06/04/2024: A superb address, in a small side street. We were received like kings. All the very pleasant waiters gave us superb suggestions and we had a great time! The boss is so nice too! If you are near the Pantheon, go eat at their place!

21/03/2024: In a chaotic city like Rome, finally a place where time stops! One of the most beautiful places in eastern Rome and certainly the best in Pigneto.... TIMELESS is truly the right place to take your mind off your feet to drink or eat accompanied by excellent music and sometimes even live music!!!!

17/03/2024: I learned that the best hamburger restaurant in Rome had grown and changed location, moving a few meters away from its place of origin and so I returned. Generally when you expand you always lose something, quality, attention to service or details, but my experience was decidedly positive. The leap forward was truly impressive, I didn't expect it. As soon as I entered the new location I was amazed, large and attractively furnished, which still manages to maintain the atmosphere created in the previous one. Menu implemented with excellent new proposals and quality always at the top and now there is also the possibility of going only to drink selected alcohol in addition to the inevitable excellent beers. In addition to the burger, we also ate the brand new, space-age fish n chips. What can I say, they are confirmed as the best in my opinion. Well done, well done, well done!

16/03/2024: We came for dinner on Friday, I have known this place for as long as I can remember, the fish is always very fresh but I am sorry to say that that shop window is not at all inviting even though the fish inside is very fresh, seeing the DIRTY shop window made people turn up their noses. The dinner went well except for the fact that on the menu it was written mixed seafood starter €25 min for two, when ordering the dishes the waiter tells us that we should have taken 2 and that is €50 for two, specifying that actually on the menu everything was badly written for 1 prawn, 1 scampi, 1 meatball, 1 small aubergine parmigiana (without the fish inside), 1 fillet of amberjack, 2 small slices of tuna, calamari with stew (which at the first bite had a fishy smell yes I felt like it was a few days old and in fact it was butter in my mouth, which is why squid is crunchy when fresh) and then two other little things. The first ones were science fiction

07/04/2024: The meals are good and the place is really cool. However, the bread was a bit rough,😕 and the menu has few selections. The plain croissant and the banana bread were excellent 👌🏻❤️

06/04/2024: We took seafood risotto and spaghetti with seafood, the risotto was not too popular with those with me both due to the type of risotto and the many pieces of really hard fish inside, spaghetti with seafood was definitely good, there is no cover charge. If I can make a note, the room where we were sitting was really ugly with all those pieces of paper hanging

29/03/2024: I came without a reservation, so they gave me a table for only an hour, which was totally fine. I wasn't super hungry, so I only had a starter. The prosciutto plate had 6 slices for 20€ 😅 The taste was okay. I wish it had been presented better. I ordered a salad with this, because it lacked something on the side. My drink was nice, though. The service was great, everyone was attentive, the atmosphere also quite nice -- I had a good time while I was there. Seems like a nice place if you want to take someone out. I would go back again to try some of the other dishes, I feel like maybe it was just bad luck with the starter. My expectations are high now 😀

28/03/2024: A wonderful discovery! A warm, family welcome, the owner speaks French, a real plus for discussion and advice. A divine meal, traditional and high-end cuisine. A table to recommend for gourmets. We will gladly come back.

01/04/2024: The restaurant is very welcoming inside and has 2 rooms, one of which you have to climb the external stairs to get to. Perhaps the only flaw in this room is the fact that there is no bathroom but you have to go down to the main room and this is very inconvenient especially for those who have difficulty walking. The food is excellent and the service is quite fast, unfortunately just yesterday at Easter the freight elevator in the room had broken (it had never happened before 😅) and so we waited a good half hour for the first courses, but in any case the wait was worth it. it was worth it and above all the waiters were very kind, friendly and professional, they brought the dishes up and back up the stairs, taking care to close them with foil and they repeatedly apologized for the unexpected event. Overall, therefore, a good lunch and an excellent restaurant. Oh I almost forgot, when you order desserts get the orange tiramisu and also have an encore which is truly delicious
