11/06/2025: Wow. What an experience. The food is exceptional. The service just the same. We will be back.

10/06/2025: Very disappointed with this experience. The dishes of the day are indicated on the blackboard but for the second courses the presence of the side dish is not mentioned and not even the waitress indicates it. What we received as a side dish together with the stew was a chopped spinach not drained. As for the portions I will let the photos speak for themselves. Mention on the cutting board: the cold cuts tasted of nothing, the raw meat was thick as a steak and not cleaned well around it, "omelette" salty and inedible, cheeses beyond comment. Impossible to eat serenity at the tables at the top of the hill which are very uncomfortable! In short, an unpleasant experience and money wasted.

16/04/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante per caso, devo dire che mi ha solo notevolmente stupito appunto me lo ricco tutto estremamente buono e peraltro anche molto economico. Assolutamente da provare

11/04/2025: Con degli amici abbiamo scelto di mangiare in festa locanda. Non aspettatevi lussi o cose da chef stellati….ma potrete mangiare come dei “bottini rumati”! Piatti della tradizione maremmana….. Personale gentile che per il prezzo modico di 25 euro non fa mancare cibo e bevande che sono comunque di qualità eccelsa! Consigliato veramente!!

24/05/2025: Good pizza but I would like to remind the lady that it is not the shopkeeper who decides how I have to pay!!! I had 5 pizzas from three different people and they wanted me to make just one receipt paying by card, replying that I would do the math between us!!! The customer decides how to pay!!!! Today you can even pay for a coffee with a card, get updated! The receipt had not been issued, it doesn't teach me anything, it's my job!!!! I know very well how it works, I warned that the payment would be made from three different accounts and I was told that I would have to do the math at home between us!!!! I don't need any venting, unlike your staff who need to be a little more prepared in their relationship with the customer!! Good continuation

13/02/2025: Mi fermo per la colazione quando ho un po' di tempo. Ho trovato tutto molto buono (il cappuccino, le paste e la focaccia). Il personale è molto cortese e professionale. Vicino c'è una scalinata che è bellissima e fiorita in primavera. Torno sempre volentieri. Grazie!

15/05/2025: Excellent value for money, cheaper than the tourist attractions in town, definitely worth the trip! Try the gorgonzola carpaccio! The owner even gave my son a plate of prosciutto!

06/05/2025: Nothing exceptional, absolutely normal dishes, I leave the benefit of the doubt of not having tasted typical cold cuts and cured meats. Would I recommend it? For the price range yes, for the quality also no.

20/05/2025: Dinner with friends, starting with appetizers, cold cuts, crostini, very good, then a classic pici, good, fresh pasta of course, a place that I have always seen walking through the town center of Sarteano, for dinner/lunch I have always preferred to leave the town to see the beauties of that area, but now that I have tried the cuisine of Tripolitania I will stop more often.

17/05/2025: Mi buen amigo Michele me había traído a Sarteano para jugar bocce ball y mostrarme dónde creció. Para el almuerzo me llevó a su ristorante favorito. El lugar era como cuando era un niño. El ambiente solo establece el estado de ánimo para una comida perfecta. Había visto en la pizarra especial afuera espárragos pici. Por supuesto que tuve que probarlo y como dicen en Maui "Se rompió la boca". El mejor pici que tuve durante mi estancia de un mes en la Toscana. El vino y el desierto tampoco defraudaron. La dueña te hizo sentir como en familia y su servicio fue excelente. Me fui con una enorme sonrisa en mi cara y recuerdos en mi mente

04/05/2025: I like it. Friendly and very quick both in the dining room and in the kitchen. I think that in all these years that I frequent it there has never been a time that I was disappointed and didn't eat the chosen dish. All really very good! 5 out of 5 stars well deserved. PS. I am not a relative of the cook (I always specify..) and I'm not one to please him easily... just know that.

23/04/2025: Excellent point of reference for business lunches but also breakfasts and snacks. Don't miss the tiramisu. Very close to the motorway toll booth.

02/05/2025: I ordered the Affogato with Pistachio. At €8 this is very expensive, and, in my opinion it is definitely not worth it. Average coffee and average gelato to go with it. I would say it is 100% not worth the long lines if you go later in the day time. The you could get something like this elsewhere without long lines and probably much cheaper. Here you will be paying the instagram influencer hype premium for an average experience I also ate a chocolate croissant however, and this was delicious. Overalll I would not recommend this place. If you really want to try it, then, one should arrive very early soon after opening to avoid the long wait.

01/05/2025: Locale non attrezzato ad accogliere la gran quantità di clienti. Impossibile trovare un posto a sedere al suo interno. Gelato affogato nel caffé buono ma troppo costoso ( 6 euro per una quantită da coppetta piccola, 8 per la stessa quantità al pistacchio é assolutamente deplorevole). Inoltre dover mangiarlo nella tazza da cappuccino, quando i tavoli sono occupati, comporta dover andare per strada, con tazza e piattino in mano, in mezzo ai passanti e senza posto a sedere per poi dover restituire la tazza sia scomodo e stressante, anche perché si rischia di sporcarsi con il caffè. Il gelato senza il caffé é veramente troppo dolce. Consiglio: per chi vuole risparmiare, ordini una coppetta della dimensione che piú preferisce e un caffé da asporto, scavare il gelato con la paletta e versare il caffé al suo interno. Risultato identico a quello di 6 euro ma a un prezzo ragionevole. Per cortesia non spendete 8 euro per la versione al pistacchio perché non vi é alcuna differenza con la versione alla vaniglia in quanto il caffé copre molto il sapore del pistacchio.
