The rest totally dry and chewy. One even had to be with Bacon, but there was no trace of it. It's thinking that it's not cheap. At the Beinasco Mc's they make them much better and pay more attention to the customer.

10/12/2024: Fast food? Infinite waiting times, not even at a restaurant on a Saturday night you wait that long. Lazy and unpleasant staff, they always get the order wrong, always, when you point it out to them they are even chased away as if they had to do you a favor. Not to mention the takeaway where something is always missing and they only answer the phone once. Take people who have a minimum desire to be there or to work with the public

L’unica cosa che mi ha fatto storcere un po’ il naso é che quando siamo andati alla cassa per pagare (avevo prenotato con The Fork con -20% di sconto) la ragazza sembra che abbia fatto finta di nulla per farci pagare il prezzo intero, solo dopo aver chiesto se era stato applicato lo sconto si é scusata dicendo che “non le appariva la prenotazione da The Fork con lo sconto”. In molti ristoranti non te lo applicano direttamente, cercando di approfittarsene… a parte ciò, abbiamo mangiato molto bene.

30/11/2024: This KFC makes it difficult to eat 🌶️🌶️ spicy and I had to vote for the I eat 8 of those chickens, because I bought a package of 12 chickens and they gave me 4 non-spicy ones. The service is fast. The atmosphere is not the best, but if you have children or don't like spicy food, I don't recommend it.

26/11/2024: We often go to the KFC in Bicocca Village for the convenience and because we are big fans of chicken, especially the crispy version, which is our favorite. However, the experience in the restaurant is penalized by poor cleanliness: the drink dispenser is often a disaster and the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. It would be ideal to improve these aspects to ensure a more welcoming environment. As for the rest, nothing to say: the food always lives up to expectations! We also often ask for home delivery and they are always punctual and precise.
