17/05/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mamà Pizza Bistrot was a wonderful discovery! The place is cared for down to the smallest details, with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The decor is elegant but simple, with light tones and floral details that make the environment relaxing and pleasant. The service was impeccable: the staff is extremely kind, attentive and helpful, capable of making every customer feel pampered and welcomed. Moving on to the food, every dish was a delight! We started with a hot mixed appetizer: croquettes, panelle, chips perfectly golden and tasty. The pizza with salmon, buffalo mozzarella and Greek yogurt was simply exceptional: soft and well-cooked dough, very fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and a quiet evening with friends or family. We will definitely be back!

14/05/2025: Yesterday evening, accompanied by a friend, I went for the first time to this bistro in the center of Palermo. The place is sober with wooden tables of excellent size and well spaced from each other. The jazz music in the background accompanies without disturbing. We started with a mixed fried squid and baby squid, followed by spaghetti with sea urchins, certainly the best I have ever tasted. All accompanied by a good "Feudo Arancio" grill. A special note goes to the waitress who pampered us throughout the service with impeccable professionalism and friendliness. When I return to Palermo it will certainly be an essential stop. Highly recommended.

18/05/2025: Located on the sea, it was the first place I ever visited in Sicily, in Palermo. Although from the outside it is not the most beautiful place in the world, it practically looks like a street food, it captured my heart ❤️ incredible kindness ... very clean counter with everything and ... more from meat to fish to fried foods, to a thousand vegetables !!!!! off we go,: Sandwich with spleen (abundant and delicious as hell) bread and panelle, crazy, sardines, sweet and sour pumpkin .... and last but not least the pig's snout ..! A heavenly lunch that I also digested very well. The bill? I'm not even going to mention it because it's ridiculous! Truly fantastic !!!!

18/05/2025: The tripe in the soup has an intense and creamy flavor, and the grilled beef intestine has a delightfully smoky taste. A real insider tip among local restaurants! However, the public transport connections are a bit poor. It's about 20 minutes away by tram (No. 1) or bus from Palermo Central Station. Due to traffic congestion, I recommend taking the tram instead of the bus. You can get off at the "Laudicia" stop.

06/05/2025: Insider tip in Mondello! Highly recommended. Cozy atmosphere, very, very friendly staff! Great bar where you can also watch some football. During my visit, a very nice, good-humoured, friendly gentleman played cozy music on a keyboard, which made me indulge and dream with a glass of red wine... :) If I'm ever in Mondello again, I'll definitely visit this bar!

05/01/2025: Delightful place in a rustic and comfortable environment. We were there after the new year, the day before the epiphany which falls on Sunday. Had a great time, a warm and relaxing place, the owners were very hospitable and helpful, not to mention the excellent cuisine! I recommend it.

Really light dough and good quality raw materials, obviously the prices are for a place for tourists given the location of the place. I would review a bit the style of the tables and chairs. For the rest, recommended place.

15/05/2025: Cenamos aquí una noche durante nuestra estancia en Cefalu. Nos sentamos dentro ya que somos no fumadores, y esta es nuestra preferencia. Es un restaurante muy pintoresco, pero sentimos que le faltaba ambiente. Pedí el pescado espada, y mi marido tenía las chuletas de cordero. Pedimos 2 ensaladas diferentes como acompañamiento. La comida llegó después de un tiempo razonable y estaba bien, pero nada especial. Ambos pensamos que nuestras comidas no eran una relación calidad-precio. Hay ofertas especiales que podrían ser una mejor opción. Hubiera sido bueno que estas opciones nos explicaran a la llegada.

09/05/2025: 72h a Cefalù per un matrimonio, sembra quasi uno scherzo ma è proprio così. Per la sera abbiamo deciso di provare questo locale, piccolo ma allo stesso momento super accogliente. Tanti piccoli oggetti e dettagli della tradizione siciliana fanno sì che la permanenza sia ancora più reale e caratteristica. Prima nota positiva: personale super disponibile e prepfessionale. La cameriera è venuta incontro alle esigenze di tutti.. 3 bimbi piccoli non sono facili da accontentare, ma anche loro risultano soddisfatti. Tra primi e secondi usciamo tutti soddisfatti. Veloce, pulito e subito fuori dopo qualche metro sulla sinistra troviamo il Duomo.. dunque anche la location fa la sua figura. Il ristorante si trova in una viuzza lì vicino ma il Duomo fa davvero capolino. Tornerò.. sicuramente. Siete bravissimi!
