10/10/2025: Ordered for takeaway, when we got home the food was undercooked, the sandwiches did not contain the correct ingredients and the order was incomplete.

30/05/2025: I came with a group of friends for lunch after school. The food is good, fast and on average cheap. The problem is the staff: we had to split what we had taken and the cashier (unfriendly, treated us like idiots) did not want to give change to each of us, giving us 50 cents saying that we had to make do on our own. If you want to split the bill, come either with the exact amount or avoid the place. Goodbye

13/10/2025: You'll find the best sandwiches only here. Lots of different types, all delicious and with plenty of variations. You can also order toasted sandwiches, salads, and meat dishes. I ordered the pork menu for €11, which included a sandwich, fries, and a drink. Highly recommended.

09/09/2025: I've been there several times and the food is excellent, but the last time I was there it was a real disaster. The wait was too long for sandwiches; it was already very late and there were few people. Moreover, two people who arrived half an hour after us were served when we still had nothing on our table after 45 minutes. We had to wait over an hour for dinner; they didn't even give us placemats or a glass for water, and we had to pay a €1 cover charge without having received it. The waiters were all kind, but unfortunately it's not their fault, but the management was a flop. After this hour of waiting, I couldn't even eat what I had so desired during this long wait. My sandwich didn't contain mozzarella (which was included), and I wasn't even told about it. Furthermore, since I had ordered a menu, baked potatoes were included alongside this sandwich, another missing item. Instead, they served me nachos on my plate—bagged chips that I absolutely wouldn't have eaten. I didn't think it was fair to pay 11 euros for a menu I didn't eat, as it wasn't what I had ordered. If they had told me the potatoes were missing, I would have simply said I was just ordering the sandwich, as I would have paid less and eaten practically the same amount. I found this attitude truly unfair, I assume only because we were young, as they certainly wouldn't have treated us like this in other situations.

18/10/2025: I had the Bacon King and I have to say it was delicious, then I had the fries, the king nuggets, and the onion rings. Well, what can I say, highly recommended!

13/10/2025: Arriving at the restaurant with four children to look after, I ask the girl in the prep room for help. She rightfully calls her colleague Valentina to ask for a hand with the order. Valentina is clearly annoyed and doesn't even respond with a "help me" greeting. Conclusion: It's all wrong. I forgot, the entire place is empty.

12/10/2025: If you are drunk this is OK. I would not recommend it in terms of taste comparing to Swedish Pizza. Service and feeling top notch. :-)

09/08/2025: It smelled awful! We ate while smelling sewage coming from the bathroom, and even though we closed the door to prevent it from coming in, they opened it again after 2 minutes for no reason. Don't go!

12/10/2025: We sat down and waited. Even though the place was empty and the staff had seen us, they were chatting and didn't even approach us. We got up and left. The seated waitresses greeted us. Bah

20/09/2025: We stopped for a quick snack the other afternoon. The manager, I think, was very kind, even though we were a little hesitant. She recommended the king menu, which was perfect! Delicious sandwiches and piping hot fries (other places often have them frozen). Top location! I highly recommend it! We'll be back soon. Excellent snack and very kind people!

16/10/2025: No joke, the employees are shaking like ferrets in front of a million tourists. It reminds me of Saturday morning, if it's not presumptuous to compare. Taking into account the above, it's a pretty good branch in terms of quality and Tuňák probably wouldn't make you feel like a coffee shop in the Czech Republic

19/10/2025: Frozen juices, not natural, at a very, very expensive price. I made the mistake of not going to Starbucks or Bubble Tea, which are below the station. I left disappointed.

06/10/2025: Been here 3 times since being in Florence, coffee is okay, made from a machine but honestly just fine if you want a quick pit stop. But stay away from the food, the croissant was kinda dry but tasted good and the muffin i had on my last visit was inedible
