27/02/2025: A nice restaurant in the historic center of Gallipoli where you can eat delicious fish dishes, I recommend spaghetti with sea urchin pulp, ravioli, cacio pepe and prawns, a good still rosé wine. Very courteous and professional service. Excellent homemade dessert.

Il cibo è quello della tradizione gastronomica locale sapientemente preparato da qualcuno che veramente se ne intende.La scelta dei vini è molto ampia. Complimenti al Proprietario che ci ha accolto con simpatia e professionalità. Ci ritorneremo!!!

31/10/2024: We went today just before closing in the morning. The owner was very helpful and showed us all the characteristics of the wines. We purchased decidedly good and refined bulk wines. We couldn't appreciate the cuisine because we were out of time but we will return. I add a postscript to appreciate the importance of jazz music in accompanying a good wine

19/11/2024: Permanently closed, at least as far as the current management is concerned. Avio Bar will reopen with a new look and new management. As for Mr. Luigi and His Lady... Stay tuned.

12/11/2024: One star because it is not possible that the only historic bar in Lecce remaining in the historic center will be closed to be renovated and changed. In the rest of Italy, places like this, with their retro charm and authenticity, are increasingly valued and sought after and instead in Lecce it is a succession of "new" places renovated without a soul and without history. It's truly a shame that this city doesn't know how to valorise its historical activities... culture is really missing.

13/02/2025: I was attracted to this pizzeria by the excellent reviews on the quality of the pizza, and I must confirm that it is truly excellent: light dough, fresh and tasty ingredients, certainly one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. The staff were also very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, however, the experience was ruined by serious problems related to the environment and accessibility. Even though I had warned in advance that I use a wheelchair, I was assigned a seat that made even access to the toilets complicated: to go to the bathroom I had to leave the room, re-enter from another part and have two entire tables raised. An unacceptable situation. Furthermore, the pizzeria's car is constantly parked in front of the access ramp to the sidewalk, despite repeated warnings. The general comfort also leaves something to be desired: the place was not well heated, with the heating mushrooms positioned too close to the tables, creating unpleasant temperature changes and an atmosphere that was anything but welcoming. As much as the staff tried to help me, this situation really shouldn't happen. I highly recommend the owners to find a more suitable venue, because the quality of the food deserves a more accessible, comfortable and well-organized environment.

09/03/2025: Very nice location between Molfetta and Giovinazzo. There is enough greenery and ample parking. Sea and land appetizers well plated and with fresh ingredients. Average pizzas cooked in a wood oven. Average costs, fast service

02/12/2024: I recommend. I have been there several times and always satisfied. Giovanni, the friendly and dynamic boss, (sometimes this surprises) has an eye on all the tables and a kind word for each one. His wife is in the kitchen and prepares unpretentious but excellent local cuisine with her team. To go to the toilets which are in the trullo, you will pass by the kitchens and will be able to note the cleanliness. Great terrace in summer. I highly recommend Please note, we do not accept bank cards.

20/02/2025: We have always frequented this place with positive feedback, but today a myth has fallen away. Waiters in confidences never given before, with grumpy answers, despite our complaint about the very hard risotto they brought back the dish, the same one, saying they had re-cooked it but it was still hard. And finally increased and exaggerated prices. I'm sorry but our review to date is totally negative. We will never go back there again.

13/02/2025: The place does not look nice at all first sight. One of those ugly buildings built over the coast when it was allowed by guilty local administrators and non-existent national laws. However the place is there, and having lunch so close to the sea is always nice. The restaurant needs some restoration inside, but the terrace is ok and you can forget about the rest. Food is ok; I’d just not recommend raw fish since the area offers much better options (shrimps were old, sea urchins too small and almost empty). Pasta and secondi were good. Desserts average. Prices in line with the area. Service was polite, but somehow too “friendly” for my standards.

21/10/2024: Excellent pastry shop that historically reigns supreme here in Noci, especially when it comes to nuns' breasts. Shortbread biscuits and other fresh pastries are also of a good quality level. Old fashioned environment. Comfortable summer terrace.

14/10/2024: Professionalism and quality. Good pastry shop. I recommend the nuns' breasts or, for those on a diet, a good maffin as an alternative to the croissant
