12/11/2025: The food is obviously low quality, the service is nonexistent since you have to do everything yourself, from ordering at the terminals to picking up the food, the food preparation is quite fast, and the atmosphere is nice but very noisy and sometimes not very crowded. Prices are low, but the quality is also poor.

11/11/2025: Terrible experience. I went to a McDrive tonight, and not only was the service incredibly slow and confusing, but the staff even called me rude! I just politely asked if they were taking my order! Arrogant treatment, zero professionalism, and zero respect. I've never seen such rudeness in a fast food restaurant. This will be my last time there.

26/08/2025: After a positive first lunchtime experience about a week ago, I happily went this evening, hoping to be sure of a safe bet. Unfortunately, this time, when I reached the kiosk, a girl who looked like a South American (short, straight black hair tied back, plump, and I'm not racially biased) rudely told me to order at the kiosk because there were only a few of them and they were too busy. When I complained, a colleague of hers quickly showed up and took my order: a small double cheeseburger + an additional double cheese burger, all to go. The same girl took care of the packaging, and once my order was ready, I picked up the bag and left. When I reached my destination and opened the bag, I discovered that not only were the paper napkins completely missing, but instead of two double cheeses, I found one double cheese and one hamburger. Terrible experience with the employee, extremely rude, unmotivated, and unacceptable. We're McDonald's customers; if you can't handle it or don't want to, change jobs, so you'll lose customers for the people who provide the work.

27/10/2025: Really awful, my daughter waited two hours for a piadina that arrived cold, and she got home very late. Highly not recommended, at least they gave a discount. One of the little girls even went hungry.

06/12/2025: The crew was unclear in providing information and was rude. Managers were far too distant with customers. When they were at the station years ago, it was much better. Long wait times, even when the place was not crowded.

25/07/2025: Prima di una serata all’Arena ci siamo concessi un pasto veloce, una Caesar salad consumata all’esterno. Buono il servizio e cortese il personale. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Locale in buona posizione un po’ decentrata bei pressi della bella Porta dei Borsari.

11/07/2025: La location è carina, curata e piacevole. All’arrivo ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto mangiare all’esterno perché “non c’era abbastanza personale per gestire sia interno che esterno”. La distanza tra i due spazi era davvero minima… quindi un po’ di perplessità c’è stata. Il cibo era buono, alcune proposte interessanti anche se la presentazione in certi casi lasciava a desiderare. Il vero disastro è stato il servizio. La cameriera era totalmente impreparata: non conosceva il menù, faticava a capire cosa stavamo ordinando e ogni richiesta diventava una specie di trattativa. Prima ci diceva di sì, poi tornava a dirci che non si poteva più, con un atteggiamento infantile. Una totale mancanza di professionalità che ha rovinato l’esperienza. Peccato, perché il posto avrebbe anche del potenziale, ma con un personale incompetente, è difficile voler tornare.

15/10/2025: It's always nice to go to Burgerama. Friendly staff, excellent sandwiches, and amazing wings! Also a great place for a birthday party, with a kids' play area!

15/10/2025: I think this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life... I never leave a negative review, but honestly, the management needs to do something... Arriving for a McDonald's coffee in the morning around 11am, you have to queue up for your drinks, then queue up a second time on the other side of the restaurant if you've decided to get a bite to eat. No one is in place, you wait, wait, wait, the manager goes around in circles with the tickets, but nothing comes out of the kitchen, even though there aren't many of us... We're not talking about friendliness, OK, we don't speak Italian, but no one speaks to us at all. The toilets are disastrous, the door doesn't lock in the women's toilets, and the men's toilets are locked, and even if you enter the code, you can't get in. No one seems to care. In short, a very, very bad experience. There's work to be done to get things back on track.

14/09/2025: Manager not willing to hear out our inconvenience! It’s just money in their heads! We ordered food for 3, we pay but no receipt came out of the ordering booth! Card was not charged, so we considered the order has not been processed! We order from app, took the food and eat! Once we finished, we observed that money were payed from account for first order too! We went to staff to explain, but they say they can not do anything, because they already waste the food to garbage! We left with 28 euro spent on Mc Donald’s process failures, and no competent people to speak to! Disappointed about the treatment from the stuff from this branch! Food was the same delicios Mc!

30/07/2025: A good place, with a quiet, quiet atmosphere, where you can enjoy meat-based dishes: from the classics (ribs, steaks, ribs, etc.) to the most delicious sandwiches. Quality beers and, for those who appreciate them, soft drinks and water 😉 Friendly and helpful staff. Must try 👍

08/12/2025: The evening of December 8th was a disaster on all fronts. We arrived at King Drive around 7:30 PM, and there was a line (to be expected). Unfortunately, at 9:30 PM, the line was still stalled (we wanted to leave, but the kilometer-long line that had formed made it impossible to get out). No explanation from the staff or manager, and no sandwiches. A heartfelt piece of advice to the genius who organizes the shifts: if you can't manage the crowds on holidays or don't want to pay the necessary employees, close down.

08/12/2025: You can't order with the app, pay through the app, and wait over an hour at the drive-thru! Shameful. Absolutely not FAST service!

02/06/2025: A pub with good potential. But many things to review: Staff: only two people who had to manage everything (reception, counter, kitchen) with small problems arising from this. At times even annoyed. In addition, given their difficulty in managing 15 people present, to be able to take an order, a lot of patience was needed. Precisely for this reason, potential orders were skipped because we didn't want to wait for someone to arrive after 15 minutes. Beers: there is a blackboard in addition to the menu. So you expect the blackboard to be the most up-to-date (as is done in every place). But no. A third of the beers marked were not present. And the funny thing is that the ones annoyed were the owners! As if we shouldn't even dare to consider that blackboard! Those that were present were average anyway. Food: average fried food. Hamburgers absolutely to be reviewed. Just defrosted and grilled (I worked for years in pubs and the like). Too bad because if they had been treated better they could have had their reason. In conclusion: we probably had a bad night or they didn't expect such voracity XD. These are defects that can be corrected.

20/10/2025: Here tonight. Extremely slow service. No working tablet. I head to the house to order. I asked for a Naruto menu. No fries or gadgets. When asked for an explanation, the answer was: it's sold out. You could have said that earlier. I won't be back.
