There are also some kids with Down syndrome who work here, and they're also super sweet. This is what this place sums up: kindness, smiles, equal opportunities, and joy. 15/03/2026: Review As a frequent customer of Zangaloro, I have to say this was my last. It's a moment to go from being a regular customer to considering never ordering from us again when the experience is this disastrous. A two-and-a-half-hour wait for delivery of a sandwich ordered via the app. Not a dinner for ten people, not a complicated order: a simple sandwich. Meanwhile, no communication, no meaningful updates, just an endless wait that turns hunger into frustration. When ordering via the app, a minimum wait is acceptable, but two and a half hours is simply unacceptable. If you can't manage orders, simply temporarily close deliveries instead of leaving customers hanging all evening. It's a shame, because as a loyal customer, I expected a whole different level of service. After an experience like that, I honestly wouldn't go back there even if everything was free.

15/02/2026: I advise everyone against ordering takeaway, they never arrive. I had to cancel an order placed at 7:30 pm and it still hadn't arrived at 10:00 pm, justifying 2 riders to make deliveries. If you are not able to provide certain services, don't do them, you would make a worse impression.

05/01/2026: The sandwich was okay, but the fries were cold and soggy. The chicken fillets were cold and dry. The place was quite cold, so much so that we ate in a hurry and got back to the car. The bathrooms were dirty. Overall, not a good experience.

It was assembled in a way that a bricklayer with a trowel would have done better. Fries full of black spots. The atmosphere was disastrous, all the booths broken, tables dirty. Come on, a little respect, if not for the customers, at least for the food. Total disappointment.

07/03/2026: Horrible experience. Today, when I paid for two coffees, the vending machine gave me partial change. I asked for clarification and was denied any assistance. Moral of the story: two coffees for €5. I absolutely do not recommend! And be careful with your change; the machine doesn't give it back, and neither does the manager.

15/02/2026: Reservation for 3 people. Experience unsatisfactory. We asked for a first appetizer, which wasn't available. We asked for a second one, which wasn't available. So we moved on to a third appetizer, which was available. We moved on to the Neapolitan pizzas and..... A stuffed pizza, a pizza with a stuffed crust, and a regular one. They finally arrived. Moral of the story, it makes us want to cry. The stuffed pizza was completely raw inside, the pizza with a stuffed crust but no stuffed crust, the regular pizza with 4 cherry tomatoes. Meanwhile, the appetizer plates were still on the table. We had ordered a Moretti blonde, and a red one arrived. We asked for the bill, and the appetizer plates were still on the table after the pizzas arrived. Bad experience. 2 bitters and a coffee on the house just to make up for it.

21/09/2025: The wait was moderately long, despite the waiter slaloming between the tables and the kitchen (which I personally found a bit annoying). The manager doesn't understand a word of English, and overall, we weren't entirely satisfied with the food and service. It's clear that friendliness isn't the order of the day.

02/09/2025: I'm giving only one star to the atmosphere because it shouldn't affect the total; it's not assessable. The place is owned by the municipality, and the management changes. The food is truly shameful: €15 for a cutlet and fries, inedible, tough, and bad-tasting meat; €7.50 for a pre-cooked piadina, a water, and a Coke, for a total of €30.50. Make up your own minds, because €8 for a half-liter plastic bottle of water and a can of Coke is a rip-off. The whole thing is run by two people, with a place where you'd find full tables that needed clearing, a line of ten people at the cash register, and people sitting around waiting. Management isn't up to par. It's a classic tourist trap, to say the least. They charge one euro to use the bathroom, which is dirty and has no paper. As they say... I like the first one, but not the second one.

24/02/2026: I took food with me on the train ride to the airport. They forgot to pack my McChicken burger. Check your food to make sure it's complete.

08/01/2026: Usually, it's not very pleasant to spend long in places like train stations. The atmosphere isn't the same. But here, we were saying goodbye to the island and stayed a little longer. I'd like to point out that not all customers clear their tables after themselves. The staff is very careful about this and immediately comes to clean the tables and surrounding areas. They strive to maintain cleanliness and comfort. Also, the staff literally chased away a beggar from me. It was a nice gesture. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service.

09/03/2026: The most unpretentious McDonald's I've ever had, but the standards aren't high. The restrooms are reminiscent of highway rest stops from the 90s. Horrible conditions, dirt and unpretentiousness everywhere.

26/04/2025: Honestly, it's a rather disappointing place. It presents itself as an excellent place with fried foods and ingredients that are not only local and local, but also high-quality. But after eating there, I had to change my mind. Aside from the enormous number of dishes on the menu that are unavailable (at 1 pm, you can't have more than three dishes available), paying 9 euros for a sandwich with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham, and 7 slices of sweet mustard (almost revolting, it was so sweet) along with 7 euros for two fries is, I think, bordering on a rip-off. To give them a point, some dishes were truly incredible, like the fried fish and salted caramel ice cream, but far too many dishes didn't live up to the price, especially the quantity, which was so meager it was almost like a gourmet restaurant. I won't say anything about the sweet salami, which was truly shameful (5 cm of salami with a half-centimeter diameter, warm and buttery, all for 5 euros). Almost poor but with a lot of room for improvement. I recommend reviewing the portions and proportions of the ingredients in the dishes as their quality is very high, but poorly used.
