10/07/2025: Very welcoming place in a very nice area close to the port and many other places. The food is not of the highest quality but is still good. The menu is online only. The service is the weak point: could be slightly better :)

18/10/2025: Super slow service. Orders don't come out. Wait half an hour, even though the food may have already left the kitchen to be put on the tray. If you're lucky, you wait 10 minutes for the food to be ready.

09/08/2025: There are very few outlets for charging your phone in the MS, only 4 for the entire large hall. There is no wireless charging on the pages. Sometimes this makes it impossible to recharge a little. Another thing is the toilet. There is a code on the purchase receipt that you need to use to enter the toilet, but this code does not work. For example, if you ordered food and need to go wash your hands, it is simply impossible to do this. You have to stand in line at the cashier to open the door to the toilet. Then if another person with you wants to wash their hands, you have to stand in line at the cashier again to open the door. Please - make basic things accessible to people - washing hands before eating. You can install sinks in the hall, or introduce another system for people to get to the toilet. I hope the administration will hear this. Thank you.

02/11/2025: The sandwich was bad, the fries were almost raw, flies buzzing around the customers, the bathroom door didn't work... need I go on? The staff seems friendly and polite.

09/09/2025: Even though the girl at the drive-thru was really nice (and this star goes to her alone), you still got my order wrong. I had the spicy McShaker fries, which cost 50 cents more because they have spicy powder. There, no powder. Now, it's because they forgot; it's not the 50 cents that's the problem, but it's not possible that something is wrong every time.

07/11/2025: The location is wonderful, a truly enchanting place!! I often stop by for lunch and always leave satisfied. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly.

02/11/2025: We ate really well the tagliatelle with truffles were delicious, the mashed potatoes were exceptional and the trout was fresh and well cooked, the owner was very welcoming and really sunny, I will definitely be back 🥰

07/09/2025: Burger Guacamole. Well, raw meat kinda ruined whole meal. And ofc nobody aksed me how it should be fried. Fries were to salty. Waiter offered us a sauce for the fries but 20 mins later we just ate them without it :)

16/11/2025: 1 star is already more than enough for an experience to forget, the staff is non-existent, only a girl at the counter with a full table, complaints about the constant delays, instead of living the good life, hire the staff or else close because the food is no longer what it used to be... 29/11/2025: I've ordered several times to have my orders delivered to my home. Not once has the order been correct or complete. There's always something missing. Tonight, for the umpteenth time, I ordered a tasty basket and got a crunchy McMuffin. I know it's a chaotic place, where things are rushed, but that doesn't satisfy the customer. And I speak as a customer and as someone who worked there. I'm sorry to write this review, and I hope someone reads it to help the place and those who work there because something isn't working.

28/11/2025: Terrible experience with McDrive. In addition to having to wait in line, the offer on the app expires and is no longer available. I try to use the app on another device, but since the operator couldn't wait longer than 30 seconds because otherwise I would create too much of a line, he asked me to pay and that was it. Congratulations, I will never come back to you again.

10/11/2025: I was here on 5/9/2025 and McDonald's was open 24 hours a day. The staff was friendly enough, even if they were quite rushed. It was always crowded at any time of day or night, and it was incredibly chaotic. The prices were exorbitant, and the quality of the food was terrible. The hygienic conditions, however, were the worst part. The place had a cockroach infestation, and there was trash everywhere. You have no idea. When I say every surface was covered in trash and food, I'm not kidding. The bathroom was a nightmare, with feces and urine on the walls and floor. Absolutely a nightmare. The situation was that every half hour a group of kids from the nightclub would come in, order 800 things, and leave a mess on the table and on the floor, and as soon as they finished, they would leave. All this while screaming because they were drunk. The only good thing was that there was always a police officer and a bouncer, so it was pretty safe. Everything else was a nightmare, though.
