17/07/2026: An experience to forget, the pizza was completely burned, actually charred. The worst part was the question before sending it to the table: What should I do? Should I have it remade? But it wasn't even supposed to arrive at the table... the two female pizza chefs were constantly arguing... in short, a total disappointment...

05/07/2026: They say closing time is 12:00 PM. I stop by with a friend at 11:15 PM and everything is shut down and closing.

09/08/2026: Avoid Burger King. The food was the usual chain fare, but the service and atmosphere were terrible. They canceled our order because they said it had already been taken back. When they started preparing the order, they still got half the order wrong, even though everything was written down. The mistakes made in the order were fixed, but there shouldn't have been so many. The manager has no sense of humor and is the first to make mistakes, in addition to being incredibly rude. I highly recommend choosing other places to eat.

23/06/2026: A few days ago, I had the opportunity to have lunch with my family at Zangaloro on Viale Venere. We were greeted at the counter by a delightful young woman named Stefania. She was very kind and explained the dishes to us. The food was good, and the staff was highly professional. We had a really good time. We'll be back with pleasure!

30/12/2025: Unfortunately, our visit to 12oz in Venice was a disappointment. Although the shop was busy, there was only one person behind the counter. Consequently, we had to wait a very long time for our cappuccino to go. However, what disappointed us most was the taste: we simply didn't like the coffee at all – which is quite a rare occurrence in Italy. Considering the wait and the poor quality, the price-performance ratio was completely off for us. What a shame!

20/12/2025: I walked into the shop on Strada Nuova. The lady behind the counter was on a private call and didn't even notice me. I waited at least two minutes, but she kept calling! I left the shop, and when I came back a while later, she was still on her phone. 🤬

13/12/2025: We ordered takeout this evening. EXCELLENT value for money. Amazing sandwiches and very helpful and friendly staff, which is rare these days. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it. 🫶🏻

24/06/2026: "Since there are employees who, instead of working, think they're on a fashion show, I'll keep this low score until serious action is taken! The older managers find themselves rushing around and shouldering all the work, while the girls just walk around: I find it shameful. DESPITE THEY GET CALLED UP CONTINUOUSLY. ​Representing the McDonald's brand involves rules. It's inconceivable that they're broken by grumpy staff who even dare to judge customers out loud, even when they're right. Despite an initial bad episode, I returned to buy a Happy Meal. The same employee deliberately ignored my order until the end, allowing much larger orders and people who arrived significantly after me to move forward. The result? She handed cold food to a 4-year-old! ​Holding a grudge and acting arrogantly to cover up a past mistake doesn't give you the right to spite a customer. The worst thing is that, in the end, it's only the owner who suffers. of the venue, not the brand itself. I want to clarify that what I've described represents only 10% of the unacceptable behavior and attitudes this person displayed.

15/03/2026: We went to eat here a few days ago, but unfortunately the experience wasn't what we remembered. We think the place has changed a lot compared to before, and not for the better. The prices have gotten quite high: for example, around 9 euros for a sandwich without even fries, whereas before the value for money was much better. Another thing we didn't like was the service. The food arrived slowly: some people at the table had already finished their sandwiches while others were still waiting for theirs. This is quite unpleasant when you're eating together. It's a shame, because it used to be a place we loved returning to. We hope they can improve and get back to the same level as before.

12/02/2026: Nice place, modern and pleasantly furnished. The only downside is that it's cold in the winter.
