14/09/2025: The place is very clean, the staff is well-organized, and they work hard to prepare burgers and other delicacies, making them true explosions of flavor. The beautiful Miriana and the other girls, always smiling, make this place top-notch. McDonald's in Thiene is super.

09/09/2025: Totally messed up, unable to manage. I waited an hour for the menu. Lots of people running around and yelling.

11/12/2025: Please know that on Wednesday, December 10th, which is now yesterday, at 11:45 PM, so 15 minutes before closing, the security guard, in COMPLETE agreement with the staff, CHASED ME and at least fifteen other people OUT, telling us it was now CLOSED!!! It's true that there was a high turnout inside, and if they can afford it, SO BE IT, otherwise I hope they take the appropriate action!!! However, it's a given that I won't set foot in there again!!! ..And I'm sorry, because I've had a great time there before!

06/12/2025: This McDonald's is very small. On 12/06/2025 it was very full. The seats upstairs were occupied and we were outside without even one of those heaters that were around and it was very cold and it was difficult to eat with that cold. The food was good. The service was not bad but decent because we wanted to see if there were seats upstairs before ordering and at first they didn't want us to go upstairs. Inside there was hot air so it was fine but there were no seats.

22/08/2025: Beautiful place...but inedible sandwiches that were weeks old.

18/08/2025: A pleasant discovery, a food truck with delicious burgers and a relaxed atmosphere. I'll be back.

10/12/2025: While I was waiting for my order, the people in charge of preparing the food started talking and laughing as if there were no orders. I strongly advise against ordering takeout (not on a tray) for people who hate wasting time.

05/12/2025: Terrible. The food quality is okay, but the staff... forgets about the food!! Today we ordered two menus with nuggets and Grinch socks. There were no nuggets, and we had to go inside to get the socks. DID THEY SEEMED SHOCKED AFTER ALL?!! Unfortunately, we later realized the nuggets, some chips from the menu, and a water and salsa were missing. Highly not recommended. I would only go there as a last resort.

04/12/2025: Ample free parking. I've always had a good experience, but recently everything has gotten worse except the food. The place is very dirty, the garbage cans are overflowing, and the service is slow. The staff is unenthusiastic and unsmiling. The food remains reasonably good. Update 4/12/2025 I went here tonight because I was in the area to grab a quick bite before other commitments, even though I wasn't entirely satisfied with the last visit. Unfortunately, it's gotten completely worse. The smell of sewerage as soon as I walked in the door (I had to dine outside and only stopped because I was in a hurry, and I would have waited longer elsewhere). I don't actually know if there were fewer staff than usual tonight, or perhaps most of the young people (I think they were newly hired) weren't able to manage the flow of work, but nothing was working as it should... Table service suspended, endless wait to pay at the register, kiosk out of order and/or missing paper, endless wait to pick up food at the counter (20 minutes), dirty place, several customers making mistakes regarding their orders, shouting, agitation, and nervousness among employees. The food was adequate, and the staff were fairly friendly, although truly stressed and completely confused. Furthermore, no kitchen staff handling food wore gloves, despite the law (read on the company website).

04/12/2025: I had the pleasure of working with 2heartsbakery in Palermo, and I can only compliment them on their dedication, professionalism, and care in handling every request. The cake I ordered was completely vegan, made with quality ingredients and with great attention to special dietary needs. I greatly appreciated their willingness to ensure a product suitable for those with specific needs, such as pregnant women or those following more delicate diets. The result was a delicious, light cake, with attention to every detail, which exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend 2heartsbakery to anyone looking for delicious, inclusive desserts made by professionals who put passion and expertise into everything they do.

14/11/2025: The place is pleasant, impeccably clean. The hot chocolate and cookies are good, but as for the pancakes... they're a total fail!!! They were too hot in the middle and hard on the edges... they tasted like the ones you bought at the supermarket and reheated (longer than necessary) in the microwave... if you make them yourself, as you told me (?!?!?), change the recipe.

03/09/2025: Nice, quiet place, except for the occasional rude delivery driver who comes in and disrupts the tranquility. I can say I had a lovely evening with my Milanese friends. The prices were reasonable for the city I was in, and I ate well and was satisfied. The owner was friendly, and I'll repay him with a great review.

02/09/2025: This is definitely the best fried chicken in Milan, in my opinion. Crispy and not greasy, it's a fantastic value. It's especially delicious when it's still warm from the oven! He's definitely a fried chicken expert, and the owner is incredibly kind, polite, and helpful!

11/11/2025: Very good pizza and very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend the pizzas to everyone.

26/10/2025: Good thin-crust pizza. The kebab was reheated and not my cup of tea. Punctual deliveries.

02/12/2025: Fast food near Pisa, spacious, reasonably clean, friendly and helpful service, decently made sandwiches. A little difficult to find if you're unfamiliar with the location, and open seasonally with a slightly hidden entrance around a bend in the road, but it has ample parking.

08/12/2025: Waited over an hour for food, food was sparse and shoddy (overpriced), and dirty dishes were left there until the end. Chaotic atmosphere, surrounded by screens that stunned children and adults alike. Last time.

05/12/2025: My partner and I were drawn to visit you because they're running a great TV advertising campaign, and looking on the website, they have a different offer every day. Our menu consisted of classic sandwiches at 50% off. I chose the largest one, the XXL, with chips. It was very good, and I couldn't even ask for it again after eating it, so I assume it's because the quality is good. The bill was in line with the offer, a total of €30 for two, with two sandwiches, two Leffe Amber beers, and a cover charge. I'll definitely be back.

01/12/2025: What a shame, the fast food restaurant closes at 11pm and the staff had taken away all the desserts by 8:30pm.

15/11/2025: I went to the McDonald's drive-thru, and the speaker wasn't working properly, so I couldn't understand anything. They also ordered the wrong sandwich, didn't put water in my order, didn't put the sauce on the nuggets, and even left out an ingredient in one of the sandwiches.

13/12/2025: We ordered takeout this evening. EXCELLENT value for money. Amazing sandwiches and very helpful and friendly staff, which is rare these days. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it. 🫶🏻
