26/09/2025: An excellent experience in the world of food and nature...a generous dinner with six varied courses and surprising flavors. Both the chef and the wait staff were attentive and very helpful. The atmosphere was very refined and pleasant.

09/09/2025: I went for a six-course tasting menu and it was one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had. The chef's theme of lightness is conveyed not only in the dishes but also in the new location. Each dish is refined and sensational. I will gladly return.

02/01/2026: It’s truly a talent to make a returning guest feel like an invisible burden, but Sotrifer has mastered the craft. Having visited before, we expected a standard of service and food quality that simply no longer exists here. The lobster pasta was, quite frankly, a complete failure—though it was hard to tell if the flavor was missing or if we were just too exhausted from the massive delays to notice. If you’re looking for a lunch that pairs mediocre food with a side of blatant indifference, this is the place for you. We spent a lovely 20 minutes contemplating the meaning of thirst before any waiter was seen to check in on how the meal was going - empty plates on the table and no water or wine left. The staff seems to have followed a unique style of service where "ignoring the table" is the primary objective and disappeared from the face of earth And worst of all their reaction to our complaints was to try and convince us that all were great and amazing Do yourself a favor and avoid it. There are plenty of restaurants in Ortisei that actually value their customers’ time and money

02/01/2026: Negative experience. We were greeted superficially and disinterestedly, after waiting without being considered. The quality of the food and service was not up to par with the prices, which were exorbitantly and unjustifiably high compared to the average for the area. I do not recommend and would not return.

09/01/2026: They were very kind and helped us find a place to have lunch on January 31st since everything in the area was closed. The place was clean and welcoming, the coffee was good, and the lady who helped us was very kind.

18/11/2025: Super comfortable place to sit and have a drink! Especially the spots under the willow trees, nice and shady in the summer, are great! We walked from Staben towards Radl Bar and it only took us a few minutes to get there. Really, really cozy! 👏👏👏

17/11/2025: Saturday at lunchtime we wanted to have some wine... but as tourists, we were largely ignored. Every local was greeted and served... You can skip that here; there are much more welcoming wine bars. We were served before we were... a man with a child... I even said we'd like some wine... and then they were already greeting people we knew... maybe we were "overlooked"... whatever.

07/10/2025: A very extensive selection, offering virtually everything in the best quality at the manufacturer's price! You can try everything, from sausages to cheese and, of course, wine. Highly recommended.

06/01/2026: Welcoming place and very friendly staff. As soon as we arrived, they brought paper and pencils for the two children in our group to color in. The food was excellent. The dumplings with gorgonzola and walnuts were the best I've ever eaten. The goulash with polenta was authentic and not too spicy. The price was right. I highly recommend this restaurant.

31/12/2025: Excellent downtown location, pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service. The maltagliati with venison ragù were excellent. The lamb ribs were expensive for the small portion they served.

23/12/2025: Delicious baked goods and great coffee. We pre-ordered two chocolate panettone by phone from Germany and then picked them up directly at the branch. The process was seamless, everything was ready. The team was consistently friendly and helpful. The chocolate panettone was outstanding – moist, chocolatey, and made with love. Thank you!

10/11/2025: Koblerbrot impresses with high-quality baked goods and genuine craftsmanship. The breads are fresh, aromatic, and made with great care. The selection is varied, and the staff are friendly and attentive. A bakery that perfectly combines quality and tradition – highly recommended!

The experience was positive: welcoming atmosphere, well-prepared dishes, attentive and courteous staff, and reasonable prices. I can't rate the accommodation, but I recommend it for the food.

22/12/2025: Quiet and panoramic location, friendly staff, overall a welcoming place 🥰The food is delicious and the wellness center inside the hotel is much appreciated 🧖‍♀️🤩 Ideal for those who want to get away from it all but also for those who want to go on excursions and trips from here. Also great for families with children 🙂

30/12/2025: I was passing by and the reviews were through the roof so had to stop and grab a bite. It may have been me but though the food was amazing, the service was meh. Just not what you would expect from a pricey place.

30/12/2025: The dishes weren't generous, especially the crescents, there were five of them! The still water wasn't branded, but microfiltered from the tap.

30/01/2026: This is where the locals eat. All the dishes we tried were delicious. The spaghetti carbonara tasted like it was made at home. The broth with dumplings was excellent, and the truffle ice cream was delicious.
