Very kind family who owns and runs the restaurant. A really tasty local digestif after the meal was much appreciated too. Heartily recommend

25/08/2025: Gino and his family, with their bar/gelateria, are an icon throughout the town. I have childhood memories of eating their gelato in the square with my old and dear friends. Their passion for their work has never waned after all these years. The pastries, gelato, pizzas, and drinks are as top-notch as ever.

05/11/2025: We spent two weeks in Palau and this was the nicest and most complete dining experience we had. The service and hospitality were spot on, attentive but not intrusive, and all the food was lovely - the grilled calamari was wonderful - I had it both evenings - the starters of marinated mussels and the monkfish Catalan were a delight, as was the grilled sea bass. We ate here our last two evenings and it was a delightful way to bring our holiday to a close.

13/09/2025: Panini is cold bun with ham, nothing more and with octopus panini is olso cold bun with octopus from the can! But maybe in this case better from the can, cause otherwise it will be few days old, nothing good for your stomach.

30/08/2025: We've been here for both breakfast and dinner several times, and each time we've had excellent service and delicious food!

13/03/2026: We ordered two tasting menus. The appetizers were numerous and very good. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the first and second courses. For the first course, they gave us two options: salmon ravioli or squid ink tagliolini with grouper ragù and bottarga. We chose tagliolini. The ragù was delicious, but the type of pasta made the dish subpar. The fresh pasta was too sweet, broken, and soggy, making the dish nauseating. With thick spaghetti, the ragù would have been excellent. For the second course, they only offered cod with yellow tomato and squid sauce. The sauce was delicious, but again, the fish, a bit stringy, was completely out of place. That sauce would have been perfect with sea bass, meagre, sea bream, etc. I wouldn't have expected such a fish. In any case, the selection of dishes was too limited. If I return, I'll opt for the à la carte menu because there was a wider selection of dishes, which I honestly don't understand isn't extended to those who opt for the tasting menu (besides, diners are required to order the same dishes). Very good desserts. Attentive service.

06/01/2026: Ideal for breakfast, with a delicious variety of pastries. Also ideal for a quick coffee or an aperitif. A welcoming interior and outdoor veranda. Professional, friendly staff and fast service. Prices are reasonable. Definitely recommended.
