20/04/2026: Scary!!!! If you go to this shop, prepare yourself for a heavenly culinary experience. This artisanal shop and outlet is nothing short of excellent. Ligurian ravioli, gnocchi, tagliatelle, and pansotti of every type, shape, and deliciousness. The environment is aseptic and clinically clean. An extrasensory experience unlike any other. Lean tavioli with herbs and ricotta, meat and borage ravioli. Ligurian ravioli made only with borage, artichokes, asparagus, or basil, all exquisite and refined with very thin pasta. Pansotti with buffalo mozzarella. Small, medium, and large jars of basil pesto, artichokes, asparagus, walnuts, pistachios, and Taggiasca olives, etc. A culinary ascent to Heaven or a direct and quick descent to Hell. Then there's trofie made with white, buckwheat, or whole wheat. Tagliatelle of all colors, including squid ink. A vast assortment of Ligurian delicacies, all artisanal and made in their clean and sanitized back room. If you enter this shop, prepare yourself for a tough and demanding journey. To do it, understand it, and complete it thoroughly, I estimate it takes about 7 days of continuous attendance.
