12/12/2024: Superlative location, crispy and tasty potatoes, delicious chicken breading. A fast food of excellent quality, if you pass by Fano stop and try it!!

07/10/2024: Attention ! If you get the fried chicken, take a good look at the dish as it looks inside! Most of the time it is overfried and very dry, with a dark brown, almost black breading! Or mushy, this is probably due to oil that is too hot or of poor quality! All this is harmful to your health!! Even the chips are not always done well: either they are soggy too, or too hot, or not very tasty! A continuous punishment ..... but we give all our money immediately and without batting an eyelid! I demand respect for us consumers who dream of foods made with love and with quality raw materials! Let's dream exactly!

22/08/2024: The service is really bad. Very slow even with few people in the room. It's never happened to me that an MC served me a coke without ice... I don't think I'll go back there again

21/08/2024: The food okay, we stay at McDonalds and this is known, but much dirtier than the others, only one bathroom (not even in the worst bars in Caracas) used for men, women and disabled people, the dirty table they didn't send anyone to us x clean it Next time, if anything, there will be a takeaway!

13/12/2024: Ci sono andata spessissimo usufruendo del servizio McDrive. E quasi tutte le volte mancava qualcosa nell’ordinazione. Per non parlare della sciatteria con cui vengono collocati i prodotti (una volta un BigMac era metà nella scatola e metà fuori!). E ho constatato che anche ad altri clienti accade la stessa cosa (amici miei che me lo hanno riferito; persone viste in loco con i miei occhi tornare indietro a ri-chiedere il prodotto mancante). Pare che facciano le cose con disprezzo. Ma li capisco: questi lavoratori sono trattati malissimo, basti solo notare che, mentre si paga, l’addetto intanto deve prendere l’ordinazione di qualcun’altro. Veramente privi di etica: i lavoratori non sono delle macchine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

25/09/2024: Ordinato con deliveroo, arrivato tutto freddo.questo perche' le cose sono state preparate prima che il rider arrivasse al mcdonald's.Poca attenzione per il cliente, oltre ad avere tutto il cibo freddo, il gelato si e' pure sciolto.Le patatine cheese e bacon e solo cheese oltre ad essere fredde, ormai non raggiungono neanche meta' porzione della confezione che le contiene. Tutto questo e sommando il fatto che anche altre volte mancavano prodotti che avevo ordinato, penso iniziero' a valutare altri posti dove ordinare, peccato perche' anni fa non era cosi'.

24/09/2024: Booked with Groupon for a birthday dinner 🎂 I would like to thank the manager who was super kind to me seeing me stressed, welcomed me and reassured me I trusted and got a good result 👏🏻 Very good pizza, environment, service and good waiters available and ready for any advice, suggestions and explanations on their various specialties 😀 Thanks to everyone I recommend it and I will be back

11/08/2024: Yesterday we ordered two takeaway pizzas, one with pistachio and mortadella and the other with frankfurters and chips. Delicious pizzas and a fair price, well deserved indeed. Friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated it

06/08/2024: Abbiamo mangiato dei panini e delle piadine normalissimi a prezzi spropositati. Inoltre, abbiamo pagato un coperto di 2 euro a persona per mangiare su una tavola apparecchiata soltanto con una tovaglietta. Da evitare.

At the entrance there are touch screen displays with which to order food, which you can pay there or at the cash register. If you want, you can also use the app, with which there are discounts. Regarding the food, I don't give more than four stars because it's a fast food restaurant, so the food is the same and the quality is the same. Regarding service, the staff is quick to prepare the trays or bags for takeaway. Table service is not provided. The environment is not very clean, inside the connection is bad even if there is the possibility, after registration, to use their wifi. Regarding the possibility of ordering using the app, we have used it many times and we had a single problem only once, in which the order, even if confirmed by the App, was not confirmed. A probable problem related to the connection is that it was resolved simply by waiting.

They won't give you your money back but they give you a voucher to spend later... In short, a good fuck... Go to McDonald's... And not here
