14/09/2025: Terrible in everything, organized at 0, 2 hours of waiting, terrible organization

14/09/2025: Well...it's cheap, but the sandwiches? They're not bad. I went in and honestly didn't understand what they were serving. I didn't see a menu, just combinations of ingredients. It's not clear to me what to order. It's not well organized. Put out a menu and make fixed sandwiches.

15/05/2025: Jösses vilket stroppigt ställe. Servitörerna som hade koll inomhus i stora rummet var så sjukt otrevliga. Vi var ett stort sällskap på 9 personer varav 2 barn. Barnen ville såklart ha glass från glassdisken så vi reste på oss och gick och betalade och hämtade. Detta för att gelato inte fanns på menyn. När vi väl betalt och fått vår glass och skulle sätta oss med de andra som drack kaffe och åt dessert, blev vi avvisade trots att vi påpekade att vi tillhörde gänget där inne. Glassen fick ätas ute. Kul. Nej.

15/05/2025: Un Gran caffè ai massimi livelli con prodotti d'eccellenza e personale ai massimi livelli. Atmosfera unica e dettagli del locale da lasciare senza fiato. Anche il conto lascia senza fiato ma comunque in linea con l'offerta e la magia del luogo. Chi passa da Napoli deve comunque andarci, ne vale la pena!

09/08/2025: Una vera delusione a livello professionale. Siamo stati in questo ristorante con amici in occasione delle vacanze. Chiediamo un antipasto misto da dividere per scoprire che sul conto anziché addebitare il costo dell’ antipasto, ci hanno fatto pagare il prezzo di ogni singolo piatto che ci è stato servito (piatto ovviamente scelto da loro e standard per tutti i tavoli). Lo ritengo una vera scorrettezza anche perché una commensale era in attesa e lo abbiamo fatto presente e quindi alcune cose non ha potuto mangiarle. Abbiamo praticamente pagato 10 portate di antipasto ma quello che ci ha più stupito è che per sbaglio abbiamo lasciato in conto 14 euro in più senza accorgercene e non solo non è stato fatto il gesto di darci il resto, ma il giorno dopo quando siamo andati a farlo notare ce ne sono stati restituiti solo 11. Ovviamente non è per i 3 euro ma per la mancanza di correttezza e professionalità. Davvero bisogna stare attenti a tutto perché cercano in qualche modo di approfittarne. Una vera delusione.

05/09/2025: We sat in the internal room, which was full of flies landing on our food. The pastry was inedible (both the shortcrust pastry and the curly one). The service was extremely slow and the bill was excessive for the quality. Failed!

04/09/2025: I had breakfast at this bar this morning, the girl who works there is rude... The croissant filling was poor and the coffee was awful... terrible experience, not to be repeated.

12/10/2025: If you're celiac, don't even try it. We only had a complimentary Coke and fries. It's worth noting that the Coke cost us 10 euros. The area is touristy, and you pay for sitting there.

16/09/2025: I was absolutely shocked by this place. I ordered a Meloncello Spritz, which cost me a whopping €17 – and it tasted like plain Prosecco, with no hint of meloncello at all. After complaining, I asked for a shot of meloncello. They brought it to me, but charged me an additional €12. So, a total of just under €30 for a drink that in no way justifies what they charge. The prices are generally absurd: A simple espresso costs €6 – pure rip-off. At times, the staff were disinterested, making you feel unwelcome as a guest. The bottom line: exorbitant prices, disappointing quality, and service that, depending on the waiter, is disinterested and not very customer-friendly. I can only strongly advise against spending money here.

21/09/2025: The breakfast was ok, but the staff was rude (behind your back) and uninterested in their jobs. I doubt we'll be ordering from here again.

16/09/2025: Friendly waiter, nice coffee, nice chocolate croissants. There are signs everywhere noting that it costs more for table service than standing at the counter, which is very normal for Italy.

20/10/2025: The woman offering us ice cream, older, with short black hair and a man's body, acts like she hates her job and everyone else, and obviously with that attitude, her energy returns, like everything in life. We just wanted ice cream and coffee, we arrived and she popped her head in, already tired and as if we were idiot tourists wasting her time. We'd been looking at the ice creams for 30 seconds, she put them down. We wanted a spoon, so we took one, and she said no, that she's giving them to us unless we remember Covid. Look, Covid is already over, she won't give us a spoon even though it's her job, well, we do it, people like that are honestly horrible in life. Honestly, it seems like she's working as a punishment. Well, don't pay her, she doesn't deserve to work honestly until she changes her attitude. Honestly, if you go you'll know who she is. I've never had worse service.

19/08/2025: Doesn’t care enough to update their opening times. Walked for 30 minutes to get here and found it closed, no note nothing.

17/10/2025: A low-grade tourist trap, a rather rude waiter to one of the foreign customers who was having trouble paying... but above all, the only bland ice cream I've ever had in Italy 😱 It was truly unimaginable for me; even the worst dives in Naples are much better when it comes to ice cream. In short, I strongly advise against it.

20/09/2025: On my way down to Herculaneum, I had a fantastic pastry that was a savory donut filled with ham and ricotta. It was amazing. (Does anyone know what it's called in Italian?)

13/04/2025: Prices are always high and parking has become paid, which I don't like at all, if you make a quick run it's not at all convenient

14/08/2025: Not recommended. The food and coffee are good, but the prices are a complete rip-off. There are no prices listed on the menu, and the €8 coperto is significantly more expensive than the standard in Naples.

29/08/2025: A negative experience on every level, including the mockery even regarding the order we placed. Even though it was included free of charge in the B&B package we booked, we chose to return the cards without a refund. ABSOLUTELY AVOID!

29/08/2025: I can't give zero stars, otherwise I would. We ended up there because it was the bar our B&B was adjacent to. Scandalous. Rude people and terrible food. I don't understand how it's still open. The next day we decided to pay for breakfast ourselves, but at another location... all said and done.
