14/12/2025: A very pleasant stop right in the heart of Monterosso's tourist center. Midi Bar has that classic Italian bar charm, with a spacious terrace perfect for soaking up the town's atmosphere while enjoying a drink. Good drinks, quick and very friendly service despite the constant flow of tourists. Ideal for a break, a rest, and to experience the local life.

29/10/2025: First they charged me for the food that I ordered, but ended up not having because it was no longer available. After the correction, I was charged 34.5 Euros, the actual consumption was 31 Euros. Great creativity in creating receipts....

14/12/2025: Not far from the port and the cathedral, this historic and famous pastry shop was renovated this summer, maintaining a classic, refined and elegant atmosphere. The service is good, but the staff is a bit cold and annoyed. The iced coffee was excellent, while the pastries didn't have much flavor.

13/12/2025: Montebianco Cake, €30 for 3 or maybe 4 people: a total disappointment. The sponge cake base was filled with berry jam (since when???), a thin layer of cream, and barely any chestnuts. What little there was, the flavor was completely covered by the (sour) jam. Disappointment!!!!!

07/12/2025: A fantastic experience. Excellent ingredients, and my compliments to the young chef. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, even when it came to choosing the right wine glasses.

01/11/2025: Aperitif to forget: a glass full of ice and water with little alcohol for €8, meager appetizers, and finally a €10 dish of four small pieces of dry focaccia with a little lard. When it came time to pay, the cashier was completely rude... an experience to forget.

28/10/2025: We've been there several times in the last few days. The coffee has always been super good. The baked goods aren't bad, but there's still room for improvement. The service ranges from rude to incredibly friendly.

17/09/2025: Focaccia sold for its weight in gold. It's good because everything filled with oil is good.

12/06/2025: Very good focaccia but staff needs to be reviewed. Kindness and courtesy should be the order of the day for those who work with the public (even if you are in Genoa and you could hide behind the poor welcome). After spending 10 euros on focaccia they denied me a plastic fork inviting me to go and buy it at Coop and saying that focaccia is eaten with your hands. All this just because I had a small tray with vegetables that I wanted to eat with the focaccia (even standing up not necessarily at the table) together with a friend of mine who was eating a salad taken from them. Forks, even if you are a customer, can only be requested with the purchase of the salad. I advise the owner to review the marketing strategy and train his employees also on adequate communication skills, to deny a fork losing 4 customers who will certainly not speak well of the place I think is not that productive. Congratulations again for the focaccia instead!

14/12/2025: The food is very good, but the woman at the cash register is dishonest: I ordered a cake which I saw in the window for 4€, but after I paid already I saw that I was charged for it 7€. When I brought it up to the lady I just paid with, she said that I ordered it with ice-cream which I didn’t, and that I should have said something when it arrived with ice-cream. Well, I don’t know how they do the presentation of their products. Now, for those 3 € they lost a client. Tourists beware!

11/12/2025: I'd been there before and everything was fine, but this time I found the staff really rude and unprofessional. I was really disappointed, and I won't go there again.

02/12/2025: I ordered pasta; the sauce was barely cooked, the waiter wasn't very friendly, and they wouldn't even give us a glass of water—we had to buy a whole bottle. There's not much pleasure in having lunch here.

05/11/2025: The grilled octopus with the lemon puree was delicious.

12/10/2025: Embarrassingly and unnecessarily expensive. On Thursday, I ordered a barley marocchino (which arrived without foam, making it look like a latte) in a small cup, a macchiato, and a pain au chocolate...€8.50. Of those, €3.40 was just for the barley marocchino. It all arrived 20 minutes after ordering, and without even the glasses of water I had to ask for. I rarely go there, but I'd say I'll never go again!

22/08/2025: We stopped for breakfast. The products are certainly high-quality, but the price is decidedly excessive. The girl with red hair and glasses is very nice.

24/08/2025: The place is truly beautiful and charming. The view is fabulous. The food is good, good quality. Friendly service. The prices are also fair.

07/12/2025: €34 for a soft drink and an Americano, accompanied by two slices of frozen pizza, stale fries, and a few other low-quality items. The outside table was covered in garbage, and the service was self-service.

27/10/2025: This is a popular restaurant so you need to reserve a table. Service was very good and the food some of the best we have had in Cinque Terre. The fillet of sea bream was perfectly cooked, juicy with a flavoursome sauce that did not detract from the delicate flavour of the fish. Also, the best carbonara imaginable! Tables are a little near each other and the atmosphere a noisy but it was the sound of a happy restaurant.

07/11/2025: We loved Belforte. Delicious paella dish. Very nice and attentive staff. Great location just opposite the waterfront by Plaza Comercial.

27/10/2025: A fantastic restaurant, and probably the best we dined at during our trip to Italy. The food was fantastic, the wines were very good (I recommend trying the local Cinque Terre wine), and the staff were brilliant and could not do enough for us. I highly recommend sitting outside, if the weather permits - the view over Vernazza's harbour is second to none. Note that I'd recommend booking in advance, and a 15-EUR pp deposit is required for this, but it's worth it without a doubt.

29/10/2025: Ristorante Monique in Rapallo offers a pleasant dining experience in a refined setting with a picturesque sea view. The menu features traditional Ligurian dishes with a tasteful twist: the seafood first courses and the catch of the day are excellent. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and expertly prepared. The staff is courteous and professional, always attentive to the needs of their guests. Prices are appropriate for the quality and location. Ideal for a relaxing or romantic dinner on the seafront. Recommended!

19/05/2025: Siamo ritornati a distanza di qualche anno e abbiamo ritrovato piacevolmente la stessa qualità e cortesia. Locale elegante con cucina piuttosto raffinata e ricercata, piatti non convenzionali con gusti davvero speciali. Ogni portata è una piacevole sensazione, crema di zucca con calamaro croccante davvero fantastica! Luogo assolutamente consigliato magari per festeggiare una ricorrenza e andare sul sicuro perché mangerete senza dubbio alla grande. Personale estremamente preparato, location top, del resto siete a Boccadasse, non serve dire nulla. Conto giusto per la qualità generale!

16/05/2025: Personale gentile e servizio veloce. Il pesce è di ottima qualità. Le porzioni soprattutto dei secondi un po’ troppo piccole ( il trancio di ombrina seppur squisito erano 3 bocconi). Nel complesso sia stati bene, piazzetta molto tranquilla a pochi metri dal mare, in considerazione del conto vorresti mangiare un pochino di più .

05/05/2025: Antipático, cuando derramamos un poco de té, pedimos una servilleta para limpiar el desastre, el camarero nos miró y dijo: "Lo limpio", luego nos dejó sentados en la mesa con té caliente por toda la mesa. Fue muy grosero con nosotros desde el momento en que entramos y no quería comida, solo té.

02/05/2025: Per lavoro,mi sono trovato più di una volta in zona Rapallo e ogni volta ho fatto tappa per pranzare in questo ristorante.Sempre tutto ok. Ottima pizza e focaccia al formaggio. Primi e secondi piatti top. Dolce pure. Servizio ,cortesia e pulizia impeccabili. Da provare!
