17/10/2025: The manager is incredibly unhappy, and in an environment where there should be seriousness wrapped in cheerfulness, all the employees are sad, have no energy, and don't interact with customers, not even with a half-smile. I won't be going to this place again.

18/10/2025: Service at an uninterested level. Also took 15 minutes even though I was the only customer. Burger was undercooked, so make sure to ask for ben cotto. Although that doesn’t always guarantee you will receive it.

06/06/2025: Every time we order on glovo, but unless it's yours that receives the order. Every time a request is made, it is not taken into consideration and on top of that you don't answer the phone. What's the point of having the possibility to add or remove something if you don't even read? I took two sandwiches, one with the request well cooked and divided in two... meat arrived rare and not even divided (but if that was the only problem)... The second with the request to remove cucumbers (due to an allergy), the sandwich arrived with cucumbers... taken and thrown away... 30 euros thrown away. When someone orders it is because they don't feel like cooking and maybe they want to give themselves a cuddle... with your refreshment point it's always hell.... you should close.

23/10/2025: We were served quickly, but you have to keep in mind that not all burgers are prepared the same in every country ;) Otherwise everything was tip-top, very friendly service.

15/10/2025: A Big Tasty costs €9 in South Tyrol and only €6.90 in Trento! What's the point? Pure rip-off!

10/10/2025: In a word, a disaster. The order terminal didn't print receipts, so we had no idea how we got our number. Unfortunately, the staff there didn't speak English, I had to wait for someone else. In the end, we somehow managed to explain it. Food - there was no bacon in the burger, which was supposed to be there. The meat was dry as a rock, the bun was not toasted. They didn't give us the oil we paid for with the salad. We didn't even get cutlery. Toilets with a numeric code that had to be entered by the attendant who occasionally walked by, which is why there were queues. One toilet smelly and dirty, the other one clogged. You'd better close it there.

23/08/2025: The quality/price ratio was out of proportion, too expensive, the food was decent but the quantity was small and the potatoes were too dry. 2 euros for a cover charge for lunch without a tablecloth on a table that wasn't even very clean.

26/09/2025: Excellent croissants, delicious cappuccino, friendly and smiling staff. We were on racing bikes and they kindly let us store them inside while we ate breakfast. Highly recommended!
