20/06/2025: The team was disorganized; we waited over 30 minutes for a small order; the staff were generally unfriendly. We noticed that the food ordered for the table had to be picked up, and the security guard was looking for people to pick up their food themselves.

08/07/2025: I thought everything was fine. The staff who prepare the food, collect it, and deliver it are quite efficient, friendly, and fast. Everything in the restaurant is very clean, from the bathroom to the dining area.

25/03/2025: Un locale davvero fantastico! Lo stile è moderno e accogliente, creando un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. L’ampia gamma di panini offre tantissime scelte per tutti i gusti, ed è difficile sceglierne solo uno! Il servizio è eccellente: il personale è gentile, attento e molto professionale. Tutto era delizioso, ben preparato e servito con cura. Tornerò sicuramente!

29/03/2025: In this place you don't eat badly for a self-service restaurant, but pay attention to the receipt. The cashier had added €10 more in the count, calculating seafood and not meat dishes, when we pointed it out to her she cancelled the receipt, but on the new receipt there were still other dishes added that you didn't order. Making a mistake once is fine but we don't think it's a coincidence to persevere...

16/06/2025: I returned to this cocktail bar after some time, driven by good memories, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I ordered a simple Campari Spritz, accompanied by two single-serving packets of crisps and peanuts, as an aperitif. Nothing special. The place was practically empty, I was alone and I simply sat down to drink. I was presented with a bill of 10.50 euros: 9 euros for the drink (already above the average for the area) and 1.50 euros for the cover charge, which I honestly find unjustified. No special service, no fresh dishes, only packaged snacks. In other nearby places, with the same amount of money you can get a much richer aperitif and without extra costs. It seemed like a less than transparent way to take advantage of the situation. And the most absurd thing? I even left a tip Too bad, because the place has potential, but I won't be returning.

02/06/2025: Really nice place, with a relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail. A perfect place for gin lovers, but also for those who want to discover something new.

08/08/2025: The slowest McDonald's ever! If you're in a hurry, don't come here because you should expect a wait of at least 20 minutes, even if, like me, you only ordered a single burger (no menu, no drinks).

23/07/2025: The food is just what you expect from the MCDONALD'S, but the personnel honestly look sad and they are really slow in general. The kiosks did not work properly and they got my order wrong as well. I think it is not them that is the problem but the MC should take better care of their workers.

10/07/2025: This afternoon I went to the Bicocca shopping center, to the KFC restaurant, and ordered takeout. I've added the photo here. Aside from the mediocre service provided by the two employees this afternoon/evening, they forgot a full menu for almost €17. I noticed this when I got home. I tried to contact them, but it was already closed. I thought it was full because the bags were too heavy. Apparently, for every three drinks, they added five and forgot a menu. Bottom line: hire people who want to work, not mediocre people like those two girls.

27/06/2025: I leave 5 stars for the food because I love it! For the service instead there are some small problems, very often when I go there I ask for Coca-Cola WITH ice but it arrives without ice. For the rest the environment is good after all it remains in a shopping center.

Eatable meal and questionable cost, what bothered me most was the rudeness and rudeness of an unrefined waitress with red/dark hair and light eyes. 05/07/2025: Really disappointing experience. The staff works without caps, and more than once I found hair in the food: a serious lack of hygiene. In addition, the tables are almost always dirty, a sign of little attention to cleanliness and customer well-being. Really unacceptable for a chain like McDonald's. I hope they take action.

10/07/2025: When I was there I encountered rude and surly waiters. Then the food made me sick, making me go to the bathroom several times at my house, breaking the toilet.

11/05/2025: Dopo aver aspettato 30 minuti di fila esterna x poter mangiare la signorina all ingresso ha avuto il coraggio di far passare avanti 2 tavoli perché non eravamo tutti i componenti del tavolo. dopo aver discusso spiegando che certamente nn avremmo ordinato e mangiato in 5 minuti visto la fila che c era ci fa sedere ed ora ovviamente è mezz ora che aspettiamo visto le centinaia di persone che ci sono ( normalmente facciamo presto perché hanno interesse a liberare i tavoli) Come direbbe chicco azione che regole sono? Ma sono del mestiere....

16/04/2025: Appena uscita da questo locale. Ci sono ritornata dopo molti anni e devo dire che è peggiorato di gran lunga. Panini con hamburger insapori , altrettanto la carne al piatto servita con patate che sapevano di olio bruciato. Ristoraziona da rivedere considerando anche i prezzi piuttosto alti . In qualche noto fast food avremmo mangiato meglio e pagato la metà.
