10/09/2025: Friendly, excellent coffee and efficient service

24/08/2025: I visited Garida twice during my stay and had a great time both times. The first time I had a soft drink and a coffee, both served with care and in a pleasant atmosphere. The second time I tried two gelatos: excellent, creamy, with intense flavors, truly well-made. The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the prices reasonable. A pleasant stop that I'd happily recommend!

14/10/2025: I was there for dinner for my first night in Olbia. I arrived there around 9 pm and was told there's no table for one person. When I was about to leave, I saw several empty tables which could easily accommodate me and asked the owner of the restaurant and I was able to get seated finally. After approximately 50 mins of waiting time, Borttarga pasta was served. Happy that I also ordered a starter otherwise I couldn't handle my hunger. I paid around 40 euro for a glass of prosecco in a stink glass (probably wiped with a unwashed tea towel), ok misto salumi sardi and spaghetti bottarga, which gave me stomach problem next day.

03/10/2025: A superb little gem of a restaurant, right by the square- You can order inside and then sit at one of the little tables outside. The food was so good that we went back the next day to try some other goodies. Excellent beef stew, shrimp salad, Lasagna and eggplant Parmesan. Everything is prepared by the Charming couple. It’s Like going to nonna’s for lunch!

28/09/2025: Be careful! The prices for antispasti are per 100g, not per portion. This can be misleading if you don't speak Italian. We were very surprised when we got the bill, but it was too late to refuse. It adds up very quickly for such small portions. Over €18 for a little octopus salad and two croquettes. All served on paper plates, and you have to clear up the mess yourself. The food truck atmosphere is restaurant-like. You can find much better options in the area. Also, take a close look at the owners' responses on Google reviews; they are extremely aggressive.

20/10/2025: Friendly service, delicious food, and a magnificent view. It couldn't be better. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back.

16/10/2025: It offers a beautiful view of the sea. We both ordered the mixed fish platter and were very satisfied with the food. The menu indicates which fish is locally available fresh and which is prepared frozen seasonally, providing good transparency. The two servers were very friendly, relaxed, and prompt. For good food in Castelsardo, we can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

03/10/2025: Visiting and staying locally- hands down the best pizza we have ever eaten. Very swift service on both occasions and very polite family run business. Only thing I would say- I wish the menu had an English version!!

24/08/2025: A simple place that, thanks to the kindness of the owners, immediately puts you at ease. It feels like being among friends. Very fast, delicious pizza. The quality/price ratio is absolutely unrivaled.

09/08/2025: Beautiful place, the guys are super kind and knowledgeable, the beer is exceptional and the food is excellent, the pizza is Gallo d'Oro quality, which is excellent! Top!

17/10/2025: Everything was perfect. We had the opportunity to enjoy dinner featuring traditional Sardinian cuisine and breakfast.

15/10/2025: Our first meal since arriving on Sardinia but exceeded expectations. Beef, pasta and dessert were all amazing. Affrogato over white truffle ice cream was incredible.

23/08/2025: The place war really crowded in the morning and all the tables were taken. Nevertheless we managed to get one, I ordered at the counter and the waiter was quite quick. The prices are low, the brioches were fresh We were there at the beginning of August 2025

05/10/2025: It was just before siesta and kitchen was closed when we arrived but the owner let us stay and have a drink.

20/09/2025: This is my third time trying this place, and I personally find the only flaw: being on a street in the historic center (closed to traffic, of course), the tables and chairs are a bit sloping. Fortunately, this is compensated for by a young but expert staff, who delight the palate with ever-changing inventions and clever reinterpretations of splendid Italian and Sardinian cuisine. The platters are innovative and always changing, and the sandwiches are top-notch. I recommend it.

27/09/2025: A historic meeting point in Chia, breakfasts feature excellent desserts and pastries, and aperitifs are also carefully curated with delicious appetizers and cocktails of all kinds.

14/09/2025: I've been to this restaurant three or four times, but this time I was disappointed. I love the "pesci sogliola alla Parmigiana" (a dish on the menu), so I suggested going with my family. We ordered mussels, fried fish, spaghetti vongole con bottarga, and sogliola con Parmigiana. The fish was fresh and everything was delicious. However, the behavior of one male waiter made this dining experience extremely unpleasant. While waiting for my food, I asked a nearby waiter to take a photo. He was very reluctant, tapping his finger repeatedly on my phone, then glaring at me as he handed it back. I had a nasty look on my face. When I checked my phone later, I was shocked to see that he had taken 18 photos in a row! It was clearly a deliberate attempt to annoy me, and it was a completely different experience from anything I've ever had before. I was left feeling extremely uncomfortable and saddened by the whole meal. In contrast, I was impressed by another waiter who kindly took a photo for a customer at a nearby table, smiling and taking it for him. I was looking forward to the dinner party, but this left me feeling sad, and I probably won't be going to this restaurant again.

11/10/2025: We stopped in Oristano before arriving at the port of Porto Torres. We stopped at this trattoria and were extremely satisfied. The option to choose an appetizer from the trolley was fantastic, for €13 per person. Then we had malloreddus and ravioli, both excellent. An excellent value.

21/10/2025: 100% the best food we ate n the 4 days we spent in Sardinia! Wow, the pasta was DELICIOUS. We had spaghetti made with olive oil, garlic & mushrooms, and it was so good, I can still taste it while I'm typing this. The service was also fantastic, and the prices were very affordable! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone in the area.

08/10/2025: We went there twice for dinner. Excellent fish dishes! Be sure to make a reservation to eat on the terrace (great view of the harbor).
