26/01/2026: The new buns are soft, light, and not dry at all, yet they hold up well without falling apart after a couple of bites (which isn't always the case). The meat in the smashes is juicy, well-cooked, and flavorful. The new menu is innovative, with top-of-the-line sandwiches and truly delicious wraps, a pleasant alternative to the classic burgers.

19/02/2026: Suffice it to say that they make some of the best craft beers I've ever had. For a brewery, I think that's already enough to deserve excellence. The food offers a full menu for a sandwich shop and a very limited one for a restaurant, but it's truly delicious. The place isn't exceptional, neither for its location (parking is a nightmare) nor for the venue itself (too hot and cramped).

18/02/2026: If you want to eat a great burger and drink great beer, then Birrificio Gregorio is the right choice! Personally, I love the location: it has a slightly rock/industrial feel, low lighting, plenty of tables but not too many, making it suitable for both group and couples dinners. The menu offers a wide selection of burgers, each better than the last, with new additions depending on the season. The names are very fun, and the pairings are SUPER and never predictable! The beers are all craft and will please any palate. The appetizer options are also excellent (especially the chicken wings). The staff is young, super friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. I recommend always booking (perhaps well in advance if you're with a large group) as the place is always busy and operates two shifts, if I'm not mistaken, to ensure a proper flow of people. The bill is absolutely in line with the type of place and the products offered. Birrificio Gregorio is always a guarantee!

11/12/2025: A disappointment. The place is very nice and centrally located, but the whipped cream tasted like the tasteless, pre-made spray-on kind, and a pastry shop that aspires to be such can't afford to have products that seem subpar. If the products are homemade and artisanal, all the ingredients must be extremely fresh.

02/11/2025: Everything was very good. But the prices were incredibly high. I paid €4 for a hot latte with a dusting of cocoa, and €4 for a bottle of grapefruit juice. The bottom line is €30.60 for three brownie bites, two croissants, three bottled juices, two hot lattes with cocoa toppings, and two espressos. If it were a square, I'd understand, but the street is secondary. I repeat: everything was excellent, but the prices were insane.

09/04/2026: At 8:37 PM, I asked the wait staff to clear my table, and the lady was incredibly kind and professional. A huge compliment also to the girl who served the table: precise, fast, and friendly. Really great! Keep up the good work! 👏

20/03/2026: It's a quick spot for salads, and you can even customize your salad with your own ingredients. The service is excellent. They also have a few tables outside the restaurant.

05/04/2026: I had to spend Easter weekend in Cento for work, and since the restaurants were packed, I ordered from Old Wild West twice. The veggie burger was very good, but most importantly, the driver, Ali, convinced me to order from you again. Very kind, punctual, and courteous.

16/12/2025: Very disappointed with this OWW. The sandwich was almost completely out of the bun; with a bite, everything fell off and you had to use cutlery. The premium fries arrived lukewarm and quickly went cold. The service needs updating (except for one very kind guy). I was expecting the usual "how did it go?" Instead, he barely looked at me. They're definitely better elsewhere. Not to mention that the sandwiches are smaller these days, definitely smaller, at every fast food restaurant. I won't be going back.

15/03/2026: We stopped in for a beer before dinner. I was very impressed with the IPA and stout. The bartender was very personable and easy to talk to.

13/03/2026: We went yesterday for the first time. This welcoming place offers great karaoke led by Danilo, who keeps you entertained all night. There are excellent craft beers and a delicious crouton! Definitely worth a visit. Thanks 🤗

29/03/2026: A bit overrated, in my opinion. Pancakes lacking filling, Nutella that tasted like any other hazelnut spread, a bit dry and lacking in presence. I wouldn't go back.
