30/03/2025: Ci vengo spesso di passaggio,passando per il percorso "drive" esterno.Sempre tutto buono e soprattutto bello caldo,come uno si aspetta,bravi che avete corretto la sequenza della preparazione degli ordini da asporto...da un bel pó vedo che fate più attenzione.Rimanete i numeri uno nelle scelte mie e mio marito.Continuate così🙂🙂

25/03/2025: A couple of days ago I stopped by to eat at this place. There was a girl with red hair who started yelling at her colleagues for a sandwich... a pitiful scene. It's not nice to sit and hear screams and insults while you're eating. An absurd place, it felt like being in a theater. I put one star because you can't give it less. Never again!

25/03/2025: Went to get two ice creams, a mcflurry and an ice cream cone. The first ice cream didn't even reach half the carton, ridiculous quantities, and when we politely asked if the small quantity was normal, the young, clean-shaven boy who served us, with an arrogant tone and without even looking us in the face, patting the counter twice, began with "it's normal" and left. As for the cone, however, the right amount, but perhaps he exaggerated with the paper wrapping the cone... so much so that I even found it INSIDE the cone itself stuck to the ice cream... The photos speak for themselves. Really terrible, 9 times out of ten that we come here there is always an error in the preparations. We don't recommend it

01/03/2025: I went there with a friend with whom we have fun testing aperitifs around Naples. We definitely won't be returning. Two spritzes 18 euros accompanied by 3 single-portion sachets of chips, taralli and peanuts. In the center of Naples we drank it for much less, complete with small pizzas, rustici, mini platters of cured meats and cheeses and someone added some divine friarielli with fresh bread. We therefore decided to order a platter (22 euros), but it really wasn't worth that price, accompanied among other things by cold bread from the fridge. For what they offer, truly disproportionate prices

16/03/2025: Small and simple place, it's been a long time since I ate in this restaurant chain (I usually frequented the one on Corso di Francia). Good food, the flavors are really similar to what you can eat in America; Fast enough service and fair prices.

14/02/2025: We took two pork ribs and one grilled one. The ribs that were served to me were cold from the fridge inside (the heat had never reached the center of the meat) while my friend's were well cooked. Very strange taste of the ones they served me (my friend also tasted them and they were different from his). After pointing this out, they take them back to the kitchen and bring them back to me steaming and burnt underneath after a few minutes. I left them. They brought us everything together (ribs and grilled meat) so we ate the latter cold. Sin! I often go to Corso Francia and have always eaten well.

24/03/2025: Yesterday evening March 23, 2025 for the drive I had to wait at least 30 minutes outside.....and the great thing is that there weren't that many people... And on top of that, when I got home (which is only 4km from the facility) the products I purchased were indecent! EXPERIENCE TO FORGET

02/02/2025: Good evening, today I came with some of my friends (customers who come every day) around 10pm and a girl made negative comments saying that we arrived late, the place closes at 11pm. I don't think this is correct and respectful behavior towards the customer, moreover I ordered a peach tea and it was delivered to me with lemon. Having said that, we won't be coming again. Thanks and have a good weekend

29/01/2025: Very nice and super helpful waitress, very clean environment and music not too loud to impede conversations. The food was a real problem, the Thai rice beef was so sweet that it was defined as inedible and the chips were good but decidedly undercooked. (Just because I'm crazy about this, the pancakes weren't the same size :(()

23/02/2025: Three of us went last night, the place isn't bad, in my opinion the approach and communication with customers could be improved. If you opt for burgers you will be pleasantly surprised, good quality, nice appearance and fair price. However, if you ask to eat some vegetables au gratin you will be very disappointed. I received a plate with 5 very thin slices (and by very thin I mean within 2 millimetres) of courgette (small in size), 4 very thin slices of aubergine (also small in size) and a few strips of pepper. All spread out well to cover the plate. Maybe less than 80 grams in total. Disproportionate price, estimated at around 15 euros (subtracting the cost of the other dishes from the total). Perhaps they do this to discourage requests of this type. They certainly discouraged our return. Sin.

12/01/2025: We are a group and we ask where we can sit, there is a free room but at 11pm they tell us that it is reserved only as a restaurant room so they make us sit at narrow tables with uncomfortable seats in front of the counter... while the entire room has lots of free spacious tables! Furthermore, apparently the place closes at midnight even though it's Saturday and we didn't expect it for a pub... the unpleasant fact is that close to closing they opened the main door which was in front of us, making us feel very cold so we were forced to leave quickly... they say they did it to change the air (and perhaps to rudely communicate the closure) but they could have worried about the customers who were hit by the freezing air and could open the doors after having warned us that the place was closing … In short unpleasant experience, I hope this review can serve as advice for managers to have some simple more attention for customers and improve the service. At the moment I do not recommend this place.

09/04/2025: I took the takeaway menu and when I got home I found myself without what I had ordered and 3 cheeseburgers missing

13/04/2025: Extremely Disappointed with McDonald’s – Never Coming Back! I had one of the worst experiences ever at McDonald’s. I came in with my guest just to enjoy a simple cup of coffee, and even that turned out to be a disaster. We waited over 20 minutes for just 2 cups of coffee. TWICE we went to the counter to check if it was ready, and each time we were told, “Please wait.” No updates, no urgency, just complete ignorance. When we were finally handed the coffee, it was stone cold—clearly made long ago and just sitting there. When we asked why, the staff had the audacity to blame us, saying “It was ready, but you didn’t come to collect it.” Unbelievable. So it’s our fault now for trusting your staff when they told us to wait? This level of service is absolutely unacceptable, and the attitude from the staff made it even worse. If this is how customers are treated, I have no reason to ever return. Pathetic experience. 0 ⭐️

21/04/2025: I hands down believe it is the best kebab shop in the whole of Prato, I thank Allah since this place opened, very low costs, delicious food not to mention the chips, the students menu is one of the best thank you thank you

21/03/2025: I had ordered two large crispy mcbacon CHIKEN sandwiches but I received BOTH meat sandwiches, which I don't eat. I clicked on help in the Glovo app but I was only refunded €12 or the prices of the sandwiches, which I don't need anyway because I can't order individually so I would have to repay the two menus at €20 by getting the chips and drinks again. I have called the place numerous times without an answer, I find it very disrespectful behavior also because it is not the first time that when ordering from this McDonald's I am not satisfied with the order, considering the last time the sandwiches arrived all broken up.

20/02/2025: The food is very good, the food is very good and the prices are right, the service is very fast and impeccable! The staff is very kind and polite, and the place is very nice and very clean! I highly recommend it to everyone, even to families who want to spend a different day and eat very well, paying the right price!
