16/02/2026: Arrived at 2 pm and there were only 3 cicchetti available (a pittance). The 0.40 cc water (always smaller) cost 2 euros and was billed as 0.50 cc. Extremely annoying.
02/02/2026: The best: tables inside and kind attention. Girls at the bar were kind. Prices are medium/high and they just give you a small bag of patatine with the aperitivo.

22/04/2026: We went today to get two sandwiches, a meatball, and a toasted sandwich. We clearly asked for the prices at the beginning and then found ourselves paying more. There were no price tags displayed for the sandwiches and other snacks. Only two price tags were displayed, and the prices weren't even updated. Not at all professional because they were making amends for mistakes in front of customers. And then the meatball at €2.20 tastes like nothing. I will never go there again. Absurd prices. I don't recommend it!!!!
08/04/2026: The food is good, but I don't understand how they can leave two people at the counter, sometimes even one, who has to serve, make coffees, and also manage the cash register. Every time you have to wait at least 5-10 minutes to pay at the register. I understand that sometimes there are more customers and you can wait, but the wait time here is really excessive.

07/06/2026: Impeccable Italian food with a wide selection, good service, the fantastic ambiance between the canal and Corso del Popolo was only marred by a construction site. We had a pleasant evening and recommend the restaurant.
06/06/2026: I ate the absolute worst beef fillet there. Not recommended. Tourist trap!!!

The waiters are unmotivated and unfriendly.
The food is extremely expensive, and there's absolutely no value for money.
Our bread basket was taken away even though my husband was still eating.
A 0.33l Coke Zero costs €8 – and of course, these drinks aren't listed on the menu.
It's a complete rip-off, and done in a very unpleasant way.
25/05/2026: Food was fine but not worth what they are charging, a Veg soup for €20, small bottle of water z€8 and the service was average at best …. On top of that they charge a 15% service charge, much better quality food, service and value available elsewhere in Venice.

08/12/2025: The service was appalling; they only speak Italian, and because they didn't understand me, they were incredibly rude, especially one dark-haired woman. What an unpleasant and disrespectful woman! Go further down the road and definitely avoid this place.
07/12/2025: We stopped for coffee and a small panettone, and it was very good. Everything was delicious, and the girl was very friendly.

13/05/2026: The food was average, the club sandwiches were overpriced, the quantity and quality were poor, and the hot dogs were from the supermarket. Terrible service, a table of 12; they served the entire place before us, even though many had arrived after us. Even though we were in good company, waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for dinner seems excessive.
Many places are poorly organized; with all due respect, they are working people, but the waiters aren't waiters...
Given the location and the large private parking lot, there would be a lot of potential.
A little less attention to the American decorations and a little more attention to the service.
03/05/2026: We waited over an hour for our food; people who arrived after us ate first.
The food was nothing special.
I wouldn't recommend it.

06/05/2026: The food was good, but the service was pushy. I sat down with an ice cream I'd bought to go, and after the ice cream, I wanted a coffee, but they wouldn't serve me. The whole experience cost me €31 for a cappuccino, a canapé, and a double scoop of ice cream. A rip-off!!! 😁😁😁

Nonexistent service and customer service. THEY DON'T USE REAL APEROL, but a Lidl sub-brand. Undrinkable coffee. Ridiculous prices. The staff are exclusively foreign, as, according to internal sources, they are exploited and underpaid. Stay away.

12/05/2026: Cannot give less than one star otherwise this place would be in negative grounds. Unless you are a tourist the waiters will ignore you, there is no menu to check the prices, the quality of the food is terrible, the level of hygiene makes places like Calcutta look like the inside of a hospital. If you dare complain about anything the waiters will try to get rid of you as fast as possible. Beware they often claim their CC machine doesn't work, but only after you have eaten and force you to look for an ATM machine (you can also refuse to pay in cash as they should have warned you before they took your order) Worst experience I ever had in Venice and I wonder how it manages to survive with such a terrible reputation.
12/04/2026: We came in because we saw cannoli in the window and it looked tempting. We were two adults and two children, just planning to have a dessert and a coffee, without checking Google reviews beforehand.
Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. The cannoli had almost no taste at all and it was more expensive as central. The coffee was okay, but nothing special.
In the end, we had the feeling this was more of a tourist trap. The bill came to 42€ for 4 cannoli and 2 coffees, likely also including a coperto for all four of us, and we had to pay cash. Prices weren’t clearly displayed outside either, not for cannolis
Overall, a rather disappointing experience – we wouldn’t recommend.

18/05/2026: It's not worth saying it's a tourist trap, because it's THE tourist trap. The coffee was dirty water. I had an ice cream, and since I sat next to my partner who drank the dirty water, they charged me a cover charge! Outraged doesn't even begin to cover it. Disgusting place.
13/05/2026: Washed floor instead of preparing dessert for coffee. Had to leave. No discussion about it thou.
