My sandwich arrived without the salad, my wife only got fries, and my niece only got the sandwich. After 15 minutes, the missing items arrived. I also asked for a Coke and a Sprite, and two Cokes arrived.

15/03/2026: Review As a frequent customer of Zangaloro, I have to say this was my last. It's a moment to go from being a regular customer to considering never ordering from us again when the experience is this disastrous. A two-and-a-half-hour wait for delivery of a sandwich ordered via the app. Not a dinner for ten people, not a complicated order: a simple sandwich. Meanwhile, no communication, no meaningful updates, just an endless wait that turns hunger into frustration. When ordering via the app, a minimum wait is acceptable, but two and a half hours is simply unacceptable. If you can't manage orders, simply temporarily close deliveries instead of leaving customers hanging all evening. It's a shame, because as a loyal customer, I expected a whole different level of service. After an experience like that, I honestly wouldn't go back there even if everything was free.

13/04/2026: I'm giving it 1 star because it's the only thing left. After the third time I've encountered truly terrible service, today we've reached the top! Today, April 13, 2026, at 10:00 PM, I placed my usual order. There was no one inside. Myself and two others ordered right after me, and I waited 25 minutes. I'm not the type of person who creates problems, but seeing these guys who instead of working laugh, joke and play behind the counter in front of the customers and make you wait 25 minutes for a less crispy "1 sandwich, 1 fries, 1 Coke. Inconceivable and I don't want to imagine the guys who ordered after me. This makes me really angry because without going too far to the McDonald's in Porta Susa I see those guys running so much. Then I come here to Via Livorno and these guys play, laugh in front of the customer and make you wait 25 minutes for a tiny order. I will never come to this McDonald's again. I'm only annoyed that it was close to home. And above all, very importantly, I purposely order the large crispy chicken because I really like it with the crispy sauce: sauce nonexistent. If you don't feel like working, stay home!! And above all, I will make sure to get this review to the managers or superiors anyway.

I found out about it through the website, among other things, because I'm allergic and I didn't dare order it because the Glovo app doesn't mention cheese. I couldn't order in the end. In 2026, such service for such a famous chain is shameful.

18/08/2025: I've been a loyal McDonald's customer for years, but now you've pissed me off. For starters, there's no scale to weigh the food because every time we find different quantities of fries (in other countries, even in Eastern Europe, which you consider third-world countries, there's customer protection, but Italy is still in the Middle Ages where there are those who are crafty and guesstimate). Then we don't understand why the prices are higher when you order delivery with various services (most of the time something is missing because you're idiots) when we already pay them for delivery + handling fees. Gentlemen, you can cook at home; without us, you'll close down and go dig the land. PS, I've never seen an estimated delivery time between 6 and 43 minutes

16/08/2025: I've ordered from Glovo several times, and there's always a lot of food missing from the order. But that aside, the lady at the register in the blue shirt, whose name I couldn't read, should change jobs. She's incredibly rude and unfriendly... so much for hospitality! This comes from a woman who's worked in customer service for years.

02/03/2026: The place is packed, one toilet is working, the other two are locked. Wastebaskets need emptying. The ATM lines at the totem aren't working.

01/03/2026: Poor customer service. Even though the place wasn't overly crowded, they messed up my order (and it's not the first time!). Unfortunately, I only noticed it once I got home. I ordered a double cheeseburger and was given a bun with only one burger and no cheese! Very inattentive service. The quality of the food was also significantly below standard.

30/12/2025: Unfortunately, our visit to 12oz in Venice was a disappointment. Although the shop was busy, there was only one person behind the counter. Consequently, we had to wait a very long time for our cappuccino to go. However, what disappointed us most was the taste: we simply didn't like the coffee at all – which is quite a rare occurrence in Italy. Considering the wait and the poor quality, the price-performance ratio was completely off for us. What a shame!

20/12/2025: I walked into the shop on Strada Nuova. The lady behind the counter was on a private call and didn't even notice me. I waited at least two minutes, but she kept calling! I left the shop, and when I came back a while later, she was still on her phone. 🤬

15/04/2026: I was very satisfied: excellent takeout pizzeria, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pizzas are made with a light dough and quality ingredients, and the menu is also excellent, with a wide variety of sandwiches and piadinas. It's definitely a place I'll return to and I recommend it to anyone looking for a pizza or sandwich without spending too much.

09/04/2026: Truly exceptional street food in Marzamemi! Everything is delicious, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. There's also a games room with a bowling alley, perfect for fun with friends, and a dessert area where they make crepes, soft yogurt, and many other delicious treats. Fast service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for a complete evening of good food and fun!
