26/05/2025: Molto pulito e ampio. Finalmente si è dotato di collegamento con l'applicazione. Cibo di qualità (per essere un fast food). Carne ben cotta e gustosa. Pancake alla nutella eccezionali.... ma poca offerta di altri dolci. Personale poco empatico

20/05/2025: Posto gestito malissimo. Cinema rotto, sala giochi interattivi non funzionante, cancello ingresso nella parte frontale sempre chiuso.... Quando sei dentro sembra che tu dia disturbo. Peccato perché ci andavo sempre volentieri

04/05/2025: I am a regular customer, the quality of the products is indisputable, but for the umpteenth time I order an avo burger without avocado, we select "well cooked meat" the raw meat. A 2000 burger with the addition of salad "without salad" but even more seriously, a fungus inside, which as an allergic person I directly changed to avoid anaphylactic shock. We call zangaloro who wash their hands of it, advising us to call the Glovo service when the problem comes from the kitchen itself. Judging by the temperature of the sandwich, the driver was impeccable and very polite, but after this latest gaffe I think I will never order home delivery again. Assume your responsibilities. Disappointed

28/04/2025: I am a regular customer, the quality is unquestionable, but the service via the app and the home deliveries are terrible. Today, and this is not an isolated case, I placed an order at 8.50pm... it arrived after an hour and a half, ready for at least an hour if not more. And I live 2 km from the headquarters in Viale Venere.! I'll let you imagine the condition it arrived in. Among other things, I signed up for the prime subscription, but I don't think I will renew next month.. home delivery service managed very badly..

16/06/2025: Rude staff, terrible service, it's the second time that the chips are awful, hot coke without a paper straw and croquettes fried in very old oil because they stink, but then the sandwiches are very cold and thrown in the box just like that... never again, also because now with what they charge

06/04/2025: Friendly and kind. I bought 6 takeaway pizzas and they gave me a 2 liter coke as a gift. However, the pizza dough was poorly leavened, little care or rather haste in the baking. By improving this point, the quality improves significantly

01/06/2025: A regular customer of the brand, McDonald's is unbeatable when it comes to grabbing a quick bite. I've tried them everywhere, in Italy and abroad, but this one in Reggio Calabria took me back in time! Oh yes, because given the complete lack of ordering service via digital kiosk, to order I had to queue (a very long one too) like in the early 2000s! Is it possible that digital kiosks haven't arrived here yet? I've been using them in all the other restaurants for years! Here in Reggio to have the typical "quick bite" I had to queue for half an hour! Nothing to complain about the food, it's up to McDonald's standards. The cleanliness of the premises could be improved.

13/06/2025: I went to this McDonald's for the first time, I took a horrible croissant, cold, dry and without any toppings with yellow cream inside and a coffee that tasted horrible. Disgusting bathrooms, dirty, not working, without toilet paper, unworthy of the McDonald's standard.

16/12/2024: For the service and the environment, if I could have given zero stars I would have done so. I went to this place to buy "a truly King combo", the collaboration with One Piece. I found a bare and dirty environment, with the automatic checkouts turned off and not dispensing the receipt. We asked a girl in the room for information and she reluctantly informed us that we had to go to the cashier. There we paid and asked if it was possible to choose the shirt offered. The "manager" (?) on duty yells at the employee at the checkout that you can't choose the colors and then leaves. I certainly won't be coming back again.

14/12/2024: Io posto esteticamente è carino, riporta il design americano e francese assieme. Il personale è scortese, poco simpatico e superficiale; non ti invoglia a rimanere. Il cibo è super over priced: 15 euro per delle scramble eggs due strisce di bacon mezzo pomodoro e funghetti, manco fosse un hotel o un posto dove si mangia bene. Sconsiglio.
