16/05/2026: The atmosphere is very chic and elegant, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The guy who took our order by heart was incredibly kind. The wait was very short. Unfortunately, however, the quality of the pizza is poor, to say the least. I ordered a bianca with broccoli rabe and Norcia sausage: the dough was rubbery, the broccoli rabe were visibly frozen and thawed directly on the pizza, and the Norcia sausage turned out to be a decidedly unappealing sausage. Terrible value for money, prices too high, considering even a Margherita costs €10. It's a shame, it has a lot of potential. It could improve.

12/05/2026: I've never seen such disorganization. I only go to this place when I don't know where else to eat. Stay away from this place like it's the plague.

30/12/2025: Unfortunately, our visit to 12oz in Venice was a disappointment. Although the shop was busy, there was only one person behind the counter. Consequently, we had to wait a very long time for our cappuccino to go. However, what disappointed us most was the taste: we simply didn't like the coffee at all – which is quite a rare occurrence in Italy. Considering the wait and the poor quality, the price-performance ratio was completely off for us. What a shame!

20/12/2025: I walked into the shop on Strada Nuova. The lady behind the counter was on a private call and didn't even notice me. I waited at least two minutes, but she kept calling! I left the shop, and when I came back a while later, she was still on her phone. 🤬

10/05/2026: €47 for two menus: a hamburger (with extra cheese), a scant handful of fries, and two 33cl cans of Coca-Cola is really hard to justify, and frankly, it feels like you're being cheated before you've even finished your meal. The hamburger and fries, given their size and quantity, fit comfortably in the same paper container: truly small portions for the asking price. The burger was a greasy mess that had soaked all over the bun, making it difficult to even truly enjoy it; the meat was tasteless. You can't just throw together random ingredients to make a gourmet burger and charge €23. The quality/price ratio is completely unbalanced. Trust me: go elsewhere. Guys, are you okay?

08/04/2026: I saw a review by Samira and I think my problem was with the same person, a woman with graying hair and a medium build. On Easter Monday morning, I stopped for breakfast. I usually place my order on the screen or directly at the cash register. I went to do it at the cash register and this rude person answered me without even replying to my "Good morning" and without a smile. I'm a poor Critas employee. GO TO THE SCREEN!! If your employees are forced to come to work, in my opinion, they should stay home and make room for younger people who need to work. This rude person doesn't understand that there are thousands of bars around that care more about the customers who come in to start the day with a smile, not just for a coffee or croissant. After this taste, I immediately went to another bar instead of SCREEN. Note: This isn't the first time.... Once, she delivered my drinks (Sprit) without carbonation; it was just water and sugar, and I realized after I got home....

06/04/2026: The product we ordered and paid for wasn't available; they gave us something different instead. They only managed to prepare a simple order in 20 minutes.

The older managers find themselves rushing around and shouldering all the work, while the girls just walk around: I find it shameful. DESPITE THEY GET CALLED UP CONTINUOUSLY. ​Representing the McDonald's brand involves rules. It's inconceivable that they're broken by grumpy staff who even dare to judge customers out loud, even when they're right. Despite an initial bad episode, I returned to buy a Happy Meal. The same employee deliberately ignored my order until the end, allowing much larger orders and people who arrived significantly after me to move forward. The result? She handed cold food to a 4-year-old! ​Holding a grudge and acting arrogantly to cover up a past mistake doesn't give you the right to spite a customer. The worst thing is that, in the end, it's only the owner who suffers. of the venue, not the brand itself. I want to clarify that what I've described represents only 10% of the unacceptable behavior and attitudes this person displayed.

22/04/2026: Given what happened, I was hoping not to write a negative review, yet whoever in the kitchen didn't take the time to handle the situation as best as possible in their "second attempt." I ordered a Caesar salad (without sauce or parmesan due to food intolerances), so it was supposed to be a simple grilled chicken cutlet on a bed of lettuce. I was served a very thick piece of meat that was almost overcooked, with an unpleasant chicken odor, again, almost overcooked. For food safety, I asked for it to be cooked longer. Unfortunately, despite a few extra minutes of cooking, the chicken had a very unpleasant smell and taste of "day-old meat." Chicken isn't something to mess around with, so I sent it back. To make up for it, they offered to prepare something else. I opted for the Angus strip salad, but since I was running out of time, I asked for it to be taken away. There's a missed opportunity to actually make amends and avoid a negative review. The box was dirty with marks from the meat juices and salad that hadn't even been drained/dried properly, so much so that I found water in the bag that actually punctured it. There are many outlets in the city, but don't forget to take care of your customers. I feel sorry for those in the kitchen. I thank the girl at the register for being kind and handling the situation as best as possible.

21/04/2026: The customer is always right; if they're satisfied, they come back. If they're not satisfied, word of mouth is already spreading, and the number of customers declines. The kindness and courtesy of the managers at this Zangaloro restaurant leaves much to be desired. If it's crowded and a customer wants to sit outside instead of making the sacrifice of staying inside, they must be accommodated. If a table needs to be added, it's added to make room, not to make the angry customer (who will never return) leave. The food needs to be more carefully crafted (it isn't).

10/04/2026: Absolutely not recommended: potentially expired food and terrible working conditions. This happened a few months ago. Meh sandwiches. Unfortunately, after ordering an Oreo milkshake (which never arrived during lunch and was delivered only after I showed the receipt), the milk was sour and seemed spoiled... so I fear it was actually spoiled or that the milkshake machine isn't cleaned properly. I can't trust a place that serves potentially spoiled products, because this calls into question the quality and safety of the food. The workers are few and have to manage everything themselves. They're all nice people and do their jobs well, but unfortunately, when there are only two people managing everything, the situation becomes problematic. They deserve better working conditions.

15/03/2026: We went to eat here a few days ago, but unfortunately the experience wasn't what we remembered. We think the place has changed a lot compared to before, and not for the better. The prices have gotten quite high: for example, around 9 euros for a sandwich without even fries, whereas before the value for money was much better. Another thing we didn't like was the service. The food arrived slowly: some people at the table had already finished their sandwiches while others were still waiting for theirs. This is quite unpleasant when you're eating together. It's a shame, because it used to be a place we loved returning to. We hope they can improve and get back to the same level as before.

12/02/2026: Nice place, modern and pleasantly furnished. The only downside is that it's cold in the winter.

13/06/2026: The order was prepared quickly, everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was very attentive to detail: we ordered a Happy Meal with carrots and they asked us to confirm that we really wanted it with carrots. They also added salt and pepper to the salad. We were very satisfied.

12/06/2026: Open until 6:00 AM, it's a must-visit spot in the city, especially for young people who hang out there having fun. The only downside: it was pretty rowdy when we went because no one was clearing the trays of leftover food from the tables. However, it's not a big deal; just being open in the early hours is more than enough.
