the behavior of those who are supposed to guarantee you a good product and good service isn't. I didn't even get a "Wow, sorry, it's our mistake, shall we fix it?", not even at the cashier. Nothing...less than zero. Now I understand why the place was empty.

24/08/2026: The staff was a bit cold and not particularly helpful. There was definitely room for making the experience more welcoming.

17/08/2026: The staff was polite, but as for the food, I was disappointed. The fries had definitely already been tossed in oil and then put back in again, the sandwich was inedible!!! I'm not satisfied with the food. As for the wait, even though it took them more than 15 minutes despite it being empty, let's say it wasn't the main problem. But the fries were awful! The only decent thing, I'd say, were the nuggets.

09/08/2026: The usual McDonald's. Parking nearby. Friendly staff. The sofas need checking, some are wobbly.
