24/06/2025: I was born in the city in 1969 and I went to the Theiner bar with my grandmother since I was little at 5 or 6 years old. Then I always frequented the historic center and then with the group in the evening we went up that side to Prati del Talvera and stopped at the Theiner 1982 until 1990 other years theiner was an obligatory stop for us banana 🍌 splint that is with ice cream. But we, the group, were regular customers of the Bar Diana which made delicious ice cream, Bigliardi room, ping pong tables, Barilla table football, tables for card games: from Rummy to Scala 50 poker outside the bar ice cream shop, It is under Neyt Club NAVARRO. 22/06/2025: Guardare SEMPRE lo scontrino, SEMPRE. Abbiamo preso uno spritz che nel listino costava 5 euro, e il barista ci ha messo 7 euro, poi fatto scendere a 6,50, un succo di sambuco 2 euro, aumentato di 0,50 centesimi e una birra. Dal menù, il totale doveva essere meno di 15 euro, il barista ci ha portato un conto di 20 euro. Aggiungendo poi, che i prezzi del menù dovevano essere aggiornati. Consiglio: prima aggiornate i prezzi poi aprite il bar. La gente paga quello che c’è scritto nel menù, punto. Pessima esperienza e non ci tornerò più!

10/07/2025: Terrible, I don't know what happened, the first pizza arrived promptly at home and the edge was stuck to the cardboard like rubber, I called and they kindly confirmed that the pizza chef is not the same as usual and they promptly brought me another pizza even worse, terrible dough, terrifying... and even more stuck to the cardboard... I don't know what happened, I will never have it again!! terrible

04/06/2025: Impeccable from every point of view. Always kind and smiling staff. Highly recommended!

19/10/2025: Cappuccino with a heart, and the ice cream is also delicious. We would have loved to go there more often, but we couldn't get a seat. This speaks volumes for the cafe. We'll be back. We were there again this time and drank the most delicious cappuccino.

11/10/2025: We were at the Laubencafe two weeks ago. We drank excellent wine from the St. Quirinus organic winery, and the service was very prompt, even though the café was very busy. Our snack was served freshly by the chef. Afterward, we treated ourselves to a delicious ice cream sundae. The seating is very central and you can easily observe the goings-on around you. The staff were very friendly.

21/09/2025: On previous visits to Merano, I've really enjoyed my Schreyögg espresso here. I was looking forward to it yesterday morning, too. The waitress, a woman in her mid-50s with blonde, chin-length hair, asked if she could help me. I said, "No, thanks, I'm still looking around." She replied, "Look... we're not a museum!" I then apologized and left. I won't be returning and would rather cherish the memories of better times.

11/09/2025: On September 10th, between 2:30 and 3:00 PM (I want to specify this because I want the owners of this place to look at the surveillance cameras to see what the old waitress who was on duty did)…..three people entered this place (among us was a pregnant woman), to eat a slice of cake! The place was indescribably filthy, dirty dishes everywhere, inside and out, on the counter and on the tables…. At the back of the room we found a free table and sat down. I got up to go and ask the sales assistant the name of just one cake because there were no labels for any of the products! She raised her hand and yelled that I have to order at the table. I said that I order at the table, but I want to know the name of that cake so I can order! She yelled again, saying that it is written in the window… which wasn't true because I took photos! I told her that it isn't written and she yelled again, saying that it is written on the menu… where of course it isn't written! At that point, I grabbed my phone to take some photos. She came out from behind the counter, held her arms out, and stood in front of the window so I couldn't take any photos. She kept yelling, "Take my picture, take my picture!" Eventually, she moved, and I managed to take some photos... and we got up and left. Because of the filth, but especially because of that old woman's attitude, I will never go to that place again, and I don't recommend it to anyone! I sincerely hope the owner of this place takes a step back and treats the woman (who I can't call a lady). I'm also attaching the photos you took... to show there are no labels... but it's her... 😡😡😡 In the photo, you can also see some of the dirty dishes on the counter...

23/07/2025: 4 Kellner/innen lassen Ihre Kundschaft draußen im Gewitter stehen mit der Begründung „Wir bedienen nur draußen“. Unfreundlich und unflexibel… wir kommen nicht wieder

15/07/2025: Posto bello, servizio rapido cortese e attento, ma piatti scelti mediocri. Verdure grigliate grossolane e praticamente crude; strudel con mele crude. Forse è una caratteristica del ristorante? Prezzi piuttosto alti
