A historic establishment, inventor of the famous "Baci di Alassio," with a charming location in a small square in the historic center. The prices are decidedly high, but above all, the interior furnishings are dated and in need of renovation... The bathrooms are unsightly and definitely unsuitable for a place like this... Let's hope for an improvement!

Of course, I'm always on the lookout for specialties and unique items. Baci di Alassio were invented here. They're truly excellent. They go very well with an espresso.

For my taste buds, the best second course was "Baci di Alassio," a perfect blend of flavors between the hazelnut paste and the chocolate. The hazelnut paste and the chocolate have a very similar texture, but overall, it's superb.
