06/05/2025: The becheri of the past was a completely different thing. €43 for two slices of cake, a portion of potatoes, a roll stuffed with half dry white rice with salad without dressing and 10% raw meat with philadelphia, all frozen, and finally a hot dog bun with mozzarella and 3 supermarket anchovies on top.

08/01/2025: Questo locale nel centro di Asti è tanto piccolo quanto delizioso, a partire dal suo gestore, fino alla qualità di piatti e bevande; la possibilità di abbinare il piatto al suo "contorno" mi fa venire molta voglia di tornarci per provare altre combinazioni.

22/06/2025: Terrible experience to say the least! Unclean environment, rusty tables bordering on hygiene (2€ cover charge), miserable portions. (All proven by photos). Arrived at the cashier after having pointed everything out after being asked how it went? Everything okay? Absolute indifference! Answer: here it is like this! I feel like saying: sorry for the inconvenience, sorry if I participated in the payment of your salary! I had already been in the past and I had a bad experience, I wanted to give it a second chance but I saw that it got worse! I will not bother you again! Thanks anyway!

20/06/2025: Misleading advertising… I chose from the menu, based on the description with photo, present on the menu, chips with melted cheddar and bacon… something very different arrived, chips with a different cut, instead of melted cheddar there was a cold sauce, and the bacon was like fried ham… I was very disappointed. (the portion in the second photo was bigger)

10/06/2025: Delusione totale, soprattutto per un locale specializzato in carne. Siamo rimasti molto delusi dall’esperienza. La carne, che dovrebbe essere il punto di forza del locale, aveva un odore sgradevole e un sapore pessimo. Dopo averlo segnalato, ci è stato portato un altro piatto, ma senza alcun miglioramento. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni, ci è stato detto che "il pacco è da tre" e che per loro era tutto nella norma, mettendoci a disagio invece di cercare di capire davvero il problema. Nota positiva: almeno non ci hanno fatto pagare la carne. Tuttavia, resta un’esperienza deludente. Sconsigliamo questo ristorante.

30/05/2025: Sono rimasto deluso dal fatto che ho dovuto attendere per c.ca 15 minuti per un gelato mini già pagato (tempo di consegna 2 min.)solamente perché avevo deciso di prenderlo dopo. La gente che entrava mi passava davanti e sono rimasto nell'angolo ad attendere come uno stupido senza essere preso in considerazione. Forse sarebbe meglio degnare di un minimo di attenzione in più chi ha già pagato ed attende ancora il completamento del suo ordine specie se è per un bambino. Oltre al danno la beffa, quando finalmente mi hanno considerato, la macchinetta era rotta (a detta loro) e quindi niente gelato (bastava dirlo subito). Seccato me ne sono andato con la promessa di non mettere più piede in questo posto visto il trattamento.

30/05/2025: Ho prenotato la cena di classe per 60 persone due mesi fa. Siamo arrivati alle 19,30 alle 22 molto non erano stati serviti nel del bere ne del cibo. I camerieri portavano piatti a caso e dopo 2 ore e mezza di attesa molte persone hanno rinunciato al piatto ordinato. Il tutto in un locale senza aria condizionata con un caldo insopportabile. Ora di pagare il conto ci hanno fatto uno sconto del 10% per il disservizio, ridicolo. Ci avete rovinato la cena di fine anno!! Un locale così mal gestito a mio avviso dovrebbe essere già chiuso da anni!! VERGOGNOSO 🤮

23/05/2025: My girlfriend and I went to the All You Can Chick night. We arrived around 8pm and it's true that we waited a bit before entering but it was all perfectly normal given the crowd. Although there were some small problems due to the amount of people that made everything very confusing, the waiters handled the situation as best they could and in particular I want to thank the waitress named "Julia" who literally made us change our opinion about the whole night towards the end, when we were losing hope. Despite everything it was pleasant, the price was convenient and the food was always quality!

23/05/2025: Il locale propone spesso promozioni diverse come ad esempio “XXXL” oppure “All you can chick”. Le promozioni sono volte a invogliare i clienti ma sono FALLIMENTARI. Promozione ALL YOU CAN CHICK: chiamo per prenotare e mi viene riferito che non accettano prenotazioni perchè si aspettano una grande affluenza. Va bene (quindi si presuppone organizzazione) Mi reco quindi al locale all’apertura ed entro tra i primi clienti. Ordino la formula ALL YOU CAN CHICK e arriva un cartone con del pollo sopra ad un quintale di patatine fritte che ovviamente è difficile da finire. Ordino una seconda porzione di pollo e arriva almeno un’ora e un quarto dopo. (Sottolineo che sono entrato tra i primi clienti alle 19). Il pollo è buono e per questo merita una stella (anche se veramente molto, molto unto ed è stato pesantissimo da digerire) Ordino acqua, dopo ulteriori 25-30 minuti continua a non arrivare e decido quindi di andarmene. Più che ALL YOU CAN CHICK potrebbe chiamarsi “all you can WAIT” perchè portano veramente allo sfinimento il cliente che dopo 2 ore di attesa se ne va. Ultimo particolare, appena tornati a casa i vestiti vanno messi immediatamente a lavare per la puzza di fritto. In conclusione, se ti “aspetti grande affluenza” come riferito telefonicamente, e non sei in grado di prepararti, allora queste promozioni forse non fanno per il tuo locale.

18/05/2025: Terrible experience in this place during the Alpine gathering, they imposed their fixed menu made of ready-made dishes heated in the microwave. Obscene appetizers. Good food is not found at the Il Cortile restaurant. I threw away €40 but with €10 I would have eaten better at Mac Donald's where the quality level is higher

11/05/2025: Terrible experience! We booked 3 weeks ago at this restaurant which specializes in cut burgers etc. We are told that on the occasion of the Alpine troops' rally they will have two shifts 7.30pm and 9.39pm. We arrive at the restaurant at 9.30pm and they tell us that there is a fixed menu... listen, listen 40 euros!!!!!!!!!! I attach photos of the 40 euro dinner with ready-made dishes, heated in the microwave The incredible thing is that the fixed menu has no choices but there is an appetizer, a first course and a second course (veal cheek) that we all eat regularly. Serious restaurants: 1 at the time of booking if the menu is not the They usually warn the customer 2. In the fixed menu there is always a choice between at least two dishes 3 if no one takes a planned dish because they don't like it and can replace it with a cold cut or something else! I won't add anything else! The classic example of a restaurant that takes advantage of the event but thus loses 5 customers. Scroll to NEVER AGAIN

16/04/2025: We went for breakfast several days while we were traveling. We thought it was cheap, the place was super clean and the food was very good. The staff is very friendly even though we don't speak their language.

21/05/2025: Qualche anno fa rimasi positivamente molto sorpresa di questo ristorante.. cibo buono, locale grazioso e ricercato, prezzi abbastanza competitivi. Oggi mi spiace dire che sul cibo ho notato dei peggioramenti. Bella l'idea delle pagnottine di pane di vari gusti.. peccato sapessero solo di freezer. La frittura di calamari non aveva la classica panatura o pastella che rende il piatto croccante, il pesce risultava morbido, come cotto in padella e non fritto. Il vino bianco della casa solo frizzante "altrimenti vi prendete una bottiglia!". I prezzi non più concorrenziali. La ragazza che ci ha servito deliziosa e professionale, e condivido la sua idea di evitare di spegnere le candele col soffio per evitare quella fastidiosa puzza. La prossima volta proveremo la pizza.

12/06/2025: I went to the Mcdrive on foot in the morning at 3 to order a sandwich, because at the Mcdrive in Certosa they always made me order, the very rude and impolite manager invited me not only to go to the Mcdrive in Certosa (if it had been open I would have done so) but also to urge me to find a bike that if I returned with it he would give me the sandwich. But are we serious? I'm not ordering from Cracco...
