05/01/2026: Newly renovated restaurant. Very kind and friendly staff. Very crispy supplì, fried well and without oil. I highly recommend the lasagna one, but the corte d'assise and pumpkin ones weren't very creamy on the inside. The sandwiches are good, with good quality ingredients and compositions. A little to complain about the Smash, as the burger wasn't smashed well. The homemade bun was truly excellent.

31/12/2025: I remembered it being an excellent ice cream shop, but instead it was a total disappointment. After a couple of years, I'm coming back here with a craving for good ice cream... a total disappointment. Aside from the €3 for a microscopic cone and the possible €0.40 surcharge for double cream... the cone's wafer is so hard I had to throw it away because it was inedible, the cream was "in pieces" inside the cone, and the banana flavor was decidedly watery. Their "officiella" (cream) that should have been Nutella was full of crunchy pieces. In short, gentlemen, you've really taken a nosedive with ice cream, both in terms of price and, above all, quality. The good thing about those who prefer the cone to the cup is that they actually get to eat the cone in the end, and I had to throw it away because it was so hard! Never again.

02/03/2026: Last night I had dinner with friends at this restaurant. I asked the waitress to replace three of the four glasses on the table because they smelled a bit fresh. They replaced them and brought me three more with the same smell, which was confirmed by the other people I was with. So I wanted to raise this issue to avoid any unpleasant surprises in the future. The sandwiches were good as always, and the staff were friendly.

Dessert: I tried a mini cup, a little light on the topping, which was supposed to be caramel. I appreciate being able to sit around and chat without feeling pressured to vacate the table.

10/01/2026: Yesterday I had lunch with my mom. The fries arrived cold on the plate, and my chicken with cheddar and bacon was also almost cold, and it remained indigestible all day until the evening. My doubts arise as to whether the oil used to fry the fries was poor quality (too much use) or the meat was not good quality. I don't think I'll go back because quality is a given in certain places! The guy at the cashier was awful, not a smile, not a greeting.

09/03/2026: We tried this restaurant "by chance" while waiting for a movie at a nearby theater. Again, I'd say it's in line with the other restaurants in the chain I've tried (in Rome). The time was a bit "unusual" (late afternoon), so the place was almost empty and very quiet. The food met expectations, the service was quick and friendly, and the prices were average. Recommended.
