24/06/2025: My husband and I shared a charming table outside. The owner was very welcoming and Nick, our waiter, was outstanding. Very personable and quite funny. My husband’s spaghetti and clams were the best he ever had and my risotto (not a regular menu item) was out of this world. Don’t miss out on this gem!

11/05/2025: Posticino un po imboscato in una stradina laterale del centro storico di Mestre. Locale abbastanza grande e ottimo servizio. Abbiamo mangiato dei buonissimi cicchetti veneziani e un piatto di bigoli interessante

06/05/2025: Se le aconsejó que buscara Trattoria para probar la comida local. Estábamos en la zona y encontramos este restaurante que estaba escondido lejos de la zona principal. Tenían menú en inglés con chef y recomendaciones más populares. El aperitivo del perro de mar y la mejilla de ternera guisada. El plato de la calle 1 era un plato de muestras que era muy bueno en términos de sabor y oportunidad de saborear una variedad de aperitivos locales. La mejilla de ternera estaba muy tierna. La salsa usada era un poco pesada para los tomates, pero supongo que así les gusta a los italianos.

12/06/2025: First of all, before starting dinner I went to the toilets to wash my hands and I will just say that I had to dry them with toilet paper because there was no special paper. They come to give us the menus and after choosing, I decide to order a dish, and when ordering I am told that they "didn't have it". I was a bit taken aback because I didn't know what to order anymore. At least let them know in advance!! We get the appetizer and then the first course. The first course (tagliolini) was watered down with garlic, you could only taste that and all the other flavors present (I think) you couldn't taste because of this ingredient placed in EXCESSIVE abundance. We were also expecting fairly rich portions... After a short while the mixed grill arrives and for what was brought to us €25 is really too much, among other things it was oil-soaked... positive note: the grilled pineapple was good. The fried food contained whole fish that didn't have much flavor. Not to mention 75cl of water paid €4... Let's say that those who come from a day at the beach expect to eat super well, also taking into account the fairly high prices. I don't think I'll go back!!

22/05/2025: Fuimos por una calle trasera ya que queríamos encontrar un lugar tranquilo. Vimos pegatinas de consejero de viaje en la ventana y pensamos, esto será bueno. ¡Nos equivocamos! Tenemos comida de su menú mixto. Mi mamá empezó a venir y la mía no. Entonces mi entrante vino a mi plato con mi principal. Estoy seguro de que esto era para que pareciera más grande. Mi mamá pollo vino plano como una tortita y no sabía a pollo. A un lado estaba un poco vegetariano. La pasta de marisco que tenía estaba húmeda y algo que no querrías comer. Cuando me acerqué al personal para decir que esta comida no es agradable se volvieron muy groseros y nos culparon por no gustarnos. No se preocupan por sus clientes, solo quieren tu dinero. Muy mal servicio. El peor restaurante y servicio que he tenido en Venecia: el gerente fue el peor y fue extremadamente irrespetuoso. Este es nuestro último día en Venecia y nos lo ha arruinado. Extremadamente mala experiencia. Mis madres muy molestas por haber tenido este restaurante como su última comida.

12/05/2025: Hemos estado en Osteria ae Sconte cuatro veces durante siete años. Nunca ha dejado de complacernos. Encontramos los ingredientes siempre frescos, las porciones justas y los lados muy buenos. El servicio es amable y conocedor. No hemos esperado demasiado tiempo para nada y se le avisará si hay una espera debido al tiempo de cocción o preparación. Esto se debe a que se cocina recién hecho para usted y no solo caliente. Los postres también eran buenos. El café perfecto y el precio razonable en general

11/05/2025: Sconsiglio. Nel locale ci saranno state dieci persone e siamo stati serviti malissimo perché ci hanno portato il mangiare freddo. Preciso che avevamo anche prenotato. Non era la prima volta perché abbiamo fatto diverse pranzi e cene ma non ci è mai successo una cosa del genere. Immaginate una frittura di pesce fredda e fatta con troppa farina!!! Per non parlare di una pizza fredda e mi fermo qui.

04/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo bellissimo ristorante con amici, la location è veramente incantevole ti sembra di essere a Venezia super originale! Abbiamo mangiato pesce (molto buono) e i miei amici pizza (hanno detto molto buona) I titolari super gentili e complimenti anche alla cameriera, una signora bionda, cordiale e dolcissima. Prezzi molto onesti di questi tempi! Ci torneremo sicuramente ☺️

29/05/2025: Un lugar encantador para tener buena comida. Disfrutamos de nuestra cena, raviolis y tartar de ternera. Nuestros postres eran excelentes también. Servicio amable.

29/04/2025: Esta fue nuestra comida favorita en Venecia. El restaurante está muy bien situado junto a un canal, pero sin demasiado tráfico. El único ruido son las conversaciones y los perros. La comida es muy buena, de alta calidad y creativa. Encontrará un menú mucho más interesante que el restaurante Venecia promedio. El servicio era perfecto, el personal multilingüe era muy atento y servicial.

08/06/2025: Slow and not at all polite service, it is only valid for the location in the square but if it were elsewhere it would have already closed. A suggestion: if you don't want customers in the evening you can also close in the afternoon and limit yourself to the cafeteria service

01/06/2025: Great service and delicious croissants. We were a group of 13 and they were very kind and helpful in rearranging the tables outside to fit us all.

12/06/2025: Excellent food and dessert, a delicious tiramisu! I ate for 30 euros, including a starter, main course, dessert, wine, and water! I recommend it!

05/06/2025: I've been there several times, and it's one of the best, if not the best, restaurants in Venice. The food is delicious, the staff and owner are super friendly, quick, and the place is clean and very pretty. There's a man with a saxophone who makes the experience unparalleled. Highly recommended. I've never heard anyone who wasn't delighted!

23/04/2025: Los camareros eran groseros e inútiles. El servicio tomó mucho tiempo. La comida no valía la pena el precio. Tuvimos que llamar a los camareros para todo dos veces, servilletas, menús, factura.

20/04/2025: Ci siamo finiti per caso grazie a un suggerimento dell'hotel, appena arrivati siamo accorti che ci aspettavano una serata speciale. Locale splendido, cucina ottima, ricercata e anche un po' avveniristica. Servizio top, con grande simpatia. 🔝

16/04/2025: waited until someone sat us. Unfortunately our experience got worse. Our waitress was screaming from the dining room to the kitchen the entire time, at times it was in my face. She had little care to our food allergies but we were still able to find a meal that would accommodate for the allergies. We ordered the grilled eel, it was 80% skin and like rubber. My wrist hurt trying to cut it for so long. Upon trying to get the waitress's attention, she responded saying "quickly" waving her hands at us as though she didn't have the time of day to attend to us. She didn't come over to the table to look at the food just said that was how it was prepared and walked away. We wanted to order something else, and still pay for the first meal, just wanted something that wasn't rubber, but she rushed away before we could ask. I have never experienced anything like this rude and abrupt service. We respectfully paid the bill while our waitress was shouting in our faces to other tables and the kitchen.

10/05/2025: Tutto buono. Ma sono di una antipatia scortesia e maleducazione unica. Perchè? Ci sono andato spesso perchè spero ogni volta di ricredermi. Ma niente. Dicono: i turisti. Senza i quali però sarebbero semplicemente nulla e avrebbero già chiuso. Proprietario, chiunque tu sia , già qualcosa. Ci sono corsi specifici per insegnare a comportarsi. Ma in questo caso manca proprio l’educazione.

27/02/2025: 3 years after my last very positive review, Yesterday I was served a tiramisu heated in the microwave, let's remember the HACCP rules. The egg in the mascarpone is at risk with these temperature changes, the first spoonful I had warm mascarpone and frozen ladyfingers in my mouth. Paid the full price of dinner even after talking to the waitress about what happened It is with great regret that I have to change my last review

18/09/2024: Before ending my trip to Venice, I passed by this cozy cake shop. The croissants were very crispy and delicious, and the coffee was also great. Thank you to the customer next to me for recommending our Cappuccino. It was really delicious.
