26/08/2025: After a positive first lunchtime experience about a week ago, I happily went this evening, hoping to be sure of a safe bet. Unfortunately, this time, when I reached the kiosk, a girl who looked like a South American (short, straight black hair tied back, plump, and I'm not racially biased) rudely told me to order at the kiosk because there were only a few of them and they were too busy. When I complained, a colleague of hers quickly showed up and took my order: a small double cheeseburger + an additional double cheese burger, all to go. The same girl took care of the packaging, and once my order was ready, I picked up the bag and left. When I reached my destination and opened the bag, I discovered that not only were the paper napkins completely missing, but instead of two double cheeses, I found one double cheese and one hamburger. Terrible experience with the employee, extremely rude, unmotivated, and unacceptable. We're McDonald's customers; if you can't handle it or don't want to, change jobs, so you'll lose customers for the people who provide the work.

13/10/2025: Tonight I celebrated my daughter Eva's birthday at a self-organized party and I have to compliment Veronica and Fortuna on the staff who were SUPER in accompanying me every step of the way from start to finish, always with kindness and sweetness, truly the best!!!!! I highly recommend this Villaricca venue.

17/10/2025: The manager is incredibly unhappy, and in an environment where there should be seriousness wrapped in cheerfulness, all the employees are sad, have no energy, and don't interact with customers, not even with a half-smile. I won't be going to this place again.

For starters, there's no scale to weigh the food because every time we find different quantities of fries (in other countries, even in Eastern Europe, which you consider third-world countries, there's customer protection, but Italy is still in the Middle Ages where there are those who are crafty and guesstimate). Then we don't understand why the prices are higher when you order delivery with various services (most of the time something is missing because you're idiots) when we already pay them for delivery + handling fees. Gentlemen, you can cook at home; without us, you'll close down and go dig the land. PS, I've never seen an estimated delivery time between 6 and 43 minutes

But that aside, the lady at the register in the blue shirt, whose name I couldn't read, should change jobs. She's incredibly rude and unfriendly... so much for hospitality! Every time a request is made, it is not taken into consideration and on top of that you don't answer the phone. What's the point of having the possibility to add or remove something if you don't even read? I took two sandwiches, one with the request well cooked and divided in two... meat arrived rare and not even divided (but if that was the only problem)... The second with the request to remove cucumbers (due to an allergy), the sandwich arrived with cucumbers... taken and thrown away... 30 euros thrown away. When someone orders it is because they don't feel like cooking and maybe they want to give themselves a cuddle... with your refreshment point it's always hell.... you should close.

Unfortunately, the staff there didn't speak English, I had to wait for someone else. In the end, we somehow managed to explain it. Food - there was no bacon in the burger, which was supposed to be there. The meat was dry as a rock, the bun was not toasted. They didn't give us the oil we paid for with the salad. We didn't even get cutlery. Toilets with a numeric code that had to be entered by the attendant who occasionally walked by, which is why there were queues. One toilet smelly and dirty, the other one clogged. You'd better close it there.
