08/11/2025: ★☆☆☆☆ Total indifference and lack of professionalism I am forced to leave a negative review for the McDonald's in CURNO - VIA MEICCI, not because of the quality of the food, but because of the complete lack of supervision and compliance with safety and decorum regulations within the establishment. Today I witnessed an incredible scene: four kids (aged 14 and 15) entered the restaurant carrying an electric scooter, a vehicle notoriously dangerous due to its batteries, especially in a crowded environment. Furthermore, these young people were brazenly smoking e-cigarettes, ignoring all the rules. I immediately reported the problem to an employee, who in turn informed a presumed manager. I emphasized the dangerousness of the situation, but for 15 minutes absolutely nothing happened. In fact, I saw the manager herself approach the kids' table to deliver their order, completely ignoring the fact that they were smoking and that the scooter was there, on display. When I asked her about it, stopping her before she left, her response was disconcerting: "I also have to work," as if enforcing the rules and ensuring customer safety weren't among her priorities. She even seemed surprised that anyone would dare complain. This complete indifference, both from the staff and from the other customers who endured it in silence, is unacceptable. If a manager is incapable of maintaining a safe and civil environment, it means something in the management is deeply broken. I left disappointed and angry. I will never return to this place, and I advise anyone seeking even a modicum of professionalism and respect for the rules not to frequent this McDonald's.

01/11/2025: The staff was rude and weighed the desserts on their scales at their discretion. The ice cream portion was ridiculous, and after I pointed it out to the staff, they even acted arrogant and told me I could have weighed it on their scales. Can you tell me the portion? Thanks.

03/09/2025: Nice, quiet place, except for the occasional rude delivery driver who comes in and disrupts the tranquility. I can say I had a lovely evening with my Milanese friends. The prices were reasonable for the city I was in, and I ate well and was satisfied. The owner was friendly, and I'll repay him with a great review.

02/09/2025: This is definitely the best fried chicken in Milan, in my opinion. Crispy and not greasy, it's a fantastic value. It's especially delicious when it's still warm from the oven! He's definitely a fried chicken expert, and the owner is incredibly kind, polite, and helpful!

25/07/2025: Prima di una serata all’Arena ci siamo concessi un pasto veloce, una Caesar salad consumata all’esterno. Buono il servizio e cortese il personale. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Locale in buona posizione un po’ decentrata bei pressi della bella Porta dei Borsari.

11/07/2025: La location è carina, curata e piacevole. All’arrivo ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto mangiare all’esterno perché “non c’era abbastanza personale per gestire sia interno che esterno”. La distanza tra i due spazi era davvero minima… quindi un po’ di perplessità c’è stata. Il cibo era buono, alcune proposte interessanti anche se la presentazione in certi casi lasciava a desiderare. Il vero disastro è stato il servizio. La cameriera era totalmente impreparata: non conosceva il menù, faticava a capire cosa stavamo ordinando e ogni richiesta diventava una specie di trattativa. Prima ci diceva di sì, poi tornava a dirci che non si poteva più, con un atteggiamento infantile. Una totale mancanza di professionalità che ha rovinato l’esperienza. Peccato, perché il posto avrebbe anche del potenziale, ma con un personale incompetente, è difficile voler tornare.

12/11/2025: The food is obviously low quality, the service is nonexistent since you have to do everything yourself, from ordering at the terminals to picking up the food, the food preparation is quite fast, and the atmosphere is nice but very noisy and sometimes not very crowded. Prices are low, but the quality is also poor.

11/11/2025: Terrible experience. I went to a McDrive tonight, and not only was the service incredibly slow and confusing, but the staff even called me rude! I just politely asked if they were taking my order! Arrogant treatment, zero professionalism, and zero respect. I've never seen such rudeness in a fast food restaurant. This will be my last time there.

26/04/2025: The atmosphere is very charming, with a 1960s Italian feel, making it very welcoming. The sandwiches are tasty and "crunchy," as the name suggests. The appetizers are good, but perhaps the portions could be improved, considering the prices. A nice place for a quiet evening with friends or as a couple. The service is okay.

26/04/2025: Honestly, quite a disappointing place, it looks like an excellent place with fried foods and foods that are not only local and from the surrounding area, but also of high quality. But after eating it I had to change my mind. Except for the enormous quantity of dishes on the menu that are not available (at 1pm you can't help but have more than 3 dishes available), paying 9 euros for a sandwich with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham and 7 slices of sweet mustard (almost revolting given how sweet it was) together with 7 euros for 2 chips I think is bordering on a rip-off, to break a chord in their favor some dishes were truly incredible, like the fried fish and the salted caramel ice cream, but far too many dishes are not up to the price, especially the quantity, really scarce even if it were gourmet. I won't say anything about the sweet salami which was truly shameful (5 cm of salami with a diameter of half a centimeter, hot and buttery all for 5 euros). Almost poor but lots of room for improvement, I recommend reviewing the portions and proportions of the ingredients in the dishes as the quality of them is very high, but poorly used.

24/10/2025: The menu is original; the burger I had was very good, and it seems others were too. As for the price, for a place in the Città Studi area, I'd say it's average. The concept behind the place is very interesting: the fantasy-style menu, the vaguely medieval atmosphere, games for all ages... Some waiters, however, took the place's name and setting too seriously, identifying themselves as Urukhai. I'll only return with Ent friends. EDIT TO RESPOND TO THE OWNER: I don't think your target clientele has anything to do with Design Week, but when we arrived at 8:30 PM, the place was almost empty. We apologized for having miscalculated, and even offered to squeeze in so we could occupy the table you'd assigned us (which was in a corner of the room), but you immediately disagreed, even theatrically. A solution was found, however, and we sat down. Personally, I think that if you didn't consider the arrangement optimal or manageable, instead of treating us with condescension the entire evening, you could have immediately told us to leave. Design Week would have filled the place anyway, right?! In any case, the straw that broke the camel's back was when you asked us to remove a table to seat other customers. We crowded into the remaining tables, and after 10 minutes, a waiter came by to say that we couldn't sit beyond the table because we were in the way and would be a nuisance. Such a blatant mockery has never happened to me. I repeat: the concept behind the place is very nice, the food is good, it's a shame about some of the people who work there. But if the owner really is the one who responded, a lot is understandable. Good luck.

13/09/2025: I went on a Friday night with a group of friends and had to wait over an hour to get our order. The burgers were good, but definitely overpriced. There are various games available, but it was so loud we could barely hear each other. Overall, it's not worth it.

30/07/2025: A good place, with a quiet, quiet atmosphere, where you can enjoy meat-based dishes: from the classics (ribs, steaks, ribs, etc.) to the most delicious sandwiches. Quality beers and, for those who appreciate them, soft drinks and water 😉 Friendly and helpful staff. Must try 👍

27/10/2025: Really awful, my daughter waited two hours for a piadina that arrived cold, and she got home very late. Highly not recommended, at least they gave a discount. One of the little girls even went hungry.

21/09/2025: The wait was moderately long, despite the waiter slaloming between the tables and the kitchen (which I personally found a bit annoying). The manager doesn't understand a word of English, and overall, we weren't entirely satisfied with the food and service. It's clear that friendliness isn't the order of the day.

02/09/2025: I'm giving only one star to the atmosphere because it shouldn't affect the total; it's not assessable. The place is owned by the municipality, and the management changes. The food is truly shameful: €15 for a cutlet and fries, inedible, tough, and bad-tasting meat; €7.50 for a pre-cooked piadina, a water, and a Coke, for a total of €30.50. Make up your own minds, because €8 for a half-liter plastic bottle of water and a can of Coke is a rip-off. The whole thing is run by two people, with a place where you'd find full tables that needed clearing, a line of ten people at the cash register, and people sitting around waiting. Management isn't up to par. It's a classic tourist trap, to say the least. They charge one euro to use the bathroom, which is dirty and has no paper. As they say... I like the first one, but not the second one.
