12/06/2025: In a month I came to Drive 3 times, each time I ordered a menu with different sandwiches and all three times you served me a sandwich for someone else. In addition, the wrong sandwiches were miserable sandwiches with warm meat soles, with nothing else inside. But how can you offer such a service in a Mac chain like yours??!! I order sauces for the chips and they don't put anything in the bag, not even a napkin. How can you make a mistake 3 times with just one customer??!! I imagine you do it with others too, otherwise I can't explain it! I strongly advise the managers to choose the staff better and train them properly, as well as supervise them! It's shameful to say the least. Furthermore, once you get take-out food, you take it away and you only notice when you're far away, you don't even want to take it back because of how upset you are about it!! I'm sorry but you deserve this review, I hope you will change your policy otherwise you should close!

22/03/2025: Locale spettacolare, cibo ottimo, musica di qualità, eventi organizzati bene e soprattutto il titolare disponibile, attento, simpatico e generoso. In un sabato dove ci saranno state qualche centinaio di persone, ha trovato il tempo di accoglierci, scambiarci qualche battuta, raccontarci la sua storia e offrirci da bere a due ragazzi di Senigallia che si erano trovati lì un po’ per caso. E’ stata una serata splendida, merito anche suo. Consiglio vivamente di frequentare questo posto e seguire la pagina Instagram perché ci sono tanti eventi interessanti grazie davvero spero che questa recensione possa ripagare un po’ dell’impegno e del sacrificio che sicuramente mettete per realizzare questo bel progetto

20/04/2025: I have a couple of negative points to make: 1. I took a Red Velvet, it definitely came from the freezer, 6 Euros badly spent. 2. I went out with a group of friends, in total there were 8 of us (including me), when the dishes arrived they didn't offer us a glass of water each, even though there were 8 of us. Everything my friends got was good, I tasted it first hand, it was definitely made at that time. Instead, I did it on purpose to take something that could have come from the freezer, to see if it was a high-level place (as the ratings say) but it isn't. The best places can be seen from these things, that is, from the things that can come from the freezer and instead they make them fresh at that moment in order to offer a proper service and unfortunately I have not encountered this thing in this place.

09/02/2025: We came after dinner to eat (pancakes, hot chocolate, etc) and always enjoyed it (in fact we've been back many times). But now we wanted to try eating these famous American dishes for dinner. We first ordered an appetizer (corndog and fried bacon donut) and then some hamburger sandwiches. Overall I expected much more, the quality isn't very poor but it's not the best either. The sandwiches are huge, in fact we couldn't even finish them. The service was a little slow but overall satisfactory, friendly staff. I wouldn't go back for dinner (salty), but rather just go for post-dinner.

06/06/2025: Every time we order on glovo, but unless it's yours that receives the order. Every time a request is made, it is not taken into consideration and on top of that you don't answer the phone. What's the point of having the possibility to add or remove something if you don't even read? I took two sandwiches, one with the request well cooked and divided in two... meat arrived rare and not even divided (but if that was the only problem)... The second with the request to remove cucumbers (due to an allergy), the sandwich arrived with cucumbers... taken and thrown away... 30 euros thrown away. When someone orders it is because they don't feel like cooking and maybe they want to give themselves a cuddle... with your refreshment point it's always hell.... you should close.

04/06/2025: Unfortunately, from making a few sandwich menus when he started the business, he has thrown himself into making many other things like KEBAB, POKE BOLL, ZANGA JAPANESE, ZANGALORO CARNEZZERIA AND SOON ALSO PIZZIS!!! So it is clear that the quality has dropped a lot, the more things any business does, the more normal this is, I also feel sorry for those who work there who will be enslaved and underpaid but is this all that Palermo offers? 11/06/2025: It's the second time I go to Zangaloro but the experience was definitely worse than the first where we didn't wait at all despite there being a lot of people. On the contrary this time in viale Strasburgo we took two sandwiches and waited about 50 minutes, (we were also in a hurry but we waited) even though I went to ask the staff why, seeing orders made after us pass by, the answer was that the sandwiches were cooking and there was no chronological order... anyway nothing to say, the sandwiches were very good with quality ingredients and that contrary to what I read in other reviews filled me up a lot. The environment was very nice fast food style but purely Italian, we ate outside but I saw that there is also a room downstairs but I can't say what it is like. Will I go back? definitely, but I hope to find better service from the staff. Thanks
