As the very kind waiter who served us explained, the dough is meticulously crafted by the pizza chef, who has crafted a fragrant ingredient that emerges when you bite into it, along with the other flavors that make up your chosen pizza. Crispy, evenly cooked, with absolutely no signs of burning. An unsuspecting place, they offered me the best pizza I've ever eaten.
