27/05/2025: McDonald's, I don't need a starred restaurant. I need a person who can read an order and not pass the responsibility on to the customer. After 3 wrong orders at the drive thru, for the umpteenth time they exchanged a sandwich for nuggets + missing fries. The manager instead of apologizing, throws me the nuggets randomly because "they weren't in the order". But is everything okay? Then she makes a fuss about how she can't do anything because I don't have the receipt, when I literally have the payment and order notification on the APP. Next time I'll order directly from the dumpster.

17/06/2025: I was recently at McDonald's and, as always, the experience was very positive 🤩🤩. The service was fast and efficient: the staff was kind, helpful and attentive to requests. The place was clean and well organized, with tables regularly sanitized. I ordered a classic menu with double cheese, fries and drink, everything was hot and freshly prepared. Congratulations 🎉

15/06/2025: one of the worst mcdonalds, cold food, carbonated drinks and chaos caused by the play area. Totems not always working and tables rarely cleaned. I come only for the free parking 2 hours

23/06/2025: Slow, ingredients missing from the sandwich, they tell you that the ingredients are out but they sell the sandwich anyway. Dirty place and tables.

22/06/2025: A common McDonald's, the sandwiches are almost always the same and the additions to the menu are monotonous and poor. Then it is a classic Mc with its strengths and weaknesses. You have to be careful what time you go, because in half an hour it could fill up with people and half an hour later be empty.

12/06/2025: terrible place food arrived cold rude staff and 1 hour to eat really crazy dinner (slow food) I will never set foot in this place again and I advise everyone to look for another one

16/10/2024: Edit 2 years later: changing from 5 to 3 stars overall. Very LOUD music, very young staff, focus on tourists who will never come back, so they don't care if service is good or not. 2022: I used to be out and about in town every day pre-pandemic. Pep’s always had the best sandwiches: tramezzini with really generous ham! (Not just “decorative” ham and then lots of lettuce). Sandwiches here are made for hungry people who don’t have much time to sit around! always fresh ingredients. Post pandemic, I’m happier than ever to confirm: still excellent quality, good value for money and very kind and patient staff, who speak English. Sunny tables perfect for a Saturday brunch.

15/09/2024: Do you want to eat? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. We ordered two pizzas from Easy Gusto, order accepted, they were supposed to be delivered by 10.45pm. It was 11.55pm, the order was being delivered but still nothing, we tried to call and the phone didn't ring. No signs of life. Unexpected events can happen to anyone but there is no such thing as making customers wait for NOTHING, at least be warned!

18/05/2025: The restaurant is in a central location, so it is easy to reach even by public transport. However, overall, the experience did not fully meet expectations. The environment is well-kept but not particularly original: some themed stickers, a sword hanging on the wall and a screen with games in loop give the idea, but you would expect something more immersive, especially considering the concept. The menu does not offer particularly surprising proposals and, in our opinion, the prices are rather high in relation to what is offered. For example, my partner ordered only a portion of chips and a beer and spent about 15 euros. The menus start at at least 20 euros and unfortunately the dish I ordered did not arrive particularly hot, but at room temperature. The service was nevertheless kind and polite. It must be said that the restaurant was not crowded, with only a few tables occupied.

30/12/2024: A really nice surprise. We went for a quick lunch and that's what it was. The food was well prepared and served. But what surprised us the most were the exotic wonders on the shelves! There's everything... drinks, sweets, savories, even soaps and toothpastes. It's all a bit chaotic, you have to hold back and observe calmly, but wow, congratulations!

17/05/2025: You order one thing and they give you another, the place couldn't be dirtier, slow, disorganized because they don't even know what they have or don't have. And remember that if you do delivery the coke will always be hot, because they are not capable of putting it in the refrigerator (after all it makes you understand what level we are talking about). Lucky you who park for free guys, I hope it closes soon.

25/04/2025: L’unica nota positiva è stata la gentilissima dipendente,per il resto nammerda. Rapporto qualità/prezzo da ergastolo. Si spende troppo e si mangia al limite del disgusto. Panini con cose tirate all’interno,freddi,poco guarniti rispetto al prezzo che hanno. Solo le patatine hanno un senso,e solo perché sono tagliate grandi e hanno un retro gusto. Ma non di patata.

10/05/2025: If there was a 0 star option.. I would have used it!!!!! They forced us to get up after 35 minutes, paid the waitresses too much since they also act as bouncers!!!! Shame on you

24/08/2024: Large spaces, easy parking, barbecue, pizza and restaurant. Typical cuisine and a relaxing, familiar environment. Suitable for informal dinners. It would be superlative if they updated the dishes on the menu more with new proposals.
