11/10/2025: The place is set in a giant trullo. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is good and plentiful, and good value. The only drawback was the lack of a POS terminal. We recommend paying in cash, or you can also use a bank transfer.

04/10/2025: While searching for authentic and traditional Italian cuisine, we discovered this friendly restaurant by chance. Angelo was a very kind host. The menu was in Italian and English. It was clear and offered something for every taste, including vegetarian dishes. Our highlight was the antipasti platter.

10/11/2025: A wonderful culinary experience. We ordered two first courses: orecchiette trillo già del sole and fusilli d'inverno, a true delicacy, and then an artichoke carpaccio, which we shared, truly sublime. Highly recommended.

18/09/2025: My family and I stayed in San Vito dei Normanni for 10 days. The apartment was lovely, the weather was good, and the location was beautiful. However, for the first few days, we struggled to find a place that catered to the pesky "gluten-free" issue and that we liked. During our last few days, we discovered that in Carovigno, a town very close to us, there was a place called "Pizzeria Express Music Pub Cafe," not an "AIC" restaurant. It's more of a restaurant than a pizzeria, where the owner, Imma, is celiac herself, and knows how to treat this particular condition (and handicap for those who eat out). We returned four days in a row...the variety on the menu was completely satisfying, not to mention the quality. From the excellent pizza, to the first courses (I highly recommend the shrimp gnocchi) and orecchiette with meatballs, to the meat and fish main courses (the fried fish and seafood salad are delicious), the side dishes, not to mention the "puccie" (Salento focaccia) filled with anything, which made my two children happy. Last but not least, the portions on your plate ensure you'll never be left hungry. The prices are moderate to low. Imma, Cosimo, and the entire staff complete this harmonious place with their friendliness, cordiality, professionalism, and kindness, things that are somewhat forgotten these days. Unfortunately, we only discovered this little place in the last few days. If you're passing through, don't miss the opportunity...not just for celiacs, but for everyone. P.S. At the end of your meal, ask for Piero's lemon cream...a unique treat. Beautiful memories that will remain forever in our hearts.

11/10/2025: Excellent producer Excellent producer of Apulian wine. Wide selection of whites, reds, and rosés. We've tasted several, and they're very good. Beautifully packaged gift boxes are also available.

09/09/2025: We already knew the wines... but rediscovering them in their birthplace, where it all begins, gives them a whole new dimension. The tasting, held in the estate's bar-restaurant, will remain etched in our memories. The selection of five wines kicks off a veritable feast for the senses: impeccable service, precise explanations, and perfectly thought-out pairings. Each wine is accompanied by local products, as beautifully presented as they are delicious—a perfect harmony between passion and refinement. An unforgettable moment, worth experiencing at least once.

31/07/2025: During a business trip to Palo del Colle, I asked the waitress at the restaurant where I dined to recommend a gelateria. Without hesitation, she recommended Bar3000! I hadn't had such delicious gelato in a long time! Even though it didn't last long, it was truly memorable. I don't usually write reviews, but the gelato at Bar3000 was my best memory of this charming town!
