19/10/2025: Frozen juices, not natural, at a very, very expensive price. I made the mistake of not going to Starbucks or Bubble Tea, which are below the station. I left disappointed.

06/10/2025: Been here 3 times since being in Florence, coffee is okay, made from a machine but honestly just fine if you want a quick pit stop. But stay away from the food, the croissant was kinda dry but tasted good and the muffin i had on my last visit was inedible

15/10/2025: American Graffiti is for those who love American-style donut sandwiches, but they also serve delicious chicken or beef steaks with lettuce and excellent fries. Fast service and good prices.

16/05/2026: Prices not displayed and very high... 2 euros for an inconceivable lollipop... 4 euros for a can... 4 euros for a supermarket ice cream... I will never go back.

01/05/2026: We arrived after a long walk, but unfortunately we had nothing to eat, so we stopped at that bar-like place. Let's start with the food: shoddy and ridiculous, a complete disappointment compared to what's available online, with photos of excellent, delicious food. Anyway, we were hungry, so we ordered two piadinas and a pizza for the kids. The first two dishes were pitiful, with a measly slice of prosciutto and a tiny bit of mozzarella. The second, especially the pizza, arrived black on the bottom and completely burned; it was inedible. I politely asked the owners if I could remake it because it was in that condition, but one of the guys serving the tables snapped at me, telling me it was normal and that I was the problem. Well, in conclusion, I'll say, plan ahead and bring a packed lunch, because in addition to the poor quality of the food, the staff is extremely rude! They also charge for service, which doesn't exist because it's like a self-service restaurant. I've traveled a lot in my life, but I've rarely found a place as disappointing as this! Update the photos of the place, which are misleading. The last negative note: the prices, a legitimate rip-off!

22/03/2026: We ordered a typical appetizer and our menus. A first appetizer, though meager, arrived without explanation, and we assumed it was ours. When a second appetizer arrived, we asked which one it was, and were told that it was our correct one, while the first was a mistake. The employee, after consulting the manager, asked us if we wanted it. Thinking the first course would be deducted, we accepted. In the end, both appetizers were charged. The rude manager refused to correct the error, claiming that a refund would penalize the employees. Only after threatening the finance department did he arrogantly throw 10 euros on the counter. We gave that money to the employees, because with a manager like that, their hard work was worth it. The overall experience was extremely negative. The manager with the accent is Eastern European.

23/02/2026: I have never eaten a sandwich like this, dry, dry inside and badly cooked and worse seasoned burgers, they seem like wood, now I understand why it was empty, awful!

01/01/2026: I ordered through Deliveroo and, unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing. The products arrived cold and the meat was rather dry, definitely below their usual standards. Furthermore, I had requested a bucket consisting exclusively of Original Recipe chicken thighs, the most expensive option on the menu, but I was delivered half thighs and half wings, which are less valuable. I find it unacceptable to pay for one product and receive another, and less expensive, one. I hope this is an isolated incident, but it's a situation that absolutely should not happen again.

08/06/2026: Please change the staff who manage the cash register, I can't even call them human beings...

02/06/2026: The bacon was raw, I asked for it to be changed and they made me a worse one. The chicken was not crispy at all, much less freshly fried. Definitely the worst I've ever had.

15/12/2025: A bit too expensive for my taste. The food is okay.

31/10/2025: The burger was inedible, cold, and rubbery. The Coke was flat, and the fries were okay.

05/06/2026: Way too expensive and they try to rip off tourists. There are definitely better local options. Stay away!!!

09/05/2026: Horrible! Don't go there! We arrived, the chef came over, offered us wine and water, and then shortly after brought back an appetizer we hadn't ordered. The other reviews pretty much cover it all. Seems to be their modus operandi... "only fish today," "no menu," and everything "only the best." We tried to pay right away and were insulted. But at least they didn't charge us anything :-D
