18/05/2025: Everything was excellent, from the tasting menu (we chose fish) to the sommelier and the service… in particular, a special thanks to Rebecca, without taking anything away from anyone, but she was really very kind and nice ☺️… Papaveri e Papere is confirmed for me as one of the best restaurants in San Miniato…

31/05/2025: We had dinner here about two weeks ago, and grandma il ritardo welcomed us very kindly. All the fish was very fresh and of the highest quality. Excellent service, the owner was super kind and friendly. Great also in terms of preparing a dish for our 1 year old daughter (which is not so obvious). Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

24/05/2025: They use high quality food even if it's just focaccia and cutting boards. The environment is very well cared for, shame about the service on busy days that becomes problematic ... on a normal busy day everything is perfect.

05/05/2025: For me it is one of the most characteristic places in our area. The food is traditional from Tuscany and also from Castellina, always cooked with abundance. They don't charge for the service, which is rare if not unique in our area. Now that they have also opened an outdoor area it can also be used in the summer... There are often musical shows with interesting groups or solo singers.

10/05/2025: We visited this place on our trip in Pisa. Very nice place, with two very lovely ladies. Although we only had two drinks we got a very rich and tasty apperitivo, olives, nuts and chips. Very lovely place.

28/04/2025: Nice historic place located on the Arno river of Pisa. It is possible to consume both inside and at the tables located outside. Good assortment of pastries at a more than satisfactory quality-price ratio. You are served at the tables with professionalism and moreover without surcharge, all accompanied by a glass of water which is a characteristic only of some cafés (in my opinion something very welcome and not at all taken for granted). They told me good things about it and, having returned after years, I can only recommend the stop.

15/05/2025: ordered the sliced meat there was good amount but the meat was really hard and difficult to chew. my Italian friend told me hopefully they didn't give you horse meat i paid 22€ for bear and the sliced beef with potatoes

03/05/2025: I had lunch at 3pm. The dish was excellent. I can't speak Italy tho, the employee talked to me in English kindly. I am deeply thankful to them.

12/05/2025: Good reviews, we decided to sit. And then a very thoughtful owner took care of us and our son. The cocktails were really good, made from the heart and tasty. The view toward the south part of the city was a plus. Definitely recommend!

03/05/2025: Highlight of our trip in Pisa was running into this place on our search for lunch after some exploring. Our group of 7 was very impressed with the hospitality and quality of the food. I had the zuppa toscana, ravioli crema noci, and tiramisu to finish. Everything was amazing. Grazie mille!

07/05/2025: Excellent beer in an informal location, good food, traditional cuisine and excellent shank. I was there during a long weekend and there were too many people, obviously I had to wait but I don't think that's usually the case

06/05/2025: Nice environment where there is a full mix between the factory that produces the beer and the restaurant. Well cooked dishes and obviously you drink good beer. You can then take a tour of the nearby area where there are geothermal events with gas boiling in pools of water and a small geiser.

07/05/2025: Verdaderamente es un maravilloso restaurante y hotel típico de la comida italiana y la arquitectura del restaurante es increíble. La comida es absolutamente para morir. Hemos estado viniendo aquí durante 17 años y nunca hemos tenido que quejarnos de una comida. Estamos aquí regularmente encantadores asientos al aire libre en el verano con hermosos arreglos florales en un pequeño pueblo maravilloso donde se puede ir y tomar una copa después en los pequeños bares. vistas panorámicas le recomendamos encarecidamente que lo pruebe, no se decepcionará. El personal es muy servicial. Los propietarios de una empresa familiar que también son muy atentos , la comida es típicamente italiana con un gran menú y una maravillosa carta de vinos y bodega.

14/05/2025: Delicious sandwiches as always, with new proposals and special doughs. Ideal for a dinner - or after dinner - with friends, much appreciated the craft beers and alternative drinks (no coke). The only flaw, the waiting times are a bit long (45 minutes for a sandwich at 9:30 pm on weekdays)

09/05/2025: A particular place in the center of Pisa! The menu offers many dishes with particular ingredients and different doughs with limited editions. Truly delicious sandwiches and potatoes, I didn't particularly like the peach stick with basil drops. Excellent quality/price, fast service.

29/04/2025: We happened to be passing through at almost 2pm on Sunday, we were welcomed very cordially and ate an excellent steak, cooked just right and seasoned to perfection. The side vegetables are also excellent. Fair account for what we consumed. I recommend it
