01/02/2025: Fatto conoscere da un amico palermitano che non smetterò di ringraziare. Il bancone è una delizia per gli occhi prima ancora del palato. Quando sei li davanti ti perdi. Mangeresti tutto e la cosa più atroce è che devi scegliere. Ogni specialità siciliana ai massimi livelli. E poi gentilezza e prezzi modici (che di questi tempi aiutano). Che dire ? se fossi vicino ci sarei spesso. Dalla Toscana è più difficile. Ma capito spesso a Palermo e sono sicuro che ci rivedremo. Complimenti e continuate così

12/02/2025: My first review refers to the pre-covid period and had not been published and I'm sorry because we didn't have a bad experience, but honestly it doesn't seem like a starred restaurant to me. We probably didn't understand the philosophy behind some dishes. Best wishes for growth at this restaurant.

26/01/2025: Abbiamo cenato due volte di fila in questo ristorante meraviglioso nel cuore di Palermo. La prima sera, un menù degustazione fantastico con vini eccellenti; la seconda sera c’era un famoso chef stellato che ci ha deliziato con piatti che ci hanno riportato col palato in Messico. Il locale e’ stupendo, e si vede che tutti coloro che ci lavorano ci mettono il cuore. Spero di ritornarci presto.

21/08/2024: Beautiful pub with a super view of the Aspra seafront, where in the summer you can enjoy the sunset overlooking the sea. Fast and friendly service, also excellent for enjoying a good sandwich or a cocktail. Advised

10/03/2025: While exploring the medieval towns on hilly crests in the Parco delle Madonie in Sicily, we stopped for a quick coffee at the first cafe we came across in Petralia Sottana. We were blown away with the pastries and confectionery items they served us, rounded off with thick hot chocolate. You cannot go wrong with this cafe bar.

07/12/2024: Delicious thick hot chocolate on a cold December day. Waitress from Castellana Sicula was super friendly and spoke good English. Was also good value €5 for two hot chocolates, which came with pistachio covered biscuits!

27/10/2024: Este restaurante es uno de los muchos a lo largo de la bahía en Cefalu y tuvimos un almuerzo muy agradable aquí. Elegimos una variedad de 'contorni' y realmente disfrutamos de todos. A pesar de que tradicionalmente se trata de guarniciones, tener 4 o 5 para compartir hace una muy buena comida para dos. El servicio estaba bien y el ambiente animado y bueno.

26/03/2025: The service station could be nice if it was more cared for inside (in front of the bathroom door there was a system for recovering water leaks from the roof) and the bathrooms were cleaner and provided with hygienic material.

13/01/2025: Older bar but with good products, we liked everything from the coffee to the cannoli, all the super rotisserie. Prices normal. Staff behind the counter quick and alert. Owner not very sociable but I have his reasons.

20/12/2024: I go almost every morning for breakfast, because honestly the dishes and the rotisserie are top. BUT they have a big flaw, the staff (not all) The gentleman at the checkout in the morning who is "presumably" the owner or in any case responsible lacks any kind of courtesy: he doesn't say hello, he doesn't smile, he doesn't speak, and not one morning (maybe he had a bad morning) but every day. 3/4 of the guys at the counter have little delicacy and courtesy. The only or almost only piece in the right place is the girl that I sometimes see at the checkout in the afternoon (also presumably from the management) Courteous, polite and very professional More than a criticism, since I will continue to come, let's call it more of a tip, after all I work in the area but if it hadn't been the case they would probably have lost a customer.

31/01/2025: Encontramos este lugar para comer en nuestra primera noche en Palermo - situado en una concurrida calle del barrio, sospechamos que este lugar comenzó como un punto de venta de comida especializada 'para llevar' (y todavía lo es) pero ahora tiene una tienda de restaurantes al lado. El gerente se llamaba 'Casper' y su conocimiento y entusiasmo era muy bienvenido al tomar nuestras decisiones de comida. Tuve pollo y verduras frescas en la parrilla - la comida era excelente y una gran relación calidad-precio. Recomiendo encarecidamente una comida o comida para llevar aquí

26/01/2025: Mi sono recato in questo locale per provare la rosticceria mignon da asporto. Tutto buono ma in cucina sui mignon di panelle hanno dimenticato il sale, per me va bene ma per i miei familiari erano troppo insipidi. Spero la prossima volta di avere i mignon con panelle gustosi. Prezzo ok. Ci vediamo presto in quanto dovrò organizzare un rinfresco sul mio luogo di lavoro.
