24/06/2025: I ordered a cheesecake for 8 people for a 50th birthday with a dedication on it. When it arrived, the cake was much, much bigger than expected, certainly not for eight people. I preferred to overlook the size even though obviously the WEIGHT had a huge impact on the final price, over 40 euros! Despite this, when I picked it up, the cake did not have any congratulations written on it as expected and agreed. They told me to wait 5 minutes to allow the pastry chef to come from the laboratory with a sugar paste tag. The minutes become 10 and it was not a problem until I saw the writing prepared on the spot in a hurry. Unwatchable, red writing on a white background with childish characters and aesthetically ugly. And to think that it was for a 50th birthday! Any 7-year-old would have done better, I'm sure. It's not good, it's not there at all, I find all this really unprofessional. However, I do not question the quality of the cake in terms of taste, very good and appreciated by the guests.

30/06/2025: We went for an aperitif, the very knowledgeable waiter explained the wines of the area to us and recommended them based on our tastes. We had a good time, and the prices are absolutely in line with the area. 2 glasses, one for 5 euros, the other for 6.

26/08/2025: Excellent gelato!!! I had three flavors, all really good and creamy. As for those who say it's expensive, I don't know what average prices are in Perugia because I was passing through, but I paid €5 for three scoops sitting at a table. In Venice, you'd pay €4 or even €4.50 for a two-scoop gelato to go, so I didn't find it particularly expensive.

20/08/2025: The ice cream was watery, some of the worst I've had in Italy. The price doesn't match the quality. Eating ice cream in a cone at the table is more expensive than taking it out, even though you order coffee. I don't recommend it.

18/07/2025: I celebrated my graduation here, and I couldn't have chosen a better place! The staff was simply fantastic: extremely kind, helpful, and always attentive to every detail. They welcomed us with a smile and made us feel truly at home on such a special day for me. The service was impeccable, and the courtesy of all the staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you so much to the entire Caffè Vannucci team for your professionalism and friendliness: you helped make my day unforgettable! Highly recommended!

08/07/2025: The service is good, but the coffee is a bit pricey. You can relax with a coffee here while you're sightseeing.

02/06/2025: Tempi infiniti per l' ordinazione e comunque servizio disorganizzato al massimo. Primo arrivato con un capello poi comunque rimandato indietro. Nel complesso cibo discreto. Non lo consiglio in maniera decisa.

05/05/2025: Horrible servicio. No nos sentaron porque no teníamos reservas. Así que salí, hice una reserva en línea y volví y les dije que tenía reservas. Nos sentaron, pero estaban claramente molestos. Esto es a pesar de que el restaurante nunca estuvo más de 2 / 3 lleno. El servicio era extremadamente lento, sacaban las cosas a diferentes horas, etc. Además, la comida era promedio, en el mejor de los casos. No muy sabroso. Gran decepción.
