11/06/2025: It's the second time I go to Zangaloro but the experience was definitely worse than the first where we didn't wait at all despite there being a lot of people. On the contrary this time in viale Strasburgo we took two sandwiches and waited about 50 minutes, (we were also in a hurry but we waited) even though I went to ask the staff why, seeing orders made after us pass by, the answer was that the sandwiches were cooking and there was no chronological order... anyway nothing to say, the sandwiches were very good with quality ingredients and that contrary to what I read in other reviews filled me up a lot. The environment was very nice fast food style but purely Italian, we ate outside but I saw that there is also a room downstairs but I can't say what it is like. Will I go back? definitely, but I hope to find better service from the staff. Thanks

22/03/2025: Locale spettacolare, cibo ottimo, musica di qualità, eventi organizzati bene e soprattutto il titolare disponibile, attento, simpatico e generoso. In un sabato dove ci saranno state qualche centinaio di persone, ha trovato il tempo di accoglierci, scambiarci qualche battuta, raccontarci la sua storia e offrirci da bere a due ragazzi di Senigallia che si erano trovati lì un po’ per caso. E’ stata una serata splendida, merito anche suo. Consiglio vivamente di frequentare questo posto e seguire la pagina Instagram perché ci sono tanti eventi interessanti grazie davvero spero che questa recensione possa ripagare un po’ dell’impegno e del sacrificio che sicuramente mettete per realizzare questo bel progetto

27/05/2025: I had a problem with the payment by debit card at the cash register and I paid in cash but the payment by debit card that both I and the clerk thought had been cancelled due to technical problems was later charged to me so that in the end I had to pay twice for a menu. The manager replied that if in the following days she had not credited the money back to my account I could come back for assistance in this regard. After two weeks I went back and another manager welcomed me and I explained what had happened and with great kindness they let me use the menu that due to the technical problem I paid twice and I must say with great kindness and a nice way of treating the customer. I thank the employees of the McDonald's at the ferry terminal always very kind I have been going there for many years. Bye

29/04/2025: In this McDonald's I noticed obvious difficulties in organizing the staff. I don't know if it was a matter of inexperience or a particularly chaotic day, but the efficiency left something to be desired. The real Achilles' heel remains the service: with a little more training and coordination we would be better off.

06/06/2025: Every time we order on glovo, but unless it's yours that receives the order. Every time a request is made, it is not taken into consideration and on top of that you don't answer the phone. What's the point of having the possibility to add or remove something if you don't even read? I took two sandwiches, one with the request well cooked and divided in two... meat arrived rare and not even divided (but if that was the only problem)... The second with the request to remove cucumbers (due to an allergy), the sandwich arrived with cucumbers... taken and thrown away... 30 euros thrown away. When someone orders it is because they don't feel like cooking and maybe they want to give themselves a cuddle... with your refreshment point it's always hell.... you should close.

04/06/2025: Unfortunately, from making a few sandwich menus when he started the business, he has thrown himself into making many other things like KEBAB, POKE BOLL, ZANGA JAPANESE, ZANGALORO CARNEZZERIA AND SOON ALSO PIZZIS!!! So it is clear that the quality has dropped a lot, the more things any business does, the more normal this is, I also feel sorry for those who work there who will be enslaved and underpaid but is this all that Palermo offers? But does it really want to compete with the already much talked about Mc Donalds or Burger King?

18/05/2025: The restaurant is in a central location, so it is easy to reach even by public transport. However, overall, the experience did not fully meet expectations. The environment is well-kept but not particularly original: some themed stickers, a sword hanging on the wall and a screen with games in loop give the idea, but you would expect something more immersive, especially considering the concept. The menu does not offer particularly surprising proposals and, in our opinion, the prices are rather high in relation to what is offered. For example, my partner ordered only a portion of chips and a beer and spent about 15 euros. The menus start at at least 20 euros and unfortunately the dish I ordered did not arrive particularly hot, but at room temperature. The service was nevertheless kind and polite. It must be said that the restaurant was not crowded, with only a few tables occupied.

27/05/2025: McDonald's, I don't need a starred restaurant. I need a person who can read an order and not pass the responsibility on to the customer. After 3 wrong orders at the drive thru, for the umpteenth time they exchanged a sandwich for nuggets + missing fries. The manager instead of apologizing, throws me the nuggets randomly because "they weren't in the order". But is everything okay? Then she makes a fuss about how she can't do anything because I don't have the receipt, when I literally have the payment and order notification on the APP. Next time I'll order directly from the dumpster.

23/06/2025: Slow, ingredients missing from the sandwich, they tell you that the ingredients are out but they sell the sandwich anyway. Dirty place and tables.

22/06/2025: A common McDonald's, the sandwiches are almost always the same and the additions to the menu are monotonous and poor. Then it is a classic Mc with its strengths and weaknesses. You have to be careful what time you go, because in half an hour it could fill up with people and half an hour later be empty.

31/05/2025: I placed an order through Glovo, it took them more than an hour to deliver it to me but the fact is that it was in preparation for 40 minutes or more, then at least I expect good food after such a long wait instead I received the opposite: it was dry, they added condiments that I didn't request etc.

08/06/2025: Great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful – you immediately feel welcome. A particularly positive aspect: the large selection of vegetarian burgers, which was a real plus for us. Everything was fresh, ordering was quick, and the store was clean. This is exactly what you'd expect from a hassle-free and pleasant visit to Burger King. We'd be happy to go back!

08/06/2025: I had to ask to put paper in the toilet which was also very dirty, stained tiles, cobwebs and encrusted sink. The place is let down, it seems there is no maintenance. The girl at the cashier was helpful and very kind

15/09/2024: Do you want to eat? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. We ordered two pizzas from Easy Gusto, order accepted, they were supposed to be delivered by 10.45pm. It was 11.55pm, the order was being delivered but still nothing, we tried to call and the phone didn't ring. No signs of life. Unexpected events can happen to anyone but there is no such thing as making customers wait for NOTHING, at least be warned!
