16/03/2026: A terrible experience, not to be repeated for several reasons: first and foremost, the rudeness of the staff. You don't make fun of customers even if they don't please you. It's shameful for those who work in customer service. The service was terrible because they took so long to finish bringing orders, forcing those who had already received their food to wait forever so as not to let others watch while they consumed it. Furthermore, the drinks were delivered without explanation, creating confusion as to who had ordered because they were similar. The quality of the desserts isn't the same as other places. Then the icing on the cake...cigar smoke wafting into the dining room because the door to the outside wasn't closed and the windows probably weren't insulating well.

09/07/2026: Terrible service, sleepy and unprofessional waiters. Beer? Worst drink of my life. Dead, low carbonation, dirty system, poorly maintained kegs. Little knowledge of beer, and exorbitant prices. Terrible experience, never again.

03/07/2026: Dinner with friends on an evening where there were basically no more than 30 people in total. We waited about 40 minutes for a bottle of still water, which then arrived sparkling. Two tagliata with three slices of salami, three slices of ham, and a few pieces of cheese at absurd prices. But the worst thing was that there was no beer menu.

17/07/2026: It's incredibly hot. You can't walk into a McDonald's and it's hotter than Death Valley. I order a flurry and it takes them 10 minutes to prepare it because the clerks were there at the counter, minding their own business. The flurry arrives and it looks hollow, as if someone had already eaten it. I try it, plucking up courage, and it wasn't the flavor I ordered (I had ordered a Dubai chocolate and instead they gave me a Perugina). I went back and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the very rude clerk starts scraping inside it like it was a caterpillar. After carefully digging into my gelato, the clerk had the nerve to say it had pistachio chips (I think there was less pistachio chips in the gelato than water on the sun). To which I said, "No, look, I've had a Dubai before and it usually has pistachios and chunks." The clerk, grinning, kept telling me that there were sprinkles, so I left the ice cream there in frustration and left (the sprinkles were as much as my patience the third time she told me that there were sprinkles and it was a Dubai)

12/07/2026: The place was incredibly crowded and it was difficult to get through. We only wanted to use the restroom, which had a code lock (probably from our receipt). Luckily, one of the ladies held the door open for us, so we got in for free 😄 ​It's hard to tell if the men's restroom is even cleaned... There's no toilet seat, the broken toilet paper dispenser is full of empty cigarette packs, and the floor was so sticky with urine that our shoes literally stuck to the ground. If tourists are behaving like animals, I don't blame the staff, as it's a Sisyphean job – however, some things should simply be fixed 😉 ​I'm giving it 4 stars to be fair, as we didn't eat any food there.

13/12/2025: We ordered takeout this evening. EXCELLENT value for money. Amazing sandwiches and very helpful and friendly staff, which is rare these days. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it. 🫶🏻

02/05/2026: He displays the menu with the price of coffee. We go in to ask for a coffee and are shooed away in an annoyed tone. I would advise not to give false information and to be polite.

02/05/2026: Since coffee is on the price list displayed at the entrance, we enter and politely ask if she can make us two. The lady at the counter looks at us askance and tells us in an extremely rude tone that she doesn't offer coffee service. I would suggest updating the price list so as not to waste people's time. I would also suggest a little courtesy, or at least respect, especially in a job where people work in front of the public.

24/12/2025: Poor taste and quality. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The chicken wasn't fresh.

15/04/2026: I was very disappointed with this place. The staff's behavior was unacceptable—arrogant, unprofessional, and clearly discriminatory. We waited much longer than other customers, and when we asked for an explanation, we were treated coldly and irritably. We are truly disgusted by the way we were treated. It's sad to see a restaurant with this attitude in 2026. Absolutely avoid.

15/04/2026: Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was truly disappointing. The staff was rude from the start, but what struck me most was the discriminatory treatment. It seemed like some customers received better service for no apparent reason. I felt ignored and treated disrespectfully. We were truly disgusted by the staff's behavior. I will never return and I don't recommend it to anyone.

06/06/2026: Unparalleled rudeness! The guy had forgotten to bring me a cookie. I got up to ask, and, as if I'd been ignored, the guy who had just left the register shouted at me from behind the coffee machine, "I just left the register now!" without even looking out. The girl making the juice snapped at me, saying, "Just a minute, I'll never see you again." After a while, I gave up and went back to the table, vainly hoping they'd come and ask me as soon as they were free, but nothing happened. So, in the end, I decided to just have a cappuccino and go to pay. At the register, I explained that they'd forgotten the cookie, and the guy said to the waiter, "Get down on your knees and apologize," mocking me. I don't recommend it.

01/06/2026: It would be better to have fewer tables and provide more efficient service. I promised myself I wouldn't stop anymore; they're too slow with orders and table service, even for a simple toastie.

28/04/2026: One of the most disgusting Mc Donald's we've ever eaten. I went for lunch today with my girlfriend, we waited 25 minutes even though the restaurant was empty. Plus, the sandwiches were disgusting and tasted like cardboard. I ate at 3 PM and it's still in my stomach. I'll never go back.

12/04/2026: 1:46 PM, nothing has arrived yet... it's the second time... the first time. After a 20-minute wait, we noticed my sandwich was cold and I was alone waiting on the balcony... everything else was still missing...

11/06/2026: We haven't been to McD's Drive-Thru for a reason in ages: they're always missing a sandwich, a portion of fries that's on the receipt... after years of not going, we wanted to give it another chance, but no, they can't handle orders of more than two sandwiches... at this point, I don't know if they do it for personal gain... because it's not possible, after YOU REPEAT the order and everything's there, and then I can't find a product, something's wrong... I ADVISE YOU TO ALWAYS LOOK BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE-THRU... Something is definitely missing.

08/06/2026: There is no place to park your car at this McDonald's.

30/07/2025: A good place, with a quiet, quiet atmosphere, where you can enjoy meat-based dishes: from the classics (ribs, steaks, ribs, etc.) to the most delicious sandwiches. Quality beers and, for those who appreciate them, soft drinks and water 😉 Friendly and helpful staff. Must try 👍

12/04/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews. Everything was very good, despite the limited menu. The place was clean and we were served in less than 5 minutes.

27/06/2026: Terrible experience. They sat us down and let us order without telling us they'd close in a quarter of an hour. Other things, but I won't go into detail. The menu doesn't list alcoholic drinks, so they ask you to order verbally without knowing the prices.

20/05/2026: I went to this shop with my friend the other night. We each had a drink, and after 30 minutes, they asked us to leave, while our glass of wine was still half empty. Their reasoning was that they wanted the table free because it was Saturday night, but there were still empty plates nearby. This seems absolutely outrageous and unprofessional to me. The waiter asked us to leave three times or order another drink while we still had one full. What a disgrace!!!
