02/04/2025: I'll start by saying that I've been working in the restaurant business for 10 years, as a barista and waiter, and I swear that I've never charged for a glass of water in my life... Here in this bar they charged me 30 cents, not for a glass, but for those tiny glasses where they make coffee in a glass, which the owner insists is a normal glass, but instead it's a 15cl Amalfi glass, the ones where you put bitter, or that they automatically give you for FREE with coffee... a glass of water at the bar... absurd... I read that by law it must be written on the menu, the owner tells me that it's written on the table, but I didn't want to go and investigate if it was written somewhere so maybe it's even legal, but it's still absurd for me, I won't be back again bye

16/03/2025: The croissants, desserts and sandwiches are really good, fresh and well made. However, the environment leaves something to be desired: I noticed unprofessional attitudes on the part of some staff members who secretly laugh and tease those who are "different" or those who have to think about what to choose. Even among customers, a certain judgmental look can be perceived towards those who do not fall within common standards. A shame, because the quality of the food deserves a more welcoming atmosphere towards everyone.

29/01/2025: It is no longer the delicatessen of the past with traditional Roman pizza, today it is an ordinary rotisserie with ready-made foods.

18/01/2025: Forno Trevisiol is known for its long artisan tradition and the quality of its baked products, which range from fresh bread to typical desserts. Excellent for breakfast with croissants and genuine desserts, it is also a perfect choice for an aperitif, thanks to focaccias, pizzas and other savory specialties prepared with care. A point of reference for those looking for authentic flavors and versatility.

16/03/2025: I attended a little girl's first birthday party where the Herbarium herbalist's shop created the perfect setup, the food was excellent, the service was attentive and the staff were kind and friendly.

15/03/2025: Delicious dinner. The owner is a very kind person. The place was really nice and what's more it offered a fairly varied menu with very honest prices. If I ever pass through these parts again I will definitely return

26/02/2025: Excellent idea for those who order pizza at Bonsi, the manager is very friendly and let us sit at the tables on the street to eat the pizza, I bought a great wine and we were not charged any extra for sitting at the table. I recommend it for the friendliness and honesty of the place.

06/04/2025: I booked for dinner with my boyfriend and we felt at home, I appreciated the warm lights of the rooms that did not bother the eyes at all and created a very pleasant atmosphere. Fast service despite it being Saturday night and kind staff. We ordered appetizer, first course, second course and dessert sharing everything. Excellent mixed crostini, ravioli with braised meat that were nothing short of perfect but the highlight was the shank with baked potatoes, the quality of the meat was very high and it was cooked wonderfully, it melted in the mouth like butter. Very balanced flavors and fair prices for the quality and quantity of food. We were very satisfied and full! If we return here to Gaeta we will very willingly come to eat at Mino again, like at home!♥️

30/12/2024: The place is very nice, distributed in various spaces and very welcoming. We came in the winter so it was nice and warm, but we will return in the summer to repeat the experience. The food was good although the menu is quite sparse. For a place that professes to be a pub you should have a French fry, also because baked potatoes may not appeal to everyone (here I am!). The final bill was perhaps a little expensive. The service... We had to get up a few times to call the waiters, and again: a place that calls itself a restaurant should not allow this to happen. Maybe this confused me a little: is it a tavern? A restaurant? A pub? It is not clear what identity the place wants to have and this is reflected in the menu, the service and the management of the room.

07/04/2025: They don't accept a 1 and a half year old child and, what's much more serious, they communicate with rudeness and rude manners. If these are the premises, the rest remains in the background. In response to the kind owner: I am on the legal floor, apparently very far from where you are.

01/01/2025: New Year's Eve dinner with my husband. Pleasant evening pampered by the owner and attentive and kind staff. All courses were good and for dessert not the usual panettone, but a pleasant chocolate cake with a soft centre.

27/03/2025: Generally speaking, the food is good. Typical Roman/Lazio home cooking with the addition of other regional Italian dishes to the menu. The staff is polite and helpful, but, in my opinion, a little sparse compared to the number of customers. There is a large outdoor space that, unfortunately, they only use for a few months (including the warmer ones in which eating outside, especially at lunchtime, is more of a torture than a pleasure. Overall, it is still pleasant to eat there

16/03/2025: Sono ritornata all’officina dei sapori ma dopo un anno la mia esperienza è stata pessima. Scelta per un pranzo di pesce mi sono trovata inaspettatamente a mangiare un primo di carne mai ordinato. Al momento dell’ ordinazione (attesa lunga con 1 solo tavolo davanti a noi ) dei ravioli di pesce la cameriera mi dice che purtroppo era rimasta una solo porzione ed era stata ordinata dal tavolo precedente (alle 14 avevano finito i ravioli!), a quel punto mi propone qualche alternativa, poi chiede in cucina e ritorna dopo un paio di minuti dicendo che erano disponibili due porzioni. Contenta, confermo la mia ordinazione per i ravioli di capesante e gamberi. Quando il primo arriva, ho subito la sensazione che non si tratti di pesce , addento il primo boccone e chiamo la cameriera per chiedere spiegazioni.. mi hanno portato un tortello di manzo al posto di un raviolo con capesante e gamberi. Sinceramente nonostante le scuse ripetute, l’imbarazzo evidente e la proposta di cucinarmi qualcosa accetto controvoglia di mangiare il piatto visto che dal primo all’ultimo momento è stato tutto errato.. l’antipasto di pesce ordinato ci è stato cambiato in corsa e abbiamo accettato ma anche il primo sbagliato no mi spiace! Hanno rovinato un pranzo di festeggiamento con una delle esperienze peggiori che abbia mai fatto. Per finire 75€ per un antipasto in due (una frittura), due primi (di cui uno di carne mai ordinato e mangiato controvoglia), due calici di vino e due caffe.. mi sembra troppo! Mi dispiace perché ci ero tornata certa di fare un pranzo di livello ma purtroppo così non è stato!

14/01/2025: Nice place and friendly, professional service. Both the normal and gluten-free pizza (ciociara and good, bad and bad) are very good. The appetizer platter wasn't bad at all either. You can see that there is an excellent search for selected and high-quality raw materials. In a photo you can see a small "stool" used to place ladies' bags (very nice idea and thought). The all-and-nothing caramel dessert (gluten-free) is amazing :D it's addictive :D. Fair account for the quality of the products offered

02/01/2025: Comfortable environment with lighting that is not too high. Dark gray tones, no tablecloths, beautiful glasses. Friendly service and clear information. It is perfect for celiac customers, 90% of the menu can be made gluten-free. Dishes with particular and refined workmanship. We liked it. Well done
