02/08/2025: non è la prima volta che veniamo e per rapporto qualità prezzo in questa zona è il migliore! spaghetti allo scoglio molto buoni, porzioni abbondanti x tutto (i miei figli hanno preso le lasagne e sono una bella piastrella) e anche il fritto è abbondante. personale gentile e cordiale sicuramente ci torniamo ogni anno. unico consiglio...ma perchè non inserite nel menù gli spaghetti alle vongole?

05/09/2025: We made a reservation last night for two people. We were greeted by Flora, who was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She seated us at an outdoor table, in a beautiful setting with meticulous attention to detail. We ordered two pizzas, one with a special twist, and they were very accommodating. The pizzas arrived very quickly and were equally delicious. To conclude the evening, we ordered a chocolate cake, which was truly delicious and beautifully plated. Afterward, we went to the cashier to chat with Davide, who was very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed it, and will definitely be back next time we come to Liguria.

07/10/2025: Gorgeous location. The staff is friendly, quick, and welcoming, but not intrusive. The seafood is delicious, but there are also meat dishes. The price is fair, obviously commensurate with the quality of the place, but the portions are generous. I recommend it. When we found out by chance that you were celebrating an anniversary, they offered us prosecco, which was delicious.

30/09/2025: Three coffees for 7.50, something I've never seen before. It's a touristy place, but 2.50 for a coffee, even a poorly made one, seems a bit much. Add to that the very dirty and outdated bathroom (it must still be the same as 50 years ago) and the incredibly rude staff, always on the verge of a nervous breakdown—which you can't afford if you work this job (they should be paid double for the mess they have to put up with and sort out), and the result is very disappointing. The place is perpetually overtouristic, but a little more courtesy and tolerance would make a difference. Avoid.

14/10/2025: If you're looking for a place to indulge in a sweet treat, Pasticceria Mantero on Via Antonio Cantore is a must-see. The shop successfully combines tradition, artisanal quality, and a welcoming atmosphere, making a difference from the very first glance. Every time I enter, I'm struck by the freshness: the brioches are fragrant, well-leavened, just the right amount of richness without being cloying; the assorted pastries showcase flavor and variety, with perfectly measured creams. The cakes are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat; the decoration is meticulous, and the ingredients seem carefully selected. Then there are those little highlights that evoke a memory: typical local products, more "classic" desserts that remain faithful to Genoese culinary traditions, yet expertly reworked. The pastry shop and the atmosphere The shop is well-kept, elegant but not pretentious: the furnishings and display cases immediately put you in a good mood, the lighting is adequate, and the spaces—though not huge—are well-organized. Impeccably clean. It's the kind of place where you can stop for a relaxed breakfast or a small sweet treat during the day. The porticoed exterior makes the entrance inviting, especially during the warmer hours. The Sales Assistants and Service This is where courtesy and expertise come into play. The staff are generally kind, helpful with a smile, and able to offer advice without being intrusive. They know how to answer questions about the products, explain the ingredients, and suggest pairings like "this cake goes well with an espresso like this" or "if you're looking for something light, try this." Service is also quick; despite occasionally being crowded, the organization seems well-oiled. In short, Mantero isn't just a pastry shop, it's an experience: quality desserts, an atmosphere that invites you to linger even just to browse, and attentive staff who make every visit worthwhile. If you love well-made desserts, you'll find reason to return here time and time again.

26/09/2025: It's a shame the clerk tried her best not to serve me. I had to leave without buying anything, and she gave me a sarcastic goodbye. I know the pastries are excellent, but it's a shame about the staff!

05/05/2025: Antipático, cuando derramamos un poco de té, pedimos una servilleta para limpiar el desastre, el camarero nos miró y dijo: "Lo limpio", luego nos dejó sentados en la mesa con té caliente por toda la mesa. Fue muy grosero con nosotros desde el momento en que entramos y no quería comida, solo té.

02/05/2025: Per lavoro,mi sono trovato più di una volta in zona Rapallo e ogni volta ho fatto tappa per pranzare in questo ristorante.Sempre tutto ok. Ottima pizza e focaccia al formaggio. Primi e secondi piatti top. Dolce pure. Servizio ,cortesia e pulizia impeccabili. Da provare!

07/10/2025: This was our favorite dinner in Cinque terre! Absolutely beautiful location (make sure to book early and ask for table with a view) delicious food and wonderful service! Everyone was friendly, let us move tables when it got cold, and just such a romantic setting. Highly recommend!

01/06/2025: Really terrible brioche, I didn't understand if they were simply raw inside but they remind me of frozen ones, even cream without personality. I had guessed it from the photos but I let myself be convinced by the reviews, which at this point amaze me. Friendly but disorganized service, slow, you can't understand the order of those who have to order, narrow space... I'm sorry but really a failed place, no staff, they will surely be good people

12/10/2025: Embarrassingly and unnecessarily expensive. On Thursday, I ordered a barley marocchino (which arrived without foam, making it look like a latte) in a small cup, a macchiato, and a pain au chocolate...€8.50. Of those, €3.40 was just for the barley marocchino. It all arrived 20 minutes after ordering, and without even the glasses of water I had to ask for. I rarely go there, but I'd say I'll never go again!

22/08/2025: We stopped for breakfast. The products are certainly high-quality, but the price is decidedly excessive. The girl with red hair and glasses is very nice.

17/09/2025: Focaccia sold for its weight in gold. It's good because everything filled with oil is good.

12/06/2025: Very good focaccia but staff needs to be reviewed. Kindness and courtesy should be the order of the day for those who work with the public (even if you are in Genoa and you could hide behind the poor welcome). After spending 10 euros on focaccia they denied me a plastic fork inviting me to go and buy it at Coop and saying that focaccia is eaten with your hands. All this just because I had a small tray with vegetables that I wanted to eat with the focaccia (even standing up not necessarily at the table) together with a friend of mine who was eating a salad taken from them. Forks, even if you are a customer, can only be requested with the purchase of the salad. I advise the owner to review the marketing strategy and train his employees also on adequate communication skills, to deny a fork losing 4 customers who will certainly not speak well of the place I think is not that productive. Congratulations again for the focaccia instead!

13/07/2025: Ginseng coffee was the worst I’ve ever tasted. Tasted like powder made. Other than that it seems like nice coffeeshop, but I am not coming back for sure.
