04/01/2026: The food here is really very special and the service is impeccable. I had the vegetarian tasting menu and it was fantastic. The dessert spread was particularly memorable. I would recommend this to anyone. We literally could not finish all the food, which is a different experience from other fine dining restaurants - definitely come on an empty stomach!

Minor, but not insignificant, concerns: bagged breadsticks and stale bread lower the overall impression of the dining experience. These are details that could be improved and impact the experience. Service: 3/5 Overall adequate, but with several flaws. Orders are taken somewhat hastily, wine is not poured, and the timing between courses is not always calibrated. Nothing serious, but the overall experience lacks the attention to detail that distinguishes attentive service from merely functional service. Bill: 4/5 Affordable prices, considering the seaside location and the quality of the ingredients. The quality-price ratio is favorable and partially compensates for the shortcomings in service. 22/02/2026: Unfortunately, the food was disappointing compared to my expectations. Risotto was not creamy and the mussels were dry. The appetizer saved the dinner with friends. The price was exorbitant compared to what we ate.

But don’t let me start about the food, everything was delicious, but I mean like heavenly delicious…we had octopus, bruschettas and some pasta and we loved every bite of it❤️❤️❤️ if you are in Positano, do the trip and have a lunch here, you will not regret it…you will love it 😍

02/02/2026: I have been at a lot of different places, not only Italy but also other countries. To compare this hotel i will give it 5 stares ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel has a great location. The stuff is excellent, and the room is very clean. Four starts hotel with five stares experience.

23/12/2025: I loved this hotel so much. My fiance and I stayed 3 nights here and it was perfect. The room was much nicer than it looked on photos online (& we got the sea view which was totally worth it). The staff were so warm and helpful. And the location, while busy, was super convenient for the beach, shops, and restaurants. We also spontaneously decided to book a cooking class here the DAY of and they were so accommodating, not to mention the class itself was super fun with delicious food. I highly recommend the class if you have a free couple of hours while staying here, and of course the hotel if you're staying in Positano!

08/01/2026: We celebrated our event at Villa Hirta, and the experience was truly special, much more than we expected. The first thing that strikes you is the setting: being welcomed into the village of Casertavecchia, with its narrow streets, soft lighting, and gradually opening spaces, immediately creates a warm and authentic atmosphere, unlike the usual reception halls. The food was one of the highlights: plentiful, carefully crafted, and above all, deeply rooted in the local area. From the appetizers wandering around the village to the dishes served at the table, you could sense the quality of the ingredients and the desire to serve well, without rushing. The final buffet was a true celebration within a celebration. The staff was always present but never intrusive, which is not to be taken for granted. You felt looked after, but in a natural way. Throughout the evening, too, great attention was paid to timing and to the guests, both young and old. A word of advice to those who choose Villa Hirta: trust the experience of those who manage it, especially when organizing the itinerary and the moments of the day, because that's where the location really shines. In conclusion, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine, convivial, and elegant experience, not the classic "everything the same" event. We will definitely return, even just to relive the atmosphere.

13/02/2026: You don't need to go to a seaside resort to enjoy excellent seafood. At Locanda Battisti in the center of Caserta, you can enjoy excellent seafood in various ways. The wine list is well-suited for a variety of pairings, from local wines and sparkling wines to national and international selections. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the discreet and competent staff will make you feel at home.

10/03/2026: Oak Napoli Wine and Craft Beer is a great spot to sit, relax, try different beers, and get detailed info about what you taste. Highly recommended!

09/03/2026: Great European draft beer list and huge selection of cans. Small interior space that gets quite popular on weekend nights. Lots of space outside where most folks drink their beers. Not the cheapest pint in town, but one of the best selections.

15/03/2026: Personal comment: The seating area we were seated at was too noisy. The neighboring table, where people were talking loudly, was a real nuisance. The sandwich had too much sauce, which was overkill, and the fries were tough and flavorless. The cheddar and pulled pork fries, however, were acceptable. The bill was expensive for the overall experience.
