02/11/2025: Stayed at a near by all inclusive hotel. Without getting transport to closest tourist places, Cefalu or Palmero, there is nothing outside of the hotel complex. 2 weeks ago there was a Ferrari car tribute event so had a walk out along the road to watch AND stumbled on this GREAT LITTLE CAFE. Having already eaten, Just stopped for a coffee (and beer🫣😂). Looks to be run by a family, with a great selection of authentic food and drink. Also very reasonably priced. A good break from an all inclusive hotel, experiencing more culture. Very polite and welcoming. English isn't great so like a game of sharards but that was the authenticity we liked of true Sicily 😃. Overheard others who had a meal saying how nice the food was. Even if it's only a walk out of the hotel and a drnykike us, support this great independent

15/03/2026: Excellent quality food, beautiful venue, clean and tidy rooms. Efficient and very friendly staff. The young woman was very friendly and professional, the blond guy was very nice and friendly, and they tried to accommodate my requests as much as possible, even though I'm quite picky 😊. Their friendliness and warmth ensured a positive experience at the venue. I would gladly return.

14/03/2026: A small but very welcoming place. We stopped for a break and had two slices of cake, which were really good. The selection is extensive: muffins, cookies, smoothies... there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is refined, with a vintage yet modern style that I really like. Prices are average. Recommended for a sweet and relaxing break.

07/03/2026: I'm a regular customer and have always been very happy with the delicacies they sell. During my last visit, however, I had an unfortunate incident at the checkout. I paid with my phone: I placed my phone against the POS, which asked for my PIN, and after entering it, I simply had to place the phone back down to complete the payment. It all happened in about 10 seconds. At that moment, however, the girl at the checkout seemed very annoyed: she rolled her eyes as I completed the transaction. It was probably a stressful moment, but the gesture left me a little perplexed. It would be a 10/10 if the staff were welcoming.

28/03/2026: On the two occasions I've been, the burger and sandwich I've had have been delicious and well-made. The service is slow, but the quality and preparation of the food justify this. The only downside is that it's a bit too dark. I'd add a few more lights.

27/03/2026: Beautiful place, nice atmosphere, very welcome American style. Excellent food, truly delicious burgers and sandwiches, even the vegetarian one is excellent. Average prices. I'll be back.

18/03/2026: Whenever I crave a good American BBQ sandwich, I can't get enough of Rub! I love this place and their endless menu with a wide selection of dishes, sandwiches, and other things you can only find here! I recommend the Pitmaster and the Pork with mustard, both delicious and exceptional! After a week full of training, the Pitmaster makes all the hard work in the gym worth it!

Both dishes were a true masterpiece, with a perfectly balanced crust between crispy exterior and soft interior. The Margherita Famiglia was an unforgettable culinary experience, featuring a tomato sauce made with high-quality ingredients, delicate and not overly acidic, which complements the perfectly melted, stringy mozzarella. Fresh basil, generously added, adds a touch of freshness and unique aroma to the pizza, making it even more appetizing. The quantity of ingredients was more than enough for four people, offering excellent value. The Capricciosa, on the other hand, was an explosion of flavors and textures, with crispy prosciutto, fresh mushrooms, and spicy sausage pairing perfectly with the mozzarella and tomato sauce. The ingredients were carefully chosen and the preparation was impeccable, with a balance of flavors that left a lasting impression. Delivery was on time, and both pizzas arrived hot and fragrant, as if freshly baked. Customer service was efficient and courteous, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. The price is super fair; four people can eat without spending too much. The interior is warm and welcoming, with a modern, clean design that creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. If America had a culinary ambassador, this burger would run for office. The spicy fries? Straight fire — literally and emotionally. 15/01/2026: I went there for the first time for an aperitif, and everything was truly delicious! The vegan cacio e pepe (with their own "cheese") was delicious, as were all the other vegan appetizers on the platter. The cocktails were also delicious, and the staff was very kind and helpful. A truly pleasant discovery that I especially recommend to those following a plant-based diet. 🤗

21/03/2026: We had a table of more than 10 children screaming nonstop, as if they were on a playground. Unfortunately, rude parents often lead to equally rude children. We also waited a long time to order. Being a professional, I clearly listed the courses: what we wanted as an appetizer (to be brought out first) and what we would have as a main course. Despite this, only one appetizer was served before the main courses, forcing us to let our sandwiches and meat dishes cool. The service was decidedly disorganized and inattentive.

20/03/2026: We booked dinner for 9:30 pm, and they forgot the reservation first thing. They didn't even bother to bring us their Coke, so we had to go to the counter and get it ourselves. They didn't even bring napkins. The food arrived after a very long time, and it was also inaccurate, and not for everyone at the same time, as it should be for a normal dinner. This is a place that is highly discouraged for anyone visiting Piazza Bologna.

18/03/2026: Terrible service. My boyfriend and I are regular customers, but this last visit was the worst ever. The guy who served us was incredibly unfriendly; it's clear he has no experience in customer service, or maybe he had something against us because otherwise I can't explain the awful service we received. The fries were covered in recycled oil. We won't be back, and I certainly don't recommend it. We're very sorry because it used to be one of our favorite places in the capital.
