22/04/2025: Spitzenmäßige und hervorragende Genussmomente auf sonniger Terrasse mit Blick auf die umliegenden Weingärten. Die Speisen sind saisonal, frisch und kreativ zubereitet, mit Zutaten aus dem hauseigenen Garten verfeinert. Einfach fantastisch! Sommelier Michael hat uns bei der Auswahl der passenden Weine die richtigen Tipps gegeben. Die persönliche Atmosphäre kreiert von sehr, sehr netten, aufmerksamen und kinderfreundlichen Gastgebern macht den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal!

21/04/2025: Sehr gutes Essen, feine und beste Küche auf hohem Niveau. Alles war ausgezeichnet. Service geht nicht besser. Die eigenen Weine sind sehr gut, insbesondere der Pinot Noir und der „Strahler“. Wir kommen gerne wieder. PS: Der Sommelier Michael hat eine sehr hohe Weinkompetenz. Tolle Weinkarte!

11/06/2025: Locale carino non lontano dal centro di Vipiteno. Hamburger gourmet in listino da provare (vengono preparati tutti in vista, al momento) oltre a verdure sfiziose come i broccoli fritti, che abbiamo provato. Consiglio lo Zoll Steakhouse Burger. Prezzi un po' alti ma sicuramente qualità elevata.

26/04/2025: È sempre un piacere gustarsi uno dei più buoni hamburger mai provati in una location davvero incantevole ed elegante. Nulla è lasciato al caso, grande cura dei dettagli. Panini fanni in casa e carne a km 0 davvero gustosa. Si possono assaporare ogni singolo ingrediente di qualità.

28/05/2025: La mia esperienza alla pasticceria caffetteria Peter a Bolzano è stata deludente. Dopo dieci minuti di attesa al tavolo per un caffè, ho deciso di avvicinarmi al bancone per ordinare. Purtroppo, sono stato accolto in modo scortese da un cameriere che mi ha invitato a tornare al tavolo. Da quel momento, nessun cameriere è più arrivato. L'atteggiamento poco cortese, sia del cameriere che della signora dietro il bancone (la titolare), ha reso l'atmosfera spiacevole. Non posso raccomandare questo locale per il servizio ricevuto.

10/06/2025: We stopped, my husband, my daughter and I for a snack, the kind and polite girl made us two sandwiches on request, while my husband had a sort of potato omelette, all delicious 😋 at an absolutely honest price.

Die Herzlichkeit und die gemütliche Atmosphäre haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Die wunderschöne Lage, das hervorragende Essen und die liebevolle und grosszügige Betreuung ist unvergesslich. Es war eine Wohltat, nach erlebnisreichen Tagen in den Bergen bei Euch einzukehren und sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Wir schätzen Eure Hingabe und die Liebe zum Detail sehr und freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen.

25/05/2025: paolo e marlene e la loro splendida famiglia, ti fanno sentire a casa e la nostra dista circa 1100 km difficile fare recensione su delle persone che sentiamo di famiglia pur avendo scoperto l'tiac per caso consigliatissimo sia d' estate che soprattutto in inverno in alta badia non trovate qualitá/prezzo migliore del tiac ma noi non consideriamo neanche il prezzo quando si tratta del tiac un caro saluto dalla puglia francesco marturano

The prices are sometimes out of this world... what bothers me enormously is that the staff talk quite a bit about colleagues and management in the presence of customers. This is unpleasant for customers and is no one's business; by the way, it wasn't the first time.

27/03/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante l'ultima sera della nostra vacanza a San Valentino. Frequentiamo questa zona da moltissimi anni, ma è stata la prima volta che ci venivamo ed è stata un'ottima scoperta, peccato non averlo fatto prima. Il cibo, il servizio, l'ambiente, il prezzo, tutto era perfetto. Ci ritorneremo, sicuramente a luglio, questa volta vorremo assaggiare nuove pietanze, conoscerci meglio.

28/03/2025: Todo lo que hemos probado y hemos venido tres días, nos ha gustado, especialmente la pasta casera, el chateaubriend y por supuesto de postre un espectacular, ligero y muy equilibrado tiramisú. Los bombones hechos por ellos buenísimos. Personal muy atento, servicio rápido y ambiente agradable. Es muy muy recomendable y tienen una muy buena carta de vinos locales que están bastante ricos.

22/02/2025: Después de un largo día en las pistas, disfrutamos de una excelente comida en Sal Feur. Las pizzas eran deliciosas, con bases perfectamente crujientes y generosas coberturas (me encantó la de Emilia! ) Los postres eran igual de impresionantes, visualmente impresionantes y absolutamente deliciosos. A pesar de nuestro amplio grupo de 10 , el personal se encargó de todo sin esfuerzo, asegurando una experiencia gastronómica fluida y agradable. También gestionaron otros grupos grandes con facilidad, creando un ambiente acogedor. Un gran lugar para un poste - fiesta de esquí!
