22/04/2025: Terrible, eaten very badly and spent a lot. We took a very salty polenta with mushrooms and a tagliatelle with truffle but the truffle was those ready-made sauces. They basically drained the pasta and added the mixture without even adding a minimum of butter to season the pasta. Some bigoli with sardines who showed them to him, the sardines I mean, and some Vicenza-style cod, the only decent dish, 2 coffees, a bottle of water and half a liter of bulk wine paid €82.50, a real steal. There is no menu where you can see the prices, they practically invent them on the spot. Avoid it... instead go to the supermarket and get 2 sandwiches made

29/04/2025: Very kind staff, especially the boy with glasses. Good food, the all you can eat ribs were excellent. They also came out quickly, unlike other roadhouses where they take forever. Too bad about the limited choice of desserts. Absolutely recommended place.

22/04/2025: Excellent cleanliness: upstairs in the dining room, a guy was picking up and mopping the floor every so often. Service was fast (it wasn't the weekend, but a Tuesday), and the food was what you'd expect from the McDonald's chain. Great value: with a Family Pack offer, four people ate for 22 euros, including two large Big Macs and two Happy Meals. The upstairs dining room was cozy and air-conditioned, maintaining a good temperature throughout the meal. My experience was very positive.

28/03/2025: if i could give 0 stars i would. The servers were uninterested, the food was less than average and the food took almost an hour to come to the table. The dishes weren’t complete and didn’t match the menu. Lack of acknowledgment for the lack of ingredients is not okay. I’d honestly rather eat my own arm than ever come back.

22/12/2024: I went to dinner here because I knew beers and I took the opportunity to go to the brewery, the place is nice, furnished in industrial style, the counter is nice and the idea of ​​the games is nice. Wide choice of beers obviously their menu is a little narrower than the food, but it is a brewery not a restaurant. In addition to the beers we took 3 sandwiches, not very big to be honest but good, well made and served with a side of chips. I liked the place overall, the beer was also good

However, I appreciated the innovative "game of chairs". Unique and educational experience, passed with flying colors if experienced as a live artistic performance.

13/04/2025: Total disappointment for the management of the place I was invited to a birthday party in this place, but as soon as I arrived, the surprise: the places were sold out. Up to this point, it can happen. But the real disappointment came when I asked, as anyone would in such a situation, for a simple chair so I could join the group. The answer? A sharp "no, I'm sorry, I don't have any chairs" and then the final gem: "I can't for your and our safety". I find this attitude unacceptable. Instead of looking for a solution or showing a modicum of flexibility, I was faced with a total lack of availability, courtesy and common sense. No attempt to come to me, no empathy. I can't judge the food, I didn't even have the chance. But I can definitely judge the reception: cold, stiff and deeply disappointing. A restaurant should know how to handle such situations with intelligence and respect for customers. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. I will not return and will not recommend it to anyone.

21/04/2025: I hands down believe it is the best kebab shop in the whole of Prato, I thank Allah since this place opened, very low costs, delicious food not to mention the chips, the students menu is one of the best thank you thank you

25/03/2025: Went to get two ice creams, a mcflurry and an ice cream cone. The first ice cream didn't even reach half the carton, ridiculous quantities, and when we politely asked if the small quantity was normal, the young, clean-shaven boy who served us, with an arrogant tone and without even looking us in the face, patting the counter twice, began with "it's normal" and left. As for the cone, however, the right amount, but perhaps he exaggerated with the paper wrapping the cone... so much so that I even found it INSIDE the cone itself stuck to the ice cream... The photos speak for themselves. Really terrible, 9 times out of ten that we come here there is always an error in the preparations. We don't recommend it

16/12/2024: For the service and the environment, if I could have given zero stars I would have done so. I went to this place to buy "a truly King combo", the collaboration with One Piece. I found a bare and dirty environment, with the automatic checkouts turned off and not dispensing the receipt. We asked a girl in the room for information and she reluctantly informed us that we had to go to the cashier. There we paid and asked if it was possible to choose the shirt offered. The "manager" (?) on duty yells at the employee at the checkout that you can't choose the colors and then leaves. I certainly won't be coming back again.

10/12/2024: The place is in dramatic condition: all the rubbish bins are full, the ordering machines are turned off or out of order, among the few that worked, the one I used did not print the receipt with the number to collect the order. A single black boy was busy preparing all the orders, the other clerks chatted and wandered around the counter aimlessly. An embarrassing situation to say the least.

01/03/2025: I went there with a friend with whom we have fun testing aperitifs around Naples. We definitely won't be returning. Two spritzes 18 euros accompanied by 3 single-portion sachets of chips, taralli and peanuts. In the center of Naples we drank it for much less, complete with small pizzas, rustici, mini platters of cured meats and cheeses and someone added some divine friarielli with fresh bread. We therefore decided to order a platter (22 euros), but it really wasn't worth that price, accompanied among other things by cold bread from the fridge. For what they offer, truly disproportionate prices

Il pane chiamato Bun sembra una big bubble posti a sedere minuscoli per via della location insomma pessima esperienza Comunque siamo riusciti a mangiare

04/04/2025: I ordered 3 sick kebabs online with home delivery, a portion of onion rings and 2 of fried potatoes.... after paying €33.90 (€2.90 home delivery) everything arrived frozen, imagine what it means to eat frozen kebabs and the chips looked like glue!!! Even though he immediately reported the problem, Zangaloro turned a deaf ear!! This is called lack of seriousness and professionalism I highly recommend purchasing on site and not with home delivery if you don't want to waste everything including money
