The food is really good quality, and all the meat they serve is homemade. The beers are also delicious... I rarely write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Well done guys! 💪

They're absolutely thrilled with the drinks:
Beer: Their Pilsner (a pale craft beer) is truly excellent, refreshing, and the perfect accompaniment to the dishes.
Whiskey: They have a very curated selection, including a recommended whisky of the month, perfect for finishing off your dinner with a touch of class, even if you're not an expert.
A must-visit in Rome for those who love things done well. Highly recommended!

15/01/2026: It was my first time at this restaurant, and I have to say everything was impeccable. The fish was fresh and high-quality, the bread was good, as was the oil, wine, and pasta. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the dessert, as I didn't have it (because I'm already a sweet tooth). The staff was also very friendly, especially the waiter. I'll be back.
31/12/2025: The shrimp appetizer was delicious. The girl who greeted us was very nice and friendly. New Year's dinner went well! Thank you. The waiter, a very tall man, was very nice. But the man with glasses is probably the director, also a very nice and nice man. Nice atmosphere. And the prices are good too.

01/05/2026: A tiny bar on Via Panisperna set up for jazz music and entertainment. You sit on the steps facing the small stage where the artists perform in a truly pleasant atmosphere.
The cocktails are meh... A beer is better.
29/04/2026: Everything is good, except tonight it was packed and some customers didn't respect the place. They just put their bags behind them, making it uncomfortable for others. One more thing: they let customers sing even though they aren't very good.

The chicken was tender and flavorful, accompanied by a perfectly balanced sauce. Side dishes were simple but well-crafted, leaving nothing to chance. The tartare and pastrami also deserve special mention: fresh ingredients, meticulously prepared, and truly above average.
Pleasant atmosphere and impeccable service: courteous, attentive staff, always available without being intrusive.
A place where you can truly eat well, ideal for those seeking uncompromising quality. Recommended.

I'm giving it four stars because the wine was, without a doubt, the worst I've ever been served (so I opted for beer) and because the guy who helped serve the tables was a bit rough, so to speak.
01/04/2026: A delightful place discovered with Smartbox, a perfect dinner, deliciously cooked to perfection, and a sublime breakfast, we even stayed overnight. Everything was perfect, immersed in nature. Very close to the spa and relaxing walks. We will definitely return.

04/05/2026: Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. This is the answer to the question, "What is an Italian restaurant?" It's more of a casual, laid-back place.
I tried the Tonnarello ai funghi porcini and it was delicious. I also had the opportunity to drink a glass of their local wine; I'm not sure if the acidity increased as I drank it or as it sat :)
It was a pleasant evening.

02/04/2026: Stayed 9 days in tivoli. Found the public house on my last visit in 2025. Came back march/April 26.
Love the atmosphere, loved the food. Beef and pork like nothing on earth. Service was amazing felt like home away from home. Guinness like in my rural local in ireland. Myself and girlfriend be back soon. Its amazing base to see lazio from.
10/03/2026: A true corner of Scotland in Tivoli, featuring a warm welcome from customers, typical Scottish food (excellent haggis), a wide choice of beers and above all a whisky selection that can satisfy any palate.

01/05/2026: It's a bar that serves all kinds of food and has a good atmosphere. In the evenings, they usually have dinners for about 10 people.
But there are also places to have a drink; on Fridays and Saturdays, it tends to be a younger crowd, and it's a good place for a few drinks.
18/04/2026: No menu cards, ordered 2 kind of beers, they bring us something else and didn't want to change.
