07/11/2025: A truly positive experience! The location is excellent, right in the historic center. The place is truly welcoming, with a fresh, clean style and pleasant background music. The staff was truly friendly and knowledgeable, providing detailed explanations of every menu option. Service was fast and super efficient; during the short wait, we were even served a cute bag of complimentary popcorn. This small gesture of customer service was also truly appreciated, and certainly not a given. We then ate a delicious sandwich, made with excellent quality ingredients. I think it's one of the best I've ever eaten. What more can I say?! Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

03/11/2025: Average experience, prices too high, some sandwiches costing up to €20. I only had a €10 sandwich along with a 50cl bottle of water, for a total of €16 with a cover charge. The sandwich was mediocre, and the meat (at least the one I had, the Spicy Chicky Boom) wasn't high quality. For the price, you can honestly find better. The staff and atmosphere were excellent.

29/11/2025: I usually go to this McDonald's on the weekends. I always find it clean, the staff efficient, and the service fast. My only regret is that the people are rude and often leave dirty, full trays on the tables, and the staff has to do double the work when a little forethought would have made the work easier for the workers. After all, we don't pay a cover charge, so at least taking our garbage away would be nice. A positive experience, a special thanks to SILVIA I., she always welcomes me with a smile and kindness, you can tell she really loves her job. Rating 10 💗

02/12/2025: I often go to this restaurant with my family; we always eat well and the service is impeccable. Unfortunately, this evening's meal wasn't very filling; I need to increase the portion.

30/11/2025: Good food, excellent meat, 80% friendly and helpful table service. Kitchen service is a bit slow, but the excellent food makes up for it. The quality/price ratio is a bit high for what's on offer. Average €25-30 per person, but you leave the restaurant full. Be careful, changes to the dish are often overlooked, resulting in a long wait and the dish not being remade or cleaned. For example, if you ask for no sauce on the ribs, the dish arrives with BBQ sauce on it, you send it back, and the ribs have been washed with water. The dish tastes unpleasant. Not enjoyable, a ruined dinner. Other than that, the restaurant has excellent potential for improvement.

14/11/2025: There were several of us, and before ordering, we asked about the menu. Raffaella was very kind, helpful, and thorough in recommending the best sandwich. The service was quick and the quality excellent.

03/11/2025: I came to the Mc Drive-Thru on November 3, 2025. They had two full menus with the addition of a bottle of still water. They were missing straws for Coke and napkins, and they didn't give me any water. Of course, I only noticed this when I got home. I should add that the fries were really awful, they had nothing to do with the usual Mc Drive-Thru fries.

26/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Motors, Passion, and Great Food: A Successful Rally at Mama Loca! I had the pleasure of attending and photographing the motor rally held at Mama Loca Paninoteca in Vicenza, and the experience was fantastic in every way! As a photographer, I was impressed by the location: the vibrant atmosphere and style of the venue provided the perfect backdrop to capture the beautiful cars and motorcycles on display. The organization of the rally was impeccable, with a setup that allowed everyone to enjoy the vehicles safely and comfortably. But the real strength is the hospitality and culinary offerings at Mama Loca! After the photoshoot, I enjoyed a dish and a sandwich that I really enjoyed, their crispy fries, and a truly fantastic craft beer. The quality is excellent, the portions generous, and the service was friendly, fast, and always with a smile, despite the crowds due to the event. A big shout out to Mama Loca for combining their passion for cars with hospitality and excellent food. It's the ideal place for themed evenings, and I highly recommend it to everyone: both car enthusiasts and those simply looking for a great sandwich shop in Vicenza. Plus, there are always some great bands playing, such as Live. I'll definitely be back! Kudos to all the staff!

We spent €36 for two, including two large, generously sized sandwiches, two portions of fries (homemade and wonderful), a portion of nuggets, two 0.5L Pepsis, and a cover charge. A slightly different and unique place to spend a lovely evening. And not to mention the kindness and friendliness of the staff, which is not something to be taken for granted. We'll definitely be back.
