16/06/2025: I went to the Nave De Vero McDonald's and ordered a Happy Meal with the squishmallow surprise. They gave me a book, and when I asked to exchange the toy, an impolite sales assistant responded rudely by banging her hands on the counter. Never again!!!!!!!'

10/06/2025: Extremely dirty. We asked at home if they could clean the tables because they were dirty and they told us that there is a lady outside to clean the tables. We waited but no one showed up and in the end we cleaned it ourselves because unfortunately we had ordered and paid for the food. A very dirty place. The staff needs to be a little more smiling. I understand that they work a lot but every now and then being a little kind and smiling doesn't hurt.

30/05/2025: I came with a group of friends for lunch after school. The food is good, fast and on average cheap. The problem is the staff: we had to split what we had taken and the cashier (unfriendly, treated us like idiots) did not want to give change to each of us, giving us 50 cents saying that we had to make do on our own. If you want to split the bill, come either with the exact amount or avoid the place. Goodbye

30/05/2025: I went to this place with some friends of mine. First, when ordering, they told us that water was included and that Coke cost €1, but when we got to the cash register everything cost €2. The waiter treated us like idiots, and didn't want to give us change for each of us, so we had to split €0.50. And finally there were 8 of us, only two tables for two people and a table for four people and we had to split, if you're in the area I advise you not to come if you don't have full money, maybe only the food was good enough

13/06/2025: I went to this McDonald's for the first time, I took a horrible croissant, cold, dry and without any toppings with yellow cream inside and a coffee that tasted horrible. Disgusting bathrooms, dirty, not working, without toilet paper, unworthy of the McDonald's standard.

09/07/2025: I'm giving it one star because this is the third time I've been there to get takeout coffees for myself and colleagues, but they tell me the coffee machine isn't working (for three weeks?). It definitely seems like a joke to me; people obviously don't want to go all the way to the cafeteria for takeout coffees. Unfortunately, we don't have many other options nearby. Please review the staff's behavior!

06/07/2025: Unfortunately, you can't put 0 stars, 1:03 am, all the people eating in the dining room and people waiting for their order, after simply being in line to order, I arrive at the counter at 1:03 and the saleswoman in a blue polo shirt tells me: "I'm sorry, you can't order anymore now, the counter closes at 1:00, now only at the mc drive thru..." I was very tempted to go to the drive thru in a dumpster to be able to order at 1:04... scandalous. A truly incredible consideration for customers, congratulations.

14/06/2025: Once a quality fast food, now beyond comment. They have reduced the quantities of everything and only increased the price. Sandwiches assembled as they come and questionable quality of ingredients. Hamburger completely raw.

12/06/2025: The food was delicious, just as you'd expect from a McDonald's. It was prepared very quickly, and ordering was very easy thanks to the touchscreens. The interior is clean, but it can get a bit noisy when there are children around.

11/06/2025: We placed an order for dinner to take away at the establishment. When they didn't deliver it, the girl checked to make sure it was there and delivered it. When we arrived at the hotel, we were missing a burger, which was rubbish. We couldn't complain. When we left the establishment, we were already feeling bad. If you take something, check it before leaving. The service is terrible if they do things like that, and on top of that, it's for the food they serve (which is garbage).

25/03/2025: Un locale davvero fantastico! Lo stile è moderno e accogliente, creando un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. L’ampia gamma di panini offre tantissime scelte per tutti i gusti, ed è difficile sceglierne solo uno! Il servizio è eccellente: il personale è gentile, attento e molto professionale. Tutto era delizioso, ben preparato e servito con cura. Tornerò sicuramente!

08/07/2025: I thought everything was fine. The staff who prepare the food, collect it, and deliver it are quite efficient, friendly, and fast. Everything in the restaurant is very clean, from the bathroom to the dining area.

29/03/2025: In this place you don't eat badly for a self-service restaurant, but pay attention to the receipt. The cashier had added €10 more in the count, calculating seafood and not meat dishes, when we pointed it out to her she cancelled the receipt, but on the new receipt there were still other dishes added that you didn't order. Making a mistake once is fine but we don't think it's a coincidence to persevere...

10/07/2025: Terrible organization, cold food and very long waiting times

10/07/2025: This afternoon I went to the Bicocca shopping center, to the KFC restaurant, and ordered takeout. I've added the photo here. Aside from the mediocre service provided by the two employees this afternoon/evening, they forgot a full menu for almost €17. I noticed this when I got home. I tried to contact them, but it was already closed. I thought it was full because the bags were too heavy. Apparently, for every three drinks, they added five and forgot a menu. Bottom line: hire people who want to work, not mediocre people like those two girls.

16/06/2025: I returned to this cocktail bar after some time, driven by good memories, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I ordered a simple Campari Spritz, accompanied by two single-serving packets of crisps and peanuts, as an aperitif. Nothing special. The place was practically empty, I was alone and I simply sat down to drink. I was presented with a bill of 10.50 euros: 9 euros for the drink (already above the average for the area) and 1.50 euros for the cover charge, which I honestly find unjustified. No special service, no fresh dishes, only packaged snacks. In other nearby places, with the same amount of money you can get a much richer aperitif and without extra costs. It seemed like a less than transparent way to take advantage of the situation. And the most absurd thing? I even left a tip Too bad, because the place has potential, but I won't be returning.

02/06/2025: Really nice place, with a relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail. A perfect place for gin lovers, but also for those who want to discover something new.

05/07/2025: Scam even for airport prices. Paid 3.20 for a half filled cup and they charge you 4 bucks for a normal drink?????? Just bring your own food honestly also, salt was out for happy meals
