18/03/2026: Hospitable place, good food, I ate the ribs and I found them delicious, I asked for them without BBQ sauce because I like to feel the flavor of the meat without particular sauces, and it melted in the mouth, just the right portions, very kind and helpful staff, I gladly recommend them

05/04/2026: Even our upgraded room felt very small. Breakfast was OK but even basic options like eggs were charged extra! Complete non-sense. Spa water circuit was not included and you need to pay extra per guest/day of use. At this price tag, I’d highly recommend other options in the city. The overall value for money is not good. Staff is very friendly and kind.

01/04/2026: A wonderful experience at this hotel: unbeatable location, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, impeccable service. The breakfasts were superb, with high-quality cold cuts, perfectly ripe fruit, fresh juices, eggs, sausages, spinach... the only thing missing was a wider variety of bread. The coffee was delicious. I highly recommend it; the experience was fantastic, we had a great time and made the most of our stay thanks to the location. We were a family with two children. My only complaint is that nowhere before arrival was it stated that the spa is for guests over 16. Our children were so excited, and we were all prepared with our swimsuits and everything, only to be disappointed when it was included in the price. The views from the room weren't great because the building behind it is quite old, but we could see the Mausoleum of Sant'Angelo in the distance. The view from the front of the room was excellent.

23/03/2026: I placed my order through Deliveroo and was already worried because the delivery driver had been a bit late, having to deliver other orders before mine, so I thought the food would arrive cold. Instead, I was truly surprised: despite the 20–30 minutes that had passed since I picked it up, the order arrived piping hot and delicious. Being celiac, I had called the restaurant ahead of time to inquire about how to order safely. The fact that they have an entire gluten-free menu was a real plus. The lady on the phone was extremely kind and helpful, explaining everything clearly. The bread, which is homemade, was exceptional: soft and incredibly tasty, it's hard to resist. The potatoes were also excellent. I had a pulled meat sandwich, and it was truly incredible. It was my first time ordering from them, and especially through Deliveroo, I had some concerns about delivery times. Instead, the experience was definitely positive. I was very satisfied: I will definitely order again and try other sandwiches as well. For me it's a 10 out of 10.

15/03/2026: We chose this fast food joint for its grass-fed meat. We opted for a cheeseburger, but it's a shame the sweetness of the brioche bun and caramelized onions overpowered the complex flavors of the meat. The place was empty when we arrived, the employees chatting among themselves, and the tables were dirty and covered in crumbs, which, of course, are even more noticeable in such a dark setting. Reading the reviews, I expected much more.

05/04/2026: Standard Burger King food, but the atmosphere is filthy, the floors dirty, the tables uncleaned or with trays left on them, no table service despite the kiosks, half of which are unusable because they have no paper, telling you to take your number and put it on the table at the cash register. I wonder who checks them, and if they do, how they can't see all this.

The food was served to several people cold, and when we asked for it to be reheated, we were repeatedly snorted and rudely yelled at, clearly annoyed. One star for the service, as most of the waiters were rude and unhelpful throughout. The only friendly one was the waiter Emanuele, who always served us with a smile and was always available.
