01/06/2024: We ordered two hours before dinner on Glovo. They canceled our order at 10pm. Empty belly and ruined champions final.

11/05/2024: SCANDALOUS I ordered a takeaway calzone, it arrived COMPLETELY BURNED underneath. Scandalous to deliver food in these conditions, make the customer pay when it is clearly NOT edible and give a product that is dangerous for health. Uncommentable.

23/08/2024: Durante la nostra vacanza a Napoli siamo stati sia fuori che all’interno Il servizio non è attento (hanno portato prima da mangiare e poi da bere) Le pietanze non sono curate (abbiamo mangiato un club sandwich secco e una parigina senza condimento) I bagni sono I DECENTI e invito i NAS a farci una visita (abbiamo trovato toilette più curate e pulite dentro Spacca Napoli) La fama non deve bastare Noi clienti abbiamo la possibilità di scelta Io ve lo sconsiglio

22/08/2024: Tutto ottimo, camerieri eccellenti, servizio eccellente (se non un po’ lento). Il loro Gambrinus è davvero eccezionale. Luogo molto costoso ma almeno una volta nella vita bisogna provarlo.

17/02/2024: Poca onestà da parte del cassiere/ragazzo, poco educati sulle ordinazioni. Ho praticamente pagato poco ma mi sono accorto che pagando con la banconota da 10€ erano due attaccate, il cassere se nè accorto poiché guardava è nell accorgersi manco lo scontrino mi ha fatto

29/06/2024: Great service - truly horrible drinks Tried a standard classic French 75 and an experiment (Japan Ice Tea) first. The first was without flavor and just had that cheap alcohol flavor. The Japan Ice Tea was just weird. Thinking I made mistake I switched to a Negroni - you can’t get a bad one, normally. They managed to do it. Clearly they use off-brand cheap ingredients. Service was very good, location is nice, but do go to the other places in the area.

29/07/2024: If I could choose no star, I would choose that one. Staff that is not very empathetic and not very welcoming. Price/quality is terrible. Frozen food passed off as fresh. In this restaurant we only met weird people or people with disabilities. For a moment it was as if we were in a scene from the film "The Hills Have Eyes". We ordered paccheri with lobster and spaghetti with sea urchin. The owner had assured us that the catch was fresh and therefore we would not regret it. Once the dish arrived we could see that the fish was in fact not fresh, but dead and frozen. We pointed this out and they brought us another dish to replace it. When we got the bill, they made us pay for the replacement dish and in addition for the one we didn't eat. I strongly advise against it.

28/07/2024: I strongly advise against eating at this place, low quality food and high prices. Staff with serious cognitive problems when we asked to speak to the owner there was a sort of passing the buck between some of the staff to avoid confrontation. We ordered two incomparable spaghetti with sea urchins which were brought back "whole" and replaced by a decent spaghetti with clams.. when the bill arrived we found that they made us pay not only for the indecent spaghetti with sea urchins but also for the spaghetti with clams taken as a replacement, I strongly advise against it the stay little culture of Food and low level of tact towards customers.
