16/08/2026: To start, they gave us water, €3 for 1 liter, which we hadn't even asked for. Of course, they don't mention the €3 price tag before giving it to us. The pizza was honestly mediocre; there must have been salmon, but the amount was minimal. The pasta carbonara was just too greasy, and the pasta wasn't cooked enough, but otherwise it was okay. I regret going there, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

16/08/2026: The best service we had in Rome. The food was absolutely delicious, but the real highlight was the service and hospitality from the entire team. Generous portions, good and inexpensive drinks. Simply spectacular.

I also wanted to buy a sparkling wine, but I was put off when the sales assistant said, "We also have a classic method Prosecco." And that's where I frankly put a cross. Thanks for your reply. I apologize and will give a better review based on the explanations I received.

06/08/2026: Very good gelato, with a truly tasty waffle and quality ingredients. The portions are a bit small, but the experience was positive. The only small flaw is the heat inside: as soon as we got our cone, we immediately went outside and, ironically, it was better outside than inside!

02/08/2026: The place isn't bad, although many aspects seem rather neglected and dated: plastic tables, lots of dust, an old bathroom that's impractical, especially for children. I'm also concerned about some of the products: the quality of the gelato is questionable. Virtually all the flavors we ordered contained large chunks, as if the milk was poor quality or the gelato had been re-frozen several times. It's practically impossible to eat, although the flavor itself is noticeable and not bad, but the texture makes it less of a pleasure and more of an unpleasant experience. I hope the gelato maker takes my advice and revises the composition, using only fresh, high-quality products. Furthermore, the general state of hygiene and the service provided by the staff also arouses an unpleasant sensation: specifically, two women, one approximately 56–58 years old (by sight) and another much older, presumably a mother and daughter. At times, the behavior appears careless and unbecoming of a restaurant. Both can often be seen with their hands in their mouths or constantly picking at something, quite consistently. This is not an attitude that should be displayed in front of customers. This attitude has already been reported by other customers and is clearly evident in the comments below. Regarding the reply below my comment, it is completely senseless and illogical and only demonstrates the weakness of someone who feels offended by the TRUTH. However, I acknowledge your statements, which constitute a blatant falsehood and constitute the crime of aggravated defamation via the internet under Article 595 of the Criminal Code. I have already secured the legally binding evidence.

02/08/2026: The bar is quite nice, and the pastries are excellent: undoubtedly the restaurant's strong point. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, though the experience varies from person to person. Some employees are very friendly, while others are less welcoming, so there's definitely room for improvement. Overall, however, the service is average. Except for one older waitress, who was dressed bizarrely, often all in black with Crocs and very baggy, cropped jeans. On several occasions, she was seen talking to herself and engaging in behavior that I found unprofessional, such as arriving at occupied tables while customers were eating and abruptly and annoyingly moving chairs or removing tissue holders. At other times, she talks to herself and constantly sucks her fingers. This is an inappropriate behavior that should be addressed by the owners of the establishment, as the presence of such a portion of the staff negatively impacts the entire establishment and leaves a negative impression, making it difficult to return.
