The staff was a bit confused, the food arrived before the buffet, the order was incorrect but correctly reported on the receipt (and therefore recorded correctly...)... in short... very kind but needs to be reviewed...

Everything was good, but special mention goes to the staff, especially Yuri, who was kind and professional in suggesting the best options for our gluten intolerance. After all, you go out to eat to feel good and be treated with kindness and friendliness. That's not a given. Congratulations!

We went to the Roadhouse for dinner and were really satisfied. The meat was excellent quality.
The staff was kind and friendly, especially the guy in the black shirt, whose name, if I'm not mistaken, is Lorenzo. He was professional and attentive, helpful, and always ready to offer advice on the menu.
An experience to repeat.

PROFESSIONALISM EVEN IN CHAINS WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS TRULY FOCUS:
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Roadhouse Grill in Orio al Serio with my family. It's well known that this chain focuses on fast, casual dining, far removed from Michelin-starred restaurants, but it was here that I learned a lesson in hospitality that many independent restaurateurs should study.
Being quite picky about how I cook my meat, particularly thick cuts and rare, I asked the wait staff for special attention. Not only was I not looked at with annoyance, but I was listened to and fully satisfied. The staff was attentive, cooperative, and, above all, courteous: an attitude that isn't a given, even in places that call themselves "upscale."
This episode made me reflect, by contrast, on what happened at a Sardinian restaurant I had previously visited
online: Sa Corte Food and Wine in Santa Lucia di Siniscola. There, despite the owner claiming to be of a certain rank and boasting twenty years of experience, I encountered a diametrically opposed guest management approach: 20% surcharges for sharing dishes and disconcerting verbal vehemence in responding to any criticism, even the most technical.
At the Roadhouse in Orio, despite its "fast food" setting, I found a respect for the customer that was completely lacking at Santa Lucia. The moral, for those familiar with the restaurant business, is clear: the real difference isn't made by the restaurant's category or the owner's reputation, but by the politeness and ability to serve those seated at the table.
I thank the staff at Orio for their care and helpfulness. For those looking for a place to eat without feeling like a nuisance to the manager, consistency matters more than labels.
