22/02/2025: This restaurant is located very close to the cathedral. Very quiet, I would say almost intimate. It offers typical dishes of the Piedmontese tradition, we ate very well. Friendly and very helpful staff. The premises are not very large, so it is advisable to book.

27/01/2025: I went to your house last night for dinner with my boyfriend. The experience didn't start in the best way, we didn't like the way the waitresses welcomed us, very grumpy, no smile and an annoyed attitude especially after asking if we could sit at the table next to the one we had been assigned ( it had to be set and after the waitress cleaned it, I thanked her without receiving half a smile, she left annoyed). Average hamburger sandwiches, very good potatoes and appetizer mix. I wouldn't return for the service because when I enter a place I have to feel welcomed, which is something that has been lacking.

05/03/2025: Clean restaurant with very welcoming atmosphere including waiters, we ordered 2 meat dishes, including Gran Canyon mix and a Cherokee Rib-Eye, they made us eat really proper meat with rare cooking that we had asked for, excellent experience and we will return soon.

16/02/2025: Terrible experience at Hamerica’s in Turin (Via Belfiore) on Valentine’s Day. I went there at 8:00 PM with my girlfriend, with a valid QR code for the Love Burger, yet the staff refused to accept it. They told us a reservation was required for seating—but nowhere in their advertisements was this mentioned! They completely wasted our time on a special occasion. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I will definitely not be coming back.

08/02/2025: Ho scoperto casualmente questo locale grazie alla consegna a domicilio e devo dire di essere soddisfatta in quanto sia gli antipasti che gli hamburger e i dolci risultano essere tutti buoni. Gli hamburger non hanno prezzi molto economici ma devo dire che risultano essere ben farciti di tutti gli ingredienti.

26/02/2025: I went because I had to go to Novara and a colleague of mine had told me about this place. Pleasant environment, good food, helpful staff. Being inside a commercial park, parking is also very convenient, moreover it is located about seven minutes from the motorway exit. I will definitely go back.

10/03/2025: Unfortunately I have to write this review about the service, every time I go, when I order the menu they make a mistake, they put the toast inside the happy MEAL, then the milkshake and the ice cream is not the flavor I asked for. Something like this never happens to me at MC Donald's in Turin.

23/02/2025: Saturday night I met up with some friends for a bite to eat at the 45 parallel. Since there are 2 other restaurant chains in the square that do meat and burgers, I let them choose. I had never been here and I said to myself, let's try it. As regards the welcome there were no problems, we were served quite quickly and kindly, the environment is not as characteristic as the other 2 restaurants, but no big deal, we came to eat and then go to a concert. Things started to get worse the moment they brought us the drinks: the glasses were dirty or in any case washed poorly because they had traces of grease on the rim from whoever drank from them before us. I didn't have them replaced for fear of having similar ones, but I cleaned mine carefully with a clean paper handkerchief which had a greasy halo after the operation! But it didn't end there: I ordered a slice of chicken with rocket and cherry tomatoes and a side of fried potatoes. For the potatoes the only flaw was that they were few (I always compare with the other 2 nearby restaurants), but the cut had clearly been cooked before and reheated... badly so much so that the last bite was almost cold! I laugh when I think of the photo of the menu, where the sliced ​​meat is laid out on a carpet of rocket and sliced ​​cherry tomatoes... The truth? rocket yes, but do-it-yourself cherry tomatoes because there were 2 whole ones placed on the plate just by chance! Moral of the story? Like hell you still see me here!

18/02/2025: Like every time I order the cheeseburger without mustard, tomato and cucumber from Deliveroo, it always arrives without cheese.. but then again, who would get a CHEESE burger without CHEESE. I understand everything but it would be enough to think for a second as well as read!!
