13/07/2026: This place was a wonderful surprise; it recently changed ownership and is centrally located. The food we ate exceeded our expectations, and the hostess, Nadia, is kind and empathetic, making you feel right at home. Everything was excellent, and the beers were top-notch. The place is very well-kept and perfectly captures the feel of a pub, with a feminine touch. We'll be back as soon as possible...just an hour from Rome.

11/07/2026: I'm opening and closing a parenthesis. I've read negative reviews that are about a year old. I say this because we stopped in today for a beer. The owner (Nadia) was incredibly kind, to say the least, and stopped to chat with us and told us she's been running this place for a year. I say this because it's not easy to find a place in a tourist area where you're pampered and not told "you're a tourist anyway, and once you're out I'll never see you again." I highly recommend it.

03/04/2026: Excellent pizzeria. Besides pizza, they also offer regional dishes such as truffle scrambled eggs. Fresh draft beer is available.

29/01/2026: Discovered too late, a very characteristic place that lives up to its name. We went in the winter, but they also have outdoor seating, so it'll certainly be pleasant in the summer too. I was very satisfied and surprised. It's a shame I didn't discover it sooner. I recommend it to everyone.

12/03/2026: The pizza was good, but we didn't like feeling "ripped off" by the cover charge! The very cute and colorful menu, NEW, didn't include the cost. We pointed this out, and the response was... We're updating the prices... Lie! We had the old flyer.... It wasn't because they charged us an extra €3, but we felt cheated. Maybe because we weren't from the area? 🤔. Too bad, lack of fairness. In fact, the next evening we chose another pizzeria 🤷

19/07/2026: Mediocre food but really terrible service. They ignored us. Didn't give us olive oil or balsamic like other tables. Said we could not eat in the inside AC room despite letting others. Just horrible and rude. Avoid this place. Literally every other place in Perugia had better food for same prices and weren't racist. This place is trash.

18/07/2026: The food didn't make up for the service and atmosphere. My family had a terrible experience. We asked to be seated inside, but were refused, while other customers were seated. We had to ask for oil when it was brought to other tables. We repeatedly didn't receive the same service as everyone else. Furthermore, some dishes were too salty, others tasteless.

08/04/2026: Good food, but a less than transparent attitude toward customers. At the end of the meal, we were offered their rice ice cream: even though it was clear we were already full, we were served a very large portion, without informing us of the existence of a smaller (and cheaper) version. Only when we got the bill did we discover that this was the most expensive portion. This behavior did not appreciate.

10/06/2026: We stopped by Antico Café in Foligno for breakfast, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. Located right in the city center, the café has a warm and inviting atmosphere that lets you truly soak in the charm and energy of the city. The coffee was excellent, and the croissants were fresh and delicious. We also tried the mini croissant sandwiches, which were a delightful surprise and made for a perfect light breakfast. The customer service was outstanding—the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Antico Café is a lovely spot to relax, enjoy great coffee and pastries, and bask in the city's atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delicious breakfast and a great vibe!

24/05/2026: We periodically try to give this bar another chance because of its location, and every time it disappoints. This time it was the best: six perfectly ordinary cocktails (almost €60). We asked if they could offer just two snacks, peanuts and chips, the kind of food 99% of bars offer. They brought us a small bowl of peanuts and two 30g packets of chips, and charged us a whopping €2.20 for each. We pointed out that it was the first time we'd been charged for chips at that bar (60g for six people and one peanut each, practically, shocked) and that he could have said so since it's not listed on the menu. The waiter told us it was impossible and that it was for hygiene reasons, apologizing (at least) for not having warned us. It's ridiculous to charge a table that spent almost as much as a dinner 10 grams of chips each. You say nothing is included with the drinks due to a new policy. We order something else, and we're all happier. But leaving aside the lie (the truth is that today, since there were so many people, they thought we were a group of tourists to be fooled), the packets were put in the containers where we would hypothetically have poured the chips. I don't understand hygiene of what? We got up from there practically half drunk thanks to the 10 grams of chips and the peanut we'd eaten, but there's no way we'd have spent a single euro more here.

13/05/2026: Fantastic bar for aperitifs with typical Orvieto products. I especially loved the cured meats. Francesco, the owner, is exceptional; he always serves these delicious Orvieto white wines, and he's always ready with a joke, like a good, traditional host.

17/07/2026: This morning I had breakfast here around 11:00 a.m., along with another person. I usually go to another place near Via Oberdan, but because I was in a hurry and was near the cemetery, I decided to stop at this pastry shop. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I feel somewhat compelled to do so, as I hope that following these "complaints," the pastry shop's owners will consider improving their business, starting with cleaning, which I'd say is completely lacking. Upon entering the (almost empty) shop, I found all the tables dirty (not to mention the floor and the back desk, where baristas and bakers work), various plates, papers, etc. practically everywhere, while the three employees present stood practically motionless staring into space! The quality of the croissants we purchased, cream, cream, and chocolate, were good—average, but good. What surprised me, however, and I find absolutely absurd in a city like Terni, is selling a frothy espresso, a latte macchiato with soy milk, and two croissants for €7.20 (I have the receipt). I advise whoever runs this establishment to pay close attention to these two factors, especially the cleanliness of the premises. Best regards

26/04/2026: We went for dinner tonight. The atmosphere is charming and quaint, but the food and service left much to be desired. The stew was cold and the bread was stale. The young woman who served us didn't even bother to say hello; the other two ladies in the dining room were friendly.
