16/12/2024: For the service and the environment, if I could have given zero stars I would have done so. I went to this place to buy "a truly King combo", the collaboration with One Piece. I found a bare and dirty environment, with the automatic checkouts turned off and not dispensing the receipt. We asked a girl in the room for information and she reluctantly informed us that we had to go to the cashier. There we paid and asked if it was possible to choose the shirt offered. The "manager" (?) on duty yells at the employee at the checkout that you can't choose the colors and then leaves. I certainly won't be coming back again.

10/12/2024: The place is in dramatic condition: all the rubbish bins are full, the ordering machines are turned off or out of order, among the few that worked, the one I used did not print the receipt with the number to collect the order. A single black boy was busy preparing all the orders, the other clerks chatted and wandered around the counter aimlessly. An embarrassing situation to say the least.

08/02/2025: Cozy place and big, good sandwiches... The only flaw is the bathroom... Clean the bathroom!!!! For the rest everything was wonderful... I took a menu... Sandwich, patties and drink. We can also agree with the prices as the sandwiches are really large

30/09/2024: I got a pizza which was very tasty! Unfortunately, the staff does not speak English. The woman at the cashier can't count properly and after we ate she wanted us to pay the bill a second time! Please ask for a receipt to avoid confusing situations.

29/09/2024: I ordered a capricciosa pizza. Very poor quality Italian pizza. The dough is good, but the products are too much and tasteless. Not good staff organization. Not favorable to foreign customers!

09/12/2024: I give 5 stars because my behind is very itchy and I should change the tampon on the inside of my thigh which has been rotting for the past 5 days but on the other hand everything is good also the beans are very good free burps and curses with village wine fast food really the way people like it I remember my grandfather from beyond the grave. After all these years you want to close it but I will find you talking about these haiters "I hope it's written like that" now I say goodbye to you bye bye kisses kisses 🧓😘

23/02/2025: Managers who in my opinion are unsuitable for the job, inability to direct their staff, this is reflected in a chaotic, slow and stressful service for both staff and customers who have to ask for explanations about the long waits for their orders.

14/02/2025: Terrible experience, yet another in this restaurant! Zero organization, even less customer service, it should close just because of the rude way it works. Queues lasting 30/40 minutes at the checkout just to pay (where are the employees?), waits of at least 1 hour and orders lost in the void. A mess.

14/02/2025: A very popular and crowded restaurant, but nevertheless well organized. The toilet is a big plus, unlike the one in the MC next door. Amazing view on the first floor :) It's worth it!

14/02/2025: Undoubtedly the most beautiful restaurant in Milan. Large and spacious, lots of seating on 2 long floors and if you go upstairs you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Duomo or Via Torino. Friendly staff and waiting times not too long even in the busiest moments. Normal food. An excellent stop for those who are near the cathedral and want to stop for a quick snack or even just a lunch/dinner. Advised!!

15/02/2025: I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday (ordered almost three weeks before). When I was about to pick it up they told me that they couldn't find it and then that they didn't do it because they didn't receive the order. From complaint. They ruined the birthday

12/02/2025: they forget the straw once, once the parmesan cheese, once they put the sauces and we wanted it plein today we even ordered a happy meal at home they only brought the coke. ABSOLUTE ZERO

Stasera ho fatto presente al momento del ritiro di controllare che ci fosse tutto e con in aria di sufficienza mi hanno liquidato. Mancano lo snack le salse e una porzione di patatine grandi. 29/07/2024: Nos detuvimos por rápidamente Snack y nos topamos en este restaurante que era solo Grest. sirven comida fresca de calidad y el personal es muy amable.
