13/12/2025: My 5 year old son had a bathroom emergency and the manager replied "he has to pay for a drink first", I won't say anything else.

13/12/2025: Terrible experience. The "plant-based" burger we ordered was supposed to have vegan bacon inside but there wasn't any. So we paid for something that wasn't there. The communication was pretty bad and they treat customers like intruders, especially the old woman who acts like the manager. They made fun of us for asking for vegan burgers and the woman treated us with huge disrespect in her eyes, making herself look important and ignoring our efforts to communicate. She even scolded us for leaving our heavy bads on the chairs like we expect her to watch them. This kind of attitude is just unexpectable and makes you want to leave immediately. The "plant-based" burger doesn't even have vegan cheese nor mayo(why is it called plant-based then?). Everything was falling apart. NOTHING like the pictures. Huge no-no.

05/01/2026: The sandwich was okay, but the fries were cold and soggy. The chicken fillets were cold and dry. The place was quite cold, so much so that we ate in a hurry and got back to the car. The bathrooms were dirty. Overall, not a good experience.

06/03/2026: Nothing to say... The staff always has smiling, super-kind faces. A little treat that smells of humanity. There are also some kids with Down syndrome who work here, and they're also super sweet. This is what this place sums up: kindness, smiles, equal opportunities, and joy. 11/01/2026: TERRIBLE SERVICE We placed an order on Just Eat because the restaurant's phone was disconnected, and it didn't arrive after an hour's delay, with no way to contact the restaurant.

11/01/2026: Terrible experience with home delivery. After more than an hour's delay from the scheduled delivery date, I tried calling the restaurant to check on the status of my order. They never answered despite over 40 calls. After an hour and forty minutes, the order arrived with the food cold.

The great thing is that they also pay for Zangaloro Prime. It's truly absurd. Furthermore, to keep the customer quiet, they put the order for delivery when it actually isn't for delivery. You're doubly shameful.

07/02/2026: Terrible service, 12.50 spent in the air, inedible food; nuggets with black pieces inside that looked like insects, frozen chips and mostly the sandwich was partly raw with no sauce, as for the dessert (cookies) it was hard as a rock and tasteless

15/01/2026: The place hasn't changed much in years, and it's fine that way. The food is also excellent! The only downside is the atmosphere: eating in the cold in winter isn't ideal! The toilets are kept completely cold, with no heating, and the ice-cold water for washing your hands is quite unpleasant!

02/03/2026: The sandwich was made from scratch, if not worse. Flavorless, the meat dry and almost burned. Almost no sauce. 18/08/2025: I've been a loyal McDonald's customer for years, but now you've pissed me off. For starters, there's no scale to weigh the food because every time we find different quantities of fries (in other countries, even in Eastern Europe, which you consider third-world countries, there's customer protection, but Italy is still in the Middle Ages where there are those who are crafty and guesstimate). Then we don't understand why the prices are higher when you order delivery with various services (most of the time something is missing because you're idiots) when we already pay them for delivery + handling fees. Gentlemen, you can cook at home; without us, you'll close down and go dig the land. PS, I've never seen an estimated delivery time between 6 and 43 minutes

16/08/2025: I've ordered from Glovo several times, and there's always a lot of food missing from the order. But that aside, the lady at the register in the blue shirt, whose name I couldn't read, should change jobs. She's incredibly rude and unfriendly... so much for hospitality! This comes from a woman who's worked in customer service for years.

28/01/2026: The best sandwiches with select meats. I prefer them to anything else. Fabulous Angus Steak...a delight for the palate.

25/01/2026: It starts from the unheated room and ends with me ordering chips with bacon and cedar, both invisible... the kitchen responded with the quantities... basically a tub of chips with no seasoning, sorry, but this isn't the place it used to be...

15/02/2026: I advise everyone against ordering takeaway, they never arrive. I had to cancel an order placed at 7:30 pm and it still hadn't arrived at 10:00 pm, justifying 2 riders to make deliveries. If you are not able to provide certain services, don't do them, you would make a worse impression.

08/01/2026: Bad experience: 2 terrible hot chocolates with cream, runny chocolate, no consistency, with supermarket-quality spray cream on top, almost undrinkable, and 4 mini/mignon pastries of poor quality. Paid €14.80. €10 for 2 hot chocolates and €1.20 each for the mignons, I'd say way too much considering the quality. The staff were not at all friendly, with long faces and no greetings, not even a good morning or good evening when entering or leaving. Small place, limited seating, narrow and uncomfortable bathroom. Paid without arguing, but lost 2 customers. I definitely won't be returning.

22/12/2025: I liked the espresso a lot. I would recommend to coffee geeks that looking for different flavors in espresso with the cream.

08/01/2026: Usually, it's not very pleasant to spend long in places like train stations. The atmosphere isn't the same. But here, we were saying goodbye to the island and stayed a little longer. I'd like to point out that not all customers clear their tables after themselves. The staff is very careful about this and immediately comes to clean the tables and surrounding areas. They strive to maintain cleanliness and comfort. Also, the staff literally chased away a beggar from me. It was a nice gesture. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service.

15/02/2026: Reservation for 3 people. Experience unsatisfactory. We asked for a first appetizer, which wasn't available. We asked for a second one, which wasn't available. So we moved on to a third appetizer, which was available. We moved on to the Neapolitan pizzas and..... A stuffed pizza, a pizza with a stuffed crust, and a regular one. They finally arrived. Moral of the story, it makes us want to cry. The stuffed pizza was completely raw inside, the pizza with a stuffed crust but no stuffed crust, the regular pizza with 4 cherry tomatoes. Meanwhile, the appetizer plates were still on the table. We had ordered a Moretti blonde, and a red one arrived. We asked for the bill, and the appetizer plates were still on the table after the pizzas arrived. Bad experience. 2 bitters and a coffee on the house just to make up for it.

26/04/2025: Honestly, it's a rather disappointing place. It presents itself as an excellent place with fried foods and ingredients that are not only local and local, but also high-quality. But after eating there, I had to change my mind. Aside from the enormous number of dishes on the menu that are unavailable (at 1 pm, you can't have more than three dishes available), paying 9 euros for a sandwich with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham, and 7 slices of sweet mustard (almost revolting, it was so sweet) along with 7 euros for two fries is, I think, bordering on a rip-off. To give them a point, some dishes were truly incredible, like the fried fish and salted caramel ice cream, but far too many dishes didn't live up to the price, especially the quantity, which was so meager it was almost like a gourmet restaurant. I won't say anything about the sweet salami, which was truly shameful (5 cm of salami with a half-centimeter diameter, warm and buttery, all for 5 euros). Almost poor but with a lot of room for improvement. I recommend reviewing the portions and proportions of the ingredients in the dishes as their quality is very high, but poorly used.

26/04/2025: The atmosphere is very charming, with a 1960s Italian feel, making it very welcoming. The sandwiches are tasty and "crunchy," as the name suggests. The appetizers are good, but perhaps the portions could be improved, considering the prices. A nice place for a quiet evening with friends or as a couple. The service is okay.
