02/06/2026: We went to dinner at this place after stumbling upon it online and searching for delicious gluten-free sandwiches, and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery. Their bread is delicious, with the perfect selection of sandwich combinations—a real treat for celiacs and non-celiacs alike. It will definitely become a regular stop for our favorite sandwiches, since they recently opened in the Prati area, which is much more convenient for us. Also noteworthy are the delicious fried chips and nuggets, and the dessert was a super chocolatey brownie. Go there, you won't regret it.

08/07/2026: Excellence that has proven itself over time: a top score! ​I returned to Old Wild West in Pontecagnano again and can only confirm the exceptional service that has always distinguished this establishment. ​I want to share a recent episode that demonstrates their genuine attention to customer service, which is not a given these days. Due to a network issue, I was unable to load points onto my loyalty card. I sent an email (and we all know how difficult it is to receive company responses these days...) and within just two days they resolved everything, crediting my points back. This shows respect for customers, who are the resource that makes a company great. Hats off to all the staff! ​The establishment's strengths: ​Fantastic staff: The guys are incredibly friendly. I have a special relationship with one of them in particular: I affectionately call him "Maradona" because of his gorgeous curly hair. He is a person of unparalleled kindness, professionalism, and speed. Food and Service: Excellent food, excellent everything. ​Only flaw? If I really had to find something to improve... maybe the portions are even exaggerated! You really give so much, which is a pleasure, but almost a "problem" that needs to be solved! ​I also read that soon it will be necessary to show receipts for promotions; no problem, I'm ready to do so at any time because my review is dictated by pure objectivity. ​If you're looking for courtesy, efficiency, and excellent food, this place remains an absolute guarantee.
