03/12/2025: I was there on a Saturday at noon. It was very crowded. The self-service machines had run out of place cards, so we had to pick up our order at the cash register. Even though everyone seemed to be rushing, it seemed like everyone was rushing to no avail. The wait was incredibly long. Almost half an hour for a two-course menu.

03/12/2025: Slow service, activated promotions on the app, but when you order they tell you that they're short on supplies and can't complete the menu, so they don't accept the promotion.

13/12/2025: My 5 year old son had a bathroom emergency and the manager replied "he has to pay for a drink first", I won't say anything else.

13/12/2025: Terrible experience. The "plant-based" burger we ordered was supposed to have vegan bacon inside but there wasn't any. So we paid for something that wasn't there. The communication was pretty bad and they treat customers like intruders, especially the old woman who acts like the manager. They made fun of us for asking for vegan burgers and the woman treated us with huge disrespect in her eyes, making herself look important and ignoring our efforts to communicate. She even scolded us for leaving our heavy bads on the chairs like we expect her to watch them. This kind of attitude is just unexpectable and makes you want to leave immediately. The "plant-based" burger doesn't even have vegan cheese nor mayo(why is it called plant-based then?). Everything was falling apart. NOTHING like the pictures. Huge no-no.

10/07/2025: Very welcoming place in a very nice area close to the port and many other places. The food is not of the highest quality but is still good. The menu is online only. The service is the weak point: could be slightly better :)

13/12/2025: Crazy prices for a McDonald's. The sandwiches often arrive cold and poorly made: in my last order, the Crispy McBacon didn't even have half a slice of bacon, embarrassing (as you can see from the photo). Plus, they forgot the free sauces that come with the nuggets. Superficial service and decidedly below-average quality. The other McDonald's in town are much better; avoid this one.

30/11/2025: WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! On my receipt, I find €0.15 for "Handle Bag," which is the bag you use to give me takeout at McD. A "surprise" charge, to say the least. Can I bring my own bag to put my takeout in next time? I didn't expect this from you...

18/12/2025: I often go for breakfast at McDonald's inside the Nave de Vero shopping center and every time I find professional and fast service even during peak customer traffic hours.

18/12/2025: The Big Tasty is my favorite sandwich. Compared to the McDonald's in Spinea, this place is much cleaner and the sandwich is better. They finally fixed all the boxes because they'd been out of order for a long time, so there's less line.

04/12/2025: NOT EVEN THE 3 FREE SAUCES... I HAVE NO WORDS.

16/11/2025: 1 star is already more than enough for an experience to forget, the staff is non-existent, only a girl at the counter with a full table, complaints about the constant delays, instead of living the good life, hire the staff or else close because the food is no longer what it used to be... FAILED

07/11/2025: The location is wonderful, a truly enchanting place!! I often stop by for lunch and always leave satisfied. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly.

02/11/2025: We ate really well the tagliatelle with truffles were delicious, the mashed potatoes were exceptional and the trout was fresh and well cooked, the owner was very welcoming and really sunny, I will definitely be back 🥰

07/09/2025: Burger Guacamole. Well, raw meat kinda ruined whole meal. And ofc nobody aksed me how it should be fried. Fries were to salty. Waiter offered us a sauce for the fries but 20 mins later we just ate them without it :)

07/11/2025: We popped in for breakfast this morning because everything else was closed. Unfortunately, it's better to eat something sweet than those scrambled eggs :D

03/12/2025: Definitely a positive experience. The staff was friendly and relaxed. I really like KFC and have visited many locations! This one wasn't bad, and after a problem with the receipt, they even offered us nuggets as an apology.

28/09/2025: Decent in everything, although lacks improvement and the meat caused diarrhea to my father, not sure if he’s intolerant or not. Recommended? Meh you’re better off walking a little further and go to Istanbul 34 fast food

29/11/2025: I've ordered several times to have my orders delivered to my home. Not once has the order been correct or complete. There's always something missing. Tonight, for the umpteenth time, I ordered a tasty basket and got a crunchy McMuffin. I know it's a chaotic place, where things are rushed, but that doesn't satisfy the customer. And I speak as a customer and as someone who worked there. I'm sorry to write this review, and I hope someone reads it to help the place and those who work there because something isn't working.

28/11/2025: Terrible experience with McDrive. In addition to having to wait in line, the offer on the app expires and is no longer available. I try to use the app on another device, but since the operator couldn't wait longer than 30 seconds because otherwise I would create too much of a line, he asked me to pay and that was it. Congratulations, I will never come back to you again.
