16/06/2025: I returned to this cocktail bar after some time, driven by good memories, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I ordered a simple Campari Spritz, accompanied by two single-serving packets of crisps and peanuts, as an aperitif. Nothing special. The place was practically empty, I was alone and I simply sat down to drink. I was presented with a bill of 10.50 euros: 9 euros for the drink (already above the average for the area) and 1.50 euros for the cover charge, which I honestly find unjustified. No special service, no fresh dishes, only packaged snacks. In other nearby places, with the same amount of money you can get a much richer aperitif and without extra costs. It seemed like a less than transparent way to take advantage of the situation. And the most absurd thing? I even left a tip Too bad, because the place has potential, but I won't be returning.

01/09/2025: 11:30 a.m. on a Monday. We managed to wait a whopping 25 minutes, with three orders ahead of ours and already being prepared. No app (hell, someone might dare to offer a deal)... and the prices... crazy. A single Mc Chicken sandwich cost €9.40. That's basically two menus and a sandwich for a whopping €40. Of course, prices at the airport are higher, but this is truly exaggerated (and we're talking about before boarding). Never again.

12/09/2025: There's no table service, and there's no notice. You can order at the table using the app, but no one comes. I move to the counter, where a staff member places my tray, which I recognize as mine, but doesn't communicate my order. The fries and sandwich are barely warm. Avoid. Terrible.

27/06/2025: I leave 5 stars for the food because I love it! For the service instead there are some small problems, very often when I go there I ask for Coca-Cola WITH ice but it arrives without ice. For the rest the environment is good after all it remains in a shopping center.

14/07/2025: Terrible food, but that's not all. You enter the "restaurant" without any signage to help you understand how it works. Once you find out that you have to queue first to order and then queue again at the cash register, you're not very happy with it and it takes forever. Then they give you a slip of paper with your order and something that's supposed to ring when it's ready. I'll just tell you that at the time of writing, there's a 40-minute wait, and when you ask for an explanation, they say, "They're cooking." Guys, mixed grill and a light dish, basically two 5-minute dishes. It's like this every time I eat. The price is fair, but why do they make you pay for it in stress and wasted time?

29/03/2025: The food here isn't bad for a self-service restaurant. But pay attention to the receipt. The cashier added €10 to the bill, calculating that it was seafood, not meat. When we pointed this out, she voided the receipt, but the new receipt still showed other dishes we didn't order. Making a mistake once is fine, but we don't think persevering is a coincidence.

11/05/2025: Dopo aver aspettato 30 minuti di fila esterna x poter mangiare la signorina all ingresso ha avuto il coraggio di far passare avanti 2 tavoli perché non eravamo tutti i componenti del tavolo. dopo aver discusso spiegando che certamente nn avremmo ordinato e mangiato in 5 minuti visto la fila che c era ci fa sedere ed ora ovviamente è mezz ora che aspettiamo visto le centinaia di persone che ci sono ( normalmente facciamo presto perché hanno interesse a liberare i tavoli) Come direbbe chicco azione che regole sono? Ma sono del mestiere....

16/04/2025: Appena uscita da questo locale. Ci sono ritornata dopo molti anni e devo dire che è peggiorato di gran lunga. Panini con hamburger insapori , altrettanto la carne al piatto servita con patate che sapevano di olio bruciato. Ristoraziona da rivedere considerando anche i prezzi piuttosto alti . In qualche noto fast food avremmo mangiato meglio e pagato la metà.

16/07/2025: Io e il mio compagno abbiamo deciso di provare la nuova proposta di menu ispirata alla Corea, a seguito dell’uscita di Squid Game. Sul gusto sia dell’hamburger che delle alette di pollo (piuttosto piccanti), nulla da dire, ma prezzi decisamente troppo alti per l’effettiva offerta. Inoltre il panino è stato schiacciato durante la preparazione, quindi quando sono andata ad aprire la carta per consumarlo, mi sono trovata davanti uno spettacolo non tanto invitante. I tempi di attesa sono molto lunghi e l’organizzazione è carente. Non lo consiglio se non per il gusto dei prodotti.

20/06/2025: Diventa sempre peggio! Abbiamo preso 2 busket. La carne era fredda e cruda vicino l’osso! Le bibite tutte calde! Il te freddo sembrava acqua sporca, non aveva nessun gusto! Questo era l’ultima volta!
