11/05/2026: Amazing experience at Hard Rock Cafe! The service was excellent, and our waiter, Analisa, was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. She explained everything in detail and helped us choose from the menu, which we really appreciated. The food arrived very quickly and was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I couldn’t leave her a tip because the restaurant only accepts cash tips, but she truly deserved one!

11/05/2026: This is NOT what we expected, i have been many times at hard rock cafes on other cities.The philosophy about hard rock cafe is eating and drinking at adults place with darkness and loud rock music. This place at rome have too much lights, a lot of children, and the most shocking is that the music was very low volume.I was there about 1 hour+, never played any rock song, only pop music

03/07/2026: We were absolutely thrilled! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The burgers were juicy, the sides crispy, and the flavors were simply superb. We especially want to highlight the friendly and attentive service; the staff was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The cozy Western ambiance also made the visit a special experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Old Wild West in Montesilvano to everyone!

21/06/2026: The flavors are good, but it's still a semi-liquid ice cream, priced at €3.70—many customers found the cream or some of the flavors falling out. I understand the cost, but professionalism is another matter entirely; flavors at this level shouldn't be sold, especially if they cause unwanted side effects.

13/07/2026: We stopped at Luigi's Burger & Burrito almost by chance, as we needed to spend a night in the area before our 6 a.m. flight from Pisa. It was a truly pleasant surprise! I had a pulled pork burrito, which was truly delicious, while my girlfriend chose a bacon smash burger, equally delicious. Quality ingredients, well-prepared, and flavorful dishes. Plus, the prices are absolutely fair. If you're in the area and looking for a good place to eat, I definitely recommend it!

12/07/2026: A truly disappointing experience. We spent over €50 for two burgers, and the value for money is absolutely unjustifiable. My burger was practically inedible: the meat tasted burnt and completely ruined the meal. The overall taste of the sandwiches was also very disappointing. The portions of fries were truly meager, especially considering the prices. Finally, a €2.50 coffee seemed excessive. The only positive note was the waiters, who were kind and helpful throughout the evening. Unfortunately, however, the staff's courtesy wasn't enough to make up for the terrible quality of the food. Personally, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it: there are burger joints that offer much better products at much more reasonable prices.

28/06/2026: The burgers are first-class. Probably the best burger I've ever had. The beer is also worth trying—it's fantastic. The service is top-notch. I highly recommend it.

11/11/2025: I tried pizza for the first time and was really pleased! I placed my order over the phone, and the person who answered (she seemed young) was very kind and professional. The delivery man, Mattia, arrived quickly and punctually at the requested time, and was truly polite and courteous in his treatment of the customer. The pizza was delicious, with a superb dough! I will definitely order again, highly recommended!
