The service was truly awful; the ladies at the counter seemed almost annoyed by having to serve me, and they even made me bag the deli items myself to take away (after making me wait both at the register and at the counter).

07/01/2026: Burger King is the best in Europe, until I explore other continents to say so. The staff is often young and very approachable, fast and friendly, the food is excellent, my favorite place for a tasty lunch in pure peace. The only downside is that the bathrooms are often neglected.

21/02/2026: A fantastic transformation, from nothing—there weren't even any walls—to a popular and bustling establishment. You're greeted by a large counter filled with all kinds of delicious things, from bread and focaccia to pizza and ready-made dishes like lasagna, meatballs, and much more. Everything is delicious. The breakfasts are also excellent, with a wide selection of pastries. The only problem? You come in for a coffee and leave with bags of delicious food; it's impossible to resist the temptation!

On the one hand, there are positive aspects that confirm the brand's standards; on the other, unfortunately, there are some obvious issues that prevent me from giving it a higher rating. Let's start with the food: the quality is nothing compared to what one expects from McDonald's. The sandwiches are classic, good, well-prepared, and with familiar flavors. The fries were also hot and crispy, and the order arrived fairly quickly. On this front, the restaurant fully meets the chain's standards and does not disappoint. The main issue concerns cleanliness and the attention paid to the dining room. The restaurant was very dirty, with tables left full of trays, paper towels, and food scraps, sometimes for several minutes. Despite the crowds, there was little attention paid to cleaning the tables and keeping the place tidy, which significantly impacted the overall experience. Having to search for a clean, free table isn't pleasant, especially in a fast food restaurant where customer turnover is high and cleanliness should be a priority. Even the staff, despite being busy, seemed less present in the dining room and more focused on the counter and taking orders, letting too much time pass before taking action to tidy up the space. This gives an overall sense of neglect, which is out of place for such a well-known brand. In conclusion, McDonald's Belluno offers classic, good food, in line with expectations, but it seriously lacks cleanliness and attention to detail. With better dining room management and greater attention to hygiene, the experience could be significantly improved. For now, 3 stars: sufficient, but with considerable room for improvement.

17/02/2026: Nothing to say about the food, it's McDonald's, you may or may not like it... I'd like to focus on the "restroom management"... aside from the cleanliness, which leaves much to be desired, there is no way to dry your hands! It's unbelievable! I come regularly once a week and every time they tell me that the hand dryer is broken and they need to fix it, but there are always paper towels missing, and when I point this out, they apologize and say they'll fix it... the following week the same thing happens again...
