09/08/2025: It smelled awful! We ate while smelling sewage coming from the bathroom, and even though we closed the door to prevent it from coming in, they opened it again after 2 minutes for no reason. Don't go!

30/12/2025: The food was very good, but the portions were too large, the service was terrible: I arrived very late and they gave me a very small table for 3 people. I was slightly disappointed.

24/02/2026: At the McDonald's Drive-Thru, they kept €10 in change. 3:30 PM: I was in a hurry and with the kids in the car, so I opted for the Drive-Thru. I had to pay €14. I knew I had three €10 bills in my wallet (I usually pay with my debit card), so I gave what I thought were two €10 bills, not realizing I'd given €30. The Drive-Thru guy realized this because he wrote €30 on the receipt, €16 in change, when he'd only given me €6 in change. So, he also had a sense of conning me: he realized my mistake and chose to rip me off anyway. I only realized this as soon as I got home, reviewed the receipt, and checked my wallet. Kudos to you for your honesty. I will never come again, and I will not recommend this particular McDonald's to anyone I know.

20/02/2026: Waiting 20 minutes to eat! Wrong products and then the icing on the cake: a super nice waiter who doesn't even respond to greetings! He left his smile on the bedside table! Never again!

19/02/2026: At the Mc Drive 15 minute wait, and the few times I come it's always like this!

10/03/2026: Despite the place being practically empty, I had to wait an interminable amount of time. The slow service was caused by the staff's total lack of professionalism: they spent their time chatting among themselves, deliberately ignoring the customer and displaying a complete lack of attention to their duties.

28/02/2026: A very negative experience. During my stay, I witnessed the manager (wearing a white shirt) making remarks to employees that I found unprofessional and inappropriate. He chuckled while speaking and made comments about how he could fire anyone he wanted. I find this attitude disrespectful toward workers and inconsistent with the image of professionalism that a company like McDonald's should project. It was unpleasant to witness this scene. I hope management takes action to ensure a more respectful work environment.

15/03/2026: Today I want to say a few words to the young man who clears and cleans the tables at McDonald's. We often walk into the restaurant, eat quickly, and leave without thinking about the person who comes afterward to clean up everything we leave behind. He's always there, collecting trays, cleaning tables, and getting everything ready for the next customer. It's a job that many don't even notice, but it's essential for everything to run smoothly. You can tell he does it with effort and patience. While others enjoy their food, he's working tirelessly, going from table to table with a smile and respect for everyone. Sometimes he even picks up things we could have thrown away ourselves, without complaining. It's easy to overlook this kind of work, but behind it all is a person who is working hard every day. I wish more people would take a moment to think about it and appreciate those who do these tasks that many don't want to do. Thank you for your work and for keeping the place clean for everyone. Even if many don't say it, I'm sure more than one person appreciates it.

19/10/2025: Frozen juices, not natural, at a very, very expensive price. I made the mistake of not going to Starbucks or Bubble Tea, which are below the station. I left disappointed.

06/10/2025: Been here 3 times since being in Florence, coffee is okay, made from a machine but honestly just fine if you want a quick pit stop. But stay away from the food, the croissant was kinda dry but tasted good and the muffin i had on my last visit was inedible

28/01/2026: Ordered through a self-service kiosk, paid for 8 sauces, and not a single one was delivered. Arrogance or cunning? After getting home, I had to go back, and once there, the clerk replied, "Well, why do you have a ticket?" 😣😱😬🤔 (the receipt!???). Besides, the order arrives at the cash register via kiosk, but what language is that? What kind of response is that? Dear businessmen/women of this 2.0 sandwich shop, I hope reading these reviews inspires you to explain to your employees how not to annoy very unpleasant people like me, who never come back, for sauces that you probably pay a fifth or maybe less than what you sell them (without giving them) to customers.

24/02/2026: Today I went to Megalo' and had a delicious Lox Pancake for breakfast. What can I say? Besides being beautiful to look at, the dish was delicious. Three small pancakes with avocado, salmon, cheese, peppercorns, and chives. Truly excellent, a healthy and filling breakfast at a fair price. The place is centrally located in Megalo' and easy to get to. Friendly staff. I'll be back for the Lox.

12/12/2025: Am I the only one who eats cold sandwiches here (so much so that the cheese hasn't even melted) or sandwiches made with your feet? This is the third time I've tried since they changed management. In 30 years of eating at Mc's, I can say this is one of the worst I've ever had. Terrible.
