17/10/2025: The manager is incredibly unhappy, and in an environment where there should be seriousness wrapped in cheerfulness, all the employees are sad, have no energy, and don't interact with customers, not even with a half-smile. I won't be going to this place again.

Every time a request is made, it is not taken into consideration and on top of that you don't answer the phone. What's the point of having the possibility to add or remove something if you don't even read? I took two sandwiches, one with the request well cooked and divided in two... meat arrived rare and not even divided (but if that was the only problem)... The second with the request to remove cucumbers (due to an allergy), the sandwich arrived with cucumbers... taken and thrown away... 30 euros thrown away. When someone orders it is because they don't feel like cooking and maybe they want to give themselves a cuddle... with your refreshment point it's always hell.... you should close.
