12/08/2024: Disappointing experience I didn't think you could go far wrong with a pizza in Italy, but apparently you can. The pizza was topped with canned mushrooms in ready-made sauce and the beef fillet disappointed us. Both taste and quality left something to be desired. The bland and artificial sauce complemented the tough beef fillet. Overall the food was disappointing and not recommended. The ingredients and side dishes consisted of frozen products. An experience like Bofrost

24/08/2024: Having booked a table for a simple after dinner, we arrive and sit down and are totally ignored by the staff despite repeated requests to order. After waiting in vain, we left. Service 0.

14/08/2024: Large, open space restaurant with plenty of indoor and outdoor dining,, very family friendly. Good menu with wide selection of European and evidently Italian specialities,, with tastes to match most needs. Service can be a little slow when it is busy, and it may be advisable to reserve a table for larger groups at weekends. It is not romantic, but it is perfect for families looking for a good night out. Parking may be an issue….

19/08/2024: Nice environment and excellent service. The octopus cooked at low temperature is highly recommended, really good! The owner is friendly, present and very attentive to the customer.

18/08/2024: Nothing special just a lot of ingredients put together without sense and without flavour. Our ceviche and my red mullet were full but full of lemon/lime, good only for the sore throat my wife had, the tagliolini with redfish among the various ingredients included capers, never seen before and the mussel risotto thrown away etc. only tasted like rice

04/08/2024: The location of this restaurant is just magnificent 🤩! So of course, you have to climb a hundred steps to admire it! And then, you are on vacation… At the top, the panorama is breathtaking whether on the terrace or indoors. As far as the food is concerned, I am satisfied 😌. The formula was a summary of the dishes of Palermo. A plus for dessert 🍮, a beautiful panna cotta and a real bitter coffee of which only the Italians have the secret. Go bene!

21/06/2024: Il 19 giugno 2024 abbiamo avuto il piacere di festeggiare il compleanno di mio figlio in questo meraviglioso ristorante. Ancora oggi continuo a ricevere i complimenti per la location, per come si è mangiato in maniera eccellente e abbondante; per il trattamento gentile, attento e curato del personale di sala.; per il divertimento grazie al bravissimo D.J.. tutto organizzato nei minimi particolari.... consiglio assolutamente di festeggiare eventi in questo magnifico posto e,sicuramente,ritorneremo anche per Cenare e gustare nuovamente le vostre specialità. Un grazie particolare al direttore chef e alla sua gentilissima e disponibile collaboratrice. Grazie ancora di tutto.

12/06/2024: Nice seller. 2 out of three cigars purchased and recommended were great. However, you should stay away from the “Nicita” cigar. Good smoke development but no flavor profile. It's better to go for well-known brands.

20/02/2024: Having arrived in this place thanks to a Friend, I must say that here Bacchus and Tobacco, as well as chocolate and various herbal teas, make this site a paradise for us, poor sinners. The beauty is finding not only the bottle of Sicilian DOC wine, but above all the owner who knows and explains to you the how, the where, the why...

31/05/2024: Great hotel in the west of Palermo in the heart of the Arab Quarter. Walking distance to all sights, bars, restaurants and cafes down to the harbor. Located directly at the Ballaro market with first-class finger food and real life. The house is and is very quiet, with its own parking spaces, is classically elegant with a good breakfast. Highly recommended as a base for exploring Palermo.

28/05/2024: We travel frequently and I rarely write negative reviews. This is a 2 star hotel with a 4 star rating. Unhelpful staff, with bags, with requests, and also barely looked up each day we entered the quiet lobby over our 3 days. ”Luxury Suite” smelled and was not as pictured. Breakfast choices meager and fruit not fresh…extremely different from other 5 hotels this trip. Regret booking here.

20/08/2024: We are on holiday in Palermo and, exhausted from walking, we decided to have 2 sandwiches with home delivery service at the hotel. Well what can I say...wonderful sandwiches, one was worth two! Abundant seasoning and competitive prices, as well as punctual service. I didn't know this but I have to say I got it right! My compliments

11/08/2024: I went to eat at the restaurant and also at home the food is acceptable but as at the restaurant the food does not arrive as requested there are always mistakes

17/07/2024: So many things wrong, on the billboards and on the digital menu it says that there is a 2 for 1 offer but in the restaurant they told us that they had the meat but they couldn't apply the offer, then a very rich menu but poor availability of the meats offered on the restaurant menu, we ordered a ribeye and a tomahawk and they told us that it was not available but that they could only make 300g cuts, decent meat quality, good service, medium-high prices

25/06/2024: We had 5 excellent sandwiches served with courtesy and availability. We will definitely return
