08/01/2026: I was really surprised (negatively) by the bill. I bought six pastries for €9.50, a price I find truly excessive. The pastries are sold individually, not by the kilo.

21/03/2026: A simple trattoria that showcases the beauty of the region through traditional cuisine, crafted with locally sourced ingredients and artisanal preparations. We shared an appetizer, accompanied by sautéed chicory and Roman-style artichokes. This was followed by three portions of fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, truly excellent. To finish, three fresh desserts: two coffee creams and freshly baked wine donuts, simply amazing, all washed down with coffee. Total: €52. I'd say there's nothing more to say. Highly recommended.

15/03/2026: Simplicity is the key. Plastic tables, paper tablecloths, basic service. But the seafood dishes are very good. Admittedly, the atmosphere is quite dated.

11/12/2025: A favorite ice cream shop in Rome, with wonderful staff and excellent ice cream! Highly recommended.

25/02/2026: This is a museum cafe, so temper your expectations. However, the patio in a sort of garden like setting, with very relaxed and slower service, with a surprisingly robust menu… it’s awesome. There are menu options for most tastes and while it’s simple, they do offer full meals. I had a pastry, espresso, and salad with bread… all were perfect. Come for the vibes and the relaxation, have some patience and enjoy the offerings.

24/02/2026: We arrived for an aperitif. The setting was refined, with excellent cocktails and a very pleasant atmosphere, but it was difficult to get to because it wasn't directly connected to the museum... and I wonder why?

02/02/2026: The only redeeming feature is the location; otherwise, it's truly awful. Unprofessional and rude staff, poor cleanliness, and very high prices for what they offer. They'll never see me again...

01/02/2026: The location is very beautiful, but the service was terrible! The prices are too high for what they offer. For example, a tea costs 5 euros and comes without lemon or anything else, and a spritz during aperitivo costs 10 euros without even an appetizer. Customer service is zero.

07/03/2026: Excessive prices is an understatement, service was not present as we ate inside the bistro and not in the tavern, let alone if we had lunch there, we took 2 simple tomato pasta dishes, a plate of sautéed chicory, a plate of peppers and aubergines au gratin + a portion of parmigiana 60 euros we did not take wine. For 60 euros prices out of the norm. Never again

08/02/2026: I returned tonight after years. Aperitif with friends. I've known the place since it was actually a dairy; I used to come there after school with my classmates. The place is undoubtedly beautiful. It evokes the previous version, but obviously more refined and contemporary. The service staff were inattentive: they kindly let us occupy a reserved table for a short time (which was fine, we had other commitments later) but then they dawdled before coming to take our order. The wines were average, the price was the same, BUT to accompany the three glasses (for three people), they served us: a small tray with 4 olives and another with 2 taralli. They looked better by not giving anything. I won't go back; I prefer to remember the huge mugs of milk and chocolate (Nesquik-style) with the "ciavattone" of yesteryear.

19/01/2026: Historic English-style (not Irish) pub, a true institution in the Monteverde area!

02/01/2026: Great pub! On holiday in Rome for a week. Twice at Clifton, great atmosphere, good beers. Very friendly waiter. If you have the chance and you're nearby, go for it without hesitation, you won't be disappointed.

09/02/2026: I could understand if we entered 15 minutes before closing time, but telling us they were closing without even looking at us and rudely could have been avoided. I work with the public too, and there really are ways.

07/12/2025: Excellent pastry shop, fast and friendly staff, a must-try in the area. The only downside is that the place is small and there's no seating inside. Outside, yes, but it gets a bit chilly in the winter.
