14/10/2025: I've visited this KFC three times and, unfortunately, each time I've found the restaurant area to be unclean. There was often an unpleasant odor, the seats were greasy, and the overall environment was unhygienic. The bathrooms were also dirty, with food residue in the sinks and a smell that was hard to bear. However, I must say that the service was good; the staff were friendly; the restaurant is spacious with plenty of screens available; and the food options are extensive. However, cleanliness and hygiene could be improved.

08/10/2025: Today they were offering buckets for €10. I paid with a €50 note, and since I ordered two, they were supposed to give me €30 change. But in addition to giving me €10 less, she seemed uninterested when I pointed it out. We received our buckets, but they tasted like old oil, and you could tell by the smell.

27/09/2025: The fries are more delicious with the chilli powder. Hamburgers very good.

24/09/2025: I've been twice in the space of 10 days. Unfortunately, both times the bathroom didn't have a soap dispenser, so I couldn't wash my hands. It can happen once, but not twice.

16/06/2025: I returned to this cocktail bar after some time, driven by good memories, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I ordered a simple Campari Spritz, accompanied by two single-serving packets of crisps and peanuts, as an aperitif. Nothing special. The place was practically empty, I was alone and I simply sat down to drink. I was presented with a bill of 10.50 euros: 9 euros for the drink (already above the average for the area) and 1.50 euros for the cover charge, which I honestly find unjustified. No special service, no fresh dishes, only packaged snacks. In other nearby places, with the same amount of money you can get a much richer aperitif and without extra costs. It seemed like a less than transparent way to take advantage of the situation. And the most absurd thing? I even left a tip Too bad, because the place has potential, but I won't be returning.

28/09/2025: Nice place... but a restaurant service without restrooms is unacceptable. One service is available... closed and unusable... I'd ask Mr. and Mrs. Sarni where 20 children go if they need the bathroom.

14/07/2025: Terrible food, but that's not all. You enter the "restaurant" without any signage to help you understand how it works. Once you find out that you have to queue first to order and then queue again at the cash register, you're not very happy with it and it takes forever. Then they give you a slip of paper with your order and something that's supposed to ring when it's ready. I'll just tell you that at the time of writing, there's a 40-minute wait, and when you ask for an explanation, they say, "They're cooking." Guys, mixed grill and a light dish, basically two 5-minute dishes. It's like this every time I eat. The price is fair, but why do they make you pay for it in stress and wasted time?

11/10/2025: I'm very sorry to have to write this review. I often come to the Megaló shopping center, and the vast majority of my meals are at this restaurant, which I really like and have always had a great experience. Today, around 2:15/30 PM, my boyfriend and I went here for lunch, and instead of the usual friendly atmosphere, we found only rudeness. We politely said hello as soon as we arrived, but the waitress didn't respond. Then, as we waited near the tables for someone to come and talk to us to see if we could sit down, the waitress, in an annoyed tone and without, once again, even saying a hello, simply said, "Are you waiting outside at the entrance?" Needless to say, we were truly disappointed! It would have been enough to speak to us and ask us to move in a slightly more polite and courteous manner (perhaps even simply using the words "Good morning," "Thank you," and "You're welcome."). Nothing like this had ever happened before today, and all the staff had always treated us kindly. What a shame.

11/05/2025: Dopo aver aspettato 30 minuti di fila esterna x poter mangiare la signorina all ingresso ha avuto il coraggio di far passare avanti 2 tavoli perché non eravamo tutti i componenti del tavolo. dopo aver discusso spiegando che certamente nn avremmo ordinato e mangiato in 5 minuti visto la fila che c era ci fa sedere ed ora ovviamente è mezz ora che aspettiamo visto le centinaia di persone che ci sono ( normalmente facciamo presto perché hanno interesse a liberare i tavoli) Come direbbe chicco azione che regole sono? Ma sono del mestiere....

16/04/2025: Appena uscita da questo locale. Ci sono ritornata dopo molti anni e devo dire che è peggiorato di gran lunga. Panini con hamburger insapori , altrettanto la carne al piatto servita con patate che sapevano di olio bruciato. Ristoraziona da rivedere considerando anche i prezzi piuttosto alti . In qualche noto fast food avremmo mangiato meglio e pagato la metà.

15/10/2025: American Graffiti is for those who love American-style donut sandwiches, but they also serve delicious chicken or beef steaks with lettuce and excellent fries. Fast service and good prices.

29/09/2025: Two Cokes cost €12—a rip-off, beware. We immediately got up and left.

06/10/2025: Being on the departures level, it's naturally popular with young people and adults, especially foreigners. Fast service at prices that are obviously significantly higher than those found at similar establishments in the city.

02/10/2025: Clean and friendly staff. Sandwiches are served hot.

29/08/2025: They can't even fry a hamburger raw food more than once!

22/04/2025: Fast service, even on a Saturday evening at 7pm and with the place full, excellent food, large car park and average prices. We had dinner there before an evening at the fanin theater in San Giovanni in Persiceto, which was very tactical

04/10/2025: How to ruin a brand's name. I've eaten at KFC in many parts of the world, including a few in Italy, and this is the worst. I've always loved KFC for its crispy, juicy chicken. Every time I go here, I try to give it a second chance, but the chicken is always reheated, never crispy, and therefore stringy. You've managed to make me go to McDonald's instead of my favorite fast food joint. I understand the confusion and all that, but what KFC doesn't have confusion? Shameful.

03/10/2025: The chicken was good and hot, I can't say the same about the rest of the hotdog, for having paid 10€ for a sandwich that was smaller than my hand, with chips and a drink, unfortunately I have to say that it's not worth it, as you can see the cheese was completely raw and the bread was not any less

19/08/2025: I don't understand the low star ratings. I've been here countless times and have had a wonderful time every time. I've had great pasta (delicious paccheri with sausage ragu), meat, and sandwiches, and the staff have always been incredibly kind. There's also a kids' area, which may not be the best, but it's still convenient for parents!

17/08/2025: The food was also excellent, but the waiters were incredibly lazy; indifferent and with less emotion than an android. We ordered two medium draft Cokes to start, and they brought them to us in paper cups and straws (which were also rudely put down) as if we were at McDonald's: well, let's forget about that... But when we asked for silverware because the waitress obviously didn't leave any for us when she cleared the plates... It was quicker to grab one from the other empty table. And not to mention that as soon as we finished the salad, the oil and salt were forcefully taken from our table as if we were trying to steal it... Oh, all of this topped off nicely, and the price wasn't exactly cheap for what we got. We definitely WON'T be back.

26/09/2025: I've always chosen Zangaloro for the quality of the food. In recent years, everything has taken on an increasingly "chemical" feel. How would I describe the atmosphere at the location at Palermo Central Station? ...the location speaks for itself🥶
