09/08/2025: There are very few outlets for charging your phone in the MS, only 4 for the entire large hall. There is no wireless charging on the pages. Sometimes this makes it impossible to recharge a little. Another thing is the toilet. There is a code on the purchase receipt that you need to use to enter the toilet, but this code does not work. For example, if you ordered food and need to go wash your hands, it is simply impossible to do this. You have to stand in line at the cashier to open the door to the toilet. Then if another person with you wants to wash their hands, you have to stand in line at the cashier again to open the door. Please - make basic things accessible to people - washing hands before eating. You can install sinks in the hall, or introduce another system for people to get to the toilet. I hope the administration will hear this. Thank you.

28/07/2025: The service was good. Unfortunately, the food was inedible. The fries, in particular, were not fresh at all.

22/07/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Everything I ordered arrived completely dry and tasteless. The dishes were so dry they were practically inedible, as if they had been prepared hours earlier and reheated several times. I definitely expected more, both in terms of the quality of the food and the attention to preparation. It's a real shame, because the place seemed promising, but unfortunately the food isn't up to par. I hope they improve the freshness and attention to detail of the dishes in the future. For now, I wouldn't recommend it.

07/09/2025: Burger Guacamole. Well, raw meat kinda ruined whole meal. And ofc nobody aksed me how it should be fried. Fries were to salty. Waiter offered us a sauce for the fries but 20 mins later we just ate them without it :)

09/09/2025: Even though the girl at the drive-thru was really nice (and this star goes to her alone), you still got my order wrong. I had the spicy McShaker fries, which cost 50 cents more because they have spicy powder. There, no powder. Now, it's because they forgot; it's not the 50 cents that's the problem, but it's not possible that something is wrong every time.

07/11/2025: We popped in for breakfast this morning because everything else was closed. Unfortunately, it's better to eat something sweet than those scrambled eggs :D

03/10/2025: Today I had the Loba burger, one of the best burgers I've ever had, served with generous fries, perfectly cooked, and friendly staff. I'll definitely be back, I recommend it.

29/09/2025: Unfortunately, delivery times have become unacceptable. It's not the first time I've had to wait a long time, but two hours is just too long. I ordered at 7:10 PM on the official app and it was delivered at 9:10 PM. Furthermore, the containers arrived crushed and the food was completely piled up. Never again.

12/11/2025: We went to McAfee Drive-Thru this evening, ordered, and picked up our order later. We got home and when we opened our menus, this was it: burnt bread, nonexistent bacon. I understand that McAfee Drive-Thru closes at 2:00 AM, but the order was picked up at 1:40 AM. If you had two slices of bacon in your line drawers, you should know that wouldn't have been enough for THREE Gran Crispy McBacon sandwiches, not to mention the fact that you throw the bread and it comes back to you like a boomerang. If you don't feel like working, close early, but GUARANTEE that what is ordered is respectful of the quantities of each ingredient!

02/10/2025: I'm giving one star because I can't give less. We went to the drive thru this evening, around 11 pm, there were three of us. We ordered two Happy Meals, a saver menu with a double cheeseburger, and a nugget deal. We'd chosen the one with the 4-piece nugget, but when we got to the counter to pay, we politely asked if we could exchange it for the 6-piece nugget, which cost €3.80. After this request, the girl at the counter started huffing and puffing, and the guy behind her (Alessandro) loudly exclaimed, "Oh, but these guys can't handle it," as if our request were incredibly absurd. The truth? They didn't feel like exchanging the products because the bag was already ready, not even time to pay. Do you know why the bag was already ready? Because they've had the products ready for hours, confirmed by the fact that the sandwiches were hard and crunchy like biscuits. The double cheeseburger we ordered without cucumbers was one of the pre-made ones, because when we opened it, we noticed the cucumbers had been removed from the already melted cheese, probably to keep it warm. They didn't succeed; it was cold. When the bag was thrown to us in the car, with much grumbling, we obviously checked and realized we'd been given two Actimels instead of one Actimel and one Parmesan, which we'd specifically asked the girl for. Once we pointed this out, the very annoyed girl called the manager, who arrogantly yelled and assured us she'd thrown it to the bottom of the bag. This explains everything. Unless we're magicians, the two Actimels we showed them didn't appear on their own. The whole thing was resolved by them trying to sell us off by giving us one Parmesan. So we ended up with two Actimels and one Parmesan. Too bad for them; we were just trying to be polite. When we got home, we noticed that the complimentary sauce from the famous 6-piece nuggets (mayonnaise) was missing. So, moral of the story, if you like surprise dinners peppered with insults, this is the place for you. I also work in the same job and have never allowed myself to behave like this!!

03/10/2025: Never again!!! Their website says the restaurant is open until 2:30 PM. We arrived at 1:45 PM and there were barely any appetizers or main courses. We chose two appetizers, "Affettati italiani" and "Carne salà," 1/4 cup white wine and 1/2 cup red wine. We were sitting outside in the sun at a table, right in front of the very noisy SS12 highway. The terrace is beautiful; next to the restaurant is their private dog kennel! When it came to paying, you couldn't pay with your debit card! The waiter said it was written in front of the counter, but it wasn't true; there was no sign. Plus, it must be said that the menu didn't list any wines! The cover charge was €3 per person for a tablecloth and a paper napkin—so much for that. Restaurants that provide a tablecloth and a cloth napkin, how much should they charge for a cover charge—€10 each? The waiter wanted €44 in cash from my husband. For our "menu," he returned from the register with a piece of paper—the register doesn't work, so no receipt!!! At this point, I got angry and told the waiter that we don't go there without a receipt! He replied that at this point the cost of our snack was €48, not just €44. I said I hadn't asked for a discount, but that I wanted a receipt, giving him the remaining €4—oddly enough, the register worked! I honestly wonder if the restaurant owners know that in Italy you have to pay taxes! Once upon a time, at the "La Chiusa" restaurant, we had a delicious lunch with a kind and honest owner!! Times gone by that no longer exist!!

08/10/2025: Response time: 2 business days. It's absurd to wait 15 minutes with only one car. Absurd.

19/10/2025: It's not the first time I've waited a really long time for my meal, despite the short line. It's noticeable how slow and uninterested the staff are in serving. As someone who eats here before starting work, it's truly awful to have to wait so long for a quick meal. Each time, I feel less inclined to order.

19/10/2025: I work in Nave and after my shift I decided to order via the app to speed up the process. I didn't even wait five minutes, but the girl who delivered my order was very, very rude because I asked for a bag to go and she made a disgusted face; I should point out that I had asked for a bag via the app.

13/10/2025: You'll find the best sandwiches only here. Lots of different types, all delicious and with plenty of variations. You can also order toasted sandwiches, salads, and meat dishes. I ordered the pork menu for €11, which included a sandwich, fries, and a drink. Highly recommended.

09/09/2025: I've been there several times and the food is excellent, but the last time I was there it was a real disaster. The wait was too long for sandwiches; it was already very late and there were few people. Moreover, two people who arrived half an hour after us were served when we still had nothing on our table after 45 minutes. We had to wait over an hour for dinner; they didn't even give us placemats or a glass for water, and we had to pay a €1 cover charge without having received it. The waiters were all kind, but unfortunately it's not their fault, but the management was a flop. After this hour of waiting, I couldn't even eat what I had so desired during this long wait. My sandwich didn't contain mozzarella (which was included), and I wasn't even told about it. Furthermore, since I had ordered a menu, baked potatoes were included alongside this sandwich, another missing item. Instead, they served me nachos on my plate—bagged chips that I absolutely wouldn't have eaten. I didn't think it was fair to pay 11 euros for a menu I didn't eat, as it wasn't what I had ordered. If they had told me the potatoes were missing, I would have simply said I was just ordering the sandwich, as I would have paid less and eaten practically the same amount. I found this attitude truly unfair, I assume only because we were young, as they certainly wouldn't have treated us like this in other situations.
