03/09/2025: Nice, quiet place, except for the occasional rude delivery driver who comes in and disrupts the tranquility. I can say I had a lovely evening with my Milanese friends. The prices were reasonable for the city I was in, and I ate well and was satisfied. The owner was friendly, and I'll repay him with a great review.

02/09/2025: This is definitely the best fried chicken in Milan, in my opinion. Crispy and not greasy, it's a fantastic value. It's especially delicious when it's still warm from the oven! He's definitely a fried chicken expert, and the owner is incredibly kind, polite, and helpful!

10/07/2025: The staff was a little rude, and it's unacceptable to pay 50 cents for coffee.

18/06/2025: Had the bacon and eggs. Eggs were only offered one way (sunny side up) but we're prepared well. Bacon was ok - if you prefer crispy bacon you will be disappointed. Overall it was nice if you want something other than just a pastry and want some protein with your breakfast. Good value for the price.

27/09/2025: We rarely stop, maybe 1 time a month, but today at 11.09pm the French fries are just terrible, all greasy, floating in oil, I had to order another one and the next one was brought to me normal

10/07/2025: Very welcoming place in a very nice area close to the port and many other places. The food is not of the highest quality but is still good. The menu is online only. The service is the weak point: could be slightly better :)

16/10/2025: They make you wait a long time at the entrance because the cashier seats you at a table. If there's a long line to pay at the register, I have to wait for the line to end for the cashier to seat me at a table. They don't help me and say only the cashier can help. This has happened to me many times. I find it rude to make a customer wait at the entrance for five minutes. Other than that, the food is fresh and delicious.

02/06/2025: A pub with good potential. But many things to review: Staff: only two people who had to manage everything (reception, counter, kitchen) with small problems arising from this. At times even annoyed. In addition, given their difficulty in managing 15 people present, to be able to take an order, a lot of patience was needed. Precisely for this reason, potential orders were skipped because we didn't want to wait for someone to arrive after 15 minutes. Beers: there is a blackboard in addition to the menu. So you expect the blackboard to be the most up-to-date (as is done in every place). But no. A third of the beers marked were not present. And the funny thing is that the ones annoyed were the owners! As if we shouldn't even dare to consider that blackboard! Those that were present were average anyway. Food: average fried food. Hamburgers absolutely to be reviewed. Just defrosted and grilled (I worked for years in pubs and the like). Too bad because if they had been treated better they could have had their reason. In conclusion: we probably had a bad night or they didn't expect such voracity XD. These are defects that can be corrected.

31/05/2025: Great place to have a drink and eat. Great beers and really good sandwiches. Great staff!

13/09/2025: I went on a Friday night with a group of friends and had to wait over an hour to get our order. The burgers were good, but definitely overpriced. There are various games available, but it was so loud we could barely hear each other. Overall, it's not worth it.

10/09/2025: High-quality beer and burgers, beautifully presented. The place is bright and clean, and the service is friendly. They play board games. It's not exactly cheap, but we're in Milan.

17/10/2025: I think that if this Mc was located in another part of Milan it would fail immediately because the thing that still keeps it afloat is the Duomo location. The worst thing is that the opening hours are NEVER RESPECTED, I pay for the menu and then they come to bring me other things even though you pay for what you order not for what they want, the ladies are rude, and the quality is really really poor.

14/09/2025: I understand that it can be confusing at lunchtime. But you open the sandwich and it looks like it's been hit by a truck! It's basically a mess! I didn't go back to the cashier only because I would have had to wait in another interminable line.

07/10/2025: Either they ran out of product, or a machine didn't work, the fact is that half of what you order is always missing. After a long time, I returned via the McD Drive-Thru: a 25-minute wait, and the girl couldn't give me a receipt because the machine wasn't working (????) Finally, I ordered one thing and they brought me another, of VERY POOR QUALITY, even saying they hadn't noticed when I placed the order that the one I'd ordered was out (as usual!!!!) DO THE MANAGERS AT MCD'S SLEEP STANDING UP???? IS IT POSSIBLE THAT SAN SISTO AND BASTIA seem to belong to another chain??????

30/08/2025: McDonald's is fantastic! Very friendly staff, fast service, and super reasonable prices. Convenient location near the mall with a nice view. The burgers are always fresh, I recommend it! 👍

29/08/2025: It is unacceptable to sit at the table and next to you inside is a family with a dog that smells bad. It seems unacceptable to me. We ended up eating with the dogs at the table. However, it is a place frequented by children. And the dog is full of bacteria. I have nothing against them, at their house I can hold him in my arms. But why do we have to smell him too???? Pathetic

15/10/2025: I think this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life... I never leave a negative review, but honestly, the management needs to do something... Arriving for a McDonald's coffee in the morning around 11am, you have to queue up for your drinks, then queue up a second time on the other side of the restaurant if you've decided to get a bite to eat. No one is in place, you wait, wait, wait, the manager goes around in circles with the tickets, but nothing comes out of the kitchen, even though there aren't many of us... We're not talking about friendliness, OK, we don't speak Italian, but no one speaks to us at all. The toilets are disastrous, the door doesn't lock in the women's toilets, and the men's toilets are locked, and even if you enter the code, you can't get in. No one seems to care. In short, a very, very bad experience. There's work to be done to get things back on track.

14/09/2025: Manager not willing to hear out our inconvenience! It’s just money in their heads! We ordered food for 3, we pay but no receipt came out of the ordering booth! Card was not charged, so we considered the order has not been processed! We order from app, took the food and eat! Once we finished, we observed that money were payed from account for first order too! We went to staff to explain, but they say they can not do anything, because they already waste the food to garbage! We left with 28 euro spent on Mc Donald’s process failures, and no competent people to speak to! Disappointed about the treatment from the stuff from this branch! Food was the same delicios Mc!

10/09/2025: I took the happy meal just because Naruto was there, they canceled my order by mistake and I waited 40 minutes even though I informed the manager, in the meantime my friend's food arrived and so she had to wait too because unfortunately she is polite and felt guilty, plus there was no Naruto and I had to choose from a box full of pig food, the milk shake was not shaken and it was visible in separate nesquik, I pointed it out and without gloves with my personal spoon they started mixing it after they touched the cash register and other people's coins, everything very dirty with a lack of desire to work.

09/05/2025: Excellent place in every respect: welcoming environment, impeccable service and excellent dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, attentive and always available, while the owner stands out for his professionalism and great hospitality. Every detail is taken care of with passion. Absolutely recommended!

26/08/2025: After a positive first lunchtime experience about a week ago, I happily went this evening, hoping to be sure of a safe bet. Unfortunately, this time, when I reached the kiosk, a girl who looked like a South American (short, straight black hair tied back, plump, and I'm not racially biased) rudely told me to order at the kiosk because there were only a few of them and they were too busy. When I complained, a colleague of hers quickly showed up and took my order: a small double cheeseburger + an additional double cheese burger, all to go. The same girl took care of the packaging, and once my order was ready, I picked up the bag and left. When I reached my destination and opened the bag, I discovered that not only were the paper napkins completely missing, but instead of two double cheeses, I found one double cheese and one hamburger. Terrible experience with the employee, extremely rude, unmotivated, and unacceptable. We're McDonald's customers; if you can't handle it or don't want to, change jobs, so you'll lose customers for the people who provide the work.
