22/03/2026: A place I'll never return to. The food is disgusting: microwaved pasta, completely unappetizing. You can tell it comes from a bag and there's no kitchen. The hygiene is appalling, both in the bathroom and the food preparation area. Everything is dirty and neglected. They serve you in plastic and charge a lot for something that's practically worthless. You leave feeling completely ripped off. 😫

13/01/2026: Welcoming staff, a reimagined traditional venue, and food that's neither good nor bad. We expected more.

01/01/2026: I made a reservation for two people on October 26, 2025, for December 31, 2025, more than two months in advance. The reservation included a TheFork discount on the à la carte menu. Just to be sure, on December 12, 2025, I contacted the restaurant directly to confirm that, for the evening of December 31, a à la carte menu was also available in addition to the set menu, so I could take advantage of the discount. They confirmed in writing that this would be possible. On December 31, I received another email from the restaurant to confirm the table, to which I replied confirming my attendance. Having arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, I was instead informed that it was not possible to order anything other than the set menu, a complete contradiction both to what I had previously been told and to what was advertised on their social media channels. Faced with this evident lack of consistency and respect for the customer, I decided to leave. Since it was New Year's Eve, no other nearby restaurant was available, forcing me to opt for a food truck. I'll leave it up to the reader to assess the reliability and integrity of this place.

11/08/2025: For years, whenever we're in the area, we've made a special trip to Campglia just for Chiara's ice cream. I honestly don't know of any better ice cream! One of its rare qualities—besides the unusual and perfectly paired flavor combinations—is its judicious use of sweetness. Nothing is masked; instead, it's sweetened just enough to highlight and allow the full spectrum of flavors to shine through. In any larger city, this little ice cream shop would be an overcrowded and prohibitively expensive destination for food lovers. We sincerely hope that Chiara's gem in Campiglia Marittima continues to thrive!

15/02/2026: A brewery and pub in the historic heart of Arezzo, where you'll enter the infinite world of beer, accompanied by the owner's friendly approach. The two-story venue, complete with outdoor seating, boasts a long history that you absolutely must hear about over a beer.

07/10/2025: We arrived around 8:30 PM and the place was practically empty—just us and three other tables. The waiter took about 25 minutes to take our order, and the drinks arrived another 20 minutes later. The food arrived shortly thereafter. I would have expected more kindness and a more welcoming atmosphere: the waiter seemed listless and inattentive. Everything being said from the kitchen was audible, and the music didn't match the atmosphere of the place. There were two young men in the dining room, but everyone seemed to be doing their own thing. Furthermore, the waiter was seen smoking a cigarette in front of the restaurant and then came to serve us our food, smelling strongly of smoke—which was absolutely unacceptable. Overall, the service leaves much to be desired: there's still a lot to improve.

09/11/2025: 1. It has a spacious terrace with tables for outdoor dining overlooking the beautiful Valdichiana. 2. There were 20 of us. We all had a mixed appetizer, then some had first courses that were a bit disappointing in terms of quantity and quality. Others, including me, had thin-crust pizzas, well-seasoned and well-made, some even with porcini mushrooms. Then we had some desserts, water, wine, coffee, and everything was good quality. 3. The price was fair: €23 per person, considering everything. It's great. 4. The service was fairly quick, a bit too informal on the part of the young, somewhat unprofessional waiters. 5. It also has rooms for overnight stays if anyone is passing by and wants to stop. I hope this was helpful. If so, a thumbs-up, a comment, or a follower would be appreciated. See you next time.
