08/12/2025: It's possible your sandwiches aren't being served due to disorganization and understaffing. 8 / 12 I ordered 3 Chicken Royale burgers and a King Chicken Bacon King menu. The receipt wouldn't print because maintenance is poor. Then I don't know why one of the 4 sandwiches wasn't available for takeout, the same goes for the sauces. The time we wasted after being scammed was 45 minutes. This Burger King is now bankrupt, and I'm sorry to say so. The owner is now copying and pasting to justify his actions without lifting a finger. I highly recommend closing this fast food restaurant.

12/12/2025: I think it's simply incredible how poor the Acireale McDonald's is, and also the one in San Giov La Punta at the exit of the Etna villages, which serves cold sandwiches. Cheese that hasn't even melted. The service requires a wait of at least 20 to 30 minutes, whether you're taking out a drive-through, waiting at the counter, or ordering at the restaurant. I believe that if McDonald's managers had access to this review, they should shut it down and revoke the license for damaging the image it brings to McDonald's itself. Overall, this is one of the places to avoid forever. As you can see from the photo, there aren't even the promised sauces.

12/12/2025: Last night, December 11, 2025, around 10:30 PM, we came to grab a burger with friends. Seeing the restaurant empty and with chairs already on the tables, we wondered if it was open or not. We went in and asked if it was possible to eat or if they were closed (since it was posted that the kitchen closes at midnight). Three of them were annoyed and kept quiet, while one said, "Yes, the kitchen is still open." We chose our food. While waiting for her order to arrive, my friend went to the bathroom, finding it closed. She asked the staff if they could open the door for her, but they refused because it had just been cleaned. The sandwiches and other items we had ordered arrived, but everything was cold and it felt like eating plastic sandwiches! I wonder if this kind of behavior is normal. I understand that this isn't a fancy restaurant. I don't expect fresh meat, but I do expect a minimum of courtesy for the customers who pay for their food, and who, by the way, asked if the kitchen was still open before they sat down! Now I understand why McDonald's was crowded and not a single person there! What can I say? I'll choose better next time!

11/12/2025: At this McDonald's, I noticed that the staff seemed unfriendly and not particularly sociable; it made you feel like you were bothering them.

11/12/2025: McDonald's is excellent and well managed. We returned from our daughter's birthday party and were particularly satisfied with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially an employee called Veronica who organises birthday parties.

10/12/2025: I'll start by saying that I'm not a fan of MCs. I take my granddaughter there, but I have to say that this MC has often tempted me, and I end up eating delicious things too. Very organized. Thanks. I recommend it.

18/08/2025: I've been a loyal McDonald's customer for years, but now you've pissed me off. For starters, there's no scale to weigh the food because every time we find different quantities of fries (in other countries, even in Eastern Europe, which you consider third-world countries, there's customer protection, but Italy is still in the Middle Ages where there are those who are crafty and guesstimate). Then we don't understand why the prices are higher when you order delivery with various services (most of the time something is missing because you're idiots) when we already pay them for delivery + handling fees. Gentlemen, you can cook at home; without us, you'll close down and go dig the land. PS, I've never seen an estimated delivery time between 6 and 43 minutes

16/08/2025: I've ordered from Glovo several times, and there's always a lot of food missing from the order. But that aside, the lady at the register in the blue shirt, whose name I couldn't read, should change jobs. She's incredibly rude and unfriendly... so much for hospitality! This comes from a woman who's worked in customer service for years.

29/10/2025: An excellent café with a high-quality pastry shop where you can have breakfast or buy various cakes and pastries. The staff is friendly and helpful; in fact, we'll be happy to return the next time we stop in Vicenza. We also purchased two cakes: "La Palladiana" and "La Fregolotta"...excellent and well-loved, I highly recommend trying them!!

21/12/2025: Three of us went for lunch. As soon as we sat down, we waited over ten minutes just for drinks. They brought the first courses, and not even five minutes later, before we'd even finished the pasta, they brought the second courses, and they put them on the table. It was indecent, something I've never seen in my life... A price increase without any reason or sense. A 0.4L beer cost €7.50, but in reality it costs less, and the same goes for a small Coke, €4, and a few days earlier, €3. If you really have to, do it with people who have never been here. A little bit of intelligence...

14/12/2025: It's gotten worse! I came on a Saturday, endless waits to pay and to receive the order, the other cold, and you could tell maybe from the excessive level of work, but now I came to an almost empty restaurant, waiting 20 minutes to pay for who knows what reason, and again the order arrived cold. Change the staff, really, it wasn't like this before.

08/12/2025: To eat here you have to be prepared to wait 6 days because obviously to finish the other orders they already mark that they have made yours so they wait for you to go and complain to receive it

04/12/2025: I ordered from McDonald's today and I'm really disappointed. The delivery took forever, and when the food finally arrived, it was completely cold. The taste was just as disappointing – the food seemed stale and totally chilled. For the price and the McDonald's name, I expected much more. I won't be ordering from them again anytime soon.

17/11/2025: I placed an order on Deliveroo and paid immediately at 10:05 PM. The food arrived at 11:45 PM. Everything was cold, hard, and disgustingly bad. I'll never order McDonald's through Deliveroo again.

26/04/2025: The atmosphere is very charming, with a 1960s Italian feel, making it very welcoming. The sandwiches are tasty and "crunchy," as the name suggests. The appetizers are good, but perhaps the portions could be improved, considering the prices. A nice place for a quiet evening with friends or as a couple. The service is okay.

26/04/2025: Honestly, quite a disappointing place, it looks like an excellent place with fried foods and foods that are not only local and from the surrounding area, but also of high quality. But after eating it I had to change my mind. Except for the enormous quantity of dishes on the menu that are not available (at 1pm you can't help but have more than 3 dishes available), paying 9 euros for a sandwich with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham and 7 slices of sweet mustard (almost revolting given how sweet it was) together with 7 euros for 2 chips I think is bordering on a rip-off, to break a chord in their favor some dishes were truly incredible, like the fried fish and the salted caramel ice cream, but far too many dishes are not up to the price, especially the quantity, really scarce even if it were gourmet. I won't say anything about the sweet salami which was truly shameful (5 cm of salami with a diameter of half a centimeter, hot and buttery all for 5 euros). Almost poor but lots of room for improvement, I recommend reviewing the portions and proportions of the ingredients in the dishes as the quality of them is very high, but poorly used.

09/12/2025: I went to eat with my friends. As for the normal French fries, they are quite excellent, however I was very disappointed by the fries with cheddar on top. They were cold, the cheese was of a very low quality, it was not melted properly and therefore it does not deserve a higher price than the normal French fries. However, as for the burgers, I had the opportunity to try them all, they are excellent both in terms of sauces and in terms of the quality of the vegetables and their freshness. The meat was also good, better than McDonald's. Then, as for the onion rings, they are good in the normal ones and you can see that the onion they used is fresh. Instead, I also wanted to try a chicken wrapper and from this I expected the same quality and freshness that I tried in the wrappers, but it was not as I thought. The chicken tasted very disgusting because in my opinion, my friends, the chicken meat was raw, very raw. The piadina they used is of a very low and banal quality that I can also buy from the supermarkets. It was rubbery and broke easily if it were not for the chicken wrapper, which I was very disappointed with, to the point that I did not finish it and I will buy it again. I threw it away after the first two bites. I would have given 5 stars for the food, but if it wasn't for the excellent quality and freshness I got from the burgers and fries, I wouldn't have given 3 stars.
