25/01/2025: La location è molto modesta, ma la gestione familiare e la cucina casereccia rivalutano le apparenze. Non è previsto il servizio al tavolo, ma le persone che operano dietro al bancone sfoderano sorrisi a più non posso, che ben fanno capire l'atmosfera di familiarità che regna in questo locale. La cucina è ottima e non da meno le pizze. Molto modesto anche il conto. Suggerita calorosamente la prenotazione in tempi adeguati per non rischiare di arrivare al Red Moon e non trovare posto.

26/01/2025: Abbiamo cenato in 4, per iniziare abbiamo preso una porzione di Pulled Nuggets e una di Nachos del pueblo, poi abbiamo ordinato 2 Pulled Pork Burger e 2 Cheeseburger, e birre medie lager e 2 coca cola. Ci siamo accorti che la carne di angus irlandese nei panini Cheeseburger aveva un sapore rancido e un odore particolare, senza sollevare polemiche lo abbiamo comunicato e il cameriere ha risposto .... Riferisco immediatamente, da li in poi non c'è stata nessuna risposta da parte del cameriere né del gestore, anzi, in meno di 10 minuti ci portano il conto senza averlo chiesto e senza nemmeno chiedere se avessimo finito o volevamo altro, come a dire, andate pure via! Ecco personalmente contesto proprio questo, perché se ad un tavolo 4 persone avvertono un sapore strano, come minimo dovrebbero verificare, e qualora non fosse come sembrava a noi, venire a discuterne. In questo modo per mio conto non hanno dimostrato serietà e professionalità, noi abbiamo pagato per intero il totale di 86€ senza pretendere sconti, pur avendo lasciato 2 panini quasi interi. Credo possa capitare che qualche pietanza non sia al meglio, ma non avere interesse per il cliente lascia amaramente delusi! || locale offre molti piatti particolari, e se fossero stati più cortesi saremmo anche tornati!

26/01/2025: 4 of us had dinner, to start we had a portion of Pulled Nuggets and a portion of Nachos del pueblo, then we ordered 2 Pulled Pork Burgers and 2 Cheeseburgers, and medium lager beers and 2 cokes. We noticed that the Irish Angus meat in the Cheeseburger sandwiches had a rancid taste and a particular smell, without raising controversy we communicated it and the waiter replied... I report immediately, from then on there was no response from the waiter or the manager, on the contrary, in less than 10 minutes they brought us the bill without asking and without even asking if we had finished or wanted anything else, as if to say , just go away! Here is precisely this, personally, because if 4 people at a table notice a strange taste, at the very least they should check, and if it isn't as it seemed to us, come and discuss it. In this way, on my behalf, they did not demonstrate seriousness and professionalism, we paid the total of €86 in full without asking for discounts, despite having left 2 almost entire sandwiches. I believe it can happen that some dishes are not at their best, but not having an interest in the customer leaves you bitterly disappointed! The place offers many special dishes, and if they had been more courteous we would have even returned!

29/03/2025: The restaurant has recently renovated the outdoor room, creating a modern and welcoming environment. Although it changed its name and genre, the management remained the same as the renowned "Manhattan". The quality of the meat is excellent, a real strong point of the place. One aspect that I particularly appreciated is the absence of unpleasant odors on the clothes, despite grilling in the room. Also worth highlighting is the competence and kindness of all the staff.

I have been in Firenze for 2 years and I had lost hope of eating a good fried chicken, they do not have a physical menu but you look up and you find very well explained what they have to offer, from personal portions to combos to share, in my opinion a very complete selection, (They also have salads😋) they told us that it would be approximately 20 minutes and exactly, 26 minutes later our order was ready, I was already impatient because I was very hungry but... as the saying goes: the Waiting is worth it and this was a clear example; a perfect breading, crispy and at the same time thin, the chicken meat was perfectly cooked but also very juicy and super hot!😍 you should choose the sauces, they have a wide variety and go very well with the chicken because they have great flavor and the chicken is at a perfect point of seasoning that allows you to enjoy the sauces without fear of it being salty or too invasive, definitely a 10/10! The staff was very friendly, the kitchen was noticeably very clean and organized thank you! I will surely come back ;)

16/02/2025: I was with my boyfriend the weekend of February 1-2. We had dinner and stayed there. The dinner was delicious, zucchini alla scapece, aubergines in oil, mozzarella and raw ham, aubergine parmigiana.. and then the local tradition mallone.. Broccoli leaves with boiled potatoes.. Very good... We had a tagliatella with porcini mushrooms very abundant and very good.. A tagliata and pork in a bread crust very good... A millefoglie decomposed good this too... The lady was very kind.. It is difficult to find so much kindness when you are in new places. The rooms very quiet, clean and peaceful. There is air conditioning so it was great. The breakfast was homemade, already prepared by the lady.. Very abundant and very good. We will definitely return

10/03/2025: No value for money: inedible €14 vegetable burger, consisting of a similar slice of aubergine filled with unidentifiable vegetables + chips (the only good thing). Let's remember that in 2025 there will be plenty of decent veggie burgers available at very accessible prices. greasy and greasy mozzarella sticks; pinsa for €8 without salt and without basil as mentioned in the menu (i.e. same price as a pizzeria, with pizza chef, with dedicated oven, with ingredients consistent with the menu, with salt). Normal beers passed off as “American x”, “Brooklyn y”…

16/02/2025: Domenica a pranzo in famiglia, si decide di andare a provare questo ristorante di carne. Scelta felicissima: posto molto caratteristico, infatti i Ristorante si trova al centro di un maneggio di cavalli. Ottima carne personale cordiale, servizio molto veloce. Prezzo giusto per la qualità. Sicuramente da ripetere.

20/11/2024: Sono stata più volte in questo locale in stile americano, con offerta di cibo tipo diner. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a spiegare i piatti presenti sul menù, che prevede un’ampia scelta di panini con hamburger, ma anche costata di manzo, costolette di maiale, salsiccia e fagioli, polpette e pollo fritto. Con il tempo abbiamo provato molti dei piatti in lista e tutti ci hanno lasciato soddisfatti. Poca scelta di vino, ma visto il tipo di locale ci può stare. Negli ultimi 2/3 anni i prezzi sono aumentati molto.
