22/12/2024: Never again, poor quality food, terrible service, decidedly poor value for money.

16/12/2024: The attitude is extremely bad and there is serious racial discrimination. First of all, when we entered the store and there was a seat and we had a reservation, we were still not seated. Finally, after we urged us five times and three times, we found an empty table ourselves and we were able to sit down. We were not given an order when we sat down. After ordering, all the meals and drinks were served to the white people who came later than us. Our meals and drinks came late after urging them n times, and the ribs were all grilled. It’s dark and very bitter! ! ! ! !

22/11/2024: I went to their place outside the Ipercop in Afragola. Terrible experience, very poor quality products, raw bacon, rude staff with the hanging faces of those who would rather shoot themselves than bring you that miserable toast. Close it, it's better, the place even looks like a gypsy shack. We don't really talk about cleanliness, dirty tables and filthy floors.

17/12/2024: Purtroppo questa sera era meglio non farvi lavorare, siete stati capaci di sbagliare 2 volte un ordine, alla fine tornato a casa dopo essere riuscito ad avere il mio pacchetto, arrivo a casa e mi ritrovo le patatine inzuppate d olio come non mai. Purtroppo meno di zero.... Mi dispiace

15/12/2024: 15 minutes for a gluten-free burger that is frozen and packaged. I do not recommend for celiacs. It's like eating gum. Disgusting. Much better at McDonalds in Lugano, for example. The site is old. They do not have screens to see the order number.

01/11/2024: il pollo fritto l'ho assaggiato per la prima volta in Canada sempre in un fast food di questa catena ed era eccezionale, questo non è alla stessa altezza, ma meglio di niente, mi piace la crosta fritta con il pane due pezzi vengono 6 euro.

09/12/2024: Premise: group of 4 people at the drive, therefore 4 offers from 4 different devices. It was around 2.30am on a Saturday evening (or Sunday morning). When ordering, after 3 offers given, we are told that the maximum number of offers from the same car is 3. (In the meantime the fourth offer had already been activated). We tried to explain but nothing, then we take the order and leave. Arriving at another McDonald's nearby, we complete the order and ask if the "3 offers" rule was true. "Big bullshit" response. And wow, in the end we ate the 3 cold sandwiches.

08/12/2024: I put one star because you can't do less. Cold place we ate with our jackets on and not just us but also other people at the tables, we asked for information but no one was able to explain, the food arrived cold and the chips were slightly blackened and had a soft consistency. I don't recommend it

14/12/2024: Good food, advantageous prices. For a month straight I received orders cold, late and with missing sandwiches/chips. The situation does not change by picking up in store. Unfortunately the staff hasn't always been friendly but I understand that two people can handle a whole crowd. I am attaching video of the watered down cheddar we received (it was missing from the order and this is what we were given)

12/12/2024: Home order placed at 6.45pm, scheduled for 8-8.30pm. At 9.10pm after seeing the order "out for delivery" in the status I called and they told me that the rider already had it but that he had more deliveries to make. Moral: at 9.40pm the cold food arrives... Now I have some questions: 1.What's the point of scheduling orders if you are then put in the queue of others who may have arrived later but closer? 2. What's the point of making multiple deliveries with 1 rider knowing that someone's food will arrive cold like it obviously happened to me? Bad organization. Last time...

15/12/2024: By far worst service in any McDonalds I have been, and I did visit quite a few all around the world. Unorganised, slow and rude service.

15/12/2024: The order-displays didn't work so I was asked to come to the counter. When I asked for a menu in any kind of form she just said "what do you want to eat" twice in a bad tone. How should I know what to eat if there is no menu?

12/12/2024: Everything correct. The place is very big and clean.

08/09/2024: For some time now we haven't eaten croissants properly...maybe you've changed pastry chef or raw materials...they look like sandwiches with nothing inside!

21/12/2024: Very disappointing experience, terrible service at the Drive... as was also found inside the restaurant. Endless waits especially in the McCafé part which is as if it wasn't considered by the staff. Staff and venue management not up to par!

21/12/2024: If I could I would give 0 stars because there is always something wrong: orders mixed up, cold food, wrong products... not to mention the endless waits and the general indifference of those who work there, albeit, apparently, reluctantly!! I'm not asking for much but the minimum would be appreciated Disappointing, I won't go there again
