29/07/2025: Today I had the fortune of meeting two exceptional people, Maurizio and Roberto. Owners and creators of the Mauri's hamburger joint. Although I was fortunate enough to meet them only today, I know they're well-known in the Brescia area and beyond for their professionalism, which they've applied to creating fast food restaurants worthy of the name. An excellent concept, extraordinary and friendly staff, but what makes them special and unique are their burgers, a delicacy made with raw ingredients that make your palate celebrate like New Year's Eve. Meat, cheese, vegetables, and spices, carefully selected using what the local area has to offer. All this comes together in an explosion of flavors that will leave everyone speechless. I tried the creation of the month, "Calabrese Burger," and I can sum it up in two words: extraordinarily good. What more can I say? Well done guys, this will definitely go a long way.

28/05/2025: Lunch for €21, two good hamburgers, one with a drink and chips menu, the other single. Good meat and potatoes very different from the classic ones at MC. Pleasant service with the black and white lady very kind and polite.

19/06/2025: We had an amazing experience last day. The food was great and the staff was amazing. I have a food allergy and the waitress was really kind with me and walked me through all the menu showing what I could possibly have. I found someone who really knew the menu and she was really nice. It’s so hard to find prepared staff regarding allergies. I would like to thank the entire staff and a shoutout especially for the great job that Michela and Francesco have done during our visit on Saturday the 14th of June. Thank you guys so much! We will definitely come back

Very good burgers, I took one with tartare inside, to take back. The onion rings are good and the chips are also good. It's worth going to visit

26/04/2025: Ho mangiato uno dei migliori smash burgers dell'ultimo periodo, anche le patatine erano molto buone e cotte bene. Le 4 stelle sono per la poca scelta di birre, su questo aspetto credo si possa lavorare. Per il resto tutto molto bene, a cominciare dal personale super gentile. Consigliato!

11/03/2025: Gourmet sandwiches with first choice meats and homemade bread: a real delight for lovers of the genre. The menu varies from week to week with new proposals and "limited edition" sandwiches for the most demanding palates, so the choice is never banal and always varied. All accompanied by delicious appetizers (I highly recommend trying the crocchè alla corte d'assise and the pulled pork meatballs) and craft beers to be discovered. Small place, but warm and welcoming. Courteous and professional staff, always with a smile on their faces.

20/07/2025: I ate the plant-based Wopper sandwich for the first time. It tasted excellent and, above all, light! It was served hot, which is a real bonus! The atmosphere is quiet, suitable for families but also for a quick snack.

14/07/2025: A Parma institution, a special occasion experience. They seated us in a "private" room (we had mentioned the presence of a stroller), and I greatly appreciated this. The atmosphere is intimate, quiet, and bright without being overbearing. The service is attentive. Food: What can I say? The quality is excellent, from appetizers to dessert; the ingredients are carefully prepared and the flavors are strong in every course. The rockfish gnocchi and the rack of lamb were particularly appreciated. The price is fair for the quality of the dishes and the portions.

24/07/2025: I came last night with my family. The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was excellent. The sandwiches were fantastic. I had the P8 without the yogurt sauce. It was fabulous, and the onion rings were also very good. The staff was friendly, helpful, and even friendly. A wonderful (and delicious) experience, worth repeating.

14/07/2025: Large beer selection, including some great home-brewed beers on tap. Friendly service, and the great food can be ordered from the neighboring Beerstro.

04/08/2025: Great experience! The quality of the food we ordered was excellent. Even though we went on a Sunday evening, even though it was crowded, we were greeted by the ever-present and friendly staff. The service was fast, and the burgers were excellent and truly filling. Thank you so much!

28/07/2025: A delicious vegan option. I went in without any particular expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Beyond Meat sandwich was truly exceptional, just as good as one with real meat. The beer, as always, was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful: a truly positive experience in every way.

19/04/2025: Delicious burgers but a price of a drinks are from the sky. We have been charged €6 for Fanta. Is it due that we do not speak Italian and waiter English? 🤔 Difficult to argue then. 👎

Molto originale l’idea di comporsi l’hamburgher a proprio piacimento (nel form dell’ordine puoi scegliere il tipo di carne , il tipo di pane , le salse , ogni singolo ingrediente …..) . Carne di ottima qualità. Servizio veloce e gentile. Buon prezzo . Consigliato 🚀

08/07/2025: Probably a good place for aperitivo. The beer was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly. The Milanese cutlet, however, didn't convince me. Although the meat was very tender, the breading wasn't crispy, but rather soggy and fell away from the meat. I wouldn't eat it again. It didn't even seem freshly fried. The spicy fries were good (even though they're a typical frozen product). A €3 cover charge without even a bit of bread to accompany the meat seems excessive.
