10/12/2025: A dream. Delicious products and a huge selection. The strudel is indescribable. The staff was very kind and courteous. We also had a delicious and excellent coffee served with a biscuit. Everything was excellent. Warmest congratulations and best wishes for the holidays.

09/12/2025: I went last night after 9:30 pm. The restaurant was closed, but I ate a decent Tyrolean toast. I had to revise my positive review from yesterday tonight. Despite spending 30 euros, I ate a shameful cold polenta topped with an equally disgusting fondue. I strongly advise against it; the speck at the Despar next door is better.

25/09/2025: I'm thrilled with the ambiance, so beautifully decorated. It's incredibly cozy, and the service is very friendly. The food was incredibly delicious, especially the ribs. 😌

29/10/2025: We've been returning to this hotel for a few years to celebrate our anniversary, and even though we've already visited all the nearby places, we always return for the hospitality, the excellent cuisine, and the truly excellent table service. I highly recommend it, also for the spa, which is fantastic.

03/10/2025: This was our first time staying at a hotel with half board. We will definitely be back. We even extended our stay spontaneously. The welcome upon arrival was truly warm, and the entire stay felt very familiar. The service at breakfast and dinner (5 courses as standard) was unbeatable. Always very warm, friendly, and extremely attentive. The quality of the food was exceptionally high, always using local products. Unfortunately, the hotel only has 3 stars, but in my opinion, it deserves a fourth. The wellness area and the entire spa offering, including massages for every treatment, are also incredibly positive. Simply a wonderful atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. And I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the decor throughout the hotel, with so many loving details. I would also like to extend a huge compliment to the entire staff. Stay the way you are.

21/12/2025: An incredibly nice little bar in Bolzano. Excellent advice regarding oysters. A nice variety of good Franciacorta, and top-notch espresso.

08/11/2025: We visited Banco 11 twice at the end of October 2025. The location is fantastic. While enjoying a glass of wine or sparkling wine, you can watch the people strolling by. The service from the two ladies is characterized by warmth and humor. The wine recommendations are excellent. We'll be back!

12/12/2025: Unlike some frustrated customers who probably take their disappointments out of the reviews, we had a wonderful time. The place is located right on the road to the Aurina Valley. Very fast and friendly service, two beautiful girls who SPEAK ITALIAN. The buckwheat cake was delicious, as was the strudel. I highly recommend it for anyone passing through.

19/01/2026: I have been here more than 20 times, but I won’t be coming back anymore. The arrogance keeps growing, while everything else is declining. I used to enthusiastically recommend this place to others — not anymore. When you charge these prices, the whole experience matters. During my last visit, the turbot — a fish that is both expensive and deserving of respect — was literally torn apart and carelessly placed on the plate. It was served cold. Sadly, once a top destination, it now feels like a place you simply pass by.

21/12/2025: We chose this location for breakfast and felt welcome from the moment we entered. The seating was beautifully arranged. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. The fried eggs on the ham were especially delicious. We also found the service to be very professional, attentive without being intrusive. All in all, a very pleasant atmosphere. This place has definitely gained a new regular breakfast customer in us. We also noticed how quickly and efficiently tables and seating were arranged for a large family to enjoy breakfast together. We highly recommend this place.

05/01/2026: We had the carbonara and the Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta). Both dishes were fantastic! We also had a salad as a starter. Having gone to the restaurant without any expectations beforehand, we were absolutely delighted by the quality of the food. It's always a good sign when so many locals from Wolkenstein come for lunch.

29/09/2025: Great location Good food Really bad service, I've rarely experienced anything like it. We didn't get a menu and waited 20 minutes for the waitress. When we asked about it, we were brushed off. We ordered something anyway. The food arrived, but we weren't given any cutlery and there were no place settings at our tables. We were simply ignored. The food was very tasty, but the prices were above average.

23/09/2025: A very beautiful and modern restaurant with wonderful views of the mountains and valley. The staff was very friendly, even on the phone when we made our reservation. Upon arrival, we were able to choose a free table. The dining room feels peaceful with soft music in the background. The service is attentive to even the smallest details. We wanted to share the appetizers – Julia remembered this and immediately brought us two sets of cutlery. We had the beetroot carpaccio, bacon dumpling soup, fusilli, and a halibut. —> All the dishes were excellently cooked, fresh, modern, with very good ingredients, and exceptionally well-seasoned. —> Absolutely excellent value for money. —> You can feel the passion of this family-run business.
