04/01/2026: Excellent desserts, but it's a shame that two years ago (unfortunately, I only just remembered to write a review) an employee behaved very rudely towards me. I ordered a cream puff and found a hair on it. When I told her, she was visibly annoyed and said, "It's an arm hair, so what?", as if it were absolutely no problem and I was the one who was overreacting. It's a shame, because professionalism and politeness should always come first.

18/12/2025: My fiancé from Ceccano introduced me to your pasticceria. My first encounter with your Panettone was a year ago in Anzio, when he brought back the most delicious chocolate Panettone. We exchanged homemade wedding rings, ate this unforgettable Panettone, and washed it down with Prosecco. This year, I was lucky enough to try your classic Panettone, chocolate and pear, as well as Frutti Di Bosco. Each one was a separate explosion of magical, unforgettable flavors. 🔥❤️ But for now, my favorite remains the chocolate Panettone. I want to mention the aroma; when you inhale it, it's immediately clear that you use high-quality, natural ingredients. My beloved also spoils me with croissants and cakes for my birthday and my son's. I've hardly ever tasted anything more delicious than your croissants, even in France. Good luck to you, Maria! 06/04/2026: It was definitely one of the restaurants that left me, my wife, and our daughter most satisfied. Despite the large number of guests, it was an overall excellent experience, both in terms of taste and service. We ate seafood: appetizers and first courses were generous in quantity and exquisite in quality and freshness. The mussel sauté was excellent, so much so that our daughter even mopped up the dish. The dishes were also beautifully presented, with the chef's skill and expertise. As for the service, there was no excruciating wait, and indeed, the smile of the waiter who served us was remarkable, which is not easy to find these days among those who work in what is undoubtedly a demanding profession. The attention to detail in the ambiance and the spacious, clean, and hygienically impeccable bathrooms round out a truly positive experience. Highly recommended for those who want a family atmosphere while enjoying excellent seafood. The menu prices are in line with the quality and quantity of the food. UPDATE APRIL 6, 2026 An Easter Monday filled with excellent food in both quality and quantity, fast and friendly service, and professionalism—everything you'd expect from an excellent restaurant. I can only confirm and reiterate my already positive review from a year ago, adding the spectacular tagliolini with lobster, which were truly tasty and succulent. We enjoyed it so much that we couldn't help but mop up the bread for both the appetizer and the main course. I highly recommend this restaurant.

04/04/2026: We arrived at this restaurant after 10:00 PM, without a reservation and with little hope, but we were pleasantly surprised. Despite the time and the busy restaurant, our table was ready after just 5 minutes. ​There are three things that make this place truly special: ​Availability: The staff greeted us with a smile, making us feel immediately welcome despite the late hour. ​Speed: The service was lightning-fast! From the initial wait to the arrival of our dishes, the timing was perfectly managed. ​Quality: Despite the speed, no detail was overlooked. Excellent raw materials and carefully prepared dishes. ​It's rare to find such a perfect combination of efficiency and goodness. If you're looking for a place where you can feel pampered even after hours, this is the place for you. Highly recommended!

29/03/2026: Nice place and very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very young, efficient, and friendly. The appetizer options are interesting, but some could be improved, especially the tartare, which is minced too finely and undermines the meat.

20/04/2026: In the historic center of Tuscania on the main street. Plenty of outdoor tables in the square in the summer, as well as seating on the veranda and inside. A beautiful location; you'll discover the rest for yourself. A pleasant stop, even for a quick lunch. 😉

The catering was a success; my guests loved everything, especially the special croissants! For cake, I ordered a mille-feuille with Chantilly cream and chocolate chips, and that was also delicious. 01/03/2026: Excellent trattoria in Segni, a beautiful village in the province of Rome. The restaurant is located in the historic center, very close to a beautiful medieval loggia. It's a charming place, where you dine immersed in history. The food is truly excellent, reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly.
