10/06/2026: Great food. Excellent staff, fast service. We love their burgers; I always have their chicken salad. The kids love it too. When it's crowded, it takes longer to get to the table. It's really nice that they now have an app where you can get various discounts. My husband loves your ribs. So do I, and your sauce is great. I highly recommend it.

19/05/2026: I love this place! The sandwiches are incredible, as are the fries and tacos! But most importantly, they have an entirely plant-based menu with their Beyond Meat burgers, which are out of this world. The space is a bit cramped and uncomfortable, but the girls who work there are very fast. The prices are quite high, but it's worth it.

02/06/2026: We went to dinner at this place after stumbling upon it online and searching for delicious gluten-free sandwiches, and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery. Their bread is delicious, with the perfect selection of sandwich combinations—a real treat for celiacs and non-celiacs alike. It will definitely become a regular stop for our favorite sandwiches, since they recently opened in the Prati area, which is much more convenient for us. Also noteworthy are the delicious fried chips and nuggets, and the dessert was a super chocolatey brownie. Go there, you won't regret it.

30/05/2026: Delicious sandwiches, even for those who aren't celiac!!! They're definitely better than those in gluten-containing chains, and the price is similar. Quality and friendly service. I highly recommend them!

05/05/2026: I want to highlight the excellent service at this hotel. Our stay was wonderful. We were there as a family, and it was my mother's birthday celebration, which was very special because of the attention from all of you hotel staff. The team is completely committed to making guests feel excellent during their stay. I want to especially mention the attention from everyone at reception, but particularly the person on the night shift on April 7, 2026. I don't remember his name, but I really want to acknowledge his wonderful service. We had to get up early for the Vatican, and breakfast started at seven. We had to leave early, and he was so thoughtful that he helped us have breakfast before leaving the hotel. Truly, everyone was spectacular. Thank you, Meliá.

24/04/2026: We were booked to stay for 1 week after The Sanctuary, as we normally stay in Grand Meliá Milan so assumed it would be as good. We decided to pop in and see what the pool was like for the kids. Unfortunately after one drink were not made to feel very welcome. Maybe because we were not eating food. It was not busy. But the vibe was not nice. Not like any other Meliá we have stayed globally. My partner felt very uncomfortable, as the staff kept staring at him. We decided to stay in the Waldorf instead and cancelled this hotel. MUCH better pool. The photography is misleading on the pool size here.

02/06/2026: Simple, you sit down, order right away, and eat in 5 minutes. The burgers are amazing, the chef is always friendly and helpful, the prices are incredibly affordable, and the service is always fast. If you want, you can always have a beer on the table without even asking. Recommended.

21/02/2026: The food was very good, and I won't comment further on that. I really didn't like the mandatory tip (2 euros per person). Tips shouldn't be mandatory; we already pay enough for the owner to pay his waiters well. I only ordered two dishes, two beers, and one water for 41 euros, plus an 8 euro service charge. The other couple with us paid 51 euros. Those are predatory owners, and by the way, very American! What a rip-off!

Wonderful people, a family-themed staff, kindness, friendliness, and exceptional availability! It has an outdoor pool and both indoor and outdoor seating. Great for parties.

17/05/2026: Iago, a Golden Retriever who kept us company during our hearty breakfast, also deserves five stars. Spacious and welcoming rooms, with all the necessary comforts. They're spotlessly clean, but the highlight of this beautiful property is the professionalism and kindness with which Susanna welcomed us and hosted us for our weekend. We'll definitely be back.
