18/05/2026: Unfortunately, this is no longer the place I used to love visiting during my trips to Venice. The decor, the staff, and the menu have changed. My favorite sea bass ceviche is no longer on the menu. It's come and gone. You can delete the tag.

03/04/2026: After the hockey game 🏒 my friend and I went to this sandwich shop to get something to eat. A girl 💁🏻‍♀️ served us at the entrance and sat us down at a table. As for the wait, it's a bit long, but it's worth it because the sandwiches 🍔 are really good and plentiful. The only thing is that the fries aren't included with the dish; you have to order them separately.

09/06/2026: A very beautiful and highly regarded place. However, the waiter was extremely unpleasant and practically shoved the menu at us – unacceptable behavior. We left without ordering anything.

15/05/2026: Taverna Caorlina in Caorle is a very cozy restaurant with a typical Italian atmosphere. The food is excellent, and the traditional fish dishes and fresh ingredients are particularly impressive. The restaurant has an authentic and inviting feel, perfect for a relaxing evening in Caorle's old town. The service is also friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant with good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and great service. I'll definitely be back.

01/05/2026: I'm talking about a restaurant I enjoyed eating years ago, so I went in confident, but I left feeling very, very disappointed. I didn't eat well and I spent a lot. The spaghetti with "pevarasse": the pasta was of very poor quality, the pevarasse were very dry, almost dry, the seasoning was lacking; it needed a bit of sauce (for example, the one used to cook clams, but with a little good oil, garlic, pepper, etc.—all flavors that were missing). It felt like just plain boiled spaghetti. The other spaghetti dish, or rather, bigoli (much better pasta), was supposed to have baby octopus, but they were missing, replaced by pieces of calamari, large and of questionable quality from the smell. Avoid listing on the menu things you don't have, but then charging as if they were there. Finally, we chose the mixed fried food, which costs more but promises more variety, but 90% of what we get are the same old round pieces of calamari. It seemed strange to me that, despite the hustle and bustle of people, the place was half-empty. Now I understand why. The icing on the cake, but a very tough one: a dog's tooth ended up in our mouths while we were eating pasta with clams. Sure, these things live in the sea, clinging to everything, but that's precisely why you have to be very careful when cleaning (if you do) what you put on the table, especially in a restaurant. We could have broken a tooth (ours, not the dog's). We mentioned it to the (kind) waitress, who reported it to someone in the kitchen, but from the response we got, it seemed normal... The only ones who left satisfied: a German couple who ordered spaghetti with garlic and oil, which they tossed with salad: now these are your ideal target, good luck. P.S. Did a paper placemat justify the €3 cover charge? Not to mention the €18-20 for first courses, etc. Forget it and go elsewhere.

09/06/2026: We found it as we walked in, asking if we could eat there. It was a quiet, untouristy place. The owner, Ana, served us quickly and made everything easy. The set menu was €18, and the food was fabulous and full of flavor. It was very reasonably priced for two people.

09/06/2026: Very helpful and friendly staff. I waited very little for my order. I chose spaghetti with clams: in my opinion, the pasta was more like tagliolini, but I was equally satisfied with both the quality and quantity. I would, however, suggest the sauce be free of tomato, as this would allow you to better appreciate the clams. I found the Venetian-style beef liver tender and appetizing; it would have been better if it had been accompanied by two slices of polenta instead of one. The bread provided on the table was also very good: typical Venetian bread! 😋 The side dish was mixed vegetables and French fries: good, well-stocked, and in just the right quantity. Congratulations to the owner and his talented staff. It's a small place that deserves a return visit.

30/12/2025: Very nice, intimate, and welcoming place! The owner is truly friendly and generous with advice. The fish appetizer was delicious, followed by squid in ink on a bed of excellent white polenta. Well done, we'll definitely remember and return!

20/11/2025: An intimate atmosphere, almost a secret treat, with traditional cuisine but with a contemporary feel. Family-run. The atmosphere makes for a serene yet elegant yet unpretentious treat. Even the staff are part of this special place, a hidden gem.

02/05/2026: We tried an aperitivo, drawn by the €3.50 spritz sign. It's served with a portion of chips and a small glass of peanuts. We asked for a second portion of chips, which we were given, though we would have paid for. The Aperol spritz is €3.50, but if you want it with white wine or something else, it's around €5-6; ask for clarification.

07/12/2025: Everything was perfect, a welcoming and clean place, friendly and kind owners and staff, excellent snack bars, all kinds of imaginative cocktails, an excellent choice of quality wines 🍷🥂, good beers too 🍺🍺, a must-stop recommended, all in total relaxation and tranquility 👍💯🔝 highly recommended

30/05/2026: A pastry shop located in Mestre's main square. Friendly staff, fairly quick service, and decent quality coffee and breakfast items (croissants and more). Recommended!

13/05/2026: The products are of very good quality and have a great variety. I'm not giving them five stars because if the tall, red-haired waitress isn't there, the rest of the service is incredibly slow and inattentive, while she is exceptional at her job. Otherwise, it's one of the best places for something sweet in Mestre.

13/05/2026: Stopped in for a quick espresso. Very convenient location on San Marco. Seemed like the ratings weren’t too good so we didn’t bother with the food but our espresso was quite nice.

05/05/2026: Probably the worse cannoli I have tried unfortunately and overpriced. Would not recommend.

04/06/2026: We should have read the reviews beforehand; then we could have avoided eating here. My husband had fettuccine with seafood. It seemed like they were just collecting leftovers in the kitchen, including broken shells. There was hardly any seafood to be found under the pasta. I had fettuccine with duck sauce. Pale cubes of duck meat sat on top of the pasta, but where was the sauce? The meat was tough. I've had much better in Veneto. For a large bottle of water, two glasses of red wine, two espressos, and two pasta dishes, we paid €74! The service was friendly! The restaurant itself: Well, it's okay. Conclusion: We wouldn't recommend it.

04/06/2026: After ordering octopus, they brought calamari with potatoes. The portion is very small. Next dish: The oysters were not very fresh. After putting lemon juice on it, it didn't move. And if they are fresh, you have to rotate them. The price paid does not match the quality of the food. I don't recommend it.

16/02/2026: Arrived at 2 pm and there were only 3 cicchetti available (a pittance). The 0.40 cc water (always smaller) cost 2 euros and was billed as 0.50 cc. Extremely annoying.

02/02/2026: The best: tables inside and kind attention. Girls at the bar were kind. Prices are medium/high and they just give you a small bag of patatine with the aperitivo.
