EVERY TIME, and I'm not kidding, EVERY TIME it never activates me and I find myself either chasing the staff or asking for it. A while ago, I was ""scolded"" because I should have immediately told them I didn't have any ice cream on the tray (I didn't even notice until the end of the meal). I pointed out that I never click the "pick up later" button because I want it right away. They even replied, quite annoyed, that it's their policy to never give out ice cream right away because otherwise it melts. But is it my problem? Maybe I like drinking ice cream with a straw, or maybe I like eating it with chips, or maybe the 50 sandwiches I ordered are eaten by the people I'm with and I just want ice cream? If I order with table service it's because the moment I get up is only to throw away the garbage and go home, at this point I didn't ask for table service and waited for the tray directly at the pass... at this point I don't understand the point of the "collect later" button if even if you don't press it they don't want to give you the ice cream anyway

18/05/2026: Terrible experience and total lack of transparency at the register I dined at this store this evening, and unfortunately, an unpleasant and highly unfair incident occurred. When paying at the register (a €6 bill, paid with a €10 note and a €2 coin), we were given incorrect change of just €1. When we pointed out the error, the cashier arrogantly insisted that she had only received €7. Worst of all, and contrary to all company procedures, the employee, instead of checking the contents of the register in front of us, took the entire cash drawer and went to the back to count the cash, hidden from our view. Upon her return, she dismissed the matter with a defiant attitude, even telling us to call the police if we didn't like it. Such behavior, besides being unprofessional, is a complete violation of transparency. I will also report the incident and the time of the receipt to McDonald's management, as I find it unacceptable that a customer should be treated this way. Highly discouraged.

From the moment we entered, my companion and I noticed a dirty and neglected environment, but despite this, we decided to go in because you can never judge from the outside. Once we were seated, we immediately realized it was extremely cold, so much so that it made our stay extremely unpleasant. We ordered an appetizer, which we had to send back because it was served cold. At that point, I checked the sauces on the table and discovered that all the mayonnaise had expired. I mentioned this to the lady in the dining room, who was rude and unprofessional; even worse, she didn't even remove the expired sauces from the other tables, even though they were the same ones. Annoyed by this correct observation, she was unable to offer us alternatives to pair with our food, and furthermore, she left the expired sauces on other tables, while customers continued to consume them. The burgers were the final blow: inedible, so salty that they completely covered every other flavor. You couldn't distinguish the ingredients; the only thing you could taste was the salt. A truly negative experience, with poor hygiene, poor-quality food, and rude staff. Absolutely not recommended.

Aside from the excessive cost of the fries, €9.50, I was shocked by the color of the fries (see photo), which were stale, and furthermore, the pulled pork was mixed with the kebab. I immediately reported the matter to Glovo, because they need to pay more attention to the food and the quality of the ingredients used.

15/04/2026: I was very satisfied: excellent takeout pizzeria, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pizzas are made with a light dough and quality ingredients, and the menu is also excellent, with a wide variety of sandwiches and piadinas. 15/05/2026: They've been cheating you for a month, forcing you to choose and pay a premium for takeout, then they give you a tray or a simple bag—fake takeout—no coasters, Coke, or dipping your sandwich and chips. They're safe because for little money you can eat your sandwich without waiting and without getting robbed, like in all the other places in Como. Even the kebab place now costs 12 euros.

However, they were still very helpful and were able to give me my order number even though they were in a rush. The customer is left hostage to waiting, unaware, as if it were an inconvenience and not the very reason the place exists. The food is of poor quality, poorly prepared, and far from what was promised. Added to this is a sense of general poor hygiene that leaves more than a few doubts about cleanliness, food preservation, and basic procedures. What makes this even more serious is that numerous very recent reviews (even from just a few weeks ago) report the exact same problems: absurd delays, lack of communication, low quality, and sloppy management. This is a clear sign that nothing is being corrected and that the poor service is structural. In light of all this, a place like this shouldn't operate on delivery platforms, where reliability and customer respect are paramount. Continuing to allow them to work online means exposing other users to the same unacceptable treatment. Honestly, more than a negative review, this is a call for action: urgent checks by the health authorities and a suspension of business until minimum standards of hygiene, quality, and fairness are guaranteed. Absolutely avoid. This isn't a matter of bad luck, but of chronic incompetence and a total disrespect for those who pay. By the way, I'm not attaching photos because nothing ever arrived.
