10/11/2025: I was here on 5/9/2025 and McDonald's was open 24 hours a day. The staff was friendly enough, even if they were quite rushed. It was always crowded at any time of day or night, and it was incredibly chaotic. The prices were exorbitant, and the quality of the food was terrible. The hygienic conditions, however, were the worst part. The place had a cockroach infestation, and there was trash everywhere. You have no idea. When I say every surface was covered in trash and food, I'm not kidding. The bathroom was a nightmare, with feces and urine on the walls and floor. Absolutely a nightmare. The situation was that every half hour a group of kids from the nightclub would come in, order 800 things, and leave a mess on the table and on the floor, and as soon as they finished, they would leave. All this while screaming because they were drunk. The only good thing was that there was always a police officer and a bouncer, so it was pretty safe. Everything else was a nightmare, though.
09/11/2025: There was no coffee. The toilet was locked.

12/10/2025: If you are drunk this is OK. I would not recommend it in terms of taste comparing to Swedish Pizza. Service and feeling top notch. :-)
09/08/2025: It smelled awful! We ate while smelling sewage coming from the bathroom, and even though we closed the door to prevent it from coming in, they opened it again after 2 minutes for no reason. Don't go!

19/11/2025: For lunch, I had a double sitting bull burger. The meat was very dry, and it seemed reheated, in fact, the burgers arrived in 3 minutes. For €15, I expect a respectable burger; otherwise, I'll go to other chains where it costs half as much. It's not the first time I've been here, but today, unfortunately, it was really bad.

11/12/2025: Watered down Coke, oxidized bacon, the only good thing was the fries and McFlurry. The girl at the McFlurry was pretty grumpy.
09/12/2025: The food and service are average. The atmosphere, both inside and out, leaves much to be desired. They've now charged for the paper bag they give you at the drive-thru. Do we have to bring our own?

13/09/2025: Outstanding food, friendly service and reasonable price. Your order arrives in 2 minutes and afterward I said "my tummy is happy."
09/09/2025: Nice place for a wine or a beer. Enormous menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
We pay €12 for a large white wine, a large Leffe beer and a portion of green fresh olives. For free we had chips, snacks and peanut small bags.
Not to bad and happy to return

No customer service
Totems that don't work, no one to monitor them
Personally, I chose takeout, and for once I decided to stop and, to avoid losing my table, I ordered from the table
Terrible choice, food still not collected
And probably thrown away, €10 won't change my life, anyway, it doesn't offer the service it should
There's no point in replying to the review with the customer service email; just read the customer complaints, which are public, without washing your hands, and send a copy/paste response

20/09/2025: We stopped for a quick snack the other afternoon.
The manager, I think, was very kind, even though we were a little hesitant.
She recommended the king menu, which was perfect! Delicious sandwiches and piping hot fries (other places often have them frozen). Top location! I highly recommend it! We'll be back soon. Excellent snack and very kind people!

02/12/2025: We often go here in the afternoon to enjoy their fantastic Nutella muffins. During this time of year, there's a real Christmassy atmosphere, with beautiful, thoughtful decorations, knowledgeable staff, and we're often greeted by the very kind Carla.

25/10/2025: On Saturday evening, I decided to book a table at this restaurant and enjoy an excellent sandwich. I have to say, however, that I wasn't completely satisfied. Despite having a 9:30 PM reservation, I waited outside for half an hour. After being seated, I waited another 45 minutes for my sandwich. The food was excellent, but the staff was inconsistent and unreliable in respecting the timetable. I can say that despite the excellent quality of the food and the excellent quality of the ingredients, I would never return to this place. I appreciate the frenzy of Saturday evenings, but perhaps it would be more respectful to customers not to accept reservations on that day of the week to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
13/10/2025: You'll find the best sandwiches only here. Lots of different types, all delicious and with plenty of variations. You can also order toasted sandwiches, salads, and meat dishes. I ordered the pork menu for €11, which included a sandwich, fries, and a drink. Highly recommended.
