29/12/2024: Da premettere che non ho mangiato male ….i plin ripieni di cipolla immersi nella fonduta di parmigiano perdevano il loro sapore, lo zabajone buono ma forse fatto un po’ prima…si stava formando una patina. Il cameriere dovrebbe sapere che quando si versa il vino non si passa davanti alle persone, ma si gira!

15/12/2024: Nice cozy place for me rustic with a fantastic fireplace with a beautiful cellar (under finishing) and in my opinion it will be a spectacle in the end. EXCELLENT traditional Piedmontese dishes, delicious wines (I drank sparkling Arneis for an aperitif and still Arneis during dinner. It must be beautiful outside in spring and summer with a beautiful view (I went in the evening and there was a bit of fog) .Matteo (that's what I call the innkeeper) very kind, knowledgeable about wines, impeccable service, good girl who brought the dishes. I'll be back, guys, try it, you'll have a peaceful evening and then if you lift your elbow a little you can go to sleep there. Unfortunately I don't have photos of the dishes, thanks Matteo for your kindness. IMPORTANT THING THE 4-LEGGED FRIEND IS WELCOME, but they don't give him wine. Happy Holidays to everyone

28/01/2025: Small restaurant with options for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs. We tried it for the first time and were satisfied. From the appetizers to the desserts. We loved Russian salad which wasn't heavy. Desserts were also very good. In the restaurant there is also a nice list of juices and wines. Home atmosphere. Very cute

18/01/2025: I went to this restaurant on the day of the Epiphany, with my family and my dog What can I say? We had a great time! We found an amazing choice of vegan foods! A must try, whether you are omnivore, vegetarian or vegan! The quality of the raw materials is immediately evident and the mastery in the preparations gave us a wonderful experience. The choice to regularly vary the menu based on the seasonality of the products is excellent. Very kind, even if small, very pleasant environment. Worthy of note is the choice of a very efficient air purification system. What else to say? We will definitely be back!

19/01/2025: A classic Piedmontese trattoria, just like it used to be, BUT of a high standard! Warm and family atmosphere immersed in the city center. Menu full of typical dishes such as finanziera and veal with tuna sauce, which I highly recommend accompanied by agnolotti with roast sauce and... zabaglione! A magical place to return to.

17/01/2025: What can I say, one of the best pastry shops I know of today. Croissants of all kinds from dark to fried to rocher etc. One better than the other I roll the cubic. The pain au chocolat is not the pain suisse. The focaccias are excellent for a savory breakfast or as a snack for lunch. Even in the APE they don't joke. Excellent prices compared to the infinite quality of the products. The pastries are also excellent as well as the Maritozzi.
