13/08/2024: Today I found myself at the drive-in of the aforementioned McDonald's between 1.10pm and 1.15pm to place an order. When I returned to my office I realized that 2 mayonnaise was missing. I decide to call the point of sale to report the shortage and a certain Michela answers me (call time around 1.25pm) and asks me to come back to make up for the shortage. I reply that I'm at work now and I wouldn't have taken the vehicle under the 36 degree sun for 2 mayonnaise, after understanding the situation she invites me to come back soon for some free nuggets to apologise. I return to the store at around 5.40pm, I find a girl who made me terribly ashamed, she treated me like "a beggar who came back for 50 cents". Without finding out anything he puts 2 mayonnaise in my hand and greets me, among other things with a slightly disgusted face (probably due to such stinginess). I will never come back to you again, NO ONE has the right to make a person feel like this who has done nothing wrong, he just wanted what he paid for. I've come back twice with MY gas because of YOUR mistake and I'm treated like that too. I'm really angry, I'm shaking with anger at the image that was made of me in front of people by one of YOUR employees. I ask you to at least verify the situation, it seems like the minimum to me

17/12/2024: I often come to MC Donald's in Acireale to have breakfast (which in my opinion is the only thing that works well inside that MC Donald's, the girls are all kind, professional and always polite) and I witnessed an unpleasant event this morning involving a colleague/manager ? who filmed a girl who works there in an absolutely arrogant and rude way. As a woman and a working woman, I was very annoyed by this attitude, especially in front of all the customers who were waiting to be served. I would like to point out that the girl remained equally professional and kind as always even if in the meantime she had to give account to this gentleman who called her back in very arrogant and unsuitable tones. I hope to never witness an event like this again. A man who tries to be haughty with a person who works!!! I would focus on other types of problems such as cleaning and not forgetting orders (what happened about 3 weeks ago at dinner with my daughter who had been waiting for her Happy meal for 1 hour)

21/12/2024: Today, the service at McDonald's in Chinatown in Milan, Italy was poor. This old woman had a very bad attitude. I asked for a free cup of hot water, but she said she didn't have it and wouldn't give it to me. I have been to many McDonald's around the world, and this McDonald's in Milan's Chinatown is the worst.

18/12/2024: I've been eating at McDonald's in Paolo Sarpi for 20 years or more and lately there have been six employees who have little respect for older people. Never seen so rude and without desire. In order not to take the trays they made me take them away and the portion of chips cost me made with those on the edges that were about to fall off perhaps fried at midday. Good thing I had to ask for my order after 4 customers had arrived after me. All this because there is a manager of 20 years. I have never seen it so dirty. Education and respect towards all customers, even those who only come once, but being treated like this by these kids is not nice.

26/12/2024: Sconsigliatissimo, il servizio take-way funziona davvero malissimo, consegna attivate con molto ritardo e la cosa peggiore è che le cose sono arrivate tutte sbagliate. Hanno provato a rimediare facendo peggio sbagliando ulteriormente tutto. Assistenza telefonica peggio di peggio ragazza davvero poco disponibile e scontrosa.

20/12/2024: Abbiamo ordinato un po' di tutto...tavolo da 9...40 minuti di attesa, panini arrivati in tempi diversi e freddi....non valgono i €14 o €12 euro. Aggiungiamo la lentezza e la maleducazione di una ragazza dello staff... bocciato su tutti i fronti!!

08/12/2024: Pichanha was received cold (then they reheated it) and of poor quality, difficult to chew. Ribs received after 30 minutes, of average quality. The requested coffees did not arrive and after 15 minutes requested and received, but immediately afterwards they asked us to leave because the place had to close.

10/12/2024: I went for lunch today, I prefer to go here as I noticed that they pay more attention to what they serve than other locations, perhaps more peaceful than the others. Too bad about the parking area. Excellent meat, kind girl at the counter, I will always return to Via Isidoro la lumia when I want some zangaloro. ✌🏼

12/08/2024: Very kind staff, table service and always hot sandwiches. Returned for a quick but always tasty lunch break. Courtesy and excellent sandwiches, prepared quickly, have remained unchanged. Always top, very kind and friendly staff, unfortunately we cannot give 10 stars

04/08/2024: Absent welcome, rather dirty and not very functional bathrooms, averagely annoyed staff, very cold air conditioning (too much for a place where you have to consume food) I pointed out that one of the lamps fell exactly at head height, my son even got pissed off because it wasn't visible from the unlit side...and yet the almost amused and incompetent sales assistant replied that the problem had already been reported (a sign that the problem exists) and that there was nothing they could do about it. Absurd! The meat was just cooked, maybe some people like it that way but it was a little difficult to digest. The service was also imprecise... in short, we're not quite there. Let's not talk about the prices, which are disproportionate to the quality... 5 burgers and 2 waters almost €100 I won't comment further so as not to be pedantic Quality of food, average for the Roadhouse chain... but I definitely won't return.

17/11/2024: I was on the waiting list for an hour despite telling me that I will be seated in 20 minutes and when the time came and I sat down, I waited for another hour and the food I ordered didn't arrive except for the appetizers. I paid 20 euros for appetizers and water !!! It is unacceptable to pay this much and not receive good service. They have also charged me 4 euros for the service!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

06/10/2024: Area molto buia, non si capisce bene per il drive da dove entrare, come uscirne, poi certo la qualità è da fast-food, quindi accettabile/passabile, ma inquietante di sera in quanto manca di segnaletica stradale tutta la zona.

30/11/2024: I don't give stars to the food and the environment because I stayed at the door.. I made a reservation for dinner after a movie at the cinema on Saturday night. Reservation made via email in the morning and then also by phone for scruple, and in both cases they were confirmed for 8.30pm. At the appointed time I show up with my family, 4 people. As soon as I enter I find myself in front of a wall of people, but it's normal since it's Saturday night and we're next to a cinema. I ask at the cash desk and they tell me to wait because there are other reservations, so I stop (I think) the owner and ask for my reservation... he tells me that there is no reservation in my name and if by chance I haven't booked in the center of Padua . I explain to him that I sent an email and called to confirm right there and not in the center of Padua...in response he tells me to wait there and see. I wait a bit, then since no one is considering us and the girls are hungry I decide to go home... I was disappointed because given the exchange of emails and confirmation calls you can't tell me that my reservation doesn't exist. I imagine that especially Saturday evenings are very demanding on a management level, but...

12/12/2024: Superlative location, crispy and tasty potatoes, delicious chicken breading. A fast food of excellent quality, if you pass by Fano stop and try it!!

07/10/2024: Attention ! If you get the fried chicken, take a good look at the dish as it looks inside! Most of the time it is overfried and very dry, with a dark brown, almost black breading! Or mushy, this is probably due to oil that is too hot or of poor quality! All this is harmful to your health!! Even the chips are not always done well: either they are soggy too, or too hot, or not very tasty! A continuous punishment ..... but we give all our money immediately and without batting an eyelid! I demand respect for us consumers who dream of foods made with love and with quality raw materials! Let's dream exactly!

22/08/2024: The service is really bad. Very slow even with few people in the room. It's never happened to me that an MC served me a coke without ice... I don't think I'll go back there again

21/08/2024: The food okay, we stay at McDonalds and this is known, but much dirtier than the others, only one bathroom (not even in the worst bars in Caracas) used for men, women and disabled people, the dirty table they didn't send anyone to us x clean it Next time, if anything, there will be a takeaway!
