08/12/2025: After waiting 30 minutes to sit down, we were asked to leave early by the woman waitress due to a “reservation” coming in five minutes. We were not even done eating our food. If you’re American, I would advise going somewhere else.

11/01/2026: I've been to The Butcher on Via Michele di Lando in Rome and I have to say it was a truly excellent experience. It's a welcoming place, with attention to detail and a pleasant atmosphere. The meat is excellent quality, cooked to perfection, and served with great attention to detail. The side dishes and burgers are also truly worth it: tasty, plentiful, and made with fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick with their service. Prices are in line with the quality offered. Definitely a must-try in Rome for meat lovers! 🔝🥩

I really liked the sandwich because it was filthy, as I say.
The only flaw is that if they manage, or if they could, I would add something extra to add more variations.
Otherwise, it was beautiful and highly recommended.

22/12/2025: Very good burger. There could be more smash on the smash burger to get that crust. The potato bun is pretty good but could be a little softer. These are very very small points to make things EVEN better. Take it from a native New Yorker. THE GORGONZOLA IS AMAZING. Price is good too.
