14/07/2025: A summer staple for excellent pizza 🍕, easy to digest, and delicious. For lunch, the food is truly delicious. I recommend the spaghetti vongole (spaghetti with clams) and the fried calamari, truly special. This 5-star restaurant has a rustic atmosphere. Everything is available for takeout, but it's worth trying. They also specialize in catering. I recommend booking for dinner. There's a 20-minute wait for lunch, so it's really quick for express dishes. The staff is friendly. I'd also like to give the chef a shout-out, as the selection of ingredients is truly excellent.

23/07/2025: There were 10 of us for dinner. We were all satisfied. The first courses were delicious, especially the carbonara and the special fritto misto. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was refined. We highly recommend them. Greetings from Verona

16/07/2025: A beautiful place located in the historic center of Viterbo. Beautiful and clean location. Excellent local products, with a truly excellent quality/price ratio. They also offer the option of purchasing typical local products, which are the same ones served to customers. The taglierissimo is highly recommended: a platter for two with a wide variety of typical local and homemade products. Excellent for both an aperitif and a quick but substantial dinner.

23/06/2025: We stopped for lunch on Saturday: everything was delicious, freshly prepared but without long waits. A simple lunch but a discovery, but also a rediscovery, of typical flavors and of the highest quality.

12/04/2025: It is unacceptable that my meal arrived following an excruciating wait of more than 2 hours. Plus the food was cold and burnt at the same time.

28/12/2024: Great pub! Their flagship are the beers: all craft and made by them. Unique and very, very good. Relaxed and friendly staff. The choice of food is good and does its job: fill your belly so you can continue drinking beer! I especially found the burgers all very good - to the point that I would advise the place to reduce the other food choices to focus on a list of dishes that they are sure to do perfectly.

02/08/2025: We had baked scamorza cheese with zucchini and small anchovy fish – very tasty! But also a very fatty and filling dish (we only ate half each; it was definitely too big for us). Something new, new flavors for us, and we're so glad we tried it. The baked potatoes were amazing. We felt both hungry and stuffed at the same time 😂 The service was very friendly.

26/07/2025: If you're looking for flavorless ice cream, served with moderate enthusiasm by staff who are neither particularly friendly nor downright rude, you've come to the right place! It's fine if you're just looking for a sugar rush, but if you're planning on breaking your diet, there are plenty of places in Italy that will offer you better.
