09/11/2025: Exhausting wait...never happened in an MC

08/11/2025: Usually, my order was delivered a little later today than other times I've come. It should arrive in about 5-10 minutes. Excellent sandwiches and ice cream, and the atmosphere is clean. Recommended.

18/10/2025: Service at an uninterested level. Also took 15 minutes even though I was the only customer. Burger was undercooked, so make sure to ask for ben cotto. Although that doesn’t always guarantee you will receive it.

06/06/2025: Every time we order on glovo, but unless it's yours that receives the order. Every time a request is made, it is not taken into consideration and on top of that you don't answer the phone. What's the point of having the possibility to add or remove something if you don't even read? I took two sandwiches, one with the request well cooked and divided in two... meat arrived rare and not even divided (but if that was the only problem)... The second with the request to remove cucumbers (due to an allergy), the sandwich arrived with cucumbers... taken and thrown away... 30 euros thrown away. When someone orders it is because they don't feel like cooking and maybe they want to give themselves a cuddle... with your refreshment point it's always hell.... you should close.

17/11/2025: Disappointing, I'm a regular customer. I ordered a home delivery and found the sandwiches made "....." Honestly, given how much they cost, things aren't worth it anymore, to be treated like this... Fewer chips than usual with old salad and tomato put in just for the sake of putting them in... The sandwiches were put in backwards and they were ruined... I don't know what it takes but you can tell when a job is done in a hurry and badly. I'm sorry, but honestly, if it has to cost me more and then I'm treated like an animal, honestly, I'll make them myself and they cost half as much... Usually everything was nice and fixed this time... I won't order again, thanks. 2 stars only because the Glovo guy was kind and punctual.

04/11/2025: Just got two takeout sandwiches... when I got home, one was the wrong one, and a completely different sandwich (not the one I ordered). I also ordered without barbecue sauce, but with mayonnaise and none of that... the most unpleasant thing was that the meat was completely raw inside, so inedible. I would have even eaten it if at least the meat had been cooked. I wrote to their WhatsApp and online contacts and tried calling a number that says it doesn't exist. I hope they have customer service so I can at least get an apology and a voucher for a next sandwich. Honestly, I spent 10 euros to not be able to eat anything, and that's not how you do it. I'm sorry. 0 stars completely.

18/08/2025: I've been a loyal McDonald's customer for years, but now you've pissed me off. For starters, there's no scale to weigh the food because every time we find different quantities of fries (in other countries, even in Eastern Europe, which you consider third-world countries, there's customer protection, but Italy is still in the Middle Ages where there are those who are crafty and guesstimate). Then we don't understand why the prices are higher when you order delivery with various services (most of the time something is missing because you're idiots) when we already pay them for delivery + handling fees. Gentlemen, you can cook at home; without us, you'll close down and go dig the land. PS, I've never seen an estimated delivery time between 6 and 43 minutes

16/08/2025: I've ordered from Glovo several times, and there's always a lot of food missing from the order. But that aside, the lady at the register in the blue shirt, whose name I couldn't read, should change jobs. She's incredibly rude and unfriendly... so much for hospitality! This comes from a woman who's worked in customer service for years.

23/10/2025: We were served quickly, but you have to keep in mind that not all burgers are prepared the same in every country ;) Otherwise everything was tip-top, very friendly service.

05/11/2025: I placed an order on Glovo as usual, and the order I received was mine with my code inside. Instead of finding my €35.19 order, I found two €1 sandwiches. When I called Glovo, they obviously told me the order was the one on the receipt, when in fact the underpaid employees, rushed, obviously work poorly. 29/10/2025: An excellent café with a high-quality pastry shop where you can have breakfast or buy various cakes and pastries. The staff is friendly and helpful; in fact, we'll be happy to return the next time we stop in Vicenza. We also purchased two cakes: "La Palladiana" and "La Fregolotta"...excellent and well-loved, I highly recommend trying them!!

26/04/2025: The atmosphere is very charming, with a 1960s Italian feel, making it very welcoming. The sandwiches are tasty and "crunchy," as the name suggests. The appetizers are good, but perhaps the portions could be improved, considering the prices. A nice place for a quiet evening with friends or as a couple. The service is okay.

26/04/2025: Honestly, quite a disappointing place, it looks like an excellent place with fried foods and foods that are not only local and from the surrounding area, but also of high quality. But after eating it I had to change my mind. Except for the enormous quantity of dishes on the menu that are not available (at 1pm you can't help but have more than 3 dishes available), paying 9 euros for a sandwich with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham and 7 slices of sweet mustard (almost revolting given how sweet it was) together with 7 euros for 2 chips I think is bordering on a rip-off, to break a chord in their favor some dishes were truly incredible, like the fried fish and the salted caramel ice cream, but far too many dishes are not up to the price, especially the quantity, really scarce even if it were gourmet. I won't say anything about the sweet salami which was truly shameful (5 cm of salami with a diameter of half a centimeter, hot and buttery all for 5 euros). Almost poor but lots of room for improvement, I recommend reviewing the portions and proportions of the ingredients in the dishes as the quality of them is very high, but poorly used.

10/07/2025: Very welcoming place in a very nice area close to the port and many other places. The food is not of the highest quality but is still good. The menu is online only. The service is the weak point: could be slightly better :)
