22/02/2026: Terrible experience, never again. We went to this bar this evening with the idea of ​​enjoying a quiet cocktail. Considering it's the middle of winter and it was about 5 degrees Celsius, we chose this place precisely because we saw the outdoor heaters on. The bartender assigned us a table, but we politely asked if it was possible to sit near a heater because of the cold. They had us sit near the heater, we calmly ordered, and shortly after, the owner arrived and, without saying a word, turned it off. We asked the girl who works there if it was possible to turn it back on because it was really cold. She pretended to turn it on, saying that the owner had blocked the crank so as not to "waste gas." Too bad we tried it ourselves, and the heater worked perfectly: so, in addition to the inconvenience, we were also mocked. The owner came back and turned it off again. At that point, we simply asked for an explanation. The answer? Arrogantly and rudely, he told us that he wasn't required to tell us why he absolutely had to turn off the heaters. No explanation, no politeness, just aggressive behavior. The icing on the cake: he took the liberty of calling me an "idiot." Unspeakable, disrespectful, and profoundly rude behavior toward customers who were paying and simply asking for the food not to be frozen. I've never seen such rude and unprofessional management. If this is how you treat customers to save a few euros on gas, I strongly recommend changing your job. I will never return, and I don't recommend this place to anyone who values ​​even a modicum of respect and dignity.

22/02/2026: On Friday night, I went to Freak Drink with two friends. We spent €160 and, despite the amount, we weren't even offered a round of shots. Only after we pointed this out, almost "insisting," did they finally agree. But the worst part was something else: €18 was added to the bill for three drinks we hadn't ordered or even drank. We realized this the next day and ended up paying them, as the final bill seemed high. I find this behavior unprofessional and improper. I urge anyone who frequents this place to always check their receipt before paying. Personally, it was a very negative experience.

09/12/2025: I found the place really dirty, the chicken and fries cold, I threw everything away. I wanted to drink tea, it was finished and they didn't have time to refill it. Everything was really squalid!!!!!!! I will never eat there again

22/03/2026: We ordered a typical appetizer and our menus. A first appetizer, though meager, arrived without explanation, and we assumed it was ours. When a second appetizer arrived, we asked which one it was and were told that it was our correct one, while the first was a mistake. The employee, after consulting the manager, asked us if we wanted it. Thinking the first course would be deducted, we accepted. In the end, both appetizers were charged. The rude manager refused to correct the error, claiming that a refund would penalize the employees. Only after threatening the finance department did he arrogantly throw 10 euros on the counter. We gave that money to the employees, because with a manager like that, their hard work was worth it. The overall experience was extremely negative. The manager with the accent is Eastern European.

25/09/2025: Be warned, don't go here! We were looking for a restaurant and it was raining, so we quickly sat down (no one was there yet). I ordered a Coke Zero and my friend a Sprite. We got a children's Coke still and tonic water. The man immediately asked if we wanted fish and pasta, but I immediately asked for the menu. We got one, and while my friend was looking at it, I started reading the reviews. After that, we immediately asked for the bill and said we only wanted drinks. The man yelled at us that it wasn't a bar, but a restaurant. So we got up, went inside, and asked if we could pay. The man behind the bar also angrily said that it wasn't a bar, but a restaurant. We just paid €5 for drinks. Run away!

19/09/2025: No, no, no. Don't go. A total tourist trap. He serves whatever he wants. There's only fish (seems to be a scam: luring tourists with a colorful board with attractive prices and then ripping them off. First, he gave us two glasses of white wine and two starter plates without asking. Only reluctantly did he show us the menu. We ordered a mixed starter, ravioli, and swordfish. When he brought us pasta, which we definitely hadn't ordered, and I objected, he shouted at me. An Italian woman came to my aid. I paid for the starter, the water, and a glass of wine, and left. The Italian couple who helped me did too, by the way.

01/01/2026: I ordered through Deliveroo and, unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing. The products arrived cold and the meat was rather dry, definitely below their usual standards. Furthermore, I had requested a bucket consisting exclusively of Original Recipe chicken thighs, the most expensive option on the menu, but I was delivered half thighs and half wings, which are less valuable. I find it unacceptable to pay for one product and receive another, and less expensive, one. I hope this is an isolated incident, but it's a situation that absolutely should not happen again.
