23/02/2026: The restaurant is very welcoming, the staff is kind and knowledgeable. It's a shame the dishes were absolutely tasteless. I ordered a slice of Fassona beef with a Parmesan cream: it tasted like Parmesan, and the meat alone was absolutely tasteless. I ordered a risotto with beetroot and two Gorgonzola cheeses: without Gorgonzola, it tasted like nothing, not even a good meat or vegetable broth. The panna cotta was good, but I make that at home too. The house red wine was so-so. The sparkling water was good. Also, a final comment on the variety of the menu: it's a restaurant where they mainly serve meat, which is fine; but if the menu has pumpkin flan as an appetizer and you say it's out of season, you can't replace it with anchovies in butter! Make a flan with some other vegetable! In short, a vegetarian, without expecting to have three or four choices per course, on Saturday evening had zero choice in appetizers and risotto for the first course; let alone main courses. A real shame because the place is very beautiful; I had been there a few years ago and had a great time... but I won't be returning. Cost: 1 appetizer, 2 risottos, 2 glasses of house wine, 1 water, and 1 dessert: €70

28/03/2026: Was there on a saturday evening and I had the content unpleasant feeling that they were just waiting for us leaving the table to other guests. It was like a timed dinner, which is the last thing you want when you decide to dine out.. on top.off it also the portions have been shrinked, if compared to few time ago; for instance, the chips given with the burghers are half of the original portion. They may have gone for a saving policy a bit too tight. Overall, despite food is still OK, the service was pretty unpleasant

27/03/2026: I come here for lunch as often as I can, and it's always a guarantee. Quick service, always smiling, and never intrusive. The dishes are tasty and the quality is significantly higher than other places in the same category.

30/03/2026: Compared to other McDonald's, the location is nicer; it also has a rather large outdoor area. For a fast food restaurant, they're a little slower than you'd expect; there may be fewer staff, but they're still friendly.

03/04/2026: Friendly service, but the portions were truly ridiculous. Mixed grill, €32... It literally contained two tiny ribs, all bones, of course, two chicken strips—I repeat, two (I mean, chicken isn't even expensive, maybe a whole slice could have been used), a not-so-large sausage, and two pieces of sirloin. Don't make our mistake and don't trust the photos on Google, because they're obviously old and the portions are half the size today, but the price remained the same. €140 for four people... Six of us ate for the same price at another place downtown that also serves meat.

12/02/2026: Strangely, there's no friendliness or customer service here: you're just the number on your order. At 3:30 PM, there are few customers, but they still managed to mess up the takeout order: the macchiato became an espresso, with sugar but no spoon; the Happy Meal didn't include the carrots you ordered, but fries; the croissant was placed in a paper bag, without even a napkin... And if you say hello, no one answers! Never again.

03/12/2025: A well-known brand...here inside the 8 Gallery...Lingotto Center. Smaller than other Roadhouse restaurants, it has no on-site facilities, but you have to use the ones in the center. The service and quality of the food are excellent. Well done!

29/12/2025: Soon they'll give me the food in my hand without wrapping it. I'll start by saying that I always go to drive-thru, I need to have 8 hands to pick up the stuff. They don't give you what you requested and PAID for. Out of three times, two were missing something. Yesterday I told the girl about it and she was annoyed and gave me the missing stuff. In addition to increasing the price, they also took away the paper bag!!! It's collapsing, I'll go elsewhere...

21/12/2025: Slower than sloths, with faces like a funeral, and terrible service. Let's add cold fries and a sundae that looks like someone else's leftovers.... Oh, I forgot, the place was empty! I'm attaching a photo of the sundae my daughter got to give you an idea. Even my 11-year-old daughter said, "Three hours for a really bad ice cream."

03/02/2026: The staff was unfriendly and lacking in customer service. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the premises left much to be desired: there was paper trash on the floor and food residue (such as chips) on the chairs and sofas. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of a restaurant and should be treated with greater care. I hope management can take action to improve both staff organization and hygiene standards.

31/01/2026: Poisoning that led to more than one hellish night. Unfortunately, I don't have the physical evidence to prove it, but I'm 100% certain that it was the food handling that was to blame.

06/04/2026: As for the food, there's nothing to complain about. The only flaw is the wait. We went at Easter at 1:15 PM, and the appetizer arrived at 3 PM. The wait was very long, and we basically finished lunch at 4:30 PM. We definitely won't be back because of the long wait.

05/04/2026: We came here for Easter. It took us forty minutes to get water and bread, and an hour and a half to get our appetizer. After another hour, we left without waiting for the next course. No apologies, no rude responses from the waitress and the owner. Truly SHAMEFUL.

15/03/2026: Had breakfast at the cafeteria: out-of-service order boards, ordered at the counter, coffee and cappuccino served in paper cups and croissants 🥐 served directly on the tray on a paper napkin, instead of the classic pittino. Very disappointing. Oh, I forgot: the icing on the cake: cappuccino and croissant cost €2.70 when at all the other Macs they cost €2.50... ugh!

15/02/2026: Terrible place, too small and chaotic for the number of customers. I immediately regretted paying because I then had to wait with a crowd of people all crowded in front of the balcony, waiting for their number to be shouted out. Not at all organized.

16/03/2026: A girl with absolutely no work ethic, just because she hears a noise she decides to cause mischief, like a child who hasn't slept well. If you behave this way for every little inconvenience, then you shouldn't be working. The order was also wrong.

18/08/2025: I've been a loyal McDonald's customer for years, but now you've pissed me off. For starters, there's no scale to weigh the food because every time we find different quantities of fries (in other countries, even in Eastern Europe, which you consider third-world countries, there's customer protection, but Italy is still in the Middle Ages where there are those who are crafty and guesstimate). Then we don't understand why the prices are higher when you order delivery with various services (most of the time something is missing because you're idiots) when we already pay them for delivery + handling fees. Gentlemen, you can cook at home; without us, you'll close down and go dig the land. PS, I've never seen an estimated delivery time between 6 and 43 minutes

16/08/2025: I've ordered from Glovo several times, and there's always a lot of food missing from the order. But that aside, the lady at the register in the blue shirt, whose name I couldn't read, should change jobs. She's incredibly rude and unfriendly... so much for hospitality! This comes from a woman who's worked in customer service for years.
