20/07/2025: We stopped in just before 12:00 on Sunday for a quick bite. The staff were friendly, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was nice. The food was always a touch better than the competition!

The staff is young and kind and the service is very fast and attentive to customer needs. I tried both the nachos and the hamburger with fries and it was all delicious. Special mention for the Old Wild West sauce, really good! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality/price ratio: I expected to pay more considering that all the ingredients used were fresh and of high quality. I will definitely come back with friends or family next time I return to Vercelli. Super recommended!!!

This steakhouse has a unique and interesting location, decorated with frescoes and objects that take us back to the old "Wild West." The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The menu is varied, and for those interested, they also offer vegan dishes and a children's menu. Good value. It's family-friendly. For those who want to enjoy the excellent dishes outside, the restaurant has a comfortable outdoor terrace with parquet floors and two large umbrellas, all surrounded by a "Wild West"-style fence. For those who want to enjoy the excellent dishes at this restaurant, I strongly recommend NOT throwing away the ticket the waiters give you; you must hand it to the cashier at checkout because it identifies your table number and the information you provide. For those who don't want to wait too long before entering, I strongly recommend booking in advance.

There is a lot of variety and all burgers can be made vegetarian by adding €1 I also had a very good beer. Advised! The only flaw: the music before the live show was a little loud and it was difficult to hear the various members of the table.

The pancakes are truly delicious, fluffy, and beautifully presented: they definitely deserve a special mention. It's a shame about the staff, which somewhat dampened the experience. When we said "thank you" after receiving our drink, there was no response, not even a smile. A small gesture of kindness would have made a difference. The setting is beautiful, but the human warmth counts just as much.

17/07/2025: Friendly staff, a refined and quiet atmosphere, and excellent food. I've dined at this restaurant several times and it has never disappointed me. Last week, we asked the waiter to compliment the chef (Piero), who very kindly came to the table to introduce himself. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. Refined and above all tasty dishes, and the perfect conclusion was an exceptional tiramisu, as was the rest of the dinner. I'm no expert, but my sommelier friend was also impressed by the wine list.

12/07/2025: I had dinner with former co-workers last night. The steak was slab-style. The meat and bone were equally tough. The rump steak was good, but not the specialty the owner presents. Like everything else, it was presented as a specialty, but in reality, all the food was mediocre. The place was deserted on a Friday for dinner, probably just us, there's a reason... Then the bill was grossly overpriced, especially considering how poorly we ate, and I had some doubts about its fairness... Never mind. A negative experience that won't be repeated!!

The wait to get the food, paid for in advance, is excessively long, despite there being even more counter girls, if we want to call them that. Perpetually dirty or broken bathrooms, doves that enter the place also placing themselves on the tables, which is disgusting, and the so-called "counter girls" who look and almost laugh, I would propose a mass dismissal.
