Comfortable, simple, suggestive atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff, practical service, traditional dishes with a touch of renewal. Fair price. Excellent quality.

12/05/2026: I had a meal at Alfredo in Rome. Since I was staying at a hotel across the street from the restaurant, its convenient location on foot was a major draw. I had visited the day before, and the food was so delicious that it left a lasting impression, so I returned. This time, in addition to salmon pizza, I ordered grilled chicken and grilled beef, and enjoyed a bottle each of white and red wine. All the dishes had a strong, natural flavor, the grilled dishes were fragrant, and they paired perfectly with the wine. The restaurant had a calm and comfortable atmosphere, allowing for a leisurely meal. The taste was perfectly suited to my preferences, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Rome. I believe others would also be very satisfied.

01/03/2026: Excellent trattoria in Segni, a beautiful village in the province of Rome. The restaurant is located in the historic center, very close to a beautiful medieval loggia. It's a charming place, where you dine immersed in history. The food is truly excellent, reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly.

An hour after eating, the smell of disinfectant mixed with the classic public restroom smell still lingers in my throat. I've been going to Tiepolo since 2003, quite a while now. I never would have expressed myself this way, but I can't help it. For four more seats, when you invent a place that shouldn't exist, it means your concern is no longer with the customer, but with the table setting. I've always found it quaint that a bathroom overlooks a dining room. The most basic rules of hygiene, design, and good taste prohibit it, and ignoring that leads to these situations. In any case, thank you for the sublime olfactory experience.

16/11/2025: A delicious seafood restaurant in Nettuno, with a large window overlooking the sea and a very welcoming and well-appointed dining room. The food was delicious, from appetizers to dessert! We tried the raw seafood, which was tasty and fresh, as well as the very tender roasted octopus. The excellent fresh pasta also deserves a special mention. We'll definitely be back!
