07/09/2025: Burger Guacamole. Well, raw meat kinda ruined whole meal. And ofc nobody aksed me how it should be fried. Fries were to salty. Waiter offered us a sauce for the fries but 20 mins later we just ate them without it :)

09/09/2025: Even though the girl at the drive-thru was really nice (and this star goes to her alone), you still got my order wrong. I had the spicy McShaker fries, which cost 50 cents more because they have spicy powder. There, no powder. Now, it's because they forgot; it's not the 50 cents that's the problem, but it's not possible that something is wrong every time.

23/08/2025: The quality/price ratio was out of proportion, too expensive, the food was decent but the quantity was small and the potatoes were too dry. 2 euros for a cover charge for lunch without a tablecloth on a table that wasn't even very clean.

11/10/2025: There are no gluten-free menus. They only sell bagged sandwiches. Anything else is unavailable.

08/10/2025: Response time: 2 business days. It's absurd to wait 15 minutes with only one car. Absurd.

22/07/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Everything I ordered arrived completely dry and tasteless. The dishes were so dry they were practically inedible, as if they had been prepared hours earlier and reheated several times. I definitely expected more, both in terms of the quality of the food and the attention to preparation. It's a real shame, because the place seemed promising, but unfortunately the food isn't up to par. I hope they improve the freshness and attention to detail of the dishes in the future. For now, I wouldn't recommend it.

23/02/2025: Three of us went last night, the place isn't bad, in my opinion the approach and communication with customers could be improved. If you opt for burgers you will be pleasantly surprised, good quality, nice appearance and fair price. However, if you ask to eat some vegetables au gratin you will be very disappointed. I received a plate with 5 very thin slices (and by very thin I mean within 2 millimetres) of courgette (small in size), 4 very thin slices of aubergine (also small in size) and a few strips of pepper. All spread out well to cover the plate. Maybe less than 80 grams in total. Disproportionate price, estimated at around 15 euros (subtracting the cost of the other dishes from the total). Perhaps they do this to discourage requests of this type. They certainly discouraged our return. Sin.

09/08/2025: There are very few outlets for charging your phone in the MS, only 4 for the entire large hall. There is no wireless charging on the pages. Sometimes this makes it impossible to recharge a little. Another thing is the toilet. There is a code on the purchase receipt that you need to use to enter the toilet, but this code does not work. For example, if you ordered food and need to go wash your hands, it is simply impossible to do this. You have to stand in line at the cashier to open the door to the toilet. Then if another person with you wants to wash their hands, you have to stand in line at the cashier again to open the door. Please - make basic things accessible to people - washing hands before eating. You can install sinks in the hall, or introduce another system for people to get to the toilet. I hope the administration will hear this. Thank you.

28/07/2025: The service was good. Unfortunately, the food was inedible. The fries, in particular, were not fresh at all.

22/09/2025: Absolutely avoidable. While traveling, I happened upon what could have seemed like a good trattoria for a quick meal. Instead, it turned out to be one of the worst places I've ever encountered. The atmosphere is dated, but even more sloppy. We see that there aren't many people at the tables, and yet they bring us a menu with outrageous prices. Since we're traveling and given the prices, we choose two plates of pasta with tomato sauce. Neither praise nor infamy. A bottle of water and two coffees. The bill was 49.50, without a receipt. When I complained about the exorbitant bill, a lady approached, identifying herself as the owner, and asked me if I went grocery shopping and if I knew the prices of the goods. Then, in a threatening, or rather, hysterical manner, she asked the girl who had served us what we had consumed. Meanwhile, we were leaving the restaurant and getting into the car when the lady chased after us with a 10-euro bill in her hand, perhaps to make us part of the misfortune. A truly pitiful scene. To never again, dear lady of the Bar Trattoria Alla Chiusa.

02/10/2025: I'm giving one star because I can't give less. We went to the drive thru this evening, around 11 pm, there were three of us. We ordered two Happy Meals, a saver menu with a double cheeseburger, and a nugget deal. We'd chosen the one with the 4-piece nugget, but when we got to the counter to pay, we politely asked if we could exchange it for the 6-piece nugget, which cost €3.80. After this request, the girl at the counter started huffing and puffing, and the guy behind her (Alessandro) loudly exclaimed, "Oh, but these guys can't handle it," as if our request were incredibly absurd. The truth? They didn't feel like exchanging the products because the bag was already ready, not even time to pay. Do you know why the bag was already ready? Because they've had the products ready for hours, confirmed by the fact that the sandwiches were hard and crunchy like biscuits. The double cheeseburger we ordered without cucumbers was one of the pre-made ones, because when we opened it, we noticed the cucumbers had been removed from the already melted cheese, probably to keep it warm. They didn't succeed; it was cold. When the bag was thrown to us in the car, with much grumbling, we obviously checked and realized we'd been given two Actimels instead of one Actimel and one Parmesan, which we'd specifically asked the girl for. Once we pointed this out, the very annoyed girl called the manager, who arrogantly yelled and assured us she'd thrown it to the bottom of the bag. This explains everything. Unless we're magicians, the two Actimels we showed them didn't appear on their own. The whole thing was resolved by them trying to sell us off by giving us one Parmesan. So we ended up with two Actimels and one Parmesan. Too bad for them; we were just trying to be polite. When we got home, we noticed that the complimentary sauce from the famous 6-piece nuggets (mayonnaise) was missing. So, moral of the story, if you like surprise dinners peppered with insults, this is the place for you. I also work in the same job and have never allowed myself to behave like this!!

30/09/2025: Every time I go to McDonald's in Rivoli, something is always missing from my order. It's really frustrating having to double-check every time you pick up the bag, because if you don't, you're going to end up with a scam. Tonight, I didn't have time to check, and the nuggets were missing. Several times, I've stopped in my car to double-check, and even though it was their mistake, they even had the nerve to ask me for my receipt and act annoyed. Besides losing food, I also lose money: if only I had at least one of them... It can't be possible that this happens so often; a little more attention should have been paid.

26/08/2025: Their quality is excellent, but €1.20 for a cream puff the size of a coin is way too much. I bought nine mini pastries, and the €10.80 bill I found too high.
